大专护生对护士角色功能认知的教育前后比较性研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
目的了解护生对护士角色功能的认知.方法采用自制调查问卷对2000级大专护生进行无记名问卷调查.结果仅"医嘱执行者"1项角色功能,课前与课后无显著性差异(P>0.05)."护士是计划者、著作者、科研者、母亲的替代者、维护者和安慰者"等13项角色功能,教育效果显著(P<0.01).病人的咨询教育者等2项角色功能教育效果显著(P<0.05).结论大专护生在护士角色功能认知方面,仍然受旧的观念影响,对护士角色功能认知存在偏差.教育后,护生对护士角色功能多元化的认识有了新的理解,为今后从事护理工作,履行护士角色义务奠定基础.  相似文献

目的了解不同层次护生对护士角色认知及自身定位状况。方法参考有关文献并结合实际情况自编问卷对513名护生进行调查。结果50%以上的护生认同护士是护理者、沟通者、康复指导者、教育者、管理者、协调者;70.0%的护生认为护理工作辛苦,但仍有91.0%的护生选择会尽自己最大的能力为患者提供高质量的服务;到过临床的护生愿意再次选择护理专业人数低于未实习的护生,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论护生对自己的职业有良好的认同感,但护理教育工作者需要对护生加强现代护士角色定位的教育,使护生对社会评价、护理工作性质有一个正确的认识。  相似文献

[目的]了解三级甲等医院的实习护生对新颁布的护士条例知晓程度的现状,以探讨可行措施提高护生对该条例的认识,便于其在今后的临床工作中更好地维护病人与自身的权利,更好地承担责任与义务。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷,对5所三级甲等医院的150名不同学历层次的护生进行调查。[结果]实习护生对护士条例的知晓程度低,本科护生的掌握程度优于专科及中专护生,其中护生对法律责任的相关条文了解最少,而对总则的掌握情况相对较好。50%以上的护生认为自己缺乏对该条例的认识,而95.3%的护生认为有或是非常有必要了解相关知识,86.0%的护生认为有或是非常有必要开设包括学习护士条例在内的相关课程。[结论]护生应注重对护士条例的学习,学校和各临床实习基地应加强对护士条例的教育,注重法律方面的师资培养,在带教过程中穿插相关知识,使该条例得以普及。  相似文献

目的了解护生对《护士条例》的知识掌握程度和学习态度。方法运用便利抽样的方法对某三级甲等医院的168名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果接受调查的护生总分为(5.78±2.14)分,《护士条例》知识处于一般水平;不同学历护生对《护士条例》的掌握差距具有统计学意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。学历越高,得分情况越好;护生对《护士条例》的学习态度有差别,认为有必要学习《护士条例》为145人,占86.31%;认为没有必要学习的为14人,占8.33%。结论护生对《护士条例》相关知识的掌握情况不理想,应采用多种途径提高护生对《护士条例》的认知水平。  相似文献

[目的]了解实习护生对<护士条例>核心内容的认知情况.[方法]对2008年-2009年实习结束的本科、大专、中专护生进行问卷调查.[结果]本科、大专、中专护生对<护士条例>核心内容的知晓率:护士申请执业注册的必需条件分别为39.02%、35.00%、26.09%;护士执业注册的有效期限分别为51.22%、51.67%、46.38%;危急病情的正确处置分别为65.85%、52.50%、47.83%;问题医嘱的正确处置分别为95.12%、88.33%、95.65%;保护病人隐私分别为97.56%、76.67%、78.26%;实习期间能否单独执业分别为60.98%、57.50%、60.87%;吊销执照的违法行为分别为36.59%、36.67%、17.39%.[结论]不同层次实习护生对<护士条例>核心内容知晓率低,法律意识薄弱,学校、教学医院必须加强对护生的教育.  相似文献

目的了解护理高等院校学生对《护士条例》核心内容的认知状况和学习需求。方法自行设计护生对《护士条例》核心内容认知状况和学习需求调查问卷,对240名大专和本科护生进行调查。结果护生对《护士条例》相关知识普遍缺乏,全卷13道相关题目平均正确率只有67.6%;护生的关注点主要聚焦于《护士条例》中护士的权利义务和法律责任、护士的合法权益保障、薪酬待遇、护士注册4个核心内容;有73.9%护生认为有必要设置《护士条例》的教学,72.1%(160名)表示学习《护士条例》对专业知识学习或(和)实习有帮助。结论针对在校护生对《护士条例》的认知普遍缺乏,而大部分护生对学习《护士条例》相关内容有强烈需求的现状,学校或实习医院可以结合实际情况,通过不同途径、不同形式对护生进行相关知识宣教。  相似文献

目的 调查不同护理人群专业价值观的现状,并探讨影响专业价值观的因素.方法 采用分层与整群相结合的抽样方法抽取本科护生和在职护士共583人作为调查对象,运用护理专业价值观量表进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析.结果 本科护生及护士的专业价值观认同度较高,本科护生的专业价值观得分高于护士,差异有统计学意义;不同层次护生及护士对专业价值观的认同有差异.工作年限和月收入是影响护士专业价值观的重要因素.结论 护理教育和管理者应根据不同护理人群专业价值观的特点,采取针对性措施促进其专业价值观水平的提高.  相似文献

The World Health Organization and the International Council of Nurses recognises the importance of nurses' involvement in disaster preparedness and response. The aim of this study was to describe and compare self-reported disaster nursing competence (DNC) among nursing students (NSs) and among registered nurses (RNs) with professional experience. Further to investigate possible associations between self-reported DNC and background factors. A cross-sectional study was conducted of 569 NSs and 227 RNs. All respondents completed the 88-item Nurse Professional Competence Scale, including three items assessing DNC. Significant differences were found among the NSs depending on which University/University College they had attended. RNs reported significantly higher overall DNC and better ability to handle situations involving violence, and to apply principles of disaster medicine during serious events. RNs working in emergency care reported significantly better DNC ability, compared with RNs working in other areas of healthcare. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working night shift and working in emergency care were positively associated with high self-reported overall DNC. The results indicate that workplace experience of serious events increase the readiness of registered nurses to handle violence, to act in accordance with safety regulations, and to apply principles of disaster medicine during serious events.  相似文献

Under globalization, nurse migration has become an increasingly widespread phenomenon. One factor motivating it might be nurses' perception of the profession's image. The purpose of this study was to examine the connection between Israeli working nurses' and student nurses' perceptions of nursing's professional image and their intention to emigrate. One hundred thirty-two nurses and students participated in this cross-sectional study, the data collected by means of a structured questionnaire. Fifty-five percent of the sample were considering emigration or definitely intended to emigrate. Significantly more participants under the age of 35 were considering or had decided to emigrate than older participants. No statistically significant correlation was found between intention to migrate and perception of the profession's image. However, perceived professional image, as a component of professional reasons for emigrating (to get a better salary, working conditions, etc.), did contribute to the intention to emigrate.  相似文献

目的 了解痤疮患者的体像状况,并探讨护理干预对其体像的影响。 方法 采用体像障碍自评量表(SRSBI)对68例痤疮患者(研究组)和50例健康对照者(对照组)进行体像评定。对痤疮患者进行护理干预8周后,再次进行体像评定。 结果 护理干预前,研究组SRSBI总分和躯体缺陷感、体貌认知度、体貌关注度、情绪受损度、社会交往度、体貌改变度、他人评价度、体像障碍诱因度8个维度得分均高于对照组。护理干预后,研究组SRSBI总分及各维度得分均低于干预前。在躯体缺陷感、体貌认知度、社会交往度、他人评价度4个维度方面研究组与对照组比较无统计学意义,而体貌关注度、情绪受损度、体貌改变度、体像诱因度4个维度和总分仍高于对照组。 结论护理干预可有效改善患者的体像感知,但痤疮患者仍存在体像困扰。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Nursing has dealt with sexual harassment long before the term was coined during the 1970s. The current study investigated sexual harassment of nurses and nursing students in Israel following new legislation against sexual harassment in the workplace. METHODS: A self-report questionnaire was administered to 281 nurses and 206 nursing students (80% women) from five medical centres in Israel. Seven types of sexual harassment behaviour patterns were evaluated. FINDINGS: Frequency of sexual harassment decreased as the behaviour became more intimate and offensive. Ninety percent of subjects reported experiencing at least one type of sexual harassment and 30% described at least four types. A significant difference was found between nurses and nursing students. Furthermore, "severe" types of behaviour were experienced by 33% of nurses, in comparison with 23% of nursing students. Women were significantly more exposed than men to "mild" and "moderate" types of sexual harassment, while 35% of men vs. 26% of women were exposed to "severe" types of harassment. However, women responded significantly more assertively than men to "severe" sexual harassment. CONCLUSIONS: Particular attention is needed when sexual harassment occurs to male students and nurses because they may be subjected to the more offensive sexual conducts and at the same time may lack the ability to respond assertively.  相似文献

Administering medication is an important function of registered nurses. It is therefore necessary that nursing students develop knowledge and skill in this field. Given the propensity for, and negative consequences of, medication errors, it is essential that nursing students are properly supervised in this role. There is currently a paucity of research examining the practices of supervising medication administration by nursing students, particularly from the perspectives of registered nurses. The aim of this study was to explore the opinions and insights of registered nurses regarding the supervision of nursing students administering medication. Focus groups were conducted with registered nurses with experience of working with students in the clinical environment. Focus groups were transcribed verbatim and data analysis was conducted using the five stage framework approach. Four main themes were identified that reflected the participants’ views of the factors most strongly influencing the provision of supervision: communication, busyness, attitudes, and pressure to conform. The participants identified the importance of providing student supervision and suggested strategies for improvement, such as a closer working relationship between the clinical facilitator and the registered nurses providing supervision.  相似文献

目的探讨护士工作价值观量表(NPVS.R)在临床注册护士中的信效度。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士工作价值观量表(NPVS—R)对280名临床注册护士进行调查,并对此量表的信效度进行检验。结果该量表的CronbachOr.系数为0.94,因子分析共提取4个公因子,共可以解释总变异的59.55%,定义为职业特性、提供照顾、行动主义、信任,这4个维度的Cronbach α系数分别为0.89、0.87、0.86和0.70。结论护士工作价值观量表在临床注册护士中应用具有良好的信效度,是测量临床注册护士工作价值观的有效工具。  相似文献
