WHO宣布:男性不育症、癌症、心血管疾病将成为危害人类的三大类疾病.因此,对男性不育症的治疗日益受到人们的重视.近年来关于针灸治疗精液异常男性不育症的报道明显增多,效果令人满意.本文就20年来,有关针灸治疗本病的有关资料作如下综述:     

精液异常致不育症44例疗效观察

自1988年3月起,我们采用归芍五子二仙汤治疗精液异常所致男性不育症44例,获较好效果,现小结如下。一、临床资料本组44例,年龄25～41岁,平均32.5岁。结婚年数1～12年,平均结婚年数为3.6年。精液常规检查:无精子2例;少精:密度<20×10~6/毫升28例;精子活动力低下:<50%     

针灸治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效观察

目的：对比针灸、中药、西药治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的治疗效果。方法：130例随机分组，针灸组52例，中药组46例，西药组32例，分别治疗20天后观察疗效。结果：针灸组有效率90．38％，中药组有效率80．43％，西药组有效率75．00％，经统计学处理，P＜0．05，各组间差异有显著性意义。结论：针灸组疗效优于中药组和西药组。

五子衍宗丸加味治疗精液异常58例

COMPARISON ON THE CLINICAL EFFECT IN THE TREATMENT OF HYPERTHYROIDISM WITH DIFFERENT ACUPUNCTURE INTERVAL

Comparative observation was taken in 112 patients of hyperthyroidism. These patients were treated by both acupuncture and small dosage (10 mg once daily) of Methimazole. The acupuncture was given once weekly in group 1, twice in group 2, and thrice in group 3.     

COMPARISON OF THE EFFECTS OF CATGUT EMBEDDING THERAPY AND ACUPUNCTURE ON GASTROPTOSIS

Among 78 patients with gastroptosis treated with catgut embedding therapy, 8cases were cured, 25 cases rnarkedly improved, 4z cases improved and the effective rate was 96. 2％;and among 58 patients treated with acupuncture as control, 3 cases were cured, 18 cases markedlyimproved, 28 cases improved and the effective rate was 84. 5％. The chi square test for both cure rate(X~2 = 4. 84, P<0. 05 ) and effective rate (X~2= 5. 632, P<0.02 ) showed the significant differencesbetween 2 therapeutic groups and it indicated that the cure rate and effective rate in catgut embeddinggroup were significantly higher than those in acupuncture group.

针刺、中药、针药结合戒毒的疗效对比

目的 比较针刺、中药、针药结合疗法对海洛因依赖者戒断的临床疗效。方法 对96例海洛因依赖者以上述三种疗法戒断，并与西药对症治疗对照，动态观察20d的戒断症状记分。结果 戒断治疗48h时，针刺组与西药对照组比较P＜0．05；治疗到72h时针刺组优于其他各组；P＜0．05－P＜0．01。但各组在戒断前3d均不能完全改善戒断症状。结论 针刺、中药、针药结合疗法脱毒具有一定疗效，以针刺疗法效果明显，但均不能完全改善激烈的戒断症状。针刺与中药的结合不一定都出现协同效应。

ANALYSIS OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF ACUPUNCTURE ON POSTHERPETIC NEURALGIA

Acupuncture therapy was adopted in treating 17 patients suffering from postherpeticneuralgia. Local acupoint was selected as the main point and some points on the related meridians asadjunct points, which were punctured once a day, 10 successive days as a treatment course. It was re-vealed that the total effective rate was 88. 24% and 22. 22% in acupuncture group and control grouprespectively (P<0. 01). And the high effective rates were observed in the 2nd and 3rd course of thetreatment and in the patients whose courses of diseases were in one month. lt is suggested thatacupuncture was simple, physiologically moderate and effective therapy in the treatment of posther-petic neuralgia.

针刺辅助米非司酮终止早孕的临床疗效观察
