高效液相色谱法测定龙胆泻肝丸中黄芩苷的含量   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
目的:用高效液相法测定龙胆泻肝丸中的黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Shimpack-C18柱,以磷酸二氢铵溶液(pH3.0)-甲醇(40:60)为流动相,检测波长为279nm。结果:对照品在1.68 ̄8.40μg·ml^-1内呈线性关系,r=0.9998,加样回收率平均为99.0%,RSD为2.2%,本法准确、稳定、重复性好。结论:本法可用于测定龙胆泻肝丸中黄芩苷的含量。  相似文献

目的:建立HPLC法测定前列舒乐颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:固定相:Alltima C18分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0。5%醛酸(55:45),检测波长:270nm,流速:1.0ml/min,柱温:40℃。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.131 ̄1.048μg范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999。平均回收率为98.12%,RSD为0.69%。结论:本法可用于前列舒乐颗粒中淫羊藿  相似文献

蒺藜总皂甙对TNF-α及IL-1β诱导内皮细胞粘附的抑制作用   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的:观察蒺藜总皂甙(grosssaponinsfrom TribulusterrestrisL,GSTT) 对肿瘤坏死因子- α(TNF- α) 、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β) 诱导的培养新生牛脑微血管内皮细胞(CMEC) 粘附大鼠血单核细胞(MNC) 及中性粒细胞(PMN) 的影响。方法:用TNF-α和IL-1β分别诱导传代的CMEC,计粘附MNC及PMN的细胞数,并计算粘附率。结果:CMEC 经TNF- α处理4h 后,CMEC与MNC及PMN的粘附率,分别增加到31.3±0.5% 和32.1±0.5% (对照组分别为12 .5±0 .2% 和13 .8±0 .4 %) ,经IL-1β处理2h 后,则分别为44.5 ±1.0 % 和44.8 ±0.7 % ( 对照组分别为12 .9 ±0.6 % 和14.7 ±0.6% )。在TNF- α(IL- 1β) 处理前,用GSTT与CMEC共孵育,预处理2h,则GSTT可剂量依赖性地抑制TNF- α和IL- 1β的作用。结论:GSTT可抑制CMEC 与PMN及MNC的粘附。  相似文献

目的:测定疏络止痛胶囊中粉防己碱的含量。方法:RP- HPLC法选用C18 分析柱,流动相:甲醇- 水- 二乙胺(82∶18∶0.2) ,检测波长为283nm ,流速:1.0ml·min-1 ,柱温:40℃。结果:该法平均回收率为98.12 % , RSD = 1.06% ( n = 5) 。结论:本法快速、准确,样品处理简便易行,重现性好。  相似文献

用替尼泊苷(威猛,VM-26)为主的联合方案治疗了30例难治性复发性急性白血病并用链亲和素胶体金原位杂交(ISH-SAG)研究了多药耐药基因(mdr-1)表达对疗效的影响。30例病人中完全缓解15例(CR),部分缓解(PR)5例,CR率50.0%,有效率66.7%。21例检测了mdr-1基因表达,其中mdr-1阳性者71.4%,阴性者28.6%。mdr-1阳性组CR率26.7%,阴性组CR率83.3%(P<0.05)。15例mdr-1基因阳性病人中,加用环孢素A逆转治疗者的CR率50%,未用逆转治疗者的CR率12.5%。  相似文献

目的:研究和测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液中的降解产物对氨基甲酸,方法:采用离子对HPLC法,固定相Luna5μC18(2)柱,流动相为缓冲液(0.005mol.L^-1磷酸二氢钾,pH3.0,0.1%庚烷磺酸钠)-甲醇(77:23);流速1.5ml/min,柱温35℃;检测波长287nm,结果:对氨基苯酸浓度在2.0~20.0μg.ml^-1范围,线性关系良好,回归方程为C=5.8041×10^-5+0.07829,r =0.9999。回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.32%,结论:本测定方法简便快速,结果准确,可用于该制剂有关物质检查。  相似文献

目的:建立同时测定复方替硝唑醇溶液中替硝唑和氯霉素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用YWG- C18 柱,以甲醇- 水- 冰醋酸(35∶65∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长290nm ,内标法定量。结果:替硝唑和氯霉素在20 ~120μg·ml-1 的范围内呈良好线性关系。两者的平均回收率分别为100.6% ±0 .5% 和99.5 % ±0.5% ,日内及日间RSD< 3% 。结论:本方法准确、灵敏,适用于复方替硝唑醇溶液的质量控制。  相似文献

目的:测定护肝颗粒中大黄素、大黄素甲醚的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18(4-6mm ×250mm ,5-0μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0-1% 醋酸溶液(90:10),检测波长:290nm ,流速:1-0ml·min-1 ,柱温:40℃。结果:含量测定大黄素、大黄素甲醚的线性范围分别在0-07175~0-574μg、0-0458~0-366μg,大黄素平均回收率97-92 % , RSD 为1-06 % 。大黄素甲醚平均回收率98-27% ,RSD 为0-85% 。结论:建立的含量测定方法简便、快捷、灵敏、准确  相似文献

The Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) is a self-administered instrument measuring outcome after knee injury at impairment, disability, and handicap level in five subscales. Reliability, validity, and responsiveness of a Swedish version was assessed in 142 patients who underwent arthroscopy because of injury to the menisci, anterior cruciate ligament, or cartilage of the knee. The clinimetric properties were found to be good and comparable to the American version of the KOOS. Comparison to the Short Form-36 and the Lysholm knee scoring scale revealed expected correlations and construct validity. Item by item, symptoms and functional limitations were compared between diagnostic groups. High responsiveness was found three months after arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for all subscales but Activities of Daily Living.  相似文献

Objective To investigate endovascular treatment of traumatic direct carotid-cavernous fistulas (CCF) and their complications such as pseudoaneurysms. Methods: Over a five-year period, 22 patients with traumatic direct CCFs were treated endovascularly in our institution. Thirteen patients were treated once with the result of CCF occluded, 8 twice and 1 three times. Treatment modalities included balloon occlusion of the CCF, sacrifice of the ipsilateral internal carotid artery with detachable balloon, coll embolization of the cavernous sinus and secondary pseudoaneurysms, and covered-stem management of the pseudoaneurysms. Results All the direct CCFs were successfully managed endovascularly. Four patients developed a pseudoaneurysm after the occlusion of the CCF with an incidence of pseudoaneurysm formation of 18.2% (4/22). A total number of 8 patients experienced permanent occlusion of the ICA with a rate of ICA occlusion reaching 36.4% (8/22). Followed up through telephone consultation from 6 months to 5 years, all did well with no recurrence of CCF symptoms and signs. Conclusion Traumatic direct CCFs can be successfully managed with endovascular means. The pseudoaneurysms secondary to the occlusion of the CCFs can be occluded with stent-assisted coiling and implantation of covered stents.  相似文献

Acute limping may be the result of multiple pathologies in children. The differential diagnosis varies based on the age of the child. Irrespective of age, the initial imaging work-up includes AP and frog leg radiographs of the pelvis and ultrasound; MRI may sometimes be helpful. In children less than 3 years, infections and trauma are most frequent. MRI is the imaging modality of choice when osteomyelitis is clinically suspected. Between the ages of 3 and 10 years, transient synovitis of the hip and Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease are main considerations but infection, inflammation and focal bony lesions are also considered. In response to the ENFSI and EDNAP groups’ call for new STR multiplexes for Europe, Promega® developed a suite of four new DNA profiling kits. This paper describes the developmental validation study performed on the PowerPlex® ESI 16 (European Standard Investigator 16) and the PowerPlex® ESI 17 Systems. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 System combines the 11 loci compatible with the UK National DNA Database®, contained within the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® PCR Amplification Kit, with five additional loci: D2S441, D10S1248, D22S1045, D1S1656 and D12S391. The multiplex was designed to reduce the amplicon size of the loci found in the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. This design facilitates increased robustness and amplification success for the loci used in the national DNA databases created in many countries, when analyzing degraded DNA samples. The PowerPlex® ESI 17 System amplifies the same loci as the PowerPlex® ESI 16 System, but with the addition of a primer pair for the SE33 locus. Tests were designed to address the developmental validation guidelines issued by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods (SWGDAM), and those of the DNA Advisory Board (DAB). Samples processed include DNA mixtures, PCR reactions spiked with inhibitors, a sensitivity series, and 306 United Kingdom donor samples to determine concordance with data generated with the AmpFlSTR® SGM Plus® kit. Allele frequencies from 242 white Caucasian samples collected in the United Kingdom are also presented. The PowerPlex® ESI 16 and ESI 17 Systems are robust and sensitive tools, suitable for the analysis of forensic DNA samples. Full profiles were routinely observed with 62.5 pg of a fully heterozygous single source DNA template. This high level of sensitivity was found to impact on mixture analyses, where 54–86% of unique minor contributor alleles were routinely observed in a 1:19 mixture ratio. Improved sensitivity combined with the robustness afforded by smaller amplicons has substantially improved the quantity of data obtained from degraded samples, and the improved chemistry confers exceptional tolerance to high levels of laboratory prepared inhibitors.  相似文献
