目的观察冠心病患者血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性P-选择素水平的变化,探讨sICAM-1和可溶性P-选择素的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测50例急性冠脉综合征患者(ACS组),49例稳定型冠心病患者(SCHD组)及50名体检健康者(对照组)的血浆sICAM-1和可溶性P-选择素水平,并对3组间的差异进行比较。结果血浆sICAM-1、可溶性P-选择素水平ACS组和SCHD组都明显高于对照组(P<0.01),ACS组也明显高于SCHD组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血浆sICAM-1和可溶性P-选择素水平均显著升高,其水平高低可反映冠状动脉炎症程度。  相似文献

目的探讨血浆可溶性P-选择素与2型糖尿病心血管病变的关系。方法对70例2型糖尿病患者及15例正常对照用ELISA法进行血浆可溶性P-选择素测定。2型糖尿病患者分为稳定型心绞痛组(SAP组)、不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP组)各20例,急性心肌梗死组(AMI组)15例,糖尿病无心血管病变组(SDM组)15例。结果血浆可溶性P-选择素水平在糖尿病各亚组均较对照组升高(P<0.05,或P<0.01);在糖尿病各亚组SAP组、UAP组、AMI组依次升高,且三者间两两比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),SAP组与SDM组间无明显差别(P>0.05),UAP组、AMI组均较SDM组升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);可溶性P-选择素水平与糖尿病病程呈正相关。结论血浆可溶性P-选择素与2型糖尿病并发心血管病变的发生及发展相关,测定血浆可溶性P-选择素将有助于预测2型糖尿病并发心血管病变的发生及严重性评价。  相似文献

目的 检测心房颤动患者血浆内皮素-1、P-选择素水平,并分析其相关性.方法 选择心房颤动患者69例(心房颤动组)及健康体检者53例(对照组),采用放射免疫法及酶联免疫双抗体夹心法检测内皮素-1和P-选择素水平,并进行统计分析.结果 心房颤动组内皮素-1及P-选择素水平明显高于对照组,分别为(109.4.± 37.2)μg/L比(63.7±21.4)μg/L,(17.6±2.9)μg/L比(9.8±1.2)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 心房颤动患者血浆内皮素-1和P-选择素水平较健康人群明显增高,提示心房颤动患者血管内皮细胞功能受损,血小板活性增高.容易发生血栓形成.  相似文献

目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患者血浆可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)、P-选择素(P-selectin,Ps)和血管性假血友病因子(vWF)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测26例HIE患儿血浆sICAM-1、Ps和vWF的水平。并以24例正常足月新生儿作对照组。结果HIE组血浆中sICAM-1、Ps和vWF的水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而HIE组的血浆vWF与sICAM-1、vWF与Ps、sICAM-1与Ps相互之间呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.62(P<0.05)、0.92(P<0.01)、0.67(P<0.05),均有统计学意义。结论检测血浆sICAM-1、Ps和vWF含量的变化对观察新生儿HIE病情演变、判断预后均有一定的临床意义。  相似文献

目的:研究冠心病(CHD)患者血脂、血清胆红素及总胆汁酸(TBA)水平变化及它们之间的相关性。方法:198例健康体检者为对照组,252例经临床确诊的CHD患者为观察组,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血脂、血清胆红素水平及TBA浓度,并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C、TBA水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与冠脉病变程度相关。结论:血脂异常、TBA水平升高和血清胆红素水平降低与CHD密切相关,提示血脂异常、高TBA及低水平胆红素是CHD发病的危险因素,早期干预有可能预防心血管事件的发生、发展。  相似文献

目的 研究血浆转铁蛋白、P-选择素对老年急性胰腺炎早期体液复苏疗效评估的价值。方法 收集2019年1月—2021年1月本院收治的113例急性胰腺炎患者为观察组,同期在本院体检健康者113例为对照组,对比观察组与对照组血浆转铁蛋白、P-选择素水平,通过t检验和Spearman检验分析血浆转铁蛋白、P-选择素水平与患者病情程度、疗效、预后的关系,通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析转铁蛋白、P-选择素对老年急性胰腺炎早期体液复苏疗效评估价值。结果 与对照组比较,观察组血浆转铁蛋白水平明显下降[(2.97±0.73)g/L vs(1.02±0.30)g/L](t=7.850,P<0.001);与对照组比较,观察组血浆P-选择素水平明显上升[(9.48±2.41)μg/mL vs(57.74±7.15)μg/mL](t=-67.991,P<0.001)。与轻中度、治疗有效、生存患者比较,重度、治疗无效、死亡患者血浆转铁蛋白水平明显下降[(1.32±0.46)、(2.89±0.75)、(2.93±0.69)g/Lvs(0.84±0.19)、(1.05±0.37)、(0.98±0.33...  相似文献

目的探讨藻酸双酯钠(PSS)对急性脑梗死患者血小板活化作用的影响。方法急性脑梗死患者76例,随机分为两组:治疗组38例,每日静脉点滴PSS150mg;对照组38例,每日静脉点滴维脑路通600mg,均连续用药14d。于治疗前、治疗后第7天、第14天检测两组患者血浆P-选择素含量,并比较两组欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分的差异。结果两组患者血浆P-选择素治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第7天、第14天时治疗组P-选择素明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且两组治疗第14天时均低于治疗前(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论PSS可通过降低血浆P-选择素水平而发挥抗凝、抗血小板活化作用,对急性脑梗死有较好的治疗作用。  相似文献

目的测定血清肺炎衣原体(TWAR)IgG、IgM抗体滴度水平,采用罗红霉素治疗肺炎衣原体感染,观察冠心病患者的预后心血管事件发生。方法应用间接微量免疫荧光法,测定了115例冠心病病人(CHD组)和60例非冠心病对照者(对照组)入院时的血清TWARIgG、IgM抗体滴度。其中CHD组病人分为不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)组(n=75)和急性心肌梗塞(AMI)组(n=40)。55例UAP病人(TWARIgG≥1∶16)随机分为口服罗红霉素治疗组(150mg/d)和维生素C(Vc)安慰剂组(100mg/d),治疗7天,于入院28天时复查血清IgG、IgM抗体滴度,同时进行6个月随访,记录心血管事件的发生情况。结果CHD组病人血清TWARIgG平均几何滴度(GMT)(1∶57.77±4.42)与对照组(1∶19.93±4.29)相比有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。CHD组TWAR既往感染阳性率明显高于对照组(73.91%vs38.33%,P<0.001),两组急性感染阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05)。在随访中,罗红霉素治疗组有3人(10%)发生了心血管事件,而Vc安慰剂组有8人(32%)发生了心血管事件,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。随着血清TWARIgG抗体滴度升高,其心血管事件的发生率也增高,高水平抗体滴度(1∶256≤IgG≤1∶512)其心血管事件发生率较低水平者(1∶16≤IgG≤1∶64)明显增加(66.67%vs12.50%,P<0.05)。结论短期的罗红霉素治疗可以降低其心血管事件的发生率。肺炎衣原体感染可能是构成CHD发生发展的一个危险因子。  相似文献

目的:探讨单纯性肥胖儿童血脂和载脂蛋白的变化及增加动脉粥样硬化(AS)危险性的可能机制。方法:对单纯性肥胖儿童50例与正常儿童55例测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)和载脂蛋白B(APOB)水平。结果:单纯性肥胖组儿童TG、VLDL-C、APOB的水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);HDL-C、APOA1的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);两组TC含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:单纯性肥胖儿童血脂及载脂蛋白代谢异常,监测血脂水平、控制肥胖,对于预防AS及冠心病等心脑血管疾病具有重要意义。  相似文献

ObjectiveObesity is a serious health problem implicated in many metabolic disorders (i.e., hypertension, dyslipidemia, and cardiovascular disease). We examined whether the mRNA of tested genes were linked to blood lipid concentrations and vascular endothelial function as features of obesity.MethodsIn healthy subjects (30–69 y old; normal weight, n = 22, body mass index 18.5–23 kg/m2; overweight, n = 25, body mass index ≥23 kg/m2) the following parameters were measured in the blood circulation: total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triacylglycerol, apolipoprotein AI, apolipoprotein B, adiponectin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1. The mRNA levels of genes (arginase I [ARG1], very low-density lipoprotein receptor [VLDLR], adiponectin receptor-1 [ADIPOR1], ADIPOR2, and nitric oxide synthase-3 [NOS3]) were tested in the subjects’ peripheral blood mononuclear cells.ResultsThe expression levels of all tested genes were investigated for their associations with the blood concentrations of each parameter. In the expression study, only ARG1 (4.5-fold) and VLDLR (4-fold) expressions were significantly upregulated in the overweight group compared with the normal-weight group. The ARG1 mRNA levels were positively associated with blood concentrations of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein B, and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1. The VLDLR mRNA levels showed a positive relation with triacylglycerol and glucose concentrations and a negative relation with adiponectin levels.ConclusionSignificant upregulations of ARG1 and VLDLR were observed in the overweight condition and their expression levels are likely to be closely linked to the phenotypic biomarkers for obesity (disturbed lipid profiles and endothelial dysfunction).  相似文献

Socioeconomic position consistently predicts coronary heart disease; however, the biologic mechanisms that may mediate this association are not well understood. The objective of this study was to determine whether socioeconomic position (measured as educational level) is associated with inflammatory risk factors for coronary heart disease, including C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, and P-selectin. The study sample included 2,729 participants (53.4% women; mean age, 62 +/- 10 years) from the US Framingham Offspring Study cohort who attended examination cycles 3 (1984-1987) and 7 (1998-2001) and provided educational attainment data. Inflammatory markers were measured in fasting serum samples. Multivariable linear regression analyses were performed, adjusting for potential confounders including age, sex, and clinical risk factors. In age- and sex-adjusted analyses, educational attainment was significantly inversely associated with C-reactive protein (p < 0.0001), interleukin-6 (p < 0.0001), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (p < 0.0001), and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (p = 0.0004). After further adjustment for clinical risk factors, educational level remained significantly associated with C-reactive protein (p = 0.0002), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (p = 0.01), and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (p = 0.01). In conclusion, educational attainment is associated with inflammatory risk factors for coronary heart disease. The association provides evidence suggestive of a biologic pathway by which socioeconomic position may predispose to coronary heart disease.  相似文献

目的探讨辛伐他汀对高甘油三酯血症(HTG)病人细胞粘附分子表达的影响。方法32例HTG病人应用辛伐他汀治疗8周,检测治疗前后血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞间粘附分子-1(sVCAM-1)浓度及病人血脂变化。结果治疗8周后,HTG病人sICAM-1和sVCAM-1浓度明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);并且sICAM-1和sVCAM-1浓度均与甘油三酯(TG)呈正相关(r=0.523,0.485,P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀可降低HTG病人细胞粘附分子水平。  相似文献

Curcumin, the yellow substance found in turmeric, possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammation, anticancer, and lipid-lowering properties. Because we hypothesized that curcumin could ameliorate the development of atherosclerosis, the present study focused on the effects and potential mechanisms of curcumin consumption on high-cholesterol diet–induced atherosclerosis in rabbits. During our study, New Zealand white rabbits were fed 1 of 3 experimental diets: a normal diet, a normal diet enriched with 1% cholesterol (HCD), or an HCD supplemented with 0.2% curcumin. At the end of 8 weeks, blood samples were collected to determine the levels of serum lipids, cytokines, and soluble adhesion molecule levels. Gene expression of adhesion molecules and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in aortas were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot. Compared with the HCD group, rabbits fed an HCD supplemented with 0.2% curcumin had significantly less aortic lesion areas and neointima thickening. Curcumin reduced the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and oxidized low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum by 30.7%, 41.3%, 30.4%, and 66.9% (all P < .05), respectively, but did not affect high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. In addition, curcumin attenuated HCD-induced CD36 expression, circulating inflammatory cytokines, and soluble adhesive molecule levels. Curcumin reduced the mRNA and protein expression of intracellular adhesion molecule-1, vascular cell adhesion molecule-1, P-selectin, and monocyte chemotactic protein-1, and it inhibited HCD-induced up-regulation of MMP-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9. Our results demonstrate that curcumin exerts an antiatherosclerotic effect, which is mediated by multiple mechanisms that include lowering serum lipids and oxidized low-density lipoprotein, thus modulating the proinflammatory cytokine levels and altering adhesion molecules and MMP gene expression.  相似文献

目的研究细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)基因K469E多态性与中国人群冠心病的相关性。方法全面检索关于ICAM-1基因K469E多态性与冠心病相关性的原始研究,将符合入选标准的研究纳入,并进行数据合并。利用ICAM-1基因的KK KE基因型/EE基因型的OR值及其95/可信区间(CI)作为效应指标进行分析。采用SPSS11.5和Stata8.0统计软件包进行统计,计算合并的效应指标。结果6个原始研究共计1875例对象(其中冠心病患者897例,非冠心病者978例)进入了最后的数据合并。对各研究的两组对象进行Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡检验,均符合遗传平衡分布。各研究间存在异质性,但未发现显著性发表偏倚。经随机效应模型(D-L法)合并的(KK KE)基因型/EE基因型的OR值为1.99,95/CI为1.19~3.31,P=0.008。结论ICAM-1基因K469E多态性可能与中国人群冠心病相关,K等位基因携带者患冠心病的危险性可能有增高趋势。  相似文献

目的探讨老年男性睾水平与冠心病发病危险因素的相关性。方法用化学发光法测定84例经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病(CHD)组的患者及31例经冠状动脉造影证实无冠状动脉病变的对照组血清睾酮水平,同时测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),并调查年龄、体质指数(BMI)、血压、是否吸烟。根据冠状动脉造影检查结果判断狭窄程度并累积积分。结果冠心病组睾酮水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义[(3.12±1.45)vs(4.58±1.12)μg/L,t=5.071,P=0.000)];CHD组高血压,糖尿病的比例高于对照组(P均﹤0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,血清睾酮为CHD独立危险因素;血清睾酮与CHD冠状动脉狭窄程度呈负相关。结论血清睾酮水平降低可能也是老年男性冠心病发病的危险因素之一,在预防老年男性冠心病危险因素的同时也应关注血清睾酮降低的防治。  相似文献

目的观察冠心病不同类型患者中P选择素水平的变化及其与冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度的数量关系,探讨急性冠状动脉综合征临床识别和预测的炎症指标。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆可溶性P选择素水平,对冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度按照病变支数、Gensini评分和ACC/AHA冠状动脉病变A、B、C分型进行数量评估。结果①冠心病组P选择素水平高于正常对照组(180.6ng/L±60.5ng/Lvs.145.3ng/L±21.7ng/L,P<0.05);②急性冠状动脉综合征组P选择素水平高于稳定型心绞痛组(191.4ng/L±63.7ng/Lvs.141.3ng/L±17.9ng/L,P<0.01);③冠状动脉多支病变组P选择素水平高于单支病变组(190.1ng/L±64.2ng/Lvs.157.2ng/L±43.4ng/L,P<0.05)。P选择素水平与冠状动脉病变数量呈Spearman正相关(rs=0.349,P=0.003);与A、B、C型冠状动脉病变程度呈Spearman正相关(rs=0.358,P=0.002);与Gensini法评分呈线性正相关(r=0.391,P=0.001)。结论①细胞黏附分子P选择素水平受冠状动脉粥样硬化程度、数量的影响,与冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄病变程度和数量呈正相关。②P选择素水平与急性冠状动脉综合征的发生有关,是急性冠状动脉综合征临床识别和预测的炎症指标。  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the possible beneficial effects of consuming a sodium-rich carbonated mineral water on lipoprotein metabolism and to determine whether consumption of this water influences endothelial dysfunction (ED) in postmenopausal women. Women included in the study were amenorrheic (>1 y), healthy, and not obese (BMI < 30 kg/m(2)). The subjects did not take estrogen replacement therapy; supplements of vitamins, minerals, and phytoestrogens; or other medications known to affect bone and lipid metabolism. The study consisted of 2 intervention periods of 2 mo each, during which women drank 1 L/d of a control mineral water (low mineral content) for 2 mo followed by the carbonated mineral water, rich in sodium, bicarbonate, and chloride, for 2 mo. Body weight, height, and blood pressure were measured, and BMI was calculated. Blood samples were taken from fasting subjects and serum was analyzed for total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triacylglycerols, apolipoprotein AI, apolipoprotein B, soluble intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1), and glucose. Blood pressure levels did not change throughout the study. Carbonated water intake decreased total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol levels by 6.8% (P = 0.001) and 14.8% (P < 0.0001), respectively, whereas HDL-cholesterol concentration increased by 8.7% (P = 0.018), compared to the control period. Therefore, cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk indexes (total cholesterol/HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol/HDL-cholesterol) were markedly reduced (both P < 0.0001). Soluble ICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 levels decreased by 8.4% (P = 0.007) and 14.8% (P = 0.015), respectively. Fasting serum glucose concentration decreased by 6.7% (P < 0.0001). Triacylglycerol levels did not change. Consumption of this sodium rich carbonated water can play a beneficial role in the prevention of CVD and the metabolic syndrome.  相似文献

目的观察哈萨克族传统发酵乳酪乳清(乳清,TFCW)对实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)兔C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)及细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)的影响。方法通过喂高脂饲料,建立AS新西兰兔模型。高脂饮食8 w后给予TFCW(25、50mg/kg)及阳性对照药辛伐他汀(simvastatin),给药4 w后,分别测定血脂、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、VCAM-1和ICAM-1水平和肝指数;观察干预后组织病理变化,同时应用免疫组化方法检测VCAM-1及ICAM表达。结果 TFCW 25、50 mg/kg均可降低AS兔血清总胆固醇(TC,P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平(P<0.01),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,显著降低CRP(P<0.01)及VCAM-1和ICAM-1水平。光镜下和肉眼都可见到TFCW 25mg/kg组出现AS斑块。TFCW 50mg/kg组出现少量AS斑块。VCAM-1在正常状态下呈低表达,MC组胸主动脉组有VCAM-1高表达。TFCW 25、50mg/kg组VCAM-1表达减少。结论 TFCW 25、50mg/kg组具有调节血脂及减少粘附分子表达,提示TFCW抗实验性AS作用与其内皮保护作用及抗炎作用有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨伴有代谢综合征(MS)的冠心病患者外周血小板平均体积的变化及其临床意义。方法:选择95例心绞痛型冠心病患者为冠心病组,根据冠心病组患者是否伴有MS分为2个亚组,伴MS组(25例)和不伴MS组(70例),同期选择健康体检者70例为正常对照组。测量身高、体重、血压,测定血糖、血脂和血小板参数如血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)等相关指标,分析MPV与伴有MS的冠心病之间的关系。结果:冠心病组患者外周血MPV(11.0±3.5)fl较正常对照组(8.9±0.50)fl明显增高(P<0.05)。伴MS组和不伴MS组的外周血MPV(11.6±5.3)fl和(10.7±5.3)fl均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),相关分析表明,MPV与BM I(r=0.371,P<0.01)、SBP(r=0.231,P<0.05)、DBP(r=0.211,P<0.05)、TC(r=0.292,P<0.01)、TG(r=0.268,P<0.05)、FPG(r=0.210,P<0.05)呈明显正相关,而与HDL-C呈明显负相关(r=-0.212,P<0.05);随着MS的组分增加,外周血MPV未表现出同步性增高,差...  相似文献
