The new nurse executive: Thriving in the first 6 months

The role of the new nurse executive offers both challenge and opportunity. The journey necessarily requires very specific and developed skills in relationship building, comfort with one's own strengths and limitations, and the courage to continually challenge not only the system in which patient care occurs but also one's personal level of integration with the team and congruence of personal values with the organization.     

Increase in number of authors per article in ten APA journals: 1960–1980

In an attempt to empirically verify informal observations of an increase in the number of authors per article in psychological journals, the current study analyzed the average number of authors per article in 10 APA journals over the past 20 years. A significant increase in number of authors was demonstrated. These observations raise important questions regarding possible changes over time in the process of establishing authorship.

为促进宫颈液基细胞学标准化数字病理图像资源库的建立及人工智能辅助诊断产品的研发和应用,由中国医师协会病理科医师分会数字病理与人工智能病理学组、中华医学会病理学分会数字病理与人工智能工作委员会及中华医学会病理学分会细胞病理学组联合制定的国内首个数字病理领域专家共识——《宫颈液基细胞学的数字病理图像采集与图像质量控制中国专家共识》于2021年发布,本文基于该共识中的关键内容,对相关问题进行解读,并对未来发展作一展望。
