足前部创伤伴有深部组织裸露,由于解剖位置较远,皮瓣转位蒂部要求较长,修复较为棘手.随着显微外科技术的进步,出现了多种修复方法可供选择,为成功修复提供了良好的技术支持[1-2].2008年7月至2010年9月,我们收治11例此类患者,均采用足背内侧神经营养血管皮瓣修复,取得满意疗效. 相似文献

目的 探讨逆行足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣急诊修复前足缺损的可行性.方法 沿足背内侧皮神经走行设计皮瓣,内侧支以踝间线中点稍外侧至第1跖趾关节内侧缘连线为轴线,外侧支以踝间线中间至第2趾蹼中点连线为轴线,蒂位于足远端,根据创面大小由深筋膜层切取,皮瓣中的足背内侧皮神经近断端与创面附近足底趾固有神经吻合,急诊修复11例.结果 皮瓣全部成活,8例随访6~11个月,前足皮肤耐磨无破溃,足行走负重功能较好,痛触觉恢复,两点辨别觉为2~3 cm.结论 逆行足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复前足缺损,手术简单,不损伤知名血管,供区损伤小,感觉恢复满意,是急诊修复足前端组织缺损的较好方法. 相似文献

Methods From January 2004 to October 2008,15 cases of skin defects at forepart of feet were repaired with reverse saphenous nerve neurocutaneous flaps. The flap size ranged from 3.5 cm × 3.0 cm to 8 cm ×5 cm. The wounds at donor site were closed with skin graft. Results All the flaps survived completely with no ulcer at the donor site. 10 patients were followed up for 1 ~ 9 months. The skin color and texture were satisfactory. The patients could walk very well. Conclusions It is reliable to repair the skin defects at forepart of feet with reverse saphenous nerve neurocutaneous flaps. 目的 探讨逆行足内侧隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复足前部皮肤缺损的方法.方法 2004年1月至2008年10月,采用逆行足内侧隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复足前部软组织缺损15例,皮瓣最大面积8 cm×5 cm,最小3.5 cm×3.0 cm.供区移植皮片覆盖.结果 术后所有皮瓣全部成活,10例获随访1~9个月,皮瓣色泽、质地、外形良好.患足行走正常,皮瓣及供区无溃疡发生.结论 应用逆行足内侧隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复足前部皮肤软组织缺损,血供可靠,操作简单,创伤小. 相似文献

采用足背内侧皮神经内侧支营养血管皮瓣逆行转移修复趾创面 8例。皮瓣面积最小 5 cm× 3cm,最大 7cm× 5 cm。全部成活 ,皮瓣质地柔软 ,感觉恢复良好。体会 :足背内侧皮神经位置较恒定 ,皮瓣切取方便 ,操作简单 ,不须牺牲主干血管。皮瓣内皮神经可与受区神经吻合 ,使皮瓣恢复感觉 ,耐磨损。足背内侧皮神经内侧支营养血管皮瓣逆行修复趾缺损@苗平$天津蓟县52891部队
