目的评价组建学习型护理团队对提升护理人员科研能力的效果。方法在神经内科22名护理人员中组建学习型护理团队,进行科研能力培训与学习。在实施前和实施后,采用护理人员科研能力量表测评护士科研能力的变化。结果实施学习型护理团队后,护理人员的科研能力总分及科研基础知识、论文写作知识、统计学知识、软件操作能力4个维度得分均有不同程度提高(P0.05)。结论在临床护理工作中组建学习型护理团队,有利于提高护理人员的科研能力。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to test the congruence of the perceptions of unit-based nurse leaders (managers, advanced practice nurses) and nursing staff members (registered nurses, nursing assistants, unit secretaries) in acute care hospitals as to the extent and type of missed nursing care and nursing teamwork. Based on the leader-member exchange congruence framework (LMX), nursing staff and nursing leaders completed the MISSCARE Survey, and a segment of the participants completed the Nursing Teamwork Survey. The findings of this study show a lack of LMX congruence between leaders and nursing staff members. Nursing staff report less missed care and lower teamwork than do leaders, and nursing staff list more problems with having adequate material and labor resources than do leaders. LMX congruence has been associated with positive organizational outcomes.  相似文献

Engagement is the social process of maternal transition that enables growth and transformation and is linked to attachment and bonding. The feasibility and desirability of the Newborn Behavioral Observations (NBO) system as a nursing intervention to enhance engagement in first-time mothers were examined. The NBO is an exploration of the newborn conducted with parents to increase their understanding of their infant's behavioral cues as well as how to respond. Perceptions of the NBO were obtained from mothers who participated in NBO sessions in the postpartum period and from unit nurses who had been given information on the NBO. Mothers (n= 10) rated the NBO high for increasing their knowledge of what their infants can do (m=3.7/4.0, SD=0.48), and how to interact with them (m=3.8/4.0, SD=0.63). Two of the activities of engagement, experiencing the infant and active participation in care, emerged as themes from the mothers' qualitative responses. Nurses (n=20) believed the NBO would be an effective intervention. Participants believed the NBO to be an effective nursing intervention for enhancing maternal engagement in the early postpartum period.  相似文献

As a result of the ever‐changing health care environment and patient complexity, it is difficult for nursing teams to provide safe quality care and complete all tasks, also known as missed nursing care. Missed nursing care is a global health care issue and defined as any aspect of care missed in part, in whole, or delayed. Teamwork has been found to not only positively impact the performance of a team, but also patient outcomes. Teamwork strategies are needed to help nursing teams provide the best care to their patients. Inpatient nursing teams work in complex environments and handle many patient issues making it difficult to find one workable solution. The purpose of this study was to determine if a teamwork intervention would impact the nursing team’s perception of teamwork and missed nursing care on a medical surgical unit. In this quasi‐experimental design study there was an increase in both teamwork and missed nursing care pretest and posttest survey scores. Despite the increase not being statistically significant, based on the staff feedback, the intervention shows promise to be a viable teamwork strategy. Future studies should include larger sample size and longer duration.  相似文献

Nursing staff teamwork and job satisfaction Aim The aim of the present study was to explore the influence of unit characteristics, staff characteristics and teamwork on job satisfaction with current position and occupation. Background Teamwork has been associated with a higher level of job satisfaction but few studies have focused on the acute care inpatient hospital nursing team. Methods This was a cross-sectional study with a sample of 3675 nursing staff from five hospitals and 80 patient care units. Participants completed the Nursing Teamwork Survey (NTS). Results Participants’ levels of job satisfaction with current position and satisfaction with occupation were both higher when they rated their teamwork higher (P < 0.001) and perceived their staffing as adequate more often (P < 0.001). Type of unit influenced both satisfaction variables (P < 0.05). Additionally, education, gender and job title influenced satisfaction with occupation (P < 0.05) but not with current position. Conclusions Results of this present study demonstrate that within nursing teams on acute care patient units, a higher level of teamwork and perceptions of adequate staffing leads to greater job satisfaction with current position and occupation. Implications for Nursing Management Findings suggest that efforts to improve teamwork and ensure adequate staffing in acute care settings would have a major impact on staff satisfaction.  相似文献

The aim of this cross-sectional study was to examine the relationship among hospital, patient units, and staff characteristics and nursing teamwork. Using multiple linear regression analysis, we found that nursing role, shift, absenteeism, perceived adequacy of staffing, and unit type were significant predictors of teamwork.  相似文献

通过调查了解掌握养老机构护理人员手卫生理论知识和行为现况,并分析影响因素,为探索提高手卫生依从性和降低院内感染的有效举措提供参考。方法:2018年4—9月,调查上海市民政局市属三家养老机构的333名护理人员手卫生现况及可能的影响因素。结果:333名被调查的养老机构护理人员的有效问卷,对手卫生知识的知晓率仅为39.96%;手卫生依从性为 57.76%。在可能的影响因素中,47.45%的护理人员认为是缺乏干手用具;42.04%的人认为洗手液、消毒液对手部皮肤具有刺激性;38.44%认为洗手设施不符合要求;34.23%认为养老机构未提供足够的速干手消毒液;33.03%认为手卫生意识不强,常忘记洗手。结论:养老机构护理人员对手卫生的正确认知尚不够,整体手卫生依从性较低,管理层应通过各种途径提高护理人员的手卫生知识,改善手卫生执行情况  相似文献

目的 调查护理人员组织认同感水平和工作投入状况,探讨影响护士工作投入的组织层面因素.方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,使用工作投入量表和组织认同心理问卷调查652名护士;应用多元回归分析等方法探讨组织认同感对工作投入的影响.结果:①不同职务和不同用工性质的护士,在利益性认同感和归属性认同感方面,以及不同学历层次的护士,在归属性认同感上差异均有统计学意义;而成功性认同感在各组间差异无统计学意义.②护士组织认同感与工作投入总体状态之间存在相关性(r=0.122~0.431).③控制了人口统计学变量的影响后,护士组织认同感对工作投入3个维度,即活力、奉献和专注的方差变异解释率分别为21.8%、27.5%、18.8%.结论:组织认同感对护士工作投入的活力、奉献和专注3个因子产生不同程度的正向影响作用.可通过提高组织认同感,促进护士在组织行为上的良性发展,为有效实施工作投入干预机制提供依据.  相似文献

[目的]探讨早期护理干预对婴儿预防接种的影响.[方法]前瞻性选取100例新生儿,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组除常规护理之外,另每月由专人负责护理指导和追踪,包括接种前电话沟通和预约、接种时面对面指导并发放预防接种知识指导月卡,接种后电话随访.6个月后对两组婴儿预防接种情况及其家长相关知识合格率、对护理工作的满意度、家长向他人传播预防接种知识的意愿等进行测评.[结果]两组婴儿的计划免疫接种率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),扩大免疫的接种率干预组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组婴儿家长对相关知识的知晓率、对预防接种工作的满意度及自愿宣传预防接种知识的比例均明显高于对照组婴儿家长(P<0.01).[结论]早期护理干预能明显提高预防接种的成效,有助于扩大整个人群的免疫覆盖率.  相似文献

Title.  A communication intervention for nursing staff in chronic care.
Aim.  The paper is a report of a study conducted to evaluate the effect of a brief, focused educational intervention on the quality of verbal interactions between nursing staff and patients in a chronic care facility.
Background.  Positive nurse–patient communication in chronic care is crucial to the quality of life and well-being of patients. Despite this, patients are dissatisfied with these interactions and nursing staff indicate the need for additional training.
Method.  A repeated-measures design was used to collect data between April 2003 and February 2004, by audiotaping verbal interactions between nursing staff and patients during morning care. Baseline data were analysed and an educational intervention was developed based on the results of the pretest. Five months after the educational intervention, interactions between the same nursing staff and patients were audiotaped. Twenty-seven randomly chosen patients and selected nursing staff participated in the study. Data were analysed using a qualitative comparative method, and a quantification technique was developed to compare the quality of the interactions before and after the intervention.
Findings.  Preintervention interactions were task-oriented, superficial and dominated by nursing staff. Results statistically significantly improved after the intervention was implemented. Nursing staff were less authoritative, used more solution-focused communication and interactions had a statistically significantly higher positive ratio.
Conclusion.  Brief interventions can change nursing staff's communication practice and they realized the importance of effective communication as a fundamental component to deliver patient-focused care.  相似文献

A lack of teamwork among nursing staff affects care delivery and unit operations. Barriers present in the structure of a typical patient care unit that make it extremely difficult to achieve a high level of teamwork include large team size, lack of familiarity, instability of the work force and assignments, the absence of a common purpose and destiny, and an inhibiting physical environment. Community health nursing education at the undergraduate level is experiencing new and distinct challenges. Reduction in funding for public health services creates fewer resources and learning opportunities for students. To effectively deal with this problem, it is necessary to reconsider how clinical experiences are implemented. Using a service-learning theoretical framework to engage students in a mutually beneficial relationship with underserved and vulnerable populations could address the issue. The "Bucket List" of service-learning and community engagement activities was developed with the goals of improving quality and comprehension of community health didactic, addressing the need to restructure community health clinical experiences, and meeting projected demands for community health nursing services in partnership with communities.  相似文献
