ObjectivesTo analyze the effects of a single bout and repeated bouts of stretching on indirect markers of exercise-induced muscle damage.DesignA randomized controlled clinical trial at a university human research laboratory was conducted.MethodsFifty-six untrained males were randomly divided into four groups. (I) a single stretching group underwent a single bout of stretching on the quadriceps muscle; (II) an eccentric exercised group underwent eccentric quadriceps muscle contractions until exhaustion; (III) an eccentric exercise group followed by a single bout of stretching; (IV) an eccentric exercised group submitted to repeated bouts of stretching performed immediately and 24, 48, and 72 h post-exercise. Muscle stiffness, muscle soreness, maximal concentric peak torque, and plasma creatine kinase activity were assessed before exercise and 1, 24, 48, 72, and 96 h post-exercise.ResultsAll exercised groups showed significant reduction in maximal concentric peak torque and significant increases in muscle soreness, muscle stiffness, and plasma creatine kinase. There were no differences between these groups in all assessed variables, with the exception of markers of muscle stiffness, which were significantly lower in the eccentric exercise group followed by single or repeated bouts. The single stretching group showed no change in any assessed variables during the measurement period.ConclusionsMuscle stretching performed after exercise, either as single bout or as repeated bouts, does not influence the levels of the main markers of exercise-induced muscle damage; however, repeated bouts of stretching performed during the days following exercise may have favorable effects on muscle stiffness.  相似文献

Clinical compression garments have been shown to improve functional control in patients with motor impairments, however, investigation in functional control has not been observed whilst wearing sports compression garments. This pilot study assessed motor control changes in the bicep brachii muscle following a bout of eccentric exercise designed to induce delayed onset muscle soreness for intervals up to 14 days after exercise. Eight male participants performed 35 maximal isokinetic eccentric extensions at 90° s?1. Participants where then randomly divided into one of two groups to perform a one-dimensional elbow flexion/extension visuomotor tracking task; one group wore a sports compression garment during the task, the other acted as control (no garment). The group who wore the compression garment performed the tracking task significantly better immediately post-exercise, and at days 1, 2 and 3 post-exercise (p  0.05). Non-significant but large and moderate effects sizes (ES), in tracking, were found between the two groups on day 5 (ES = 1.3) and day 7 (ES = 0.7), respectively. Further research is necessary to elucidate these preliminary findings, however, the results suggest that the wearing of sports compression garments post-eccentric exercise has a positive effect on functional motor control.  相似文献

ObjectivesTwo common models to investigate the effect of interventions on muscle damage include using two groups in which one group receives an intervention while the other acts as control, and using contralateral limbs of one group. The latter model is based on the assumption that changes in markers of muscle damage are similar between limbs, but this has not been examined systematically.DesignThis study compared changes in muscle damage markers between dominant and non-dominant arms following maximal eccentric exercise of the elbow flexors.MethodsEighteen men performed 60 maximal eccentric elbow flexions of each arm separated by 4 weeks with the order of testing between arms randomised. Maximal voluntary isometric torque, range of motion, upper arm circumference, plasma creatine kinase (CK) activity and muscle soreness before and for 7 days following exercise were compared between arms using two-way repeated measures ANOVA.ResultsNo significant differences between arms were evident for any of the markers, but significant (P < 0.05) differences between first and second bouts were evident for changes in strength, circumference and CK with smaller changes following the second bout. A poor correlation was found for the magnitude of changes in the markers between dominant and non-dominant arms, suggesting that responses to eccentric exercise were not necessarily the same between arms.ConclusionsThese results show that the order affected the responses of dominant and non-dominant arms to the eccentric exercise; however, the contralateral limb design appears to be usable if bout order is counterbalanced and randomised among participants.  相似文献

This study aimed to compare the efficacy of hot/cold contrast water immersion (CWI), cold-water immersion (COLD) and no recovery treatment (control) as post-exercise recovery methods following exhaustive simulated team sports exercise. Repeated sprint ability, strength, muscle soreness and inflammatory markers were measured across the 48-h post-exercise period. Eleven male team-sport athletes completed three 3-day testing trials, each separated by 2 weeks. On day 1, baseline measures of performance (10 m × 20 m sprints and isometric strength of quadriceps, hamstrings and hip flexors) were recorded. Participants then performed 80 min of simulated team sports exercise followed by a 20-m shuttle run test to exhaustion. Upon completion of the exercise, and 24 h later, participants performed one of the post-exercise recovery procedures for 15 min. At 48 h post-exercise, the performance tests were repeated. Blood samples and muscle soreness ratings were taken before and immediately after post-exercise, and at 24 h and 48 h post-exercise. In comparison to the control and CWI treatments, COLD resulted in significantly lower (p < 0.05) muscle soreness ratings, as well as in reduced decrements to isometric leg extension and flexion strength in the 48-h post-exercise period. COLD also facilitated a more rapid return to baseline repeated sprint performances. The only benefit of CWI over control was a significant reduction in muscle soreness 24 h post-exercise. This study demonstrated that COLD following exhaustive simulated team sports exercise offers greater recovery benefits than CWI or control treatments.  相似文献

There is evidence that protein hydrolysates can speed tissue repair following damage and may therefore be useful for accelerating recovery from exercise induced muscle damage. The potential for a hydrolysate (WPIHD) of whey protein isolate (WPI) to speed recovery following eccentric exercise was evaluated by assessing effects on recovery of peak isometric torque (PIT). In a double-blind randomised parallel trial, 28 sedentary males had muscle soreness (MS), serum creatine kinase (CK) activity, plasma TNFα, and PIT assessed at baseline and after 100 maximal eccentric contractions (ECC) of their knee extensors. Participants then consumed 250 ml of flavoured water (FW; n = 11), or FW containing 25 g WPI (n = 11) or 25 g WPIHD (n = 6) and the assessments were repeated 1, 2, 6 and 24 h later. PIT decreased ~23% following ECC, remained suppressed in FW and WPI, but recovered fully in WPIHD by 6 h (P = 0.006, treatment × time interaction). MS increased following ECC (P < 0.001 for time), and remained elevated with no difference between groups (P = 0.61). TNFα and CK did not change (P > 0.45). WPIHD may be a useful supplement for assisting athletes to recover from fatiguing eccentric exercise.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo evaluate shoulder rotation strength and compare the functional ratio between shoulders of elite junior tennis players.DesignThis cross-sectional study evaluated muscular rotation performance of 40 junior tennis players (26 male and 14 female) with an isokinetic dynamometer.Main outcome measuresStrength variables of external (ER) and internal rotators (IR) in concentric and eccentric modes were considered. For the peak torque functional ratio, the eccentric strength of the ER and the concentric strength of the IR were calculated.ResultsAll variables related to IR were significantly higher on the dominant compared to the non-dominant side in males and females (p < 0.05), but only boys exhibited this dominance effect in ER (p < 0.05 and p < 0.001). Regarding functional ratios, they were significantly lower for the dominant shoulder (p < 0.001) and below 1.00 for both groups, indicating that the eccentric strength of the ER was not greater than the concentric strength of the IR.ConclusionElite junior tennis players without shoulder injury have shoulder rotation muscle strength imbalances that alter the normal functional ratio between rotator cuff muscles. Although these differences do not seem to affect the athletic performance, detection and prevention with exercise programs at an early age are recommended.  相似文献

We sought to determine if the velocity of an acute bout of eccentric contractions influenced the duration and severity of several common indirect markers of muscle damage. Subjects performed 36 maximal fast (FST, n = 8: 3.14 rad x s(-1)) or slow (SLW, n = 7: 0.52 rad x s(-1)) velocity isokinetic eccentric contractions with the elbow flexors of the non-dominant arm. Muscle soreness, limb girth, plasma creatine kinase (CK) activity, isometric torque and concentric and eccentric torque at 0.52 and 3.14 rad x s(-1) were assessed prior to and for several days following the eccentric bout. Peak plasma CK activity was similar in SLW (4030 +/- 1029 U x 1(-1)) and FST (5864 +/- 2664 U x 1(-1)) groups, (p > 0.05). Both groups experienced similar decrement in all strength variables during the 48 hr following the eccentric bout. However, recovery occurred more rapidly in the FST group during eccentric (0.52 and 3.14 rad x s(-1)) and concentric (3.14 rad x s(-1)) post-testing. The severity of muscle soreness was similar in both groups. However, the FST group experienced peak muscle soreness 48 hr later than the SLW group (24 hr vs. 72 hr). The SLW group experienced a greater increase in upper arm girth than the FST group 20 min, 24 hr and 96 hr following the eccentric exercise bout. The contraction velocity of an acute bout of eccentric exercise differentially influences the magnitude and time course of several indirect markers of muscle damage.  相似文献

Adaptations to 6 weeks of supervised hamstring stretching training and its potential impact on symptoms of eccentric exercise‐induced muscle damage (EIMD) were studied in 10 young, untrained men with limited hamstrings flexibility. Participants performed unilateral flexibility training (experimental leg; EL) on an isokinetic dynamometer, while the contralateral limb acted as control (CL). Hip range of motion (ROM), passive, isometric, and concentric torques, active optimum angle, and biceps femoris and semitendinosus muscle thickness and ultrasound echo intensity were assessed both before and after the training. Additionally, muscle soreness was assessed before and after an acute eccentric exercise bout in both legs (EL and CL) at post‐training only. Hip ROM increased (P  < .001) only in EL after the training (EL = 10.6° vs CL = 1.6°), but no changes (P  > .05) in other criterion measurements were observed. After a bout of eccentric exercise at the end of the program, isometric and dynamic peak torques and muscle soreness ratings were significantly altered at all time points equally in EL and CL. Also, active optimum angle was reduced immediately, 48 and 72 hours post‐exercise, and hip ROM was reduced at 48 and 72 hours equally in EL and CL. Finally, biceps femoris muscle thickness was significantly increased at all time points, and semitendinosus thickness and echo intensity significantly increased at 72 hours, with no significant differences between legs. The stretching training protocol significantly increased hip ROM; however, it did not induce a protective effect on EIMD in men with tight hamstrings.  相似文献

ObjectivesWe tested the hypothesis that fast skeletal muscle troponin I (fsTnI) concentration in serum would increase more than those of slow skeletal muscle troponin I (ssTnI) after eccentric exercise of the elbow flexors using a sensitive blood marker to track fibre specific muscle damage.DesignObservational comparison of response in a single experimental group.MethodsEight young men (26.4 ± 6.2 years) performed 210 (35 sets of 6) eccentric contractions of the elbow flexors on an isokinetic dynamometer with one arm. Changes in serum fsTnI and ssTnI concentrations, serum creatine kinase (CK) activity, and maximal voluntary isometric contraction torque (MVIC) before and 1, 2, 3, 4 and 14 days following exercise were analysed by a Student–Newman–Keuls multiple comparison test. The relationship between serum CK activity and fsTnI or ssTnI concentrations was determined using a Pearson's product moment correlation.ResultsSignificant (P < 0.05) decreases in MVIC and increases in serum CK activity and fsTnI were evident after exercise, but ssTnI did not change. The time course of changes in fsTnI was similar to that of CK, peaking at 4 days post-exercise, and the two were highly correlated (r = 0.8).ConclusionsIncreases in serum fsTnI concentrations reflect muscle damage, and it seems likely that only fast twitch fibres were damaged by eccentric contractions.  相似文献

PURPOSE: Many symptoms of eccentric muscle damage can be substantially reduced if a similar eccentric bout is repeated within several weeks of the initial bout. The purpose of this study was to determine whether a nondamaging, low repetition, low volume eccentric exercise bout could also provide a protective/adaptive effect. METHODS: Subjects were assigned to a control (CON), eccentric exercise (ECC), or low volume familiarized eccentric exercise group (LV+ECC). Before the study, the LV+ECC group performed six maximal eccentric contractions during two familiarization sessions. The main eccentric bout targeted the elbow flexor muscle group and consisted of 36 maximal eccentric contractions. Muscle soreness, upper arm girth, elbow angle, creatine kinase activity, isometric torque, and concentric and eccentric torque at 0.52 and 3.14 rad.s-1 were assessed 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 10 d postexercise. RESULTS: No evidence of muscle damage was observed as a result of the low volume eccentric bouts. Nevertheless, with the exception of muscle soreness and concentric torque, all variables recovered more rapidly in the LV+ECC group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Adaptation to eccentric exercise can occur in the absence of significant muscle damage. Exposure to a small number of nondamaging eccentric contractions can significantly improve recovery after a subsequent damaging eccentric bout. Furthermore, this adaptation appears to be mode-specific and not applicable to concentric contractions.  相似文献

ObjectivesDescribe inter-rater reliability of, and correlations between a novel method of isometric knee extension and flexion and eccentric knee flexion strength using hand-held dynamometry and isokinetic testing for flexion/extension in the knees of athletic participants. Document strength data normalized to the individual's limb muscle mass.DesignObservational and reliability study.MethodsInter-rater reliability for each of the hand-held dynamometry measures was established in both legs of 10 volunteers (6 male). During routine annual screening, 216 male professional football (soccer) players were examined using these same measures in addition to performing an isokinetic evaluation of knee flexion and extension strength. Intra-class correlation coefficients for inter-rater reliability, Pearson r correlations between hand-held dynamometry and isokinetic dynamometry were calculated. Peak torque, peak torque normalized to: body weight; lean body mass; and lean limb mass were documented.ResultsExcellent inter-rater reliability was demonstrated with intra-class correlation(2,1) values of 0.90, 0.91, and 0.96, for the eccentric hamstrings, isometric hamstrings, and isometric quadriceps measures respectively. Medium to high correlations (r = 0.322–0.617) which were all significant (p < 0.001) were found for the comparisons between the hand-held dynamometry and isokinetic measures.ConclusionsWe present 3 novel and reliable methods of examining knee flexion and extension strength using hand-held dynamometry which require less skill and strength on the part of the examiner than previous measures. Correlations between these measures and isokinetic dynamometry are documented. The hand-held dynamometry examinations took less than 4 min per player to conduct and may be useful in clinical practice where isokinetic examination can be difficult to implement.  相似文献

ObjectivesTo investigate the effect of Kinesio Taping (KT) applied over the biceps brachii on maximal isokinetic elbow torque.DesignThis study followed a single-blinded, placebo controlled, repeated measures design.MethodsIsokinetic eccentric and concentric elbow peak torques were evaluated without taping (NT), with KT or placebo taping (PT) in 20 healthy participants. Furthermore, all the participants were required to perform a proprioceptive task of elbow joint position sense (JPS) in the same experimental conditions.ResultsA significant effect of taping condition was found for concentric elbow peak torque (p = 0.01). Post hoc analysis revealed a statistically significant concentric elbow peak torque improvement between NT and KT (p < 0.05) but not between NT and PT. As regards eccentric elbow peak torque, we found a significant effect of taping condition (p < 0.0001). Significant eccentric elbow peak torque differences were observed between NT and PT (p < 0.01) and between KT and PT (p < 0.001), while the increase observed from NT to KT conditions failed to reach significance at a post hoc analysis.ConclusionsWhen applied over the biceps brachii, KT increases concentric elbow peak torque in a population of healthy participants, if compared with a PT.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of multidirectional soccer-specific fatigue on hamstring muscle strength and angle of peak torque. Sixteen male semi-professional soccer players (mean ± S.D.: age: 21.3 ± 2.9 years; height 185.0 ± 8.7 cm; body mass 81.6 ± 6.7 kg) completed the SAFT90, a multidirectional, intermittent 90-min exercise protocol based on data from English Championship soccer matches. Prior to exercise (t0), at half-time (t45) and post-exercise (t105), subjects performed three maximal dominant limb isokinetic contractions (Biodex, System 3) at 120° s?1 through a 90° range for concentric and eccentric knee flexors and concentric knee extensors. Analysis of variance revealed significant time dependant reductions in gravity corrected eccentric hamstring peak torque, and consequently in the functional hamstring:quadriceps ratio (P < 0.01). Eccentric hamstring peak torque decreased significantly during each half (t0: 272.0 ± 43.2; t45: 240.4 ± 43.3; t105: 226.3 ± 45.7 N m). The functional hamstring:quadriceps ratio also decreased significantly during each half (t0: 116.6 ± 21.2; t45: 107.1 ± 17.6; t105: 98.8 ± 20.3%). There were no significant changes in concentric hamstring or quadriceps peak torque observed during SAFT90 (P > 0.05). Data analysis also revealed significant differences for Angle of Peak Torque for eccentric hamstrings (P < 0.05) which was significantly higher at the end of each half (t45: 37 ± 15; t105: 38 ± 18°) than the pre-exercise value (t0: 28 ± 12°). There was a time dependant decrease in peak eccentric hamstring torque and in the functional strength ratio which may have implications for the increased predisposition to hamstring strain injury during the latter stages of match-play.  相似文献

Quadriceps and hamstrings strength were assessed by maximum isometric contractions at six angles (40°, 50°, 60°, 70°, 80°, 90°) and concentric contractions at three angular velocities (60° s?1, 180° s?1, 300° s?1).ParticipantsForty physically active adults (25 males).Main outcome measuresPeak isometric and isokinetic torques of the quadriceps and hamstrings, and the corresponding H:Q ratios.ResultsIsometric H:Q ratio increased with greater knee extension (P < 0.001), with overall a higher ratio in the D leg (P < 0.001). Isokinetic H:Q ratio increased with angular velocity (P < 0.001), with a higher ratio in the D leg (P < 0.05). Neither isometric nor isokinetic H:Q ratios differed between males and females.ConclusionsWhen setting rehabilitation goals, it may be appropriate to adjust the H:Q ratio and leg strength based on the uninvolved leg with consideration of leg dominance. Gender-related differences do not explain the discrepancy in the literature regarding bilateral differences in the H:Q ratio. Other subject characteristics such as age and training may be more relevant.  相似文献

This study examined markers of muscle damage following a repeated bout of maximal isokinetic eccentric exercise performed prior to full recovery from a previous bout. Twenty non-resistance trained volunteers were randomly assigned to a control (CON, n=10) or experimental (EXP, n=10) group. Both groups performed 36 maximal isokinetic eccentric contractions of the elbow flexors of the non-dominant arm (ECC1). The EXP group repeated the same eccentric exercise bout two days later (ECC2). Total work and peak eccentric torque were recorded during each set of ECC1 and ECC2. Isometric torque, delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), flexed elbow angle and plasma creatine kinase (CK) activity were measured prior to and immediately following ECC1 and ECC2. at 24h intervals for 7 days following ECC1 and finally on day 11. In both groups, all dependent variables changed significantly during the 2 days following ECC1. A further acute post-exercise impairment in isometric torque (30 +/- 5%) and flexed elbow angle (20 +/- 4%) was observed following ECC2 (p<0.05), despite EXP subjects producing uniformly lower work and peak eccentric torque values during ECC2 (p<0.05). No other significant differences between the CON and EXP groups were observed throughout the study (p>0.05). These findings suggest that when maximal isokinetic eccentric exercise is repeated two days after experiencing of contraction-induced muscle damage, the recovery time course is not significantly altered.  相似文献

ObjectivesTo determine the combined effects of slow isokinetic resistance training and eccentric overload and compare it to traditional resistance training on strength, power, body composition and muscle hypertrophy in young ice hockey players.DesignExperimental, randomized trial.MethodsTwenty-two resistance-trained ice hockey players (18 ± 1 year) were assigned to either isokinetic resistance training and eccentric overload (ISO/ECC; n = 11) or traditional resistance training (TRAD; n = 11). Participants underwent supervised progressive resistance training for 8 weeks (2–3 sessions/week) involving lower body multiple-joint exercises (heavy squats and explosive jump squats). The ISO/ECC group performed their training using a computerized robotic engine system (1080 Quantum synchro, Sweden), whereas the TRAD group performed the same resistance exercises with isotonic loading. Before and after the intervention, participants were evaluated in 1RM back squat, loaded jump squats, sprint- and jump performance, body composition and muscle thickness using ultrasound measurement.ResultsSimilar moderate increases in 1RM back squat and power output in the jump squats were found in both the ISO/ECC and TRAD groups (11–17%, P < 0.01), whereas only the ISO/ECC group showed improvements in drop jump performance (9.8%, P = 0.01). Moreover, similar trivial changes in body composition were observed in both groups, while only the ISO/ECC training group increased muscle thickness in the vastus intermedius (P = 0.01) and rectus femoris muscles (P = 0.03).ConclusionsBoth modalities effectively increased maximal strength and power output, whereas isokinetic resistance training, combined with eccentric overload, improved drop jump performance and induced greater muscle hypertrophy than traditional training in young ice hockey players.  相似文献

Probiotic supplementation may offer team sport athletes a range of benefits beyond the immune and gastrointestinal systems.ObjectivesTo examine the effects of a probiotic formulation on perceptual markers of sleep quality and quantity, and muscle soreness, leg heaviness and motivation in elite rugby union athletes.MethodsA double-blind randomised controlled trial involving 19 elite male rugby athletes was conducted over 17 weeks encompassing both domestic and international competition. Psychometric variables and salivary biomarkers were assessed twice a week. Athletes were assigned either a daily probiotic (Ultrabiotic 60?) and Saccharomyces boulardii (during international competition) or a placebo. Associations between psychometric scores for perceptual and salivary biomarkers of sleep (melatonin) and inflammation C-reactive protein (CRP) were investigated.ResultsMuscle soreness was ~0.5 units lower (F(1, 343) = 42.646, p < 0.0001) and leg heaviness scores ~0.7 units lower (F(1, 334) = 28.990, p < 0.0001) in the probiotic group compared to the placebo group. Across both groups, as self-reported muscle soreness scores and salivary CRP concentrations increased, sleep quantity, quality and motivation scores decreased. Conversely as muscle soreness scores and CRP decreased, sleep quantity and quality, and motivation scores improved.ConclusionsA long-term programme of probiotic supplementation in international-level rugby union players may yield favourable effects on self-reported muscle soreness and sleep quality associated with muscle soreness during training and competitions.  相似文献

ObjectivesTo investigate whether five-weeks of concentric (CON) or eccentric (ECC) hamstring strength training have different effects on recovery from sprint running, eccentric strength and architecture of the biceps femoris long head (BFLH).DesignCohort study.MethodsThirty males (age, 22.8 ± 4.1 y; height, 180.1 ± 6.4 cm; weight, 85.2 ± 14.6 kg) were allocated into either a CON or ECC group, both performing nine sessions of resistance training. Prior to and immediately after the five-week intervention, each participant’s BFLH fascicle length (FL), pennation angle (PA), muscle thickness (MT), peak isometric KF torque and Nordic eccentric strength were assessed. Post-intervention, participants performed two timed sprint sessions (10 × 80 m) 48 h apart. Blood samples and passive KF torques were collected before, immediately after, 24 h and 48 h after the first sprint session.ResultsAfter five-weeks of strength-training, fascicles lengthened in the ECC (p < 0.001; d = 2.0) and shortened in the CON group (p < 0.001; d = 0.92), while PA decreased for the ECC (p = 0.001; d = 0.52) and increased in the CON group (p < 0.001; d = 1.69). Nordic eccentric strength improved in both ECC (p < 0.001; d = 1.49) and CON (p < 0.001; d = 0.95) groups. No between-group differences were observed in peak isometric strength (p = 0.480), passive KF torques (p = 0.807), sprint performance decrements between sprint sessions (p = 0.317) and creatine kinase (p = 0.818).ConclusionsDespite inducing significant differences in BFLH muscle architecture, there were no significant between group differences in sprint performance decrements across two sprint sessions.  相似文献

ObjectivesAlthough previous research shows that the hamstring length–tension relationship during eccentric contractions plays a role in hamstring injury, training methods to promote beneficial adaptations are still unclear. The purpose of this pilot study was to determine whether an eccentric hamstring specific training programme results in favourable adaptations.DesignEccentric training consisting of the Nordic hamstring exercise performed twice a week for four weeks. Pre- and post-training concentric/concentric isokinetic testing of peak torque (PT) and position of peak torque (POS) was performed for both the quadriceps and hamstrings of both legs at 60° s−1. Vertical jump height was also assessed.ParticipantsNine athletic, male subjects with no previous strength training experience.ResultsThere was a significant increase in vertical jump height (pre=51.0±4.8 cm, post=54.4±6.3 cm, p=0.04), a significant reduction in quadriceps PT (pre=204.6±21.9 N.m., post=181.5±19.9 N.m., p=0.01), a significant decrease in hamstring POS from full knee extension (pre=32.5±7.4°, post=26.2±8.6°, p=0.01) and a significant hamstring POS difference between limbs (dominant=33.8±9.5°, non-dominant=24.9±6.5°, p=0.01).ConclusionNordic hamstring exercise training may produce favourable neuromuscular adaptations for the possible prevention of hamstring injuries while enhancing performance in athletic, untrained males.  相似文献
