目的:探讨强脉冲光(IPL)治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法:采用波长为400~1200nm的GP666B型光子嫩肤仪治疗65例面部皮肤光老化患者,5次为一个疗程,每次治疗间隔时间10天,每位患者治疗前后对比拍照、记录参数并进行临床疗效评估。结果:65例患者中各种病变的有效率分别为:色素沉着斑76.36%,微细皱纹93.02%,毛细血管扩张94.67%。结论:IPL治疗面部光老化有良好疗效。  相似文献

目的:评价595nm可调脉宽染料激光与强脉冲光(IPL)治疗毛细血管扩张的疗效和不良反应。方法:用595nm可调脉宽脉冲染料激光仪与强脉冲光分组治疗毛细血管扩张共326例,按照就诊时间随机单盲将患者分为两组,A组:164例,应用595nm可调脉宽染料激光治疗;B组:162例,应用强脉冲光治疗。根据血管的粗细适当选择脉宽及能量密度,照射病变部位,观察局部治疗皮肤反应,即以照射部位皮肤变为紫灰色,扩张血管消失为适度。每月治疗1次,共治疗1~3次,分析两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果:164例毛细血管扩张患者,经过595nm可调脉宽V-beam激光1~3次治疗后,85例痊愈,63例显效,总有效率90.2%;IPL组的总有效率在第1、2、3次治疗后分别为3.1%、21.6%和43.2%。与IPL组比较,595nm可调脉宽V-beam激光组的疗效要明显优于IPL组,两者的差异性有明显统计学差异(P〈0.01)。同一类型皮肤与IPL组比较,595nm可调脉宽V-beam激光组的疗效要明显优于IPL组,两者的差异性有明显统计学差异(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后皮肤反应轻微,595nm激光组治疗后会暂时出现局部水肿和紫癜,两组术后色素改变发生率无显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:595nm可调脉宽脉冲染料激光治疗毛细血管扩张疗效明显优于强脉冲光,且皮肤反应轻微,疗效确切,临床效果满意。  相似文献

目的:探讨强脉冲光联合Q开关532nm激光治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法:将128例患者根据光老化皮肤损害的不同选择不同的波长及模式进行1个疗程(4~6次)的强脉冲光治疗,2周后使用Q开关532nm激光对疗效欠佳的皮损进行局部治疗,4周后进行疗效评价。结果:经过强脉冲光和激光联合治疗后,128例患者的光老化皮肤损害均有不同程度的改善,其中以毛细血管扩张、色素沉着、皮肤质地的改善最为明显,治疗的总有效率均达到90%以上,细小皱纹及毛孔粗大的总有效率也达到了73.81%、71.15%。结论:强脉冲光联合Q开关532nm激光治疗面部光老化,疗效可靠,并发症少,是一种理想的非侵入性治疗面部皮肤光老化的方法。  相似文献

目的:将先进的强脉冲光(IPL)技术应用于面部皮肤光老化的治疗,评价强脉冲光非侵入性嫩肤术对面部光老化皮肤的治疗效果。方法:对460例面部皮肤光老化患者用光子嫩肤仪在18-40J/cm^2能量密度范围内施行非侵入性光子嫩肤术、结果:面部光老化皮肤经强脉冲光非侵入性光子嫩肤治疗后,所有面部光老化表现如皱纹、色素沉着、毛细血管扩张、毛孔粗大等都显现出明显的改善,经临床观察及随访,满意率87.6%。结论:强脉冲光非侵入性光子嫩肤术治疗面部皮肤光老化患者满意率高,副作用较少。  相似文献

目的:通过Think View皮肤影像分析仪定量评估强脉冲光(Intense pulsed light,IPL)对面部光老化的治疗效果。方法:随机选取来笔者科室门诊就诊的40例需行IPL治疗的面部光老化就医者,共行6次治疗(1次/月),治疗前、后利用Think View皮肤影像分析仪检测皮肤的色斑、红血丝、皱纹、毛孔情况。结果:面部光老化就医者经过6次IPL治疗后,皮肤的色斑、毛细血管扩张、皱纹、毛孔值均显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Think View皮肤影像分析仪可客观准确地评价IPL治疗面部光老化的效果,提高就医者满意度,对IPL的治疗具有一定临床指导意义。  相似文献

目的:探讨IPL对面部色斑、毛细血管扩张及皮肤衰老的治疗效果及影响因素.方法:应用IPL-Queen皇后光子嫩肤仪治疗面部色斑、毛细血管扩张及皮肤衰老108例.结果:IPL-Queen皇后光子嫩肤仪可以有效地去除面部色斑、毛细血管扩张,改善皮肤衰老状态,总有效率98%.结论:IPL治疗面部色斑、毛细血管扩张及改善皮肤衰老状态有效、安全,且能量、脉宽、脉冲、脉冲间隔的应用影响治疗效果.  相似文献

目的观察强脉冲光对皮肤表浅色素性和血管性疾病、寻常痤疮的疗效;评价其嫩肤美容及脱毛的疗效。方法采用GP666型强脉冲比(IPL)治疗仪对皮肤老化、面部色沉性皮损、皮肤毛细血管扩张、寻常痤疮及多毛症各20例共100例进行治疗,光子嫩肤每3周治疗1次,5次为1个疗程;脱毛每月治疗1次。结果经5次治疗,色素痫和血管痫有效率为90%,痤疮疗效为75%,美容效果为100%,脱毛效果为90%。无小可逆不良反膻发牛。结论IPL能有效治疗皮肤浅表色素沉着性皮损和毛细血管扩张;有较好的关容效果;脱毛效果肯定。  相似文献

目的:探讨强脉冲光治疗后,面部不同程度毛细血管扩张症患者的治疗效果和最终满意度。方法:采用Lumenis One激光与强脉冲光操作系统对不同程度毛细血管扩张症患者进行治疗,观察局部毛细血管和总体皮肤改善情况,并在疗程结束后1个月进行满意度回访。结果:经5次治疗(1个疗程)后,轻、中度毛细血管扩张症有效率达100%,重度有效率88.9%,总有效率98.1%,患者满意度为99.1%。结论:强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效明显,同时改善皮肤衰老状态,患者满意度高。  相似文献

目的:评价强脉冲光(Int ense Pul sed Li ghtI,PL)和可变脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光(Vari abl e-pul se iW dt h Nd:YAG Laser,VPW532)联合应用治疗面部毛细血管扩张症(Tel angi ect asi s)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:纳入2001年7月~2004年4月采用IPL及VPW532激光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的患者656例,术后随访观察疗效和不良反应。结果:所有患者经过治疗后,有效率98.9%,治愈率91.9%;不良反应发生率为37.5%,无严重并发症出现。结论:两者联合应用治疗面部毛细血管扩张症是一种疗效确切、安全的治疗策略。  相似文献

目的 探讨强脉冲光(IPL)540 nm联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的疗效.方法 57例患者随机分为A组(IPL 540 nm)32例,B组(IPL540 nm配合外用rb-bFGF)25例.IPL540 nm治疗参数:能量密度为14~17 J/cm2,脉宽为10~12 ms,分别治疗1~4次,间隔时间4~6周,治疗结束后进行回顾性分析及总结.结果 A组、B组经1~2次治疗后,治愈率分别为15.62%和64.00%;经3~4次治疗后,治愈率分别为62.5%和84.0%,所需治疗次数的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组的平均治愈次数分别为3.1次和2.04次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访57例,时间6个月,A组5例出现面颊部暂时性色素沉着,3个月后自行消褪,其他患者均疗效稳定无复发.结论 IPL 540 nm联合rb-bFGF能明显提高面部毛细血管扩张症的治愈率、减少治疗次数及降低并发症的发生概率.  相似文献

Different treatment modalities are used for the treatment and esthetic improvement of aging hands. This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of a novel technology, which combines bipolar radio frequency (RF) and optical energies for the cosmetic treatment of aging hands. The objective of the study was to assess the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and patient satisfaction of combined bipolar radiofrequency and optical energies vs. optical energy alone for the treatment of aging hands. Thirteen female patients with solar lentigines on the back of the hands were enrolled. Participants received three treatments: combined RF and intense pulsed light (IPL) on one hand and IPL treatment alone on the other. Standardized clinical photographs were taken, and patient and investigator improvement assessment (Global Esthetic Improvement (GAI) scale), patient satisfaction, and tolerability were evaluated. At the 1 and 3 months follow-up, skin laxity and pigmentation, investigator and patient improvement assessments, and satisfaction were significantly better in the hand treated with combined bipolar RF and IPL. This study demonstrates the safety and efficacy of combining RF and optical energies for the esthetic improvement of aging hands. Combined RF and IPL treatment was more efficient than IPL alone in improving skin pigmentation, skin laxity, and texture.  相似文献

目的探讨强脉冲光(intense pulse light,IPL)对面部深Ⅱ度烧伤后皮肤色素沉着的预防效果。方法60例面部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者被随机分为两组IPL治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组采用IPL(皇后光子嫩肤仪)进行预防性治疗,一般治疗4-5次,每次间隔3-4周,并辅助性进行防晒等措施;对照组只采取防晒等作为预防方法,不做IPL治疗。结果经过12个月的随访,IPL治疗组烧伤皮肤不出现明显的色素沉着及脱失,而对照组烧伤皮肤愈合后大多数出现明显的色素沉着及脱失,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论IPL是一种有效的预防烧伤后皮肤色素沉着的美容技术。  相似文献

目的 探讨光子嫩肤仪配合755nm激光治疗皮肤光老化的疗效。方法 根据皮肤光老化者的肤质及疗效调节治疗方案,光子及激光交替进行治疗,每例治疗5次或5次以上。在治疗前和完成疗程后,由主治医师和接受治疗者共同对疗效做出评价。结果 本组178例,经治疗皮肤光老化症状均有不同程度改善,其中以肤色、毛细血管扩张、皮肤质地改善最为明显。临床观察表明,只要选择合适参数及完成疗程,治疗效果明显。结论 光子嫩肤仪配合755nm激光治疗皮肤光老化,是改善光老化表现的有效方法,并且比其他有损伤性治疗发生的合并症少,安全有效。  相似文献

目的探讨NIR脉冲红外光技术与强脉冲光技术临床联合应用的疗效及安全胜。方法50例患者接受4~8次NIR脉冲红外光和强脉冲光联合治疗。于治疗前后采用照片对比,由医师对治疗效果进行综合评估,并对患者进行满意度评估。结果经4~6次治疗后,皮肤的亮度明显提高,皮肤松弛改善、色斑淡化、皱纹消除,患者对治疗效果非常满意。结论联合治疗技术有效地改善了皮肤质地及皮肤松弛和色斑的状况,皮肤变得嫩白,无不良反应发生。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Dermabrasion and deep chemical peeling are used in the treatment of photoaged skin. These ablative procedures are effective enough to produce a certain improvement but have often caused postinflammatory hyperpigmentation among Asian patients. To avoid such adverse effects, a new, nonablative procedure has been sought. OBJECTIVE: To determine the effectiveness of photorejuvenation for Asian skin using intense pulsed light (IPL). The specific parameters used, improvement ratios, side-effects, and downtime required are also discussed. METHODS: Ninety-seven patients were treated for photoaging using IPL. The cutoff filters of 550 nm and 570 nm were utilized for three to six treatments at intervals of 2 to 3 weeks. RESULTS: Treatment results were evaluated and rated by both patients and physicians at the end of the third treatment based on improvement in pigmentation, telangiectasia, and skin texture. A combined rating of "good" or "excellent" was given to more than 90% of the patients for pigmentation, more than 83% for telangiectasia, and more than 65% for skin texture. There were some minor complications in four cases: one had erythema that continued to the next day and three had minor blisters leaving no marks. CONCLUSION: Photorejuvenation using IPL is a completely safe and effective procedure even for Asian skin. It will be increasingly used for skin rejuvenation in the future.  相似文献

目的:评价应用强脉冲光及Nd:YAG(1064nm)激光治疗皮肤血管瘤的临床效果。方法:回顾并随访2006年1月~2010年12月在笔者科室采用强脉冲光及Nd:YAG(1064nm)激光治疗的476例皮肤血管瘤患者,对其疗效进行分析。结果:随访2年,皮肤浅表血管瘤治愈率为88.4%,有效率为10.7%,深浅混合血管瘤联合药物注射治疗的治愈率为78.4%、有效率为17.6%,副作用轻微。结论:强脉冲光及Nd:YAG(1064nm)激光治疗皮肤血管瘤疗效好、治疗次数少、安全性高,值得推广。  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: For Asian skin, recent "non-ablative" skin rejuvenation techniques have become the focus of attention for darker complected patients. In our earlier research, we have shown that intense pulsed light (IPL) technology can be applied to Asian skin with a high degree of safety and efficacy. In this study, we performed full-face photorejuvenation using a new IPL device incorporating a 560 nm filter and integrated contact cooling system for the improvement of various symptoms associated with photoaging in Asian patients. STUDY DESIGN/MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total of 73 patients were treated with a series of five or more full-face treatments at 3-4 week intervals using IPL with integrated contact cooling. One month after the third and fifth treatments, the patient and the treating physicians subjectively evaluated improvement in five areas-in pigmentation, telangiectasia, fine wrinkles, skin texture, and over-all improvement. In addition, histological changes were evaluated. RESULTS: Pigmentation improvement, telangiectasia reduction, fine wrinkle reduction, smoother skin texture, and over-all improvement were evaluated according to five grades of percentage improvement. In addition, the subjective rating by the patients and the physicians was averaged, and the combined results were evaluated. After the fifth treatment, a combined rating of greater than 60% improvement was given to more than 80% of patients for pigmentation improvement, telangiectasia reduction or removal, smoother skin texture, and overall improvement. Histological evaluations showed strong staining of Type I and Type III collagen. Complications were minor and transitory, with burning sensations and erythema in only two patients. CONCLUSION: Full-face photorejuvenation for Asian patients using this device is not only effective but is also associated with fewer post-treatment complications than other more invasive modalities. We conclude that IPL photorejuvenation can be the basis for safe and effective skin rejuvenation in Asian patients.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Intense pulsed light (IPL) systems are increasingly used for treatment of photo damaged skin. In the present study, we investigated the clinical efficacy and safety of two different wavelength bands generated by the same IPL device. STUDY DESIGN/MATERIALS AND METHODS: An IPL device was equipped with either a 555-950 nm filter (VL), or a 530-750 nm filter (PR). RESULTS: Fair, good or excellent clearance of visible telangiectasias was obtained in 81.8% of the patients (PR) and in 58.8% (VL). In the treatment of diffuse erythema, fair, good or excellent clearance was obtained in 72.7% (PR) and in 35.0% (VL). The PR filter was more efficient (P = 0.025) in reduction of diffuse erythema. The average number of treatments was 1.75 (PR) and 1.82 (VL). For the treatment of irregular pigmentation, fair, good or excellent clearance was obtained in 54.5% (PR) and in 61.9% (VL). Multiple treatments of irregular pigmentation were also evaluated. Using the VL filter more than two treatments did not induce further clinical improvement. The patients also scored their over-all satisfaction. Either fair, good or excellent results were reported by 66.7% (PR) and by 76.2% (VL). No skin atrophy, scarring or pigment disturbances were noted after the treatments. Swelling and erythema were registered by 2/3 (PR) and 1/3 (VL) of the patients. CONCLUSIONS: The two IPL wavelength bands were both found to be effective in the treatment of photo damaged facial skin. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two different treatment procedures were comparable to those reported in earlier studies, and finally treatment with these filter combinations required less than half the fluence, no active cooling and fewer treatments.  相似文献
