Recent Advances in Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) offer unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of pervasive electronic healthcare (E-Healthcare) monitoring system. In E-Healthcare system, the processed data are patients' sensitive health data that are directly related to individuals' privacy. For this reason, privacy concern is of great importance for E-Healthcare system. Current existing systems for E-Healthcare services, however, have not yet provided sufficient privacy protection for patients. In order to offer adequate security and privacy, in this paper, we propose a privacy-enhanced scheme for patients' physical condition monitoring, which achieves dual effects: (1) providing unlinkability of health records and individual identity, and (2) supporting anonymous authentication and authorized data access. We also conduct a simulation experiment to evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves better performance in terms of computational complexity, communication overheads and querying efficiency compared with previous results.  相似文献

对359例临产产妇进行胎心入室试验(admissiontest),根据Ingemarsson等提出的标准将入室试验结果分为3型:反应型(正常型)、可疑型和危险型.结果显示:359例中24树新生儿窒息,窒息率为6.69%。入室试验反应型、可疑型和危险型分别为7827%、10.58%和11.14%。反应型组羊水污染率和新生儿窒息串分别为27.05%和2.85%,而危险型组分别为6750%和32.50%。两组比较差异有极显著意义(均P<0.01)。提示:胎心入室试验可有效地预测胎儿预后,为产时胎儿监测的重要手段之一。  相似文献

胎儿心电技术是一种新兴的胎儿监测方法。其通过基于胎儿心电技术的母胎Holter监测仪对孕妇进行持续的非产时和(或)产时胎儿心率监测,其与传统胎儿电子监护相比具有一定优势。该方法可以记录并采集胎儿心电数据,通过仪器直接得到或经过软件计算得到相关胎儿心率量化参数,并且国内外对各项量化参数的特点及其与围生儿不良结局的关系进行了相关研究,并获得一些研究成果。希望借助这种监测方法可以协助医师更准确地判断胎儿宫内情况,进而予以适当干预,降低剖宫产率,促进自然分娩,改善母儿不良预后。  相似文献

目的:基于海训救护系统,研制移动监护子系统的数据采集部分,用于监测训练中海军战士的生理状况。方法根据设计需求,采用STM32F103ZET6嵌入式微控制器设计并实现数据采集部分。结果移动监护子系统数据采集部分可以完成心电(ECG)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、体温(TEMP)、有创血压(IBP)等的检测。结论移动监护子系统数据采集部分可以很好地监测训练中的海军战士的生理参数,对于完善海上救护体系具有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

目的 对胎心变化及胎儿脐血流进行监测,以期寻找一种准确、有效的早期诊断胎儿宫内窘迫的方法。方法 对98名足月妊娠妇女或需提前终止妊娠、孕周〉36周的孕妇,分别行胎心率电子监护、彩超检查检测脐动脉血流变化,并应用统计学方法研究上述观察指标与胎儿宫内窘迫发生的关系。结果 98例入选产妇中临床确诊胎儿宫内窘迫16例。监测中二项检查均正常者共53例,出现假阴性4例,临床符合率为92.45%(49/53);监测中一项检查异常者共24例,出现假阳性7例,临床符合率为70.83%(17/24);二项检查异常者13例,假阳性l例,临床符合率为92.31%(12/13),与一项检查异常(单项监测)的临床符合率进行x2检验,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。结论 胎心监护联合胎儿脐血流监测预测胎儿宫内窘迫准确性高,可以祢补单一检查的不足,值得推广和应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨微量胎儿头皮血乳酸测定监测胎儿宫内缺氧的临床意义。方法:对261例产妇进行全产程连续电子胎心监护,第二产程分娩前30min取5μl胎儿头皮血测定乳酸水平,结合新生儿1min Apgar评分和羊水性状进行分组,评估胎儿头皮血乳酸值与胎儿宫内缺氧的关系。结果:①窒息组胎儿头皮血乳酸值为(51.8±20.7)mmol/L,明显高于正常组的(2.74±l.23)mmol/L(P<0.01)。②羊水正常组和轻度粪染组胎儿头皮血乳酸值分别为(2.65±1.16)mmol/L和(2.94±1.30)mmol/L,明显低于羊水高度粪染组(3.49±1.93)mmol/L(P<0.01和P<0.05)。③产程的长短不影响胎儿头皮血乳酸值检测结果(F=1.766, P>0.05)。结论:微量胎儿头皮血乳酸测定可以直接反映胎儿宫内缺氧程度和评估胎儿预后,是一种简便、安全的检测方法。  相似文献

Gait is not only one of the most important functions and activities in daily life but is also a parameter to monitor one‘s health status. We propose a single channel capacitive proximity pressure sensor (TCPS) and gait monitoring system for smart healthcare. Insole-type TCPS (270 mm in length) was designed consisting of three layers including two shield layers and a sensor layer. Analyzing the step count and stride time are the basic indicators in gait analysis, thus they were selected as evaluation indicators. A total of 12 subjects participated in the experiment to evaluate the resolution of our TCPS. To evaluate the accuracy of TCPS, step count and its error rates were simultaneously detected by naked eye, ZIKTO Walk (ZIKTO Co., Korea), and HJ-203-K pedometer (Omron Co., Japan) as reference. Results showed that the error rate of 1.77% in TCPS was lower than those of other devices and correlation coefficient was 0.958 (p-value?=?0.000). ZIKTO Walk and pedometer do not provide information on stride time, therefore it was detected by F-scan (Tekscan, USA) to evaluate the performance of TCPS. As a result, error rate of stride time measured by TCPS was found to be 1% and the correlation coefficient was 0.685 (p-value = 0.000). According to these results, our proposed system may be helpful in development of gait monitoring and measurement system as smart healthcare.  相似文献

目的:探讨胎儿肾动脉阻力指标检测对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)围产儿监测的临床价值.方法:GDM孕妇96例,同期正常孕妇98例为对照组,于妊娠晚期运用彩色多普勒超声检测胎儿肾动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)及收缩期峰值流速和舒张末期流速的比值(S/D),比较两组肾动脉阻力指标变化及妊娠结局的差异.结果:GDM组胎儿肾动脉RI、PI、及S/D值均高于对照组(P<0.05); GDM组胎膜早破、早产、巨大儿、围产儿结局不良发生率高于对照组(P<0.05); GDM组RI≥8.5孕妇组中的早产、胎膜早破、剖宫产、围产儿结局不良发生率高于RI<8.5孕妇组(P<0.05).结论:妊娠晚期胎儿肾动脉阻力指标监测可评估GDM围产儿预后,肾动脉RI是预测不良妊娠结局的敏感指标,当RI≥8.5时,要警惕胎儿缺氧等不良围产儿结局的发生.  相似文献

目的探讨胎心监测联合妊娠特异性β1糖蛋白(PSβ1G)和乳酸测定在预测胎儿宫内窘迫的临床应用。方法对产前、产时使用胎儿电子监护仪经腹壁监测胎心率和宫缩的孕妇资料进行回顾性分析,选择胎心监护异常曲线的孕妇160例作为研究对象,分为两组:PSβ1G正常组为对照组,72例;PSβ1G异常组为观察组,88例。比较两组孕妇的羊水和母血中的乳酸水平和产后异常因素。结果观察组的羊水乳酸水平高于对照组(P0.05),母血乳酸与对照组无明显差异(P0.05);观察组新生儿状况、羊水污染程度及产后异常因素均明显多于对照组(P0.05)。结论胎心监测联合PSβ1G、羊水乳酸检测能较为准确地预测胎儿宫内窘迫。  相似文献

目的:探讨无应激试验(NST)、电子胎心监护及两者联合试验,对胎儿窘迫及新生儿预后评估的临床诊断价值。方法:用NST和电子胎心监护对本院120例单胎头位胎心异常的足月孕妇进行监测分析,计算两种方法单独及联合监测胎儿窘迫的灵敏度和特异性。以胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息的判定标准为依据,作出预后评估。结果:电子胎心监护的灵敏度和特异性均高于NST,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两者联合试验诊断灵敏度和特异性均比使用上述单一监测手段的计算值偏高;胎儿窘迫组胎儿窘迫率、羊水Ⅱ~Ⅲ度粪染率以及新生儿窒息率均高于胎儿正常组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:产前NST和产时电子胎心监护均有一定的临床诊断价值,但电子胎心监护在监测的灵敏度和特异性方面更为突出,可及早诊断胎儿窘迫的发生。两者联合试验能加强监测的诊断效果,降低胎儿及新生儿的致残率与致死率,有利于改善胎儿预后。  相似文献

胎心监护是监测胎儿宫内情况的检查之一,临床应用广泛,可实时反映胎儿生物物理活动情况,目前对其临床意义的理解及对异常情况的处理并无统一的标准。虽然临床上已广泛应用了胎心监护,但许多医师尤其是基层医院医师仍不能很好地对其监护曲线进行解读。对胎心监护的时机、指征以及胎心监护曲线结果分析等进行总结分析,有助于提高胎心监护的临床应用水平,使异常情况能尽早获得积极处理,更好地避免不必要的阴道助产及剖宫产。  相似文献

A systematic review allows us to identify, assess, and interpret all possible relevant work associated with a question in particular or the subject of an area. Different authors can use several methodologies to learn about research related to their own research in different fields. The main objective of this review is to identify work, research and publications made in the field of the mobile monitoring of patients through some application or commercial or non-commercial solutions in m-Health. Next, we compare the different solutions with our solution, MoMo (Mobile Monitoring) Framework. MoMo is a solution that allows for patient mobile monitoring through mobile phones and biometric devices (blood pressure meter, glucometer and others). Our systematic review is based on the methodology of B. Kitchenham. She proposed specific guidelines for carrying out a systematic review in software engineering. We prepare our systematic review base in the selection of primary and secondary research related to mobile monitoring solutions following criteria with a specific weight to compare with each part of our research.  相似文献

目的 探索胎心监测联合超声脐动脉血流监测对胎儿窘迫的诊断价值.方法 对2015年1月至2017年1月于新乐市医院行胎心监测及超声脐动脉血流监测并分娩的孕妇240例进行回顾分析,其中经检测脐血p H值<7.0证实为胎儿窘迫者120例,非胎儿窘迫120例,入选孕妇分别行胎心监测及超声脐动脉血流监测检查;并采用平行(并联)试验对两种监测方法进行联合诊断结果判定,即胎心监测或超声脐动脉血流监测任意一项检测结果阳性,即诊断为阳性;最终将三种诊断结果与分娩后及脐带血pH诊断结果进行对照分析.结果 联合监测诊断胎儿窘迫灵敏度为77.50%,特异度为50.83%,假阳性率为22.50%,假阴性率为49.17%,Youden指数0.2833.联合监测诊断结果明显优于单独监测,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.9070,P=0.0006).结论 胎心监测联合超声脐动脉血流监测对胎儿窘迫的诊断具有一定价值.  相似文献

Public healthcare has been paid an increasing attention given the exponential growth human population and medical expenses. It is well known that an effective health monitoring system can detect abnormalities of health conditions in time and make diagnoses according to the gleaned data. As a vital approach to diagnose heart diseases, ECG monitoring is widely studied and applied. However, nearly all existing portable ECG monitoring systems cannot work without a mobile application, which is responsible for data collection and display. In this paper, we propose a new method for ECG monitoring based on Internet-of-Things (IoT) techniques. ECG data are gathered using a wearable monitoring node and are transmitted directly to the IoT cloud using Wi-Fi. Both the HTTP and MQTT protocols are employed in the IoT cloud in order to provide visual and timely ECG data to users. Nearly all smart terminals with a web browser can acquire ECG data conveniently, which has greatly alleviated the cross-platform issue. Experiments are carried out on healthy volunteers in order to verify the reliability of the entire system. Experimental results reveal that the proposed system is reliable in collecting and displaying real-time ECG data, which can aid in the primary diagnosis of certain heart diseases.  相似文献

目的探讨胎心监护及相关因素对胎儿窘迫的诊断。方法对337例以胎儿窘迫为指征行剖官产的病例分别进行听诊器听诊和胎心监护仪监测,统计其新生儿窒息率及胎儿窘迫相关因素百分率,并统计各胎儿窘迫相关因素的百分比。结果①胎心监护仪检出的新生儿窒息率和胎儿窘迫相关因素百分率相应升高。②胎儿窘迫的主要相关因素为脐带因素、羊水过少、胎盘因素等。结论①胎心监护仪与听诊器比较敏感性更高,它作为筛选胎儿低氧的手段很有价值。②对于有胎儿窘迫相关因素者应密切监护,积极处理,适时剖官产。  相似文献
