体外循环期间瓣膜替换手术患者白细胞β2粘合素及血浆sICAM-1、sE-selectin的表达 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为了解体外循环期间瓣膜替换手术患者白细胞、内皮细胞表面粘附分子的表达及这些粘附分子表达水平之间的关系,测定了12例患者体外循环前后外周血白细胞β2粘合素(β2-integrins)、血浆可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(solubeintercelularadhesionmolecule-1,sICAM-1),和可溶性E-选择素(solubleE-selectin,sE-selectin)。结果:体外循环后β2-integrins(CD11a、CD18、CD11a/CD18,CD11b,CD11b/CD18),sICAM-1和sE-selectin表达上调(P<0.05);β2-integrins和sICAM-1、sE-selectin表达水平之间存在明显的相关关系(P<0.005)。结果显示:①体外循环伴随着明显的白细胞-内皮细胞粘附反应;②体外循环期间有关的粘附分子以受体-配体形式表达;③血浆可溶性内皮细胞粘附分子sICAM-1、sE-selectin可间接估计内皮细胞表面ICAM-1、E-selectin表达情况 相似文献

The effects of berberine on 60 cases with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and experimental research results were observed
in this study. The results suggest berberine has significant effects on non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus patients and
experimental diabetes in animals in the reduction of blood glucose levels. The clinical symptoms basically disappeared and
the level of serum insulin rose. The total effective rate was up to 90 percent and there were no significant side-effects.
It was found that berberine has an effect on the recovery of pancreas islet β-cells, through pathological examination on the

Influence of berberine on protein tyrosine kinase of erythrocyte insulin receptors from type 2 diabetes mellitus 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Objective: Bererine has been used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese traditional medicine because of its hypoglycemic effect. In this report, we compared the intrinsic tyrosine kinase activities of erythrocyte insulin receptors from type 2 diabetes mellitus with or without stimulation by berberine in vitro. Methods- Preparations containing insulin receptors were obtained from soluble human erythrocytes, and the insulin receptors were partially purified by affinity chromatography. The tyrosine kinase activity was measured by the exogenous substrate phosphorylation. Results: Both the membrane tyrosine kinase activity and the purified receptor tyrosine kinase activity from diabetics decreased significantly compared with those of normal individuals (reduced by 67.4% and 47.2%, respectively). After incubation with berbefine, there is a statistical difference in the activity of membrane tyrosine kinase for diabetic patients ( a 150% increase). Berefine had no effect on the tyrosine kinase activity of purified insulin receptors. Conclusion: We concluded from these results that berbefine was able to improve the insulin sensitivity by increasing the protein tyrosine kinase activity of membrane-bound insulin receptors from type 2 diabetes mellitus. 相似文献

目的:观察小檗碱对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠心肌组织、肾脏组织SOD活性的影响。方法:采用小剂量链脲佐菌素加高糖高脂饲料喂养的方法建立Wistar大鼠2型糖尿病模型,成模后给予小檗碱0.1g/kg·d灌胃治疗8周,检测血脂、心肌组织和肾脏组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:与糖尿病组相比,小檗碱治疗组甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白明显下降(P〈0.05),均具有统计学意义,高密度脂蛋白有所升高,但差异无显著性。心肌组织、肾脏组织中SOD活性明显升高,并可改善2型糖尿病大鼠心肌、肾脏病变。结论:小檗碱可以明显改善2型糖尿病大鼠的心肌、肾脏损害,延缓其病变的发生和发展,可能与其降低甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白,提高高密度脂蛋白,清除自由基等机制有关。 相似文献

The therapeutic effect of Jiang Tang San (JTS) on 30 cases with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), was observed, whose fasting blood glucose ranged from 11. 1 mmol/L to 13. 8 mmol/L. The results suggested that JTS has significant effect on NIDDM patients in lowering blood glucose, blood lipid and blood pressure levels. Clinical symptoms and blood glucose improved rapidly. JTS promoted the elevation of serum insulin level 1 hour after meal. The total effective rate of lowering blood glucose reached 86.7%. The results showed JTS is better than berberine on lowering blood glucose (P<0.01) and when patients failed to respond to other hypoglycemics or on recurrence JTS was still effective. There were no marked side-effects during the course of treatment. 相似文献

目的 :探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (又称Ⅱ型糖尿病 )患者视觉诱发电位 (PVEP)的改变及临床应用价值。方法 :对 30例 (6 0只眼 )Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和 30例 (6 0只眼 )正常对照组进行PVEP检测。结果 :糖尿病组PVEP的异常阳性率为 5 8 33% ,表现为P10 0潜伏期明显延长 ,波形分化差 ,波幅低。结论 :PVEP的异常可作为糖尿病患者视功能早期观察指标之一 ,PVEP的异常与空腹血糖、糖尿病的病程长短、周围神经病变及糖尿病视网膜病变有关 相似文献

对湖北省部分地区25~70岁的9450名居民进行了Ⅱ型糖尿病-非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)及糖耐量低减(IGT)患病情况的流行病学调查。结果表明:25~70岁NIDDM患病率为2.62%,IGT患病率为4.48%,男女性别的NIDDM与IGT患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),城乡NIDDM患病率差异无统计学意义,但IGT患病率差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),NIDDM和IGT的患病率均随着年龄增高而升高,NIDDM和IGT患病率还与糖尿病家族史、高血压病史和高体重指数有关。 相似文献

A simple radioreceptor assay (RRA) of insulin
has been established by using insulin receptor on
human placental membrane (HPM). In this system,
60-7070 0f bound 12sl.insulin can be displaced when
native insulin (338 mU/ml) is added. This method
is suitable for clinical application as shown by its
sensitivity, accuracy and precision. Serum insulin
concentration of normal adults, patients with diabe-
tes mellitus and other diseases determined both by
RRA and radioimmunoassay (RIA) tend to be coin
cident. Experiments showed that RRA as well as
RIA, may distinguish nondiabetic and diabetic
subjects and patients with insulin dependent diabetes
meUitus (IDDM) and noninsulin dependent diabetes
mellitus (NIDDM). Fasting sera obtained from 40
iiormal adults were determined by RRA and RIA
simultaneously. The concentrations of insulin were
11251:42 ILU/ml and 11.19+3.9 LiU/ml respectively.
The insulin release curves of 9 IDDM patients mea-
sured by RRA and RIA were consistent. However,
the values of insulin release of 7 normal adults and
8 NIDDM patients determined by RRA were slightly
lower than those determined by RIA. Before and
after oral administration of nipedipine in 4 cases
of coronary heart diseases, insulin release curves,
determined by RIA did not change significantly, but
from those obtained by RRA, one could observe
that the release curves of insulin were much lower
or the peak value was delayed. These results are
consistent with those of oral glucose tolerance test
(OGTT) and suggest that RRA may be more specific
