维吾尔族大学生450名视力正常眼屈光状态与屈光要素分析   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5

目的 分析新疆医科大学450名维吾尔族大学生视力正常眼的屈光状态与屈光要素之间的关系.方法 对450名维吾尔族大学生视力正常的899眼进行超声生物测定眼轴长度、前房深度、晶状体厚度(眼科A超),同时进行角膜曲率(角膜曲率计)和验光(视网膜检影法)检查,并进行统计学分析.结果 899眼中,远视眼444眼,屈光度 0.75~ 2.50 D;正视眼440眼,屈光度为0~ 0.50 D;近视眼15眼,屈光度为-0.50~-1.25 D.眼轴长度和前房深度在近视眼、正视眼和远视眼之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对正视眼和远视眼进行右眼、左眼的统计学分析,各屈光要素之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).在正视眼和远视眼中,对性别不同屈光要素进行统计学分析,除晶状体厚度外,余屈光要素在性别比较上均有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性较女性眼轴长、前房深,同时角膜曲率较女性小.结论 维吾尔族大学生视力正常眼中存在着近视眼、正视眼和远视眼,在正视眼和远视眼中,男性较女性眼轴长,前房深,同时角膜曲率较女性小.维吾尔族人群在眼屈光要素上存在着与其他民族的不同之处,对研究维吾尔族眼的屈光状态和疾病都具有重要的意义.  相似文献

目的 了解维吾尔族、哈萨克族与汉族大学生正视眼屈光要素之间的关系.方法 对三个民族大学生420只正视眼使用IOL-Master进行眼轴长度、前房深度、角膜曲率测定,并进行统计学分析.结果 三个民族大学生在角膜曲率上差异均无统计学意义,维吾尔族与哈萨克族大学生在眼轴长度及前房深度上无统计学意义(P>0.05),汉族较维吾尔族与哈萨克族大学生眼轴更长,前房更深(P<0.05).对三个民族正视眼进行右眼、左眼的统计学分析,各屈光要素均无统计学意义(P>0.05).同一民族不同性别分析发现,三个民族中男性均较女性眼轴更长,角膜曲率更小;维吾尔族大学生男性较女性前房更深,哈萨克族与汉族大学生男性与女性在前房深度上均无明显差异.相同性别不同民族研究发现,维吾尔族与哈萨克族正视眼屈光要素在相同性别中比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),汉族男性、女性分别较维吾尔族与哈萨克族男性、女性眼轴更长,前房更深,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 不同民族正视眼屈光要素存在差异性,不同眼别无差异性,不同性别存在差异性.  相似文献

目的:探索维吾尔族大学生不同屈光状态与屈光要素之间的关系.方法:选取新疆医科大学在校维吾尔族大学生共计475例950眼,进行眼科视力、裂隙灯及眼底镜等专科检查,排除有影响屈光状态眼部疾病的9眼,余941眼,使用IOL-Master进行眼轴长度、前房深度、角膜曲率测定,并进行统计学分析.结果:维吾尔族大学生941眼随着眼屈光状态的分布为-13.5 ~ +8.00D,眼轴长度由长变短,前房深度由深变浅,角膜平均曲率由陡变平.根据屈光状态不同共分为7组,各组间比较中眼轴长度有统计学差异(P<0.05),前房深度与角膜平均曲率存在相近屈光状态间无统计学差异的情况(P>0.05).等效球镜与眼轴长度、前房深度、角膜平均曲率的相关系数r分别为-0.834,-0.547,-0.208(P<0.01).等效球镜(D)与眼轴长度(AL)、前房深度(ACD)与角膜平均曲率(K)的多元回归方程为D=83.229-2.150AL+2.171ACD-0.939K.结论:维吾尔族大学生屈光要素间的变化配合决定了眼的屈光状态,为研究维吾尔族屈光状态的发生发展提供依据.  相似文献

目的 探讨汉族、维吾尔族中小学生屈光度与不同眼球参数的关系.方法 对汉族甲小学生1366人(2732只眼),维吾尔族中小学生326人(652只眼)按照自愿同意的原则进行屈光度、角膜曲率、角膜厚度、眼压、眼轴测定,采用Epi-data软件建立数据库,所有数据双录入,全部统计工作均由SPSS 17.0软件完成.结果 近视眼中屈光度、眼轴、角膜厚度在民族之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正视眼中眼压、垂直角膜曲率、眼轴及角膜厚度在民族之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);远视眼中各研究指标在民族之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).汉族学生屈光度与眼压、水平角膜曲率、垂直角膜曲率及眼轴之间相关,而维吾尔族学生屈光度与眼压、垂直角膜曲率及眼轴之间相关,均与眼轴(r=-0.650,P=0.000;r=-0.359,P=0.000)的相关性较为密切,同时还发现眼轴与水平角膜曲率、垂直角膜曲率呈负相关(r=-0.37,P=0.000;r=-0.31,P=0.000)(r=-0.466,P=0.000;r=-0.432,P=0.000);水平角膜曲率与垂直角膜曲率呈高度正相关(r=0.901,P=0.000;r=0.881,P=0.000).结论 (1)屈光度与眼压、水平角膜曲率、垂直角膜曲率及眼轴之间相关,尤其与眼轴密切相关;眼轴与水平角膜曲率、垂直角膜曲率呈负相关.(2)不同种族人群在眼球的生长过程中屈光状态与屈光要素的变化是不同的,在对屈光要素变化研究时需关注种族间的差异.  相似文献

目的 探讨屈光参差眼屈光要素的差异程度对屈光参差的形成作用.方法 收集双眼等效球镜度数差>2.00 D的屈光参差患者91例,按屈光参差类型分为远视性屈光参差和近视性屈光参差2组.用日本Topcon KR.8800自动验光仪测量双眼屈光度数和角膜曲率(CC).用法国Quantel 0459 A型超声生物测量仪测量双眼前房深度(ACD)、晶状体厚度(LT)、玻璃体腔长度(VCL)及眼轴长度(AL),将患者的双眼进行自身对照观察,所测数据采用配对t检验进行统计学分析.屈光参差眼各屈光要素与年龄及分组的关系采用多元线性回归进行分析,屈光参差眼的屈光要素与眼轴的关系采用偏相关的方法进行分析.结果 屈光参差者双眼之间只有玻璃体腔长度和眼轴长度存在差异(tVCL=9.506、3.654,P均<0.01 tAL=12.334、3.447,P均<0.01).多元线性回归分析发现:屈光参差者双眼的角膜曲率、前房深度都与年龄无关 近视性屈光参差眼的角膜曲率、前房深度都大于远视性屈光参差眼(tK=4.600,P<0.01 tACD=2.894,P<0.01),而晶状体厚度没有差异 2组屈光参差者双眼的角膜曲率、前房深度都与眼轴长度无关,而晶状体厚度与眼轴相关(r=0.358、0.296,P<0.01).玻璃体腔的长度与眼屈光状态和眼轴都相关(r=0.975、0.979,P<0.01).结论 玻璃体腔长度的变化是屈光参差发生的内在根本原因.  相似文献

目的 分析和研究近视性的高度屈光参差眼屈光参数及角膜生物学参数的差异性.方法 对23名近视性的高度屈光参差患者(双眼等效球镜SE差≥6.00D),用眼反应分析仪(Ocular Response Analyzer,ORA)测量角膜滞后性(Corneal Hyteresis,CH),用改进的光学相干断层扫描仪(OCT-3)测量中央角膜厚度(CCT),用IOL-Master测量角膜曲率(mean K)及眼轴长度(AL).统计处理采用配对t检验和多元线性回归分析.结果 近视程度高度眼平均AL(28.34±1.10)mm,低度眼平均AL( 24.53±0.70)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).双眼角膜平均曲率K差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).双眼CCT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).近视程度高度眼CH平均值(10.00±1.61 )mm Hg,低度眼CH平均值( 10.96±1.38)mm Hg,双眼CH差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高度眼CH与眼轴和角膜厚度相关(P<0.05).结论 相同基因及环境下,高度近视眼的CH显著下降,角膜无明显变薄,提示眼轴的过度增长可能会导致角膜的微观结构改变,引起角膜的生物力学性能改变.  相似文献

目的研究近视眼、远视眼少儿角膜前表面的非球面性特征。方法 164例(291眼)经睫状肌麻痹下综合验光仪确定屈光不正度和散光轴向;按等效球镜度分为近视眼组、正视眼组、远视眼组;Humphrey角膜地形图仪检查角膜前表面不同位置曲率值与形状系数(SF)。结果三组SF值近视眼组最低、远视眼组最高,直径7mm处角膜曲率值近视眼较远视眼正视眼都高;角膜形状系数(SF)与球镜度存在有统计学意义的弱正相关 (r=0.16 P=0.003);角膜中央到周边曲率与等效球镜度的回归系数逐渐增加。结论随着近视度数加深,角膜向着周边变平坦的趋势减慢,主要是由于周边直径7mm处变陡速率比中央区快。远视眼角膜向着周边变平坦的趋势加快,可能是由于直径7mm外周边角膜变平坦。  相似文献

目的 探讨屈光矫治方式对近视眼单眼调节幅度的影响及其临床意义.方法 近视眼患者213例,根据日常屈光矫治情况分为框架眼镜组(58例),角膜接触镜组(49例),屈光手术组(74例),未矫正组(32例).另有正视组55例.采用近点尺测定各组单眼调节幅度.结果 近视眼单眼调节幅度在未矫正组、框架眼镜组、角膜接触镜组、屈光手术组和正视组各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).未矫正组单眼调节幅度低于正视组、框架眼镜组、角膜接触镜组和屈光手术组(P<0.01);角膜接触镜组和屈光手术组单眼调节幅度与正视组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 日常近视矫治方式对近视眼患者的单眼调节幅度存在影响.屈光矫治有利于维持近视眼患者的正常单眼调节幅度.  相似文献

目的:通过分析调节对儿童屈光构成因素的影响,探讨调节与屈光不正、特别是与近视眼的关系。方法:检测135例(270只眼)儿童睫状肌麻痹前后的前房深度(AD)、晶状体厚度(LT)、玻璃体腔径(VL)、眼轴长度(AL)的变化以及睫状肌麻痹后的屈光状态。对其中136只眼行睫状肌麻痹前后角膜地形图检查。结果:不论远视眼、正视眼还是近视眼在睫状肌麻痹后胶房加深(P<0.01),晶状体变薄(P<0.01),玻璃体腔径缩短(P<0.01),但远视眼睫状肌麻痹后眼轴增长(P<0.05),近视眼眼轴缩短(P<0.01);远视眼睫状肌麻痹后,以角膜中心点中心,直径为3mm的环平均角膜屈光度(MD3,P=0.009)和角膜曲率K1(P<0.05)增加;近视眼睫状肌麻痹后除MD3(P=0.033)、K1(P<0.05),K2以及以角膜中心点为中心,直径为5mm,7mm的环平均角膜屈光度(MD5、MD7)均降低(P≤0.01);角膜垂直径线下方的平均角膜屈光度(LMD)大于上方的平均角膜屈光度(UMD)而水平径线颞侧的平均角膜屈光度(LaMD)大于鼻侧的平均角膜屈光度(MMD)(P<0.01)。结论:调节对眼的几乎所有屈光构成因素有着显著的影响;它本身不仅是传统意义上的晶状体本身屈光度增加,同时还伴有晶状体的相对前移;角膜的非球面性即便是在同一垂直或水平径线上的屈光分布也是非对称的。  相似文献

目的探讨近视性屈光参差患者的眼轴与角膜曲率的关系。方法对87例近视性屈光参差(双眼屈光度差值≥-2.50D~-5.00D)患者进行双眼屈光度、眼轴、角膜屈曲率的测量,分两组,其分别为屈光度差值≥-2.50D~-3.50D和屈光度差值〉-3.50D~-5.50D,采用t检验,进行统计分析。结果本组87例(174只眼)左右眼角膜曲率垂直、水平、眼轴长度对比,t值为0.553、0.124、1.02,比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。在54例≥-2.50D~3.50D低度近视眼与高度近视眼角膜曲率垂直水平和眼轴长度的比较,t值分别为0.98、0.86、3.62;对比分析眼轴长度有统计学意义(P〈0.05),角膜曲率无统计学意义。33例屈光参差〉-3.50D~5.50D低度近视眼与高度近视眼角膜曲率垂直水平和眼轴的比较,t值分别为0.88、0.67、4.62,眼轴比较(P〈0.05)有统计学意义,角膜曲率无统计意义。高屈光度眼的两组对比,眼轴t=6.26,P=0.001;角膜曲率t=0.83,P〉0.05。结论近视性屈光参差存在双眼眼轴长度的差异,眼轴差异越大屈光差异程度越高,呈正相关系。眼轴差异1mm,屈光度差异约3.01D左右。角膜曲率差异无意义。  相似文献

目的 研究人眼角膜和全眼单色高阶波前像差特点及年龄相关性变化.方法 使用Tracey-iTrace视觉功能分析仪测量113只正常国人眼计59人,年龄5~73岁,平均(33.81±20.50)岁,角膜和全眼的球差(Z40)、总高阶像差(HOAs)、总彗差(TC)、总球差(TS)、总三叶草像差(TT).并对角膜和全眼高阶波前像差进行年龄相关性分析.结果 角膜Z40的均方根系数值平均为(0.27±0.07)μm(0.130~0.451)μm,虽然角膜Z40随年龄略呈增加趋势,但无统计学意义(r=0.172,p=0.069).全眼的Z40随年龄增加而增加(r=0.545,p=0.000).角膜的HOAs(r=0.499,p=0.000)、TC(r=0.149,p=0.021)、TT(J=0.344,p=0.000)和全眼的HOAs(r=0.427,p=0.000)、TC(r=0.253,p=0.007)、TT(r=0.185,p=0.050)均随年龄的增加而增加.角膜HOAs、TC、,TT.与全眼相对应像差呈正相关(r=0.327,p=0.000;r=0.233,p=0.013;r=0.481,p=0.000).角膜TS不随年龄而变化(r=0.180,p=0.057),但全眼的TS随年龄的增加而增加(r=0.560,p=0.000).结论 国人角膜的HOAs、Tc、1Tr随年龄的增加而增加,并导致了全眼的上述波前像差随年龄的增加而增高.角膜的TS和Z40不随年龄发生明显变化,全眼的TS和Z40随年龄增加是由于晶状体总球差和球差随年龄增加的结果.国人角膜球差具有较大个体差异性,手术前角膜球差的测量是非球面IOL选择的必要步骤.  相似文献

PURPOSE OF REVIEW: This article reviews the most recent studies that address the loss of and restoration of binocular vision in childhood and adulthood and summarizes recent changes in treatment approaches. RECENT FINDINGS: Studies during the last two years support the idea of continued plasticity of the binocular visual system throughout life. Children and adults with strabismus onset following binocular vision maturation are susceptibility to a permanent disruption of stereopsis and sensory fusion. Plasticity of the binocular visual system, however, also means continued restorability of function. Despite a rather short critical time interval for restoration of normal function (three months in children and 12 months in adults), peripheral or extramacular binocular visual function can be restored in most patients whose onset of disruption follows binocular maturation. SUMMARY: Stereoacuity loss can occur in the visually mature patient who develops strabismus later in life and delay of treatment can be deleterious to the restoration of normal macular binocular vision. However, despite any delay of treatment, most patients with strabismus acquired following binocular vision maturation will manifest some stereoacuity or sensory fusion following eye realignment. These findings suggest all patients with strabismus need to have their eyes aligned, either surgically or optically, to maximize their binocular vision outcome.  相似文献

目的 了解新疆维吾尔自治区城乡居民低视力与盲的患病率及病因构成,为地区性防盲、治盲提供资料和依据.方法 采用整群随机抽祥原则,以世界卫生组织盲目分级为标准,对新疆乌鲁木齐市及库车县农村抽取8295例进行低视力和盲的流行病学调查.结果 双眼低视力与盲的患病率分别为5.26%(城市3.65%,农村6.82%)和2.51%(城市1.56%,农村3.44%);男性双眼低视力与盲的患病率分别为5.47%和2.75%;女性双眼低视力与盲的患病率分别为5.10%和2.33%; 60岁~组及70岁~组低视力和盲的患病率增高明显.结论 城乡低视力与盲的患病率差异较大,致低视力和致肓眼病均以白内障为首位,其他致盲眼病依次为青光眼、眼底病、眼表疾病等.  相似文献

AIM: To establish the efficacy and safety of bimatoprost 0.03% monotherapy in glaucoma and ocular hypertension (OHT) patients with inadequate intraocular pressure (IOP)on current therapy. METHODS: Pre- and post-switch IOPs were analyzed for 59 consecutive patients who were switched from current therapy to bimatoprost monotherapy between 2011-2015. Demographic information, diagnosis, and any adverse events were recorded. Change in IOP post-pre switch was analyzed using a 2-sided Student''s paired t-test at the 5% significance level. RESULTS: There was a statistically significant mean reduction in IOP at the first follow up visit, which was maintained at subsequent follow up visits for patients regardless of diagnosis, or pre-switch treatment (P<0.001). Subgroup analysis also demonstrated a statistically significant mean reduction in IOP when looking at OHT patients only, as well as patients with any diagnosis switched from latanoprost monotherapy to bimatoprost monotherapy (P<0.001). CONCLUSION: This is the largest independent data set which supports switching glaucoma patients with poor response to current treatment onto bimatoprost monotherapy before considering other adjuvant medical or more invasive therapy.  相似文献

Purpose

To assess changes in visual function and optical and tear film quality in computer users.

Methods

Forty computer workers and 40 controls were evaluated at the beginning and end of a working day. Symptoms were assessed using the Quality of Vision questionnaire (QoV), 5-item Dry Eye Questionnaire (DEQ-5) and Symptom Assessment in Dry Eye version II (SANDE II). Tear film quality was evaluated using the Medmont E300 dynamic corneal topography tool to measure the tear film surface quality (TFSQ), TFSQ area and auto tear break-up time (TBUT). Optical quality was assessed by measuring high, low and total ocular aberrations with a Hartmann–Shack wavefront sensor. Visual performance was assessed by measuring photopic and mesopic visual acuity, photopic and mesopic contrast sensitivity and light disturbance.

Results

Poorer DEQ-5, QoV and SANDE II scores were obtained in computer workers at the end of the working day compared with controls (p ≤ 0.02). Computer workers exhibited a higher (worse) TFSQ and TFSQ area at visit 2 compared with visit 1 (p ≤ 0.04), while no significant differences in TBUT (p = 0.19) or ocular aberrations were observed (p ≥ 0.09). Additionally, both light disturbance (p ≤ 0.04) and mesopic and photopic contrast sensitivity worsened at several spatial frequencies (p ≤ 0.04) throughout the working day in computer workers, while visual acuity remained unchanged (p ≥ 0.07). In contrast, control subjects exhibited no decrease in any variable during the day.

Conclusions

While visual acuity remained unchanged, several aspects of visual function and quality of vision decreased over a day of computer use. These changes were accompanied by greater dry eye symptoms and tear film changes, which are likely to have played a fundamental role. The present study provides insight into new metrics to assess digital eye strain.  相似文献

SPARC (secreted protein, acidic and rich in cysteine) is a matricellular glycoprotein that regulates morphogenesis, cellular proliferation, and differentiation. SPARC is a critical factor in the development and maintenance of lens transparency in mice. SPARC-null mice develop lenticular opacity at an early age that progresses gradually to mature cataract. Despite the high level of homology between the mouse and human genes, little is known about SPARC in the human lens. We have studied the expression of SPARC protein in human lens and surrounding ocular tissues from normal human donors (60-70 years old). Immunohistochemical and immunoblot analyses were conducted on lens, aqueous humor, vitreous, ciliary epithelium, pigment epithelium, cornea and retina. The epithelia and capsule of the lens contained SPARC, whereas the cortical and nuclear fibers did not. In contrast, the aqueous humor and vitreous, which provide nutrients to the lens and regulate its development and function, contained significant amounts of SPARC. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of extracts of various ocular tissues revealed bands of 43 and 29 kD after disulfide bond reduction that were reactive with anti-SPARC IgG. Despite the presence of protease inhibitors during sample preparation, we observed cleavage of intact SPARC to a 29 kD fragment, a peptide reported in other tissues and attributed to endogenous proteolysis. In addition, bands of molecular mass 150 and 200 kD were present that appeared to be disulfide-bonded complexes of SPARC monomers. Human cornea, ciliary epithelium, pigment epithelium and retina also contained SPARC. The presence of SPARC in the aqueous humor and vitreous, as well as in the lens, indicates a functional importance of SPARC in adult human eye as well as in lens development.  相似文献

AIM: To assess the expression of anti-apoptotic protein survivin and tumor suppressor p53 protein in primary and recurrent pterygium and to investigate the relationship between them. METHODS: Survivin was assessed immunohistochemically using rabbit polyclonal antibody and p53 using mouse monoclonal antibody in a study sample of 20 cases of primary pterygium, 10 cases of recurrent pterygium and 10 cases of normal conjunctiva. RESLULTS: In our study, 35% of primary (7 of 20) and 40% of recurrent (4 of 10) pterygium specimens were positive for survivin staining; 45% of primary (9 of 20) and 50% of recurrent (5 of 10) pterygium specimens were positive for p53 expression; and all normal conjunctiva showed no staining of either survivin or p53. The p53 and survivin immunoreactivity in primary and recurrent pterygium groups was greater than those in normal conjunctiva group (P<0.05). There were no differences in p53 and survivin immunoreactivity between groups of primary and recurrent pterygium (P>0.05). The expression of survivin clearly segregated with p53-positive pterygium as compared with p53-negative cases [8 of 14 cases (57.1%) vs 3 of 16 cases (15.2%)]. The Fisher's exact test analysis confirmed a highly statistically significant correlation between survivin and p53 expression (P<0.05).
