大学生尿钠钾钙与骨矿物含量的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 探讨大学生的尿钠、钾、钙与骨密度及骨矿物含量的关系。方法 随机抽样调查105 名大学生,用骨密度仪测定左前臂骨密度和骨矿物含量,同时收集4 小时尿液,测定尿 Na、 K、 Ca 含量。结果 尿钙与尿钠为显著性正相关( P< 0.01),而尿钙与尿钾为负相关,但未出现显著性( P> 0.05),说明尿钙排出可能与膳食中的食盐消耗有关系。尿钙与骨密度及骨矿物含量为负相关( P< 0.01),但尿钠、尿钾与骨密度未呈现显著性的负相关,可能与本人群膳食差异较小有关。结论 膳食的钠可能影响钙代谢,从而可能影响骨骼的矿物含量。  相似文献

目的 探讨大学生维生素C营养水平与尿无机盐排出量的关系。方法 随机抽样调查105名大学生,口服500mg维生素C后,收集4h尿液,测定尿中还原型维生素C,尿锌,铜,铁及钾,钠,钙和尿肌酐排出量。用t检验作统计分析。结果 与维生素C营养水平不足组相比较,正常组与充足组的大学生其尿锌与尿钙排出量显减少。结论 大学生VitC营养水平可能影响尿中锌与钙的排泄。  相似文献

目的:为了解大学生机体钙水平。方法:对在校学习的761名大学生尿钙含量进行MTB法比色测试。结果:尿钙排出量平均为2.70±0.94mol/日;尿钙低下率为14.72%。结论:尿钙低下率有随学级增高而上升的趋势,且女大学生尿钙低下率(21.61%)明显高于男生(12.28%)(U=3.19,P<0.01),而城乡差异则无显著性(P>0.05)。建议学校膳食部门保证有充足的钙供应,并应教育学生注意适宜的体育运动和户外活动。  相似文献

钙与鸡冠花提取物对氟中毒大鼠骨密度及尿锌、铜的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
探讨鸡冠花提取物与钙对氟中毒大鼠尿锌、铜及骨密度的影响及其影响因素选用SD 大鼠40 只,雄性。随机分为5 组,1 组为正常对照,喂基础饲料及自来水;其余各级喂基础饲料及高氟水:除2 组外,3 组、4 组、5 组分别补加鸡冠花提取物、高钙加鸡冠花提取物。实验8w 后,测骨密度、血MDA、测血锌、铜及24h 尿钙、锌、铜、氟及尿肌酐含量。结果:高氟组与正常对照组相比血清MDA、尿锌、尿钙增加,血清铜增加、铜/ 锌比值增大(P< 0.05 或P< 0.01) ,高钙组尿钙高于对照组(P< 0.05) ,各实验组尿氟均高于正常对照组(P< 0.01) ,高氟组体重、BMC及BMD 均低于正常对照组和高钙加鸡冠花组(P<0.05 或P< 0.01) ,各预防组体重、BMC及BMD 与正常对照组接近(P> 0.05) 。结果提示饮食高氟可影响大鼠骨密度及矿物质代谢,补钙、补鸡冠花提取物可减少高氟所造成的影响  相似文献

维生素E、维生素C在肥胖儿童中抗氧化作用的临床研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的:探讨VitE与VitC在肥胖儿中的抗氧化作用。方法:检测62例肥胖儿童服用VitE和VitC前后血浆VitE、VitC、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,与对照组进行比较。结果:在肥胖儿童组,除LPO值明显高于对照组外(P<0.01),血浆VitE和VitC及红细胞SOD值均低于对照组(P<0.05),服药后VitE和VitC血浆含量未发生明显变化(P>0.05),而SOD值高于服药前,LPO降低(P<0.05)。结论:肥胖儿童患者可能存在抗氧化机能降低现象。  相似文献

目的:了解和动态观察广东省实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标后人群碘营养状况、甲状腺肿和骨密度的变化趋势。方法:用“五方位”抽样法抽查佛冈县5间小学学生共400名进行甲状腺肿、尿碘、盐碘及骨密度调查,骨密度用SD-1000C型单光子骨矿物测定仪测定。结果:8-10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为6.5%,居民合格碘盐食用率为98.4%,盐碘中位数为29.6mg/kg,盐碘变异系数为16.7%,尿碘中位数为202.9μg/L;在不同病区间8-10岁儿童骨密度差异无显性(P>0.05)。8-10岁儿童骨密度分别为0.363g/cm^2,0.381g/cm^2,0.406g/cm^2,不同年龄间的骨密度差异有显性(P<0.001)。结论:2000年实现消除IDD阶段目标及下调加碘盐浓度后,佛冈县的IDD病情是稳定的,呈较为理想的碘营养水平。  相似文献

目的:观察人群日摄氟量降低和主食结构变化,对尿氟的不同影响。方法:对四川省的4次典型的尿氟监测资料整理分析。结果:发现当主食为玉米时,降低玉米氟,则降低了摄氟量,尿氟在半年后即可大幅度下降(P<0.01);而改变主食结构,把玉米变为大米时,也大量降低了日摄氟量,但人群尿氟却维持3年的高氟水平(P>0.05),第4年才开始下降(P<0.01)。结论:分析认为,这种尿氟高水平并不是坏事,而是主食改为大米后,对机体的深刻影响,促使体内的氟大量持续排出,很可能动员了骨氟,在尿氟水平与流行病学结果或防治措施的效果不一致,或相矛盾时,不妨以辩证方法看问题,以求正确结论。  相似文献

目的 研究燃煤型高氟玉米氟中毒骨病变早期血清骨钙素的变化.方法 选择SD大鼠,随机分6组(每组34只,雌雄各半),设对照组(正常饲料,含氟9.37mg/kg)、低氟组(含20%病区玉米,含氟38.28mg/kg)、中氟营养组(含45%病区玉米加营养,含氟51.52 mg/kg)、中氟组(含45%病区玉米,含氟51.52 mg/kg)、高氟营养组(含75%病区玉米加营养,含氟69.33 mg/kg)、高氟组(含75%病区玉米,含氟69.33 mg/kg).分2批(实验的第90天,高氟染毒组出现明显氟斑牙为第1批;实验的第130天,中氟染毒组出现明显氟斑牙为第2批)以股动脉放血法处死动物,检查氟斑牙,测定尿氟浓度、骨和肾氟含量,骨密度(BMD),骨钙含量、尿钙浓度,血清骨钙素(BGP)浓度.结果 建成氟中毒动物模型.各氟染毒组均出现轻度和中度氟斑牙,对照组未见氟斑牙.各氟染毒组大鼠尿氟浓度随染毒时间的延长呈上升趋势.中氟组、高氟营养组和高氟组大鼠尿氟浓度高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01).各氟染毒组大鼠骨和肾氟含量随染毒剂量的增加呈上升趋势,一定氟染毒剂量下,营养组骨和肾氟含量低于非营养组.除第1批低氟组外,随着氟染毒剂量增加,两批各氟染毒组大鼠BMD较对照组升高(P<0.05或0.01).与对照组比较,随着氟染毒剂量增加,两批各氟染毒组大鼠骨钙含量上升,尿钙浓度下降.各氟染毒组大鼠血清BGP浓度呈上升趋势,氟染毒第90天时,高氟组高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01);氟染毒第130天时,中、高氟染毒组高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01),且高于第90天时的水平(P<0.05或0.01).结论 血清BGP是反映燃煤型高氟玉米氟中毒骨病变的一个早期指标.降低摄氟量及改善营养状况,可缓解氟中毒病情.  相似文献

目的了解有机氟作业工人尿氟含量水平。方法采集某企业7个车间接触有机氟(二氟一氯甲烷、三氟氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、八氟异丁烯)工人656名,以及该企业从未接触过有机氟作业的电工、管理、后勤人员255名的晨尿,按WS/T30-1996,吸取10.0ml尿液于50ml塑料烧杯中,加入总离子强度缓冲液10.0ml,用PXJ-IC^+型离子活度计,氟离子选择电极法测定。用t检验、F检验和百分位数程序对数据进行统计学处理分析。结果656名有机氟作业工人尿氟含量为0.10~4.74mg/L,均值1.08mg/L,255名对照组工人尿氟含量为0.16~2.95mg/L,均值0.90mg/L,作业组尿氟含量均值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。对照组尿氟含量呈偏态分布,尿氟百分位数(P2.5~P97.5)为0.23~2.27mg/L,建议本地区尿氟正常值上限为2.3mg/L。作业组男性尿氟均值水平高于女性(P〈0.01);作业组尿氟含量与年龄、接触工龄差异无统计学意义,F=2.32,P〉0.05,但有随工龄增长,尿氟均值增加的趋势。结论有机氟作业组与对照组的尿氟含量有显著差别,作业组工人尿氟含量与性别有关,与年龄无关,与接触工龄关系不显著;本地区尿氟正常值上限为2.3mg/L。  相似文献

目的:探讨妇女绝经后骨密度变化与2型糖尿病及相关因素。方法:对43例绝经后2型糖尿病患者用双能X线骨密度仪测量腰椎骨密度,并测定糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、空腹C肽、24h尿白蛋白、雌激素及垂体促性腺激素,以糖尿病病程10年为限,将病人分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组进行比较分析。结果:病程大于10年的Ⅱ组糖尿病患者骨密度明显低于Ⅰ组(P〈0.01);空腹胰岛素、C肽和雌激素也明显低于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05);但24h尿白蛋白明显高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.01)。结论:绝经后2型糖尿病患者存在着骨代谢异常,主要表现为骨密度的减低,部分表现为骨质疏松。随着糖尿病病程的延长,骨代谢紊乱逐渐加重,这与雌激素、胰岛素和C肽水平逐渐下降、尿白蛋白增加密切相关。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: A 2-y school milk intervention trial showed that 330 mL of a dietary milk supplement (fortified with calcium alone or with both calcium and vitamin D) enhanced the growth and bone mineral accretion of Chinese girls aged 10 y at baseline. Girls who received milk fortified with both calcium and vitamin D also had better vitamin D status than did girls who received nothing or girls who received milk fortified only with calcium. OBJECTIVE: The aim was to evaluate whether these effects were sustained 3 y after supplement withdrawal. DESIGN: Anthropometric measures and dietary intake were reassessed in 501 of the 698 girls whose data had been studied at the end of the intervention. As in the intervention phase, total-body bone mineral content and bone mineral density and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentrations were measured in half of these subjects. RESULTS: At follow-up, 99% of girls had reached menarche, at a mean (+/-SD) menarcheal age of 12.1 +/- 1.1 y. No significant differences in the timing of menarche were observed between the 3 groups (P = 0.6). No significant differences in the changes of total-body bone mineral content and bone mineral density since baseline were observed between the groups. The group receiving calcium-fortified milk had significantly greater gains in sitting height (0.9 +/- 0.3%; P = 0.02) than did the control group. The group that received calcium- and vitamin D-fortified milk had 17.1 +/- 6.7% lower serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentrations than did the control group (P = 0.04), but the difference was attenuated by additional adjustment for physical activity level (14.2 +/- 6.7%; P = 0.08). CONCLUSION: Milk supplementation during early puberty does not have long-lasting effects on bone mineral accretion.  相似文献

We have demonstrated that the habitual intake of chitosan can decrease bone mass in ovariectomized (OVX) SHRSP rats fed a low-Ca diet (0.1%). In the present study, we examined both the etiology of bone loss induced by dietary chitosan and the preventive effect of vitamin C supplementation. Rats were OVX and maintained on one of the following diets for 6 wk: 10% cellulose (CE). 10% chitosan (CH) or 10% chitosan with sodium ascorbate (CHVC). CH caused a significant reduction in bone mineral density (BMD) and stiffness in femurs and the fourth lumbar vertebrae (L4). There was no significant difference in intestinal Ca absorption between CH and CE, whereas CH intake significantly reduced intestinal P absorption. The bone loss in CH rats was accompanied with an increase in urinary Ca excretion and a decrease in serum Ca as well as a significant increment In serum PTH and 1,25(OH)2D3. The vitamin D receptor and calcium binding protein D9K mRNAs were also significantly increased in the duodenum of CH rats. Vitamin C supplementation to CH caused an increase in the Ca and P contents of femurs as well as BMD of the L4, with a decrease in urinary Ca excretion. These results indicate that dietary chitosan with low Ca intake possibly induces the loss of bone mass by enhancing urinary Ca excretion rather than by inhibiting Ca absorption, and that vitamin C supplementation could prevent bone loss caused by chitosan through the increment of retained Ca followed by suppression of urinary Ca excretion.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The adverse effects of poor nutrition on the bones of young Asian women have not been fully elucidated. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to investigate possible associations of vitamin D nutrition, calcium intake, and other nutrients with bone metabolism and bone mass in young Japanese women. DESIGN: The subjects were 108 female college students aged 19-25 y. Dietary nutrients were measured by using the duplicate sampling method on 3 weekdays. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D], intact parathyroid hormone, and bone turnover markers were also measured. Bone mineral density (BMD) of the spine and femur was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. RESULTS: The proportions of the subjects with low 25(OH)D (< 30 nmol/L) and high intact parathyroid hormone (> or = 6.9 pmol/L) concentrations were 32.4% and 15.7%, respectively. Serum 25(OH)D concentrations (P = 0.0265) and calcium intake (P = 0.0103) were inversely associated with serum intact parathyroid hormone. In addition to weight and physical activity, the presence of mild hyperparathyroidism was associated with a low BMD of the lumbar spine (P = 0.0062) and the femoral neck (P = 0.0250), and a low calcium intake was associated with a low BMD of the femoral neck (P = 0.0044). CONCLUSIONS: Low calcium intake (based on low BMD of the femoral neck only) and mild hyperparathyroidism (based on low BMD of both the femoral neck and lumbar spine), partly explained by low vitamin D nutrition and a low calcium intake, are important predictors of low BMD in young Japanese women. Effects of poor nutrition and mild hyperparathyroidism on bone peak bone mass in young women should be further investigated in longitudinal studies.  相似文献

目的 研究职业接触氟化氢对工人骨骼的影响。方法 选择某氟化氢生产企业接触氟化氢作业工人302名及电子厂工人(对照组)85名作为研究对象,测定其氟接触外剂量、尿氟值,并调查骨密度、骨质疏松和骨骼影像学检查结果,分析接触剂量与骨骼检查结果的关系。结果 2018—2020年各车间30个检测点空气中氟化氢平均质量浓度为未检出~1.867 mg/m3。氟化氢作业工人摄入外剂量为0.24~133.45 mg。不同性别、年龄研究对象的尿氟值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。接触组尿氟质量浓度(1.12±0.95)mg/L,高于对照组的尿氟质量浓度(0.45±0.14)mg/L(P<0.01)。接触组工人尿氟值与氟化氢外剂量具有相关性(r=0.115,P<0.05)。不同外剂量组氟化氢接触工人骨量减少、骨质疏松、骨骼影像学诊断异常率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同尿氟组工人骨量减少检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),当尿氟达到>1.0~1.5 mg/L时,骨量减少的异常率最高。接触组骨量减少异常率38.7%,高于对照组的4.7%(...  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Orchidectomy causes oxidative stress and increases the incidence of osteoporosis. The objective of this research was to evaluate whether eating grapefruit pulp (GP) modifies antioxidant status and reduces osteoporosis in orchidectomized rats. METHODS: Fifty-six 90-d-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into two groups: sham-control group (n = 14) and orchidectomized (ORX) group (n = 42). The orchidectomized group was equally divided among the following three treatments: orchidectomy, orchidectomy + 5.0% GP, and orchidectomy + 10% GP. At the termination of the study (day 60), all rats were euthanized and the plasma was collected for antioxidant status and indices of bone turnover. Bone quality and mineral contents in the bone, urine, and feces were evaluated. RESULTS: Orchidectomy lowered (P < 0.05) antioxidant status, bone quality, bone mineral contents and elevated (P < 0.05) indices of bone turnover, urinary deoxypyridinoline, and fecal calcium excretion. In contrast to the ORX group, independent of dosage, antioxidant status, bone density, and delayed time-induced femoral fracture were higher (P < 0.05) in the GP groups, whereas fecal calcium excretion and urinary deoxypyridinoline excretion were lowered (P < 0.05). GP dose-dependently slowed down bone turnover (P < 0.05), elevated bone calcium and magnesium contents (P < 0.05), tended to lower urinary excretion of magnesium, and numerically improved bone strength. CONCLUSION: The beneficial effects of eating red grapefruit on bone quality of ORX rats is due to bone mineral deposition and slowed-down bone turnover.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To study vitamin D status and bone metabolism of premenopausal vegetarians and omnivores during a 1-year period. DESIGN: Longitudinal, observational study. Bone mineral density was measured, blood samples from fasting subjects were obtained, and 24-hour urinary samples were collected in February 1994, August 1994, and January 1995. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [S-25(OH)D] and intact parathyroid hormone (S-iPTH) concentrations were measured and intestinal calcium absorption was estimated. Dietary intakes of vitamin D and calcium were calculated. SUBJECTS/SETTING: Six vegans, 6 lactovegetarians, and 16 omnivores living in Helsinki, Finland. STATISTICAL ANALYSES PERFORMED: Student-Newman-Keuls test; unbalanced, repeated-measures multiple analysis of variance; analysis of covariance; Pearson correlation test; and linear regression analysis. RESULTS: Dietary intake of vitamin D was significantly lower in vegans (P < .05, yearly mean +/- standard deviation = 0.09 +/- 0.06 microgram/day) and in lactovegetarians (P < .05, 0.7 +/- 0.4 microgram/day) compared with omnivores (4.0 +/- 2.1 micrograms/day). Throughout the year S-25(OH)D (P = .01) concentrations were lower and S-iPTH (P = .01) concentrations were higher in vegans than in omnivores and lactovegetarians. Bone mineral density in the lumbar region of the spine was lower in vegans (yearly mean +/- standard deviation = 1.034 +/- 0.174 g/cm2) than in omnivores (P = .05, 1.177 +/- 0.099 g/cm2) and tended to be lower than that in lactovegetarians (P = .17, 1.138 +/- 0.06 g/cm2). Bone mineral density in the neck of the femur tended to be lower in vegans (0.843 +/- 0.116 g/cm2) than in omnivores (P = .07, 0.999 +/- 0.138 g/cm2) and lactovegetarians (P = .15, 0.961 +/- 0.059 g/cm2). No seasonal variation was found in bone mineral density in the study groups. CONCLUSIONS: At northern latitudes, dietary intake of vitamin D in vegans was insufficient to maintain S-25(OH)D and S-iPTH concentrations within normal ranges in the winter, which seems to have negative effects on bone mineral density in the long run. APPLICATIONS: An increase in vitamin D intake should generally be recommended for vegans at least during winter, or selections of foodstuffs fortified with vitamin D should be broadened in northern latitudes.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The menopausal transition is characterized by rapid bone loss. Few data exist on the role of nutrition. OBJECTIVE: The objective of the study was to ascertain which dietary factors influence perimenopausal skeletal loss. DESIGN: A longitudinal study was conducted of 891 women aged 45-55 y at baseline and 50-59 y at follow-up 5-7 y later. Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry at the lumbar spine and femoral neck (FN). Nutrient intakes were assessed after the baseline visit and 5 y later, by using the same food-frequency questionnaire. RESULTS: After adjustment for energy intake and other confounders, higher intakes of calcium were correlated with change in FN BMD (ie, reduced loss) (r = 0.073, P < 0.05), and the intake of modest amounts of alcohol was associated with less lumbar spine bone loss (P < 0.01 for quartile of alcohol intake). Greater FN BMD loss was associated with increased intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids (r = -0.110, P < 0.01), monounsaturated fatty acids (r = -0.069, P < 0.05), retinol (r = -0.067; P < 0.05), and vitamin E (r = -0.110; P < 0.01). The latter 2 nutrients were highly correlated with polyunsaturated fatty acids. For premenopausal women, calcium and nutrients found in fruit and vegetables (vitamin C, magnesium, and potassium) were associated with FN BMD, and calcium, vitamin C, and magnesium were associated with change in FN BMD. CONCLUSIONS: Although menopausal status and hormone replacement therapy use dominate women's bone health, diet may influence early postmenopausal bone loss. Fruit and vegetable intake may protect against premenopausal bone loss.  相似文献

目的探讨钙、镁、铜、锌、维生素D和大豆联合干预对燃煤型氟中毒雌鼠氟斑牙、骨氟和尿氟的影响。方法将120只SD雌鼠分为对照组、染氟组、高氟+钙尔奇牌添佳片组(即多种元素干预组)、高氟+钙尔奇牌添佳片+大豆组(即多种元素+大豆干预组),每组30只,动物自由食用不同配方的织金病区原煤加拌泥煤烘烤的玉米饲料,构建燃煤型氟中毒动物模型。每组分别于染氟60、120、180 d选择10只大鼠,动态观察雌鼠染氟期间氟斑牙情况,分别采用离子选择电极法、高温灰化-氟离子选择电极法测定雌鼠尿氟、骨氟含量。结果随着染氟时间的延长,氟斑牙症状加重,干预组大鼠氟斑牙程度比染氟组轻。染氟组雌鼠尿氟、骨氟含量均高于同一时间点(60、120、180 d)的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。同一时间点时,染氟组、多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组雌鼠的尿氟含量依次增加,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);染氟组雌鼠骨氟含量高于对照组,但多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组骨氟含量均低于染氟组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。随着染毒时间的延长,染氟组、多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组的尿氟含量均逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);染氟组骨氟含量逐渐增加,多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组骨氟含量逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高剂量氟对雌鼠有明显毒性作用,多种营养素干预可拮抗其毒性作用,若在此基础上添加大豆联合干预则拮抗作用更明显。  相似文献
