The effect of 24 plant polysaccharides on theperipheral T and B lymphocytes,thymus T lympho-cyte in normal mice and the peripheral T lymphocytein tumor transplanted mice was studied cytochemical-ly.The results showed that these polysaccharidesmight be classified into 3 groups:those increasingthe peripheral T,B lymphocytes and thymus Tlymphocyte,those lowering these cells,and thosewith no apparent effect on them.The number of polysaccharides with obviouseffect on the peripheral and thymus T lymphocytes,the connection between the thymus weight and theT lymphocyte percentage changes in normal miceand the correlation between the change of the peri-pheral T lymphocyte and the inhibitory effect ontumor growth in tumor transplanted mice are dis-cussed.  相似文献

The anti-tumor effect of “Yanshanqiong”燕山蛩 (Spirobolus bungii Brandt) extracts wasstudied in mice with solid uterocervical carcino-ma (U_(14)),sarcoma-37,Lewis lung carcinoma andascites uterocervial carcinoma,sarcoma-180,Ehrlich tumor.The agents tested includedwater,ethanol,ether and ethanol-ether extracts.All extracts were intraperitoneally administeredin solid-tumor-bearing mice for 12-14 days andascites-tumor-bearing mice for 4-8 days.Theoptimal daily dose established for these 4 ex-tracts was 0.3,1.3,0.15-0.30 and 0.05-0.20g/kg bodyweight respectively.The tumor-growth-inhibit-ing effect was determined for these extracts inanimals with U_(14),Lewis and U_(14)A,S_(180)A,ECAand ranged from 28.2 to 59.8% in solid tumor  相似文献

The effect of 5 plant polysaccharides injectedintraperitoneally to the peripheral T,B and thymusT lymphocytes in tumor transplanted mice irradiatedlocally by X-ray was investigated cytochemically.The peripheral T lymphocyt percentage in 5 treatedgroups of female tumor transplanted mice irradiatedlocally by X.ray dropped markedly;the B lymphocytepercentage rose in all 5 treated groups.The peri-pheral T lymphocyte percentage in groups treatedwith polyporus umbellatus,yeast Mannan,RadixAngeficae Sinensis Ⅱ and Armillaria Mellea C-D fellappreciably in male tumor transplanted mice irradiat-ed locally by X-ray;the peripheral B lymphocytepercentage in these groups increased.The injectionof yeast Mannan,Radix Angelicae Sinensis Ⅱ,Armil-laria Mellea C-D and Lichina confinis reduced thethymus T lymphocyte percentage in female tumortransplanted mice irradiated locally by X-ray.Poly-porus umbellatus increased the thymus T lymphocytepercentage in male tumor transplanted mice,whileyeast Mannan and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Ⅱ greatlylowered the thymus T lymphocyte percentage.Therelationship between the changes of the peripheraland thymus T lymphocyte percentages and the inhibi-tion of the tumor growth in tumor transplanted miceof both sexes is discussed.  相似文献

A human primary gastric cancer tissue (adenocarcinoma Ⅱ—Ⅲ) was transplanted into nude mice (SWISS/DF, nu/nu). It has been transfered for 8 generations at 56 sites in 28 nude mice with transplanting rate of 100%. The transplanted tumor is designated as transplanted human primary gastric cancer-1 in nude mice (THPGC-1). The growth rate of THPGC-1 is rather rapid and the size of transplanted tumor reaches 1cm~2 in 4—5 weeks after transfer. The morphology and histochemistry of the original tumor were retained well in the initial and serial transplanted tumors. THPGC-1 could secrete carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). After intravenous or intraperitoneal injection of ~(131)Ⅰ-antiCEA monoclonal antibody into the THPGC-1 bearing nude mice, the radiolabeled antibody was concentrated and localized in the tumor as shown by γ-camera analysis. Similar pattern of lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme was observed both in primary gastric cancer tissue and THPGC-1 tissue. Chromosomal examination revealed that THPGC-1 was human aneuploid ones. Southern blot analysis showed that the pattern of repetitive DNA bands and the structure of 28S rDNA, c-H-ras and c-myc genes in THPGC-1 were identical to the original primary gastric cancer DNA. The results suggest that THPGC-1 be a reliable model for the research of the molecular biology of cancer cells and experimantal gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment.  相似文献

Objective To determine the relations between endothelium-dependent vasodilator functionand blood flow in the brachial and coronary arteries in patients with suspected coronary artery disease. Methods Twenty-eight patients with suspected coronary artery disease underwent brachial artery endothelial function test by using high-resolution B-mode ultrasound before coronary angiography (CAG) and coronary flow reserve (CFR) test by using intracoronary Doppler technique. The correlation of coronary artery dilatation induced by an increase in blood flow after intracoronary adenosine infusion and brachial artery flow-mediated dilatation (FMD) following reactive hyperemia was evaluated. The relation between the change of brachial artery blood flow and CFR was also studied. Results There was a positive correlation between brachial FMD and percent change of coronary diameter after adenosine infusion (12.50% ± 9 .35% vs 11 .38% ± 7.55% , r = 0 .425 ,P= 0.02). The dried root of Rosa multiflora Thunb.contains β-sitosterol,2α,19α-dihydroxy-ursolicacid 1,and 2ct,19α-dihydroxy-ursolic acid-(28-1)-β-D-gluconolactone,or rosamultin.The prepara-tion of Radix Rosae Multiflorae contains 32% oftriterpenic acid and 4% of catechin.The effectof Radix Rosae Multiflorae in reducing serumcholesterol and triglyceride was noted in a clinicaltrial done in our Institute in 1976.A compara-tive study of this drug with clofibrate and hexani-cotol was carried out in 1981-82 with the follow-ing results.  相似文献

作者观察了在二亚硝基哌嗪(DNP)诱发大鼠鼻咽癌变过程中全血硒浓度和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化及硒的作用。实验分5组:①空白对照组(BG);②硒对照组(SG);③DNP对照组(DG);④硒预防组(PG);⑤硒治疗组(TG)。结果显示,于饮水中补硒能提高大鼠血硒浓度和GSH-PX活性,而且能预防鼻咽癌的发生;在实验早期,各给致癌物组酶活性与相应的对照组无差异,后期前者均明显低于后者,且DG血硒浓度明显低于BG,说明肿瘤的形成引起了血中GSH-Px和硒浓度的降低;然而PG和TG血硒与SG无差异,说明血硒浓度的高低易受摄取量的影响,提示在评估肿瘤时,血GSH-PX活性也许比血硒更有用。经分析,大鼠全血GSH-PX活性与硒浓度之间有正相关关系(r=0.61,P相似文献

作者分别测定了女性乳腺癌、乳腺良性病变患者及健康妇女的全血、癌组织、癌旁组织及良性病变组织的硒含量及含硒酶——GSH-PX(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活性水平。结果发现:乳腺癌患者血硒含量及血中GSH-PX活性水平均低于乳腺良性病变患者及健康对照者,乳腺癌组织硒含量却高于癌旁组织及良性病变组织,癌组织的GSH-Px活性水平也高于其自身癌旁组织。本文还探讨了不同临床情况的乳腺癌患者血和癌组织的硒及GSH-PX活性水平。  相似文献

①目的 探讨硒对风湿性心瓣膜病病人谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)基因表达的影响。②方法 风湿性心瓣膜病病人30例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各15例。实验组术前给予亚硒酸钠治疗2周。对术中缺血前和再灌注后30mm时GPx mRNA的表达阳性率进行测定。③结果 缺血前对照组的阳性表达率为6.67%,实验组为73.33%,两组比较差异有显著性(P=0.00024);再灌注30min后对照组的阳性表达率为13.33%,实验组为93.33%,两组比较差异有显著性(P=0.00001)。④结论 风湿性心瓣膜病病人补硒可以提高心肌缺血前和再灌注30min后GPx mRNA的表达水平,拮抗自由基对心肌细胞的脂质过氧化损伤作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨久效磷对血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶中毒机制。方法:采用改制Hafemen法。结果:测得正常家兔血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力单位为27.24;家兔中毒6h酶活力单位为23.68,中毒24h酶活力单位为18.04,中毒36h酶活力单位为27.26。经统计学方差分析各组间具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:久效磷对家兔血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性有明显抑制作用。  相似文献

本文对苯中毒小白鼠血液中SOD、过氧化物酶、GSH过氧化物酶的变化进行了实验研究。将小白鼠按不同染毒浓度、不同染毒时间分组、对其进行静式吸入染毒。20天后,对其外周血WBC计数及相关血生化指标进行检测。结果提示:在苯中毒早期WBC在正常范围时,GSH过氧化酶、SOD和过氧化物酶已发生变化,为我们进一步研究苯中毒早期诊断指标提供了重要依据。  相似文献

从仓鼠肝中提取到电泳均一的谷胱甘肽过氧化酶,用微量纯化酶免疫新西兰兔,得到效价为1∶64的抗血清。用该抗血清对仓鼠各组织进行PAP法酶标定位,发现谷胱甘肽过氧化酶广泛存在于肝、肾曲管上皮、心肌、骨骼肌细胞胞浆内。在肝脏、汇管区阳性反应明显多于小叶中央区。  相似文献

The correlations of selenium level and glutathione peroxidase activity in blood and lipid peroxide concentration in plasma from 24 patients of dilated cardiomyopathy were studied. The results showed that in case of dilated cardiomyopathy, the selenium level and glutathione peroxidase activity were significantly lower (P less than 0.05), while lipid peroxide concentration was significantly higher (P less than 0.01) than those of healthy controls. Therefore, it is highly possible that dilated cardiomyopathy is associated with lipoperoxidation damage caused by the deficiency of both selenium and antioxidation ability.  相似文献
