两种饲料对丝光绿蝇蛹长和羽化率的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
目的 观察比较两组丝光绿蝇室内连续饲养的蛹期形态和羽化率。方法 将丝光绿蝇引入室内,分成鱼粉组和麦麸组两种幼虫饲料在室内进行连续饲养,对两组各代蛹期的蛹长、羽化率等进行比较观察,结果 第204代蛹长鱼粉组显著大于麦麸组;第5代蛹长鱼粉组与麦麸组差异无显著性。第1-4代羽化率两组差异无显著性,第5代羽化率鱼粉组显著性高于麦麸组。结论 鱼粉组蛹形态、羽化率等指标好于麦麸组,提示鱼粉组饲料饲养效果好于麦麸组饲料。 相似文献

目的 观察比较不同饲料和蛹期湿度对室内连续饲养的丝光绿蝇羽化率的影响。方法 将野外丝光绿蝇引入室内,分别以麦麸为主(A组)和以鱼粉为主(B组)的两种幼虫饲料在室内进行连续饲养,将各代蛹分别置于瓶中羽化,瓶内置湿棉球,另外挑取鱼粉粗蝇蛹于瓶中,但不置湿棉球(C组),观察各组各代羽化率。结果 鱼粉组(B组)与麦麸组(A组)第1-4代羽化率经t-检验两组间差异无显著性,第5代鱼粉组(B组)羽化率显著性高于麦麸组(A组),将鱼粉组饲养的蝇蛹置于瓶中置湿棉球(B组)与不置湿棉球(C组)作比较,两组间各代差异均无显著性。组内各代间比较,各组第2-5组内代间羽化率差异均无显著性,麦麸组(A组)第1代羽化率显著高于其第2-5代,鱼粉组(B组)第1代羽化率显著高于其第2,3,5代。结论 幼虫饲料添加渔粉对丝光绿蝇室内连续饲养羽化率的影响主要表现在饲养后期,而在饲养初期无显著性影响。在适宜的湿度范围内,丝光绿蝇的羽化率不受蛹期相对湿度变化的影响。 相似文献

目的 观察比较丝光绿蝇室内连续饲养的各代生物学特性。 方法 将丝光绿蝇引入室内 ,采用改良的饲养方法对其进行室内连续饲养 ,对其室内第 1~ 5代生活史各期的生长发育、产卵、繁殖等各种生物学特性进行观察分析。 结果 结果经 t检验发现 ,第 3、4代间蛹重、蛹长差异均无显著性 ,但蛹重、蛹长都显著性 >第 2代及第 5代 ;第 2、5代间蛹重及蛹长差异均无显著性。第 1代羽化率显著高于第 2、3、5代 ,第 2~ 5代间羽化率差异无显著性。成虫头宽第 1代均显著 >其第 2~ 5代。第 1、2、4代雄性略多于雌性 ,第 5代雄性稍少于雌性 ,代间比较差异均无显著性。成虫室内第 1代产卵天数显著少于第 2、3、5代 ,与第 4代差异无显著性 ,第 2~ 5代间产卵天数差异均无显著性 ;产卵次数及产卵指数室内第 1~ 5代间均无显著性差异。丝光绿蝇室内各代饲养的生活史各期发育时间 ,卵期第 2~ 5代 <1d,幼虫期 6~ 7d,蛹期 6 d,产卵前期 6~ 7d。 结论 本次实验丝光绿蝇引入室内连续饲养的各代生物学特性比较稳定。 相似文献

目的探讨针刺体壁诱导丝光绿蝇产生抗菌物质的规律。方法室内饲养的丝光绿蝇三龄幼虫,经针刺体壁处理后,分别于第0、12、24、36、48、60、72、84h记录幼虫活率,并提取其血淋巴,以金黄葡萄球菌作指示菌,采用平板法,作抑菌试验,37℃恒温24h,观察抑菌圈,并以抑菌圈直径表示抗菌活力的大小,借以指示诱导丝光绿蝇抗菌物质的产生规律。结果经针刺诱导后,丝光绿蝇幼虫活率逐渐降低,血淋巴对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活力峰出现在诱导后第48h。结论针刺体壁可诱导丝光绿蝇产生抗菌物质,免疫血淋巴收集在诱导后48h最为合适。 相似文献

目的 探讨针刺体壁对丝光绿蝇抗菌物质的诱导表达。并研究丝光绿蝇免疫血淋巴的性质。方法 丝光绿蝇3龄幼虫针刺体壁处理后,分别于第0、12、24、36、48、60、72、84h提取血淋巴,以金黄葡萄球菌为指示菌,采用平板滤纸片法作抑菌试验,用于显示丝光绿蝇抗菌物质的诱导表达,以抑菌圈直径表示抑菌活力的大小。提取诱导后48h的血淋巴,设置3μl、5μl、7μl不同的血淋巴加样量实验组,记录不同加样量对金黄葡萄球菌的的抑菌效果;设置不同稀释浓度,记录不同浓度的血淋巴对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活力。诱导后48h的血淋巴置于冰箱保存后,设置36℃和100℃不同解冻温度,观察不同温度解冻的血淋巴对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。诱导后48h的血淋巴,100℃水浴3min,观察其对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活力。提取诱导后48h的血淋巴,观察其对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、枯草杆菌、溶壁微球菌等8种细菌的抑菌效果。结果 丝光绿蝇幼虫针刺体壁处理后,对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活力高峰出现在处理后48h。平板滤纸片法抑菌试验中,以加7μl血淋巴的抑菌效果最佳。诱导后48h的血淋巴置于冰箱保存后,36℃和100℃不同温度解冻,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑菌效果,36℃解冻效果好于100℃。 相似文献

Methods The hemo-lymph from the third instar maggots was collected 48 h after pricking,and the antibacterial effect was tested a-gainst Micrococcus lysodeikticus and Staphylococcus aureus on plates at different pH conditions.The antibacterial effect against M.1ysodeikticus was also detected after the hemolymph、was diluted by different pH buffer solu-tions.The bacteriostatic effects were observed after 24 h and the diameters of clear inhibitory ring were recorded to express antibacterial activity. Results The antibacterial activity of the maggot hemolymph against M.lyso-deiktics and S.aureus was stronger on the plates at pH 6.0 and pH 6.5 than that on the other plates.In the group diluted by pH 6.0 buffer solutions.the antibacterial ring of the maggot hemolymph against M lysodeiktic-us was larger than that in others.
