The aim of the study was to evaluate the potential of new-generation multi-slice computed tomography (CT) scanner technology for the delineation of coronary artery stents in an ex vivo setting. Nine stents of various diameters (seven stents 3 mm, two stents 2.5 mm) were implanted into the coronary arteries of ex vivo porcine hearts and filled with a mixture of an iodine-containing contrast agent. Specimens were scanned with a 16-slice CT (16SCT) machine; (Somatom Sensation 16, Siemens Medical Solutions), slice thickness 0.75 mm, and a 64-slice CT (64SCT, Somatom Sensation 64), slice-thickness 0.6 mm. Stent diameters as well as contrast densities were measured, on both the 16SCT and 64SCT images. No significant differences of CT densities were observed between the 16SCT and 64SCT images outside the stent lumen: 265±25HU and 254±16HU (P=0.33), respectively. CT densities derived from the 64SCT images and 16SCT images within the stent lumen were 367±36HU versus 402±28HU, P<0.05, respectively. Inner and outer stent diameters as measured from 16SCT and 64SCT images were 2.68±0.08 mm versus 2.81±0.07 mm and 3.29±0.06 mm versus 3.18±0.07 mm (P<0.05), respectively. The new 64SCT scanner proved to be superior in the ex vivo assessment of coronary artery stents to the conventional 16SCT machine. Increased spatial resolution allows for improved assessment of the coronary artery stent lumen.  相似文献

Purpose: To investigate the feasibility of volumetric cine imaging in human cardiac studies by comparing in vivo and in vitro coronary angiography using a 256-detector row computed tomography (CT) without ECG gating.

Material and Methods: The left and right coronary arteries of two domestic pigs were scanned in vivo and in vitro in cine mode using the 256-detector row CT. The device scanned approximately 100 mm in the cranio-caudal direction with one rotation, with a slice thickness of 0.5 mm.

Results: The coronary arteries could be observed to the third-degree branches in vitro, but could be visualized clearly only to the proximal portion (first-degree or second-degree branches) in vivo.

Conclusion: Application of cardiac volumetric cine imaging with 256-detector row CT may be a promising means of obtaining diagnostic information and has potential for adoption to human studies.  相似文献

Purpose

To compare the performance of 64-slice with 16-slice CT scanners for the in vitro evaluation of coronary artery stents.

Methods and materials

Twelve different coronary artery stents were placed in the drillings of a combined heart and chest phantom, which was scanned with a 16- and 64-slice CT scanner. Coronal reformations were evaluated for artificial lumen narrowing, intraluminal attenuation values, and false widening of the outer stent diameter as an indicator of artifacts outside the stent.

Results

Mean artificial lumen narrowing was not significantly different between the 16- and 64-slice CT scanner (44% versus 39%; p = 0.408). The differences between the Hounsfield Units (HU) measurements inside and outside the stents were significantly lower (p = 0.001) with 64- compared to 16-slice CT. The standard deviation of the HU measurements inside the stents was significantly (p = 0.002) lower with 64- than with 16-slice CT. Artifacts outside the stents were not significantly different between the scanners (p = 0.866).

Conclusion

Visualization of the in-stent lumen is improved with 64-slice CT when compared with 16-slice CT as quantified by significantly lesser intraluminal image noise and less artificial rise in intraluminal HU measurement, which is the most important parameter for the evaluation of stent patency in vivo.  相似文献

Background: The range of the diameters of pulmonary arteries (PA) is not fully shown in the current literature. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) of the thorax might be used for measuring diameters of the PA.

Purpose: To determine the diameters of PAs in subjects with normal PA pressure by using thoracic CT.

Material and Methods: 126 subjects aged between 19 and 46 years, having normal thoracic CTs (5-mm slice thickness) and normal PA pressures (≤25 mmHg, determined by echocardiography), were included in the study. The diameters of the main, right, and left PAs were measured by using multidetector CT.

Results: The main PA diameters of all the subjects showed a normal distribution, and the mean was 24.0±2.8 mm. The main PA diameters in male and female subjects also showed a normal distribution. The difference between the sexes for the main PA diameters was not significant (P = 0.08). There were correlations between main PA diameter and body-mass index (BMI) (R = 0.41, P = 0.001) and weight (R = 0.34, P = 0.001). However, there was no significant correlation between main PA diameter and height (R = 0.05, P = 0.6).

Conclusion: This study suggests that diameters of the main PA and its main branches show a normal distribution in subjects having normal PA pressures. Based on our findings, the upper limits of the main, right, and left PA diameters are 29.5 mm, 19.8 mm, and 22.1 mm, respectively, in healthy adults.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: We sought to assess the visualization of different coronary artery stents and the delineation of in-stent stenoses using 64- and 16-slice multidector computed tomography (MDCT). MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total of 15 different coronary stents with a simulated in-stent stenosis were placed in a vascular phantom and scanned with a 16-slice and a 64-slice MDCT at orientations of 0 degree, 45 degrees, and 90 degrees relative to the scanner's z-axis. Visible lumen diameter and attenuation in the stented and the unstented segment of the phantom were measured. Three readers assessed stenosis delineation and visualization of the residual lumen using a 5-point scale. RESULTS: Artificial lumen narrowing (ALN) was significantly reduced with 64-slice CT compared with 16-slice CT. At an angle of 0 degree, 45 degrees, and 90 degrees relative to the scanner's z-axis, the ALN for 16-slice CT was 42.2%, 39.8%, and 44.0% using a slice-thickness of 1.0 mm and 40.9%, 40.4%, and 41.6% using a slice thickness of 0.75 mm, respectively. With 64-slice CT, the ALN was 39.1%, 37.3%, and 36.0% at the respective angles. The differences between attenuation values in the stented and unstented segment of the tube were significantly lower for 64-slice CT. Mean visibility scores were significantly higher for 64-slice CT. CONCLUSION: Use of the 64-slice CT results in superior visualization of the stent lumen and in-stent stenosis compared with 16-slice CT, especially when the stent is orientated parallel to the x-ray beam.  相似文献

Purpose: To evaluate the ability of multi-detector row computed tomography angiography (CTA) in detecting hepatic artery complications in the follow-up of liver transplant patients, performing volume-rendering as reconstruction technique.

Material and Methods: The anatomy of hepatic artery was studied in 27 liver transplant recipients with a four-row CT scanner using the following parameters: collimation, 1 mm; slice width, 1 mm; table feed, 6-8 mm/s; spiral reconstruction time, 0.5 s; reconstruction interval, 0.5 mm; mAs, 160; kVp, 120. Before the study, the patients received 1000 ml of water as oral contrast agent to produce negative contrast in the stomach and the small bowel. A non-ionic contrast medium was infused intravenously at a rate of 5 ml/s with a bolus tracking system. Volume-rendering of hepatic artery was performed with the 3D Virtuoso software.

Results: The celiac trunk, the hepatic artery, and the right and left hepatic arteries were successfully displayed in high detail in all patients. Side branches, including small collaterals, and hepatic artery anastomosis could also be readily visualized. Volume-rendered CTA detected six hepatic artery stenoses, two hepatic artery thromboses, and two intrahepatic pseudoaneurysms. In two cases, CT detected hepatic artery stenosis with a diameter reduction of less than 50%, while digital subtraction angiography showed a normal artery.

Conclusion: Volume-rendered multi-detector CTA is a promising non-invasive technique, since it allows images of high quality to be generated with excellent anatomical visualization of the hepatic artery and its complications in liver transplant recipients.  相似文献

Purpose: To determine the benefits of submillimeter coronary computed tomography (CT) angiography in vitro.

Material and Methods: The coronary arteries of three domestic pigs were filled with contrast agent and depicted with clinically applicable CT angiography protocols with a slice thickness of 0.63 to 2.5 mm.

Results: With 2.5 mm slices, only the third-degree coronary artery branches could be discerned. With 1.25 mm slices, some fourth-degree branches of the right coronary artery could be discerned upon maximum intensity projections. With 0.63 mm slices, fourth-degree coronary artery branches could be discerned in all locations.

Conclusion: The introduction of 16-row detector CT with submillimeter z-axis resolution translates into an order-of-magnitude benefit for the depiction of coronary artery branches.  相似文献

Background: Prostatic urethral stents are effective in relieving obstructions caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). However, migration of these stents occurs frequently.

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of a flared stent for decreasing the migration rate in comparison with a straight stent in a canine prostatic urethral model.

Material and Methods: The flared stent (15 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length) was flared up to 19 mm at both ends to prevent migration. A straight stent with the same size was straight without flaring. Both stents were made of a nitinol wire filament and covered with an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane. The flared stent was inserted in the prostatic urethra of 10 dogs (group 1) and the straight stent in the prostatic urethra of 12 dogs (group 2). Follow-up retrograde urethrography (RUG) was performed 1, 4, and 8 weeks after stent placement. Fisher's exact test was used to compare the migration rate between the two groups. When stent migration occurred during the follow-up period, the same type of stent was inserted again.

Results: Three of 10 (30.0%) flared stents migrated into the urinary bladder between 1 week and 4 weeks after placement. Seven of 12 (58.3%) straight stents migrated into the urinary bladder 1 (n = 3), 4 (n = 1), and 8 (n = 3) weeks following placement. The flared stent group showed lower migration rate than the straight stent group, but the migration rate did not reach statistical significance (P = 0.231). After the second stent placement, one of three (33.3%) flared stents migrated again after 4 weeks and two of seven straight stents (28.6%) after 1 week.

Conclusion: Although the migration rate was not statistically significant, the flaring of the stent seemed to reduce the migration rate in comparison with straight stents in a canine prostatic urethral model. However, the migration rate of the flared stent was still high, and further developments are required to decrease migration rate.  相似文献

Purpose: To validate a method for calculating split renal function from computed tomography (CT) compared with gamma camera renography, and to test a new method for the measurement based on a volume-rendering technique.

Material and Methods: Thirty-eight patients, aged 65.7±11.6 (range 37.8-82.1) years, who had undergone both CT angiography and gamma camera renography for a suspected renal artery stenosis were included in this study. Split renal function was calculated from the CT examinations by measuring area and mean attenuation in the image slices of the kidneys, and also by measuring volume and mean attenuation from a 3D reconstruction of the kidneys. Gamma camera renography with 99mTc-MAG3 with or without captopril enhancement was used as a reference.

Results: The 2D CT method had good correlation with renography (r = 0.93). Mean difference was 4.7±3.6 (0-12) percentage points per kidney. There was also excellent correlation between the two CT methods (r = 1.00).

Conclusion: CT is equivalent to renography in determining split renal function, and the measurement from the CT examination can be made more quickly and equally accurately with a 3D technique.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to compare the visualization of different coronary artery stents and the detectability of in-stent stenoses during 4-slice and 16-slice computed tomography (CT) angiography in a vessel phantom. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Ten coronary stents were introduced in a coronary artery vessel phantom (plastic tubes with an inner diameter of 3 mm, filled with iodinated contrast material diluted to 220 Hounsfiled Units [HU], surrounded by oil [60 HU]). CT scans were obtained perpendicular to the stent axes on a 4-slice scanner (detector collimation 4x1 mm; table feed 1.5 mm/rotation, mAs 300, kV 120, medium-smooth kernel) and a 16-slice scanner (detector collimation 12x0.75 mm; table feed 2.8 mm/rotation, mAs 370, kV 120, reconstruction with a standard and an optimized sharp kernel). Longitudinal multiplanar reformations were evaluated regarding visible lumen diameters and intraluminal attenuation values. Additionally, the stents were scanned with the same parameters after implantation of 60% stenoses (HU 30). RESULTS: Using the same medium-smooth kernel reconstruction with 4-slice and 16-slice CT, there was a slight increase in the average visible lumen area (26% versus 31%) and less increase of average intraluminal attenuation values (380 HU versus 349 HU). Significant improvement of lumen visualization (54%, P<0.01) and attenuation values (250, P<0.01) was observed for the 16-slice scans using the sharp kernel reconstruction. In-stent stenoses could be more reliably identified (or ruled out) by 16-slice CT and sharp reconstruction kernel when compared with the other 2 methods. CONCLUSION: 16-slice CT using a dedicated sharp kernel for image reconstruction facilitates improved visualization of coronary artery stent lumen and detection of in-stent stenoses.  相似文献

Purpose: To analyze the influence of different biphasic and monophasic injection rate protocols in abdominal computed tomography (CT).

Material and Methods: A randomized, consecutive, parallel group study was designed and conducted in 60 patients studied with the same CT helical protocol. Patients were randomly distributed into three groups: (A) monophasic (120 ml at 2.5 ml/s); (B) low-high biphasic (120 ml, first 60 ml at a rate of 2 ml/s, the other 60 ml at 2.5 ml/s); and (C) high-low biphasic (120 ml, first 60 ml at a rate of 2.5 ml/s, the other 60 ml at 2 ml/s). All patients were injected with 300 mg I/ml non-ionic contrast media at a fixed delay time of 55 s. Contrast enhancement efficacy was evaluated by attenuation coefficient measurements.

Results: Although non-significant, monophasic protocol enhancements were higher than biphasic protocol enhancements in all measurements except aortic bifurcation (p = 0.003). At this level, biphasic protocols obtained an increased mean enhancement from 7.6% to 2.5% compared to monophasic protocols.

Conclusion: Monophasic contrast agent injection in helical CT of the upper abdomen produces a higher enhancement of parenchymal and venous structures. No significant difference was observed between low-high and high-low biphasic protocols.  相似文献

Purpose: To describe the findings of hyperperfusion on perfusion computed tomography (CT) in four patients following revascularization for acute stroke.

Material and Methods: In 2002-2003, among a series of 6 patients presenting with an acute stroke and treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis, we observed the presence of hyperperfusion in 3 patients on the follow-up CT perfusion. We included an additional patient who was treated with intravenous thrombolysis and who had hyperperfusion on the follow-up CT perfusion. We retrospectively analyzed their CT perfusion maps. Cerebral blood volume (CBV) and cerebral blood flow (CBF) maps were compared between the affected territory and the normal contralateral hemisphere.

Results: In the four patients, the mean CBV and CBF were 3.6±2.0 ml/100 g and 39±25 ml/100 g/min in the affected territory compared to the normal side (mean CBV = 2.7±2.1 ml/100 g, mean CBF = 27±23 ml/100 g/min). There was no intracranial hemorrhage in the hyperperfused territories. At follow-up CT, some hyperperfused brain areas progressed to infarction, while others retained normal white to gray matter differentiation.

Conclusion: CT perfusion can demonstrate hyperperfusion, which can be seen in an ischemic brain territory following recanalization.  相似文献

Purpose: To assess the safety and clinical effectiveness of the parallel placement of covered retrievable expandable metallic stents in the palliative treatment of malignant esophageal and tracheobronchial strictures.

Material and Methods: Under fluoroscopic guidance, parallel stents were placed in 12 symptomatic patients with both malignant esophageal and tracheobronchial strictures. Seven of these 12 patients also had an esophagorespiratory fistula (ERF) and one patient had an esophagocutaneous fistula. Technical success, clinical improvement, complications, and survival rates were evaluated.

Results: A total of 28 esophageal and airway stents were successfully placed. The grade of dysphagia and dyspnea score significantly decreased after stent placement (P = 0.002 and 0.003, respectively). ERF and esophagocutaneous fistula were sealed off in all eight patients after esophageal stent placement; however, the esophagocutaneous fistula reopened 1 month later. Complications included stent migration or expectoration (n = 3), tracheal compression by the esophageal stent (n = 3), new fistula development due to covering membrane degradation of the esophageal stent (n = 1), and symptomatic sputum retention (n = 1). Stent removal was easily performed for two stents; one migrated stent and the other with covering membrane degradation. All 12 patients died within the mean survival period of 72.50 days (range 7-375 days).

Conclusion: Parallel placement of covered retrievable expandable metallic stents is safe and effective for the palliative treatment of malignant esophageal and tracheobronchial strictures.  相似文献

Purpose

The purpose of the study was to investigate the optimal scanning protocol of 64-slice CT angiography for assessment of coronary artery stents based on a phantom study.

Materials and methods

Coronary stents with a diameter of 2.5 mm was implanted in thin plastic tubes with an inner diameter of 3.0 mm to simulate a coronary artery. The tubes were filled with iodinated contrast medium diluted to 178 HU, closed at both ends and positioned in a plastic container filled with vegetable oil (−70 to −100 HU). A series of scans were performed with a 64-slice CT scanner with the following protocols: section thickness: 0.67 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, pitch value: 0.2, 0.3, 0.5 and reconstruction interval of 50% overlap of the section thickness. 2D axial and multiplanar reformatted images were generated to assess the visibility of stent lumen, while virtual intravascular endoscopy (VIE) was reconstructed to evaluate the artery wall and stent surface.

Results

Our results showed that a scanning protocol of 1.0 mm slice thickness with a pitch of 0.3 produced acceptable images with best demonstration of the intrastent lumen and stent surface with minimal image noise or artifacts. In contrast, submillimeter scans with 0.67 mm resulted in moderate artifacts which affected visualization of the coronary lumen, in addition to the increased noise. When the section thickness increased to 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm, visualization of the artery wall and stent surface was compromised, although the intrastent lumen was still visible.

Conclusion

Our in vitro study suggested that a scanning protocol of 1.0 mm section thickness with pitch of 0.3 is the optimal protocol for evaluation of coronary artery stents as it allows generation of acceptable images with better visualization of stent lumen, stent surface and coronary artery wall.  相似文献

Purpose: To find out whether it is possible to evaluate the healing of wrist arthrodesis, carried out with a metallic spider plate, by means of 64-slice computed tomography (CT).

Material and Methods: 18 CT examinations were performed in 12 patients 2 weeks to 37 months following scapholunate advanced collapse (SLAC) arthrodesis fixed with a metallic plate. Ten patients also had plain films of the wrist. Radiation doses were estimated.

Results: Plain films were difficult to evaluate due to overprojection of the spider plate. With 64-slice CT, however, it was possible to evaluate the healing process in all patients in spite of metallic artifacts. Radiation doses were low.

Conclusion: The healing of SLAC arthrodesis of the wrist is difficult to evaluate with conventional radiography due to the metallic plate. By means of 64-slice CT, however, it was possible to “see under” the plate in all 12 patients.  相似文献

Background: The introduction of multidetector-row computed tomography (MDCT) has revolutionized the initial management of multiply injured patients. This technology has the potential to improve the imaging of traumatic vascular injuries.

Purpose: To evaluate the quality of multidetector-row computed tomography angiography (MDCTA) of the carotid arteries in the setting of a routine whole-body trauma scan.

Material and Methods: 87 trauma patients underwent a routine whole-body CT scan in a 16-detector-row scanner including an MDCTA with a reconstructed axial slice thickness of 3 mm. Images were reviewed by three experienced radiologists with emphasis on image quality. Contrast density, severity, and origin of artifacts and the occurrence of vessel lesions were assessed for different vessel segments.

Results: 3642 separate vessel segments were evaluated. Contrast density was rated good or sufficient for diagnosis in 99.8%. A total of 67.3% of vessel segments were free of artifacts, while 27.9% of vessel segments showed minor artifacts not impairing diagnostic evaluation. Clinically relevant artifacts obscuring a vessel segment occurred in 4.7% and were mostly caused by dental hardware. Four dissections of the internal carotid artery were diagnosed by all three radiologists.

Conclusion: As a rapid screening test for blunt carotid artery injury, integration of MDCTA in the routine imaging workup of trauma patients utilizing a whole-body CT trauma scan is possible and practicable. Image quality is mostly sufficient for diagnosis, but impaired in a few cases by artifacts deriving primarily from dental hardware.  相似文献

Purpose: To establish whether information would be lost if slice reconstruction thickness was increased from 3 to 5 mm, and whether this altered how difficult it was to interpret the examinations.

Material and Methods: Twenty-three consecutive patients referred with suspected or known urinary stones were included. All examinations were performed without intravenous contrast media. The original series, with effective mAs 50, were reconstructed with slice thickness 3 and 5 mm, respectively. All demographic and examination data were removed and the series reviewed in PACS by two independent radiologists. Objective findings, i.e. number and size of stones, signs of obstruction, and evaluation of interpretation difficulty, were registered.

Results: Identical findings were registered in 18 of the series of 3 mm (n = 23) and 19 of the series of 5 mm (n = 23). In two series reconstructed with 3 mm slice thickness and in one series with 5 mm slice thickness, the observers disagreed on the presence of urinary stones. Main reasons for interpretation difficulties were given as “lack of intra-abdominal fat” and “many phleboliths in the pelvic region”, but never “disturbing noise”.

Conclusion: To determine the presence and size of urinary stones at low-dose computed tomography, 5 mm reconstruction algorithm seems equal to 3 mm. Patient-related factors influence the interpretation more than image quality.  相似文献

Background: Dose reduction is crucial in pediatric multidetector computed tomography (MDCT).

Purpose: To perform pediatric 16-slice MDCT using tube current modulations and to adjust prospectively the tube current using a patient image gallery (IG) providing simulated dose-reduced protocols; and to evaluate and compare the image quality of the IG and the clinical MDCT.

Material and Methods: 30 examinations (thorax, n=15; abdomen, n=8; pelvis, n=7) in 20 patients (nine male, age 8.05±7.33 years, weight 29.8±24.02 kg) were performed according to an IG on a 16-slice MDCT with additional use of online tube current modulation (CARE Dose). Three radiologists visually assessed image quality from the IG and actual 16-slice MDCT scans. For objective analysis, image noise was determined.

Results: Statistical analysis showed moderate concordance in objective (K =0.68-0.78) and subjective (K =0.33-0.64) image assessment between the IG and clinical 16-slice MDCT scans. Depending on the weight group and clinical question, no or only minor dose reductions in the chest, but moderate to considerable reductions in the abdominal/pelvic 16-slice MDCT scans compared to previously used pediatric protocols were achieved. Extra dose reduction was achieved due to additional use of CARE Dose depending on age group and scan region (mean 8.6-23.9%).

Conclusion: The IG enabled us to prospectively reduce the tube current and adapt the required image quality to the clinical question. Additional dose reduction was achieved with application of CARE Dose; nevertheless, the images are comparable to the simulated images of the IG.  相似文献

Purpose: To determine the effects of detector configuration, as well as vessel orientation, on the depiction accuracy of arterial stenosis using four-channel multidetector-row helical computed tomography (MDCT) angiography in vitro.

Material and Methods: Five acrylic vessel phantoms (3 mm in diameter with 25 or 50% stenosis, or 5 mm with 25, 50, or 75% stenosis) were scanned with a four-channel MDCT scanner at five vessel orientations (0, 30, 45, 60, and 90° to the z-axis) using 4×1.25, 2.5, 3.75, and 5.0-mm detector configurations at beam pitches of 0.75 and 1.5. The percentage of stenosis was calculated by the ratio of the full width at half maximum for stenotic and non-stenotic portions of the phantom, and compared to the actual known values.

Results: A detector configuration of 4×1.25 mm provided good reproducibility, as well as high accuracy for assessing vessel stenosis, while a 4×2.5-mm or wider detector configuration caused underestimations of stenosis. Although the phantoms perpendicular to the z-axis were underestimated, the errors were kept in clinically acceptable ranges using the 4×1.25-mm detector configuration.

Conclusion: Four-channel MDCT accurately discerns stenosis for vessel phantoms of 3 or 5 mm in diameter at any orientation when using a detector configuration of 4×1.25 mm.  相似文献

Background: Imaging modalities in digital radiology produce large amounts of data for which image quality should be determined in order to validate the diagnostic operation.

Purpose: To develop an automatic method for image quality assessment.

Material and Methods: A filtering algorithm using a moving square mask was applied to create a map of filtered local intensity and noise values. Image quality scores were calculated from the filtered image data. The procedure was applied to technical and anthropomorphic (radiosurgery verification phantom [RSVP] head) phantom images obtained with varying radiation dose, field of view (FOV), and image content. The method was also applied to a clinical computed tomography (CT) brain image.

Results: The image quality score (IQs) of the phantom images increased from 0.51 to 0.82 as the radiation dose (CTDIvol) increased from 9.2 to 74.3 mGy. Correlation of the IQs with the pixel noise was R2 = 0.99. The deviation (1 SD) of IQs was 2.8% when the reconstruction FOV was set between 21 and 25 cm. The correlation of IQs with the pixel noise was R2 = 0.98 with variable image contents and dose. Automatic tube current modulation applied to the RSVP phantom scan reduced the variation in the calculated image quality score by about 60% compared to the use of a fixed tube current.

Conclusion: The image quality score provides an efficient tool for automatic quantification of image quality. The presented method also produces a 2D image quality map, which can be used for further image analysis.  相似文献
