探讨重庆市某区留守儿童青春期知信行与心理弹性的关系,为开展留守儿童青春期健康教育提供依据.方法 采用分层整取抽样方法,抽取重庆市某区1 244名四至九年级留守儿童,采用青少年心理韧性量表和自编青春期知信行进行问卷调查.结果 留守女生的心理弹性水平高于留守男生,初中留守儿童高于小学留守儿童(t值分别为4.70,4.27,P值均<0.01).与父母联系频率越高、父母关系越好、家庭经济状况越好、接受民主型教养方式的留守儿童心理弹性的水平越高(F值分别为35.86,31.66,3.25,57.23,P值均<0.05).多重线性回归分析显示,青春期知信行对留守儿童目标专注(B=0.11)、情绪控制(B=0.07)、积极认知(B=0.09)、家庭支持(B=0.05)、人际协助(B=0.09)及总心理弹性(B=0.41)有正向预测作用(P值均<0.01).结论 留守儿童青春期知信行与心理弹性存在正相关,应该重视青春期健康教育.  相似文献

  目的  探讨留守儿童青春期知识信念行为(以下简称“知信行”)与生活质量的关系,为制定改善青春期留守儿童生活质量的措施提供科学依据。  方法  2017年12月采用分层整群抽样方法抽取重庆市某区5所小学和5所中学共3 524名留守儿童进行青春期儿童生活质量量表和青春期知信行问卷调查。  结果  留守儿童生活质量总分及生理、社会维度得分均低于非留守儿童(t值分别为-2.28,-2.35,-3.52,P值均 < 0.05)。不同性别、学段、青春发动时相、家庭教养方式、经济状况留守儿童生活质量差异均有统计学意义(P值均 < 0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,青春期态度、行为与留守儿童总生活质量总分及生理、心理、社会、青春期各维度得分均呈正相关(B值分别为0.62,0.08,0.11,0.30,0.13;0.77,0.11,0.20,0.26,0.19,P值均 < 0.01);青春期知识与生活质量中的青春期维度呈正相关(B=0.04,P < 0.01),与其他维度及总生活质量呈负相关(B值分别为-0.13,-0.13,-0.15,-0.35,P值均 < 0.01)。  结论  留守儿童青春期态度、行为与生活质量呈正相关。应加强对留守儿童的青春期健康教育,重点关注向学生传达正确的青春期态度,并促进正确的态度向积极的行为转化,可以提高和改善青春期留守儿童生活质量。  相似文献

探讨肥胖青少年身体锻炼行为阶段改变对主观生活质量的影响,为肥胖青少年制定运动锻炼干预策略及提高生活质量提供参考.方法 采用分层整群随机抽样方法,筛选盐城市11~18岁中小学生中肥胖青少年268名,采用问卷调查的方式收集研究对象一般资料及所处的运动行为阶段,采用“儿童少年生活质量量表”评估健康相关生活质量.结果 肥胖青少年前意向阶段占33.96%,意向阶段25.00%,准备阶段21.27%,行动阶段15.67%,维持阶段4.10%.生活质量总分及生理、心理、社会因素、生活环境各维度得分分别为(141.53±6.24)、(32.03±2.42)、(43.52±2.46)、(45.27±2.54)、(18.62±2.26)分.单因素方差分析显示,生活质量生理、心理维度及总分在不同行为阶段间差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为145.408,134.542,113.163,P值均<0.05);秩和相关分析显示,生活质量生理、心理维度及生活质量总分与运动锻炼的阶段行为存在正相关(r值分别为0.663,0.654,0.704,P值均<0.05).结论 不同运动行为阶段肥胖青少年的生活质量总分及生理、心理维度得分差异有统计学意义,进行有规律的运动锻炼可明显改善肥胖青少年的生理、心理状态及生活质量.  相似文献

目的 了解喀什农村地区维吾尔族留守中小学生心理韧性和青春期发育知信行状况以及两者间的关系,为喀什农村地区维吾尔族留守中小学生身心健康干预和良好发展提供参考和借鉴。方法 以班级为抽样最小单位,采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,对喀什农村地区的1 864名中小学生进行心理韧性和青春期发育知信行的问卷调查,并采用t检验、Pearson相关分析、多重线性回归分析等方法对结果进行统计分析。结果 喀什农村地区维吾尔族留守中小学生青春期发育知信行的知识维度平均得分为(45.63±18.76)分、态度维度得分为(66.43±8.23)分、行为维度得分为(82.36±8.54)分;心理韧性得分为(87.65±11.86)分。在控制混杂因素后的多重线性回归分析显示,心理韧性的目标专注维度(β=0.12)、积极认知维度(β=0.09)、情绪控制维度(β=0.08)、家庭支持维度(β=0.06)、人际协助维度(β=0.09)、心理韧性总分(β=0.42)对青春期发育知信行均起到显著正向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论 维吾尔族留守中小学生心理韧性与青春期发育知信行存在正相关,家庭、学校和社会应进一步重视喀什农村地区维吾尔族留守中小学生健康教育工作。  相似文献

  目的  测定重庆市某区青春期儿童同伴依恋与生活质量的关系,为开展青春期儿童生活质量的干预提供科学依据。  方法  采用分层整群抽样的方法,于2017年12月在重庆市綦江区抽取5所中学和6所小学共6 073名调查对象,运用修订版青少年依恋问卷(IPPA-R)中文版同伴依恋分量表、青春期儿童生活质量量表进行调查。  结果  安全依恋型学生的生活质量总分为(144.97±17.39)分,高于不安全依恋型学生的(136.45±17.75)分(t=18.90,P < 0.01)。安全依恋型学生生活质量中的生理、心理、社会、青春期4个维度得分高于不安全依恋型的学生(t值分别为6.51,9.12,20.66,18.26,P值均 < 0.05)。多因素逐步回归分析结果显示,同伴依恋与青春期儿童生理、心理、社会、青春期4个维度及生活质量总分正相关均有统计学意义(B值分别为0.28,0.03,0.05,0.14,0.05,P值均 < 0.05)。  结论  青春期儿童同伴依恋与生活质量总分及部分维度存在正相关,提高青春期儿童同伴依恋的安全性有助于提高生活质量。  相似文献

了解月经来潮对女生生活质量的影响,为改善女生生活质量提供依据.方法 采用自编基本情况问卷、青春期生活质量量表,对分层整群抽取的8所中小学校1 690名女生进行问卷调查.结果 在控制混杂因素年龄的情况下,月经来潮对生活质量有影响(F=5.36,P=0.020);月经来潮组女生生活质量在生理维度、社会维度均低于月经未来潮组(F值分别为6.10,11.13,P值均<0.05).视年龄为协变量的偏相关分析发现,月经来潮时间与生活质量得分相关性无统计学意义(r=-0.01,P=0.79);健康教育、主动了解健康信息、能通过父母了解健康信息与月经来潮组生活质量呈正相关(β值分别为0.12,0.13,0.12,P值均<0.05);而与月经未来潮组的相关性无统计学意义(P值均>0.05).结论 月经来潮会降低青春期女生的生活质量,建议有针对性地加强该人群健康干预.  相似文献

探索重庆某库区县中学生生活满意度与应激性生活事件的关系,为提高中学生的生活满意度提供参考.方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,应用《多维学生生活满意度量表——中文版》(MSLSS-Chinese Version)和《中学生生活事件多维评定问卷》(MLERQ)对重庆某库区县3所乡镇中学共2 247名中学生进行调查.结果 女生生活满意度的家庭维度得分(4.77±0.91)高于男生(4.66±0.99)(t=-2.765,P<0.05);高一学生的居住环境维度得分(4.05±0.58)高于初一学生(3.95±0.76)(t=-3.534,P<0.05);独生子女的朋友维度、居住环境维度得分(4.25±0.82,3.90±0.86)低于非独生子女(4.36±0.59,4.02±0.65)(t值分别为-2.071,-2.183,P值均<0.05);住校生的自我维度得分(4.39±0.78)低于非住校生(4.50±0.93),而居住环境维度得分(4.04±0.64)高于非住校生(3.91±0.75)(t值分别为-2.693,3.948,P值均<0.05).男生生活应激事件的恋爱与性维度得分(0.67±0.67)高于女生(0.50±0.60)(t=6.133,P<0.05),其余各维度得分均低于女生(P值均<0.05);初一年级学生各维度得分均低于高一年级,除家庭维度外,其余各维度得分均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);独生子女的同伴维度得分(0.99±0.82)低于非独生子女(1.15±0.81)(t=-2.914,P<0.05);住校生各维度得分均高于非住校生(P值均<0.05).父母文化程度在生活满意度、生活应激事件部分维度上得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05).生活满意度的家庭、朋友、自我维度与应激性生活事件各维度均呈负相关(r值分别为-0.099~-0.301,P值均<0.01).家庭应激对中学生的生活满意度有负向影响作用(B=-0.145,t =-5.739,P<0.01).结论 减少家庭应激性生活事件的发生,提升学生应对应激事件的能力,可以提高中学生的生活满意度.  相似文献

探讨超重和肥胖儿童青少年生活质量自评与家长评估的差异,为实施儿童青少年肥胖干预提供依据.方法 2013年10月期间,采用两阶段分层整群抽样方法,选取盐城市8~18岁儿童青少年1 857名,先进行超重、肥胖筛查,再采用儿童生活质量普适性核心量表4.0进行自我评估与家长评估.结果 儿童组生活质量自评,超重、肥胖患儿躯体功能得分(87.2±2.5,83.5±3.3)低于正常儿童(92.5±3.2)(P值均<0.05).青少年组自评,超重、肥胖患儿总分(82.5±2.6,80.3±2.8)、躯体功能得分(85.7±2.8,81.6±2.3)均低于正常儿童(86.9±3.3,91.9±3.6);肥胖患儿社会心理维度得分(79.6±2.4)低于正常儿童(83.2±2.8).家长评估,超重、肥胖儿童青少年躯体功能得分(92.1±2.6,88.5±2.8)均低于正常儿童(95.3±2.5).超重、肥胖儿童青少年生活质量家长评估得分均高于患儿自评,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05).结论 超重、肥胖儿童青少年生活质量存在不同程度下降,家长对患儿生活质量评估得分偏高.应重视提高家长对肥胖儿童青少年生活质量的关注.  相似文献

探讨青少年适应性障碍的人格特点以及合理体育锻炼对青少年适应性障碍的影响,为提升青少年身心健康水平提供参考.方法 选取2011年1月-2015年2月景德镇精神卫生中心诊断为适应障碍的青少年40名作为研究组,另随机抽取某高级中学正常青少年40例作为对照组,通过中国青少年人格量表对全部对象进行评价,对2组对象各维度得分情况进行比较.对适应障碍的青少年实施为期1年体育锻炼,观察干预效果.结果 体育锻炼前,研究组青少年外向性维度总体得分及该维度下二级因素“合群”得分低于对照组(t值分别为5.581,11.932,P值均<0.01);才干维度总分2组差异无统计学意义(t=1.951,P>0.05),但沉稳得分研究组低于对照组(t=5.816,P<0.01);研究组人际关系维度总体得分及其二级因素“温和”“谨慎”“委婉”得分均低于对照组(t值分别为5.739,8.858,7.736,8.706,P值均<0.01);研究组情绪性维度总体得分及其二级因素“敏感”“急躁”“悲观”得分均低于对照组(t值分别为25.342,18.840,32.865,15.926,P值均<0.01);2组处世态度维度总体得分差异无统计学意义(t=1.895,P>0.05),但自信得分研究组低于对照组(t=2.315,P<0.05).对体育锻炼前2组得分差异有统计学意义的因素进行分析,体育锻炼后,研究组各维度得分均较体育锻炼前明显改善(P值均<0.05),且锻炼后研究组与健康对照组人格各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05).结论 以人格角度分析青少年适应障碍的特点,给予针对性的体育锻炼项目,能够实现适应性障碍的有效转归,从而促进身心健康发展.  相似文献

探讨大学生体育投入与生命质量的关系,为健康促进干预研究提供科学依据.方法 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等研究方法,对河北省5个地区10所普通高校860名大学生体育投入与生命质量特点进行研究.结果 不同层次大学生之间除心理维度外,其他各维度间差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05).大学生在体育投入4个维度的得分3个层次之间差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01).精力投入和情感投入2个维度得分在中等偏上水平;时间投入(F=11.262,P=0.000)在3个层次间得分差距相对较低;金钱投入(F=89.636,P=0.000)得分各层次差距较大.大学生体育投入与生命质量之间,除时间投入的2个因子以及情感体验与社会维度之间相关性无统计学意义外,体育投入其他指标与生命质量各维度之间均存在相关性(P值均<0.05).结论 应重视对大学生相关体育知识的宣传与教育,转变思想观念,激发锻炼热情.  相似文献

目的 探讨初中生青春发育时相与社会适应性水平的关系,为开展青春期学生的心理教育与行为干预提供指导。方法 2021年9—12月,采取分层整群抽样法,在河南省4座城市抽取3 591名初中生,使用“青春发育量表”和“社会适应量表”开展问卷调查。结果 男生在心理优势感、心理能量、人际适应、心理弹性和社会适应层面的得分高于女生,且差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为2.03,5.64,2.48,3.65,4.01,P值均<0.05)。单因素方差分析表明,青春发育时相延迟组社会适应得分高于适中组,适中组高于提前组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,相对于适中组,青春发育时相提前与心理优势感、心理能量、人际适应、心理弹性各维度和社会适应总分均呈负相关(β值分别为-0.30,-0.31,-0.31,-0.32,-0.35,P值均<0.01)。结论 初中生青春发育时相与社会适应水平密切相关,青春发育时相提前会对社会适应水平产生消极影响。建议学校采取科学方法加强对青春发育时相提前学生的心理援助与支持。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Current health literature suggests that there has been a decline in the age of pubertal onset, and that pubertal development is influenced by social context. Unfortunately, contemporary Canadian-specific data have not been available. This study examined the odds of having entered puberty at various ages during adolescence, before and after controlling for the effects of family socio-economic status and family structure. METHODS: Longitudinal data for this study were drawn from the first four cycles of the National Longitudinal Survey of Children and Youth. The final sample consisted of 7977 adolescents ranging in age from 10 to 17. Pubertal status of the participants was identified based on pubic hair, facial hair growth, and voice change, for boys; and pubic hair, breast development, and menstruation, for girls. Trajectories of pubertal development were analyzed with HLM growth curve modelling techniques. RESULTS: The results indicated that, compared to boys, the odds of having entered puberty at age 13 were 6.45 times higher for girls and that girls go through puberty more quickly. Low family socio-economic status and living with a stepfather were found to predict early onset of pubertal development. CONCLUSION: Contextual factors are related to pubertal development. Additional research is needed to develop a more solid understanding of how psychosocial factors interact to predict gendered patterns of pubertal development.  相似文献

目的 了解农民工子女生命质量与健康促进生活方式状况。方法 采用生命质量量表和健康促进生活方式量表,对廊坊市677(男399,女288)名农民工子女生理维度、心理维度 、社会维度 、独立性维度、环境维度、综合维度以及营养行为、自我实现、压力处理、健康责任、身体运动、人际关系进行调查。结果 农民工子女生命质量和健康促进生活方式各维度在性别、年级、年龄和经济状况方面差异存在不同的统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05)。身体运动对生命质量的生理健康、心理状态、社会关系、独立能力和综合领域5影响具有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05)。人际关系对生命质量的心理状态、社会关系、独立能力和综合领4个维度有显著性贡献(P<0.01~0.05)。健康责任对生命质量的显著性贡献主要表现在生理健康、独立能力和综合领域3个维度(P<0.01~0.05)。结论 针对农民工子女健康促进生活方式与生命质量关系的特点,制定针对性的健康促进策略,以提高生命质量水平。  相似文献

摘要:目的 探讨氯吡脲对雄性SD大鼠青春期发育的干扰效应,为氯吡脲的安全性应用提供依据。方法 对青春期前雄性大鼠进行试验,观察接触不同剂量(0.06、6、600 mg/kg·bw)的氯吡脲时,青春期雄性大鼠体重、包皮分离时间、脏器重量及系数、血清肝肾功、睾酮、促甲状腺激素等的变化,并对脏器进行组织学检查。结果 与对照组相比,除高剂量组肝系数、肾系数明显增高(F=8.20,P<0.05;F=11.07,P<0.05),低剂量组总蛋白和白蛋白显著升高(F=6.83,P<0.05;F=6.71,P<0.05)外,各剂量组体重、包皮分离时间、脏器重量、睾酮含量等指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组织学检查结果显示氯吡脲各剂量组大鼠重要脏器无损害性改变。结论 氯吡脲对雄性SD大鼠青春期发育没有明显的影响。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine prevalence and contributing factors of anaemia in adolescents. DESIGN: Cross-sectional study of anaemia prevalence, socio-economic status and puberty. SETTING: Schools in East Java, Indonesia. SUBJECTS: Male and female adolescent pupils (age 12-15 y; n=6486). RESULTS: Anaemia prevalence was 25.8% among girls (n=3486), 24.5% among pre-pubertal boys (n=821), and 12.1% among pubertal boys (n=2179). Socio-economic status, indicated by type of school attended, was an important factor determining the risk of anaemia. Girls had a higher risk when they attended a poor school (OR poorest school, 1.00; other schools, 0.67-0.87), had reached puberty (OR, 1.25), had lower retinol intake (OR 1st-4th quartiles-1.00, 0.97, 0.89, 0.77) and higher vitamin A intake from plant sources (OR 1st-4th quartiles-1.00, 1.10, 1.31, 1.04). Boys had a higher risk of anaemia when they attended a poor school (OR poorest school 1.00, other schools 0.54-0.63), were younger (OR per year=0.79), had not yet reached puberty (OR not yet, 1.00; already, 0.78), were shorter (OR per cm 0.95), had smaller mid-upper-arm circumference (MUAC) (OR per mm 0.99) and lower retinol intake (OR 1st-4th quartile 1.00, 0.67, 0.74, 0.68). CONCLUSIONS: Anaemia in adolescents should be reported separately for pre-pubertal and pubertal subjects and for different ages, and the population's socio-economic status should be specified. The results of this survey call for treatment of anaemia in adolescents. Given Indonesia's current situation, micronutrient intake of adolescents should be increased using supplements for all girls and for pre-pubertal boys. PURPOSE: Self-rating of pubertal development using the Pubertal Development Scale (PDS) is recommended as a noninvasive assessment of puberty in large community-based surveys of adolescent development and behavior. The objective of this study was to assess the reliability of the PDS for the first time among urban, Black South African youth. METHODS: The concordance between adolescents' self-assessment of sexual maturation using the PDS and those of an expert rating by a trained health professional using the Sexual Maturation Scale (SMS) were determined in a group (n = 182; 49% female) of Black South African youth aged between 10 and 18 years recruited from schools in Soweto, South Africa. Furthermore, the concordance between adolescents' self-assessment of puberty using the PDS and a previously validated self-assessment technique using SMS was also determined in a large group (n = 1388; 53% female) of young adolescents aged 13 years old participating in a birth cohort from Soweto-Johannesburg. RESULTS: The convergent validity of PDS proved to be poor with several PDS items (facial hair, skin change, and growth) proving unreliable both within the school survey across the different age groups when compared to SMS (kappa coefficient of 0.34 for females and undetermined for males), as well as, within the cohort of 13-year-olds (kappa coefficient of 0.16 for females and 0.19 for males). CONCLUSIONS: The results suggest that there may be as yet undocumented differences in pubertal manifestations and awareness of these manifestations, especially facial hair and skin change (acne), among urban, Black South African youth that make the PDS self-assessment less reliable as a pubertal assessment tool in multiethnic community-based research.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the dependence of body mass index (BMI) values on pubertal stage in subjects similar in age. DESIGN, SUBJECTS AND MEASUREMENTS: Height and weight were recorded cross-sectionally in school subjects from three provinces in central Italy. The subjects were subdivided into three groups: (1) 4271 school subjects (2125 males and 2146 females; 8.5-15.5 y old), in whom the pubertal development was also recorded, were selected to subdivide BMI values according to pubertal stage and age; (2) 6345 females (10.5-14.5 y old), who were asked whether or not they had had their first menstrual period, were selected to subdivide BMI values according to age in pre-menarche and post-menarche girls, separately; and (3) 1919 females (10.5-14.5 y old), who had presented their menarche within the previous 6 months, were selected to subdivide short-term post-menarche BMI values according to age. RESULTS: The medians and interquartile ranges of BMI varied according to age and pubertal stage. Kruskall-Wallis test performed in subjects similar in age demonstrated that significant differences existed among the medians of BMI values of subjects at different pubertal stages in 12-14-y-old males (P<0.05), and in 11-14-y- old females (P<0.001). The difference also proved to be significant between stage I and stage II (P<0.05) in 10-y-old females, but not in 10-11-y-old males. The Kruskal-Wallis test performed in subjects similar in pubertal stage demonstrated that significant differences among the medians of BMI at different ages existed only in females at stages II and III. A significant positive trend was observed in both genders according to pubertal stage for BMI values of subjects similar in age (z-test for trend, P<0.01). On the contrary, a negative age trend proved to be significant in females at stages I (P<0.01), II (P<0.01) and III (P<0.001), but not in males when the subdivision of BMI was made according to age in subjects similar in pubertal stage. BMI values were significantly higher in post-menarche girls as compared to pre-menarche girls similar in age (P<0.001). However, at partial regression analysis BMI values were influenced by pubertal stage and, to a lesser extent, by age, but not by menarcheal status. An inverse association between short-term post-menarche BMI and age was observed, with the highest values in girls presenting menarche at 11 y of age (P<0.05). The negative trend was demonstrated at the z-test for trend (P<0.001). CONCLUSIONS: BMI values depend on pubertal degree of maturation, especially in girls. 目的探讨医学本科生气质性乐观与抑郁体验、生活满意度的关系,为改善医学生的心理健康提供依据。方法方便抽取某医学院校在校本科生300名,采用生活取向测量问卷(LOT)、抑郁体验问卷(DEQ)、生活满意度问卷(SWLS)进行调查。结果男女医学生乐观水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),独生子女乐观水平显著高于非独生子女,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);乐观维度和生活满意度显著正相关(r=0.40,P<0.01),悲观维度与无助性抑郁和内射性抑郁维度显著正相关(r=0.39,0.49,P<0.01);悲观因子显著正向预测抑郁(β=0.491,P<0.01),乐观因子显著正向预测生活满意度(β=0.357,P<0.01)。结论医学生的气质性乐观和抑郁、生活满意度有着密切关系,气质性乐观可能是影响医学生心理健康的重要因素。  相似文献
