冠心病患者血清中铜铬锰钴镍钒含量的研究

测定１１６例冠心病患者血清中铜，铬，锰，钴，镍，钒的含量，并与对照组比较，结果显示：冠心病组铬和镍的含量高于对照组，冠心病组钴和钒的含量低于对照组，两组铜和锰的含量差异无统计学意义。     

The congenital absence of the radius,scaphoid, trapezium,thumb and hypoplasia of the lunate

The congenital absence of the right radius, scaphoid, trapezium, thumb and hypoplasia of the lunate are described in a 9-year-old boy. He had full extension of his elbow, while flexion motion was limited to 90 degrees. His hand was radially deviated. The thumb was absent. The index and middle fingers were united and immobile. The ring finger had movement only at the metacarpophalangeal joint, while the little finger had full motion. Complete blood count fell within normal ranges. He had no other malformations or mental retardation. No hereditary family history was found and there was no consanguineous marriage. This case is different from cases mentioned in the literature due to lunate hypoplasia and the anomalies of the index, middle and ring fingers.

羊睾丸提取液中锰锌镉铜铁镍的测定

取新鲜羊睾丸制得羊和睾丸提取液,采用火焰原子吸收法直接测定羊睾丸中锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、镍(Ni)的微量元素含量。结果表明微量元素从多到少的含量顺序是:Ni>Fe>Zn>Cu>Cd>Mn。

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病重要的微血管病变之一，也是糖尿病的主要死亡原因，糖尿病病人中20%～40%会发生糖尿病肾病，水平在30～299mg/24h的持续蛋白尿（微量蛋白尿）是糖尿病肾病的最早期阶段，也是CVD（心血管病）的显著标志之一，合并微量蛋白尿的病人常常会发展为临床蛋白尿（≥300mg/24h），并在数年内陆不出现肾小球滤过率（GFR）持续下降，一旦出现临床蛋白尿，发生终末期肾病（ESRD）的风险就很高。     

病案复印中存在问题及解决方法

病案复印过程中存在许多问题，为了保持病案的完整性、持久耐用，我们采用相应的措施，对病案进行保护，不易损坏，充分发挥其应有的社会价值。     

眼、鼻、口测量项目的相关性分析

目的为临床面部器官再造提供参考数据。方法测量465名大学生眼、口、鼻的高、宽,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果男性眼裂高与鼻高、口高点唇厚之间,以及鼻宽与眼裂宽、口裂宽之间相关性密切,而女性的只在眼裂高与鼻高和眼裂宽与口裂宽间相关性密切。其回归方程可靠。结论临床整形外科器官再造时,可根据面部其它器官的相关数值推算出该缺损器官各项值的正常范围而进行修复。     

Fat embolism, ARDS, coma, death: the four horsemen of the fractured hip

The pathophysiology of fat embolism syndrome (FES) is presented in the context of total joint arthroplasty. The current literature is reviewed with recommendations for surgical technique, anesthetic and pulmonary management. Diagnosis is quite difficult but can be established by imaging techniques such as MRI, SPECT, and transcranial Doppler sonography. Early steroid treatment may limit morbidity.
