目的:观察透明质酸钠在青光眼小梁切除术中防止早期浅前房、晚期滤过泡瘢痕化的作用。方法:41例(43眼)原发性青光眼患全部采用小梁切除术,其中21例(23眼)术中在前房及巩膜瓣下注入少量透明质酸钠为治疗组(A组);另20列(20眼)不用粘弹剂为对照组(B组)。结果:随访6-18mon,两组术后早期前房形成情况:A组发生浅前房2眼占8.6%,B组8眼占40%,两组有显性差异(P<0.05)。远期滤过泡情况:A组良好功能滤过泡20眼占87%,B组11眼占55%,两组有极显性差异(P<0.01)。结论:透明质酸钠在青光眼小梁切除术中维持前房和抑制滤泡瘢痕化效果良好。  相似文献

生物羊膜移植在青光眼小梁切除术中的疗效观察   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的观察羊膜移植小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法对23例29只眼原发性青光眼进行常规小梁切除术,并在巩膜瓣下植入羊膜,观察术后眼压、视野、视力等情况,术前术后对比,并随访6~12个月,观察术后疗效。结果术后眼压均有降低,都形成较明显的弥散滤过泡,随访期间,眼压、视力、视野维持良好,功能性滤过泡长期存在,未出现不良反应。结论小梁切除联合羊膜移植术能有效地预防术后组织瘢痕的形成,促进青光眼功能性滤泡的维持,减少术后浅前房的发生,有效地控制了眼压。  相似文献

目的 探讨羊膜移植小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效评价。方法 50例63眼原发性闭角型青光眼患者,随机分治疗组25例36眼和对照组25例27眼,治疗组行羊膜移植小梁切除术,对照组行单纯小梁切除术.对术后前房、眼压、滤过泡、手术成功率及视力进行对照分析,随访6个月。结果 浅前房发生率:治疗组为13.9%,对照组为48.5%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。眼压:两组术前与术后不同时期眼压比较有明显差异(P〈0.05).术后3个月、6个月两组眼压比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。滤过泡:术后2周功能性滤过泡治疗组占97.2%,对照组占74.1%;术后6个月分别为91.7%和62.9%(P〈0.05)。手术成功率:术后2周治疗组为97.2%.对照组为81.5%;术后6个月分别为91.7%和62.9%(P〈0.005)。术后视力:术后6个月对照组视力下降有10眼(37.1%),而治疗组只有4眼(11.1%)(P〈0.025)。结论 羊膜移植小梁切除术减少了手术早期并发症,提高了手术成功率。  相似文献

目的探讨丝裂霉素C与透明质酸钠在预防小梁切除术后浅前房中的效果。方法选取2008年1月至2011年3月于本院进行小梁切除术的70例青光眼患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(小梁切除术组)35例和观察组(丝裂霉素C、透明质酸钠加小梁切除术组)35例,后将两组患者的浅前房发生率进行统计及比较。结果观察组各分度的浅前房发生率均低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论丝裂霉素C与透明质酸钠在预防小梁切除术后浅前房中的效果明显,适用于此类患者的应用。  相似文献

目的了解小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠的术后效果情况。方法回顾性分析。将我院对2004~2008年收治的43例(53只眼)青光眼患者,均采用小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠,对术后前房、眼压、滤过泡等进行观察。结果术后无Ⅲ级浅前房发生,1~2周内出现Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级浅前房,经处理后,恢复正常。滤过泡形成良好,无非功能性滤过泡。眼压在21mmHg以下(2例在21mmHg以上,加用抗青光眼药后,恢复正常)。结论小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠明显地降低了浅前房、低眼压等并发症,提高了手术成功率。  相似文献

目的评价透明质酸钠在小梁切除手术中的应用效果。方法随机选取青光眼患者80例(96眼),其中50眼为治疗组;46眼为对照组。行常规的小梁切除手术。术后对视力、眼压、前房及滤过泡情况进行分析和统计,平均随访时间(15±6)个月。结果术后浅前房治疗组发生7眼(14.0%),无浅Ⅲ度病例;对照组发生15眼(32.82%),其中浅Ⅲ度2眼(4.34%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论小梁切除手术中应用透明质酸钠,明显降低了术后浅前房的发生率,避免了由此而引起的其他严重并发症,但其对小梁切除手术远期的影响效果仍需进一步观察。  相似文献

目的对巩膜潜池式小梁切除术与丝裂霉素及透明质酸钠联合治疗青光眼的临床效果进行探析。方法选取2012年2月至2014年3月来我院治疗的青光眼患者120例,划分为研究组、对照组,研究组在巩膜潜池式小梁切除术基础上使用丝裂霉素及透明质酸钠,对照组实施常规小梁切除术,分析两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,眼压低于对照组,且满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对青光眼患者采取巩膜潜池式小梁切除术与丝裂霉素及透明质酸钠联合治疗的方法,可以降低患者眼压,提高治愈率和满意度,具有较好的临床效果,值得推广和使用。  相似文献

目的探讨干燥羊膜移植联合小梁切除术治疗难治性青光眼的有效性和安全性。方法采用国产干燥羊膜移植联合复合式小梁切除术治疗难治陛青光眼32例(39眼),术后随访6~24个月,检查记录术后视力、滤过泡、前房深度、眼压及术后并发症等情况。结果随访期间眼压由术前(41.3±5.1)mmHg降至术后(17.2±5.3)mmHg,比术前降低59.9%,P〈0.001。手术总成功率为93.4%,保持功能性滤过泡34眼(87.2%),术后视力提高2行以上者为27眼(69.2%),并发症主要包括浅前房(5眼)、低眼压(9眼)和前房积血(4眼)。结论羊膜移植联合复合式小梁切除术可减少滤过道疤痕的形成,提高手术的成功率,是治疗难治性青光眼安全有效的方法之一。  相似文献

青光眼手术的目的是建立新的房水引流途径而降低眼压,手术后房水主要经结膜排出眼外,所以防止滤过道瘢痕形成,保持滤过道通畅是青光眼手术成功的设计要求,近来有学者提出小梁切除术中联合生物材料如胶原膜、生物胶植入,以防止或减少滤过道瘢痕形成,但目前采用的生物材料价格昂贵,不易推广应用。透明质酸钠可取材于白内障手术中,来源广泛,价格便宜,不给病人额外负担。  相似文献

Results The IOP was descended 59.9 % (P<0.001) from (41.3±5.1)mmHg pre-operation to(17.2±5.3) mmHg post-operation. The total success rate was 93.4 %. After operation, 34 eyes (87.2 %) were kept functional filtering bleb. 27 eyes (69.2 %) had improved visual acuity. The complications included shallow anterior chamber (5 eyes) and early postoperative hypotony (9 eyes). Conclusions Amniotie membrane transplantation combined with trabeculectomy for refractory glaucoma can effectively inhibit the sear formation, decrease the IOP and increase the success rate considerably.
