PurposeOptical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) was utilized to examine changes in ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) vascular patterns over time in individuals treated with topical medical therapy.MethodsTen individuals with OSSN diagnosed by clinical examination and high resolution (HR)-optical coherence tomography (OCT) were recruited. All individuals received topical immuno- or chemotherapy. OCTA images were obtained and analyzed at three points: presentation, mid-treatment and tumor resolution. Tumor metrics including tumor area (TA), tumor volume (TV), tumor depth (TD), and total tumor density (TTD) were calculated. Vessel area density (VAD) was also quantified within the OSSN, the subepithelium under and adjacent to the OSSN and the subepithelium of the uninvolved, contralateral eye. Vascular network changes were also subjectively evaluated.ResultsTA, TV, TD and TTD all significantly decreased with time (p < 0.001). The mean VAD within the OSSN significantly decreased (p < 0.001) between visits (presentation: 26.52 ± 6.8%, mid-treatment: 7.19 ± 5.88%, tumor resolution: 0.11 ± 0.34%). The mean subepithelial VAD under the OSSN also decreased with time (23.22 ± 11.03%, 20.99 ± 5.99% and 19.58 ± 7.08%), and after resolution the sub-tumor VAD (19.58 ± 7.08%) was comparable to the subepithelial VAD in the contralateral eye (15.47 ± 4.37%, p > 0.05). The mean VAD in the subepithelium adjacent to the OSSN increased with treatment, then decreased significantly between mid-treatment and resolution (23.26 ± 4.54, 28.30 ± 7.43% and 21.68 ± 6.10%, p = 0.009). Qualitatively, the tumor subepithelial vascular network was complex and dense but with tumor resolution appeared less tortuous and similar to the uninvolved eye.ConclusionOCTA provided insight into the pathophysiology of tumor angiogenesis, showing decreased vascular density and normalization of vascular networks associated with tumor resolution.  相似文献

PurposeDescribe the utility of anterior segment optical coherence tomography angiography (AS-OCTA) to assess ocular surface lesions.MethodsRetrospective, case-control study of 10 eyes of 9 patients with malignant lesions and 23 eyes of 22 patients with benign lesions. Lesions included 13 epithelial, 10 pigmented and 10 lymphoid lesions. Graders performed an average of 3 depth and diameter measurements of peri-lesional vessels entering each lesion on AS-OCTA. Statistical models to assess differences between groups accounted for bilateral eye inclusion and lesion thickness (on AS-OCT). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and area under the curve (AUC) were performed for each parameter.ResultsIn the benign and malignant groups, age was 49.5 ± 22.4 and 64.3 ± 10.6 years (p = 0.145) with 45% males and 55% males (p = 0.458), in their respective groups. AS-OCTA showed greater peri-lesional vessel depth and diameter in malignant lesions (315.2 ± 73.0 μm, p < 0.001 and 76.4 ± 18.2 μm, p < 0.001; respectively) compared to benign lesions (199.4 ± 34.1 μm and 44.0 ± 9.4 μm, respectively). Malignant lesions showed deep and dilated peri-lesional vessels, which may represent feeder vessels. Vessel depth showed AUC = 0.980, 90.9% sensitivity and 100.0% specificity with a 236.5 μm cutoff. Vessel diameter showed AUC = 0.960, 100.0% sensitivity and 88.9% specificity with a 53.9 μm cutoff.ConclusionAS-OCTA shows greater peri-lesional vessel depth and diameter of malignant lesions compared to benign lesions. This imaging modality provides novel and non-invasive functional vascular parameters that can potentially aid the assessment of ocular surface lesions.  相似文献

Introduction and objectivesTo investigate the effect of acetazolamide (AZ) on the retinal and choroidal ocular microvasculature in the macula and radial peripapillary capillaries (RPC) of the optic disc with OCT Angiography (OCTA).Materials and methodsNine-month observational cross-sectional study. Forty-five eyes from 45 healthy participants who underwent cataract surgery were recruited. Macular retina and choriocapillaris vessel density (VD) and RPC VD in the optic disc area were compared before and 60 minutes after 250 mg acetazolamide per os. Intraocular pressure (IOP) and systemic blood pressure (BP) were also measured before each scan.ResultsMean age was 73.1 ± 6.9 years. VDs in the superficial (SCP) and deep (DCP) capillary plexus of the retina and the choriocapillaris (CC) in the macular area showed no significant change (p > 0.5, for all parameters). VD in the RPC showed no significant change with AZ (p > 0.5, for all parameters). Foveal and parafoveal thickness increased from 248.98 (±23.89) to 250.33 (±23.74) and from 311.62 (±16.53) to 311.98 (±16.38) (p < 0.001 and p = 0.046), respectively. IOP decreased from 13.2 (±3.0) mmHg to 11.8 (±3.2) mmHg (p < 0.001), while systolic and diastolic BP decreased from 144.8 (±21.8) to 137.7 (±19.0) and from 80.0 (±12.7) to 76.2 (±11.7) (p = 0.021 and p = 0.030), respectively.ConclusionsOCTA imaging did not reveal any significant changes in the VD of the optic disc or the retinal and choroidal VD in the macula with oral AZ one hour after its administration in otherwise healthy participants who underwent cataract surgery.  相似文献

AimsTo describe the changes in vessel density (VD) using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) of the different sectors in the macular area between retinitis pigmentosa (RP) patients and controls.MethodsObservational case-control study. We initially included 22 patients with RP and 21 controls. We obtained 6x6 OCTA images of the macular area using Angio-OCT SS-DRI-Triton 1.22 (Topcon, Japan), together with visual acuity, biomicroscopy, visual field and optical coherence tomography examination. We compared the VD values in both groups for both superficial (SVP) and deep vascular plexus (DVP). Correlation between VD and macular thickness was also calculated.ResultsThe mean visual field index (VFI) in the RP group was 26.11% (±17.29). VD was significantly lower in the RP group compared with healthy controls in all sectors of the DVP (Superior 43.48±3.79 vs 48.86±2.62, P<.0001; Nasal 40,52±4.30 vs 46,01±3.23, P=.0002; Inferior 42.76±5.26 vs 50.10±3.36, P<.0001; Temporal 40.42±4.46 vs 46.09±2.91, P=.0001) and in all but nasal sector in the SVP (Superior 39.86±4.46 vs 46.47±2.61, P<.0001; Nasal 40.35±4.56 vs 44.09±2.87, P=.0067; Inferior 40.74±4.61 vs 46.58±3.26, P=.0002; Temporal 39.98±5.07 vs 44.78±3.28, P=.0024). Correlation between VD and macular thickness was positive and significant (RP: r=.59, P=.043; controls r=.51, P=.018).ConclusionsPatients with advanced forms of RP have less vessel density in the macular area than healthy subjects. These differences are present in all four quadrants in the DVP and three in the SVP.  相似文献

Purpose:To assess the association between radial peripapillary capillary (RPC) plexus using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and retinal nerve fibre layer (RNFL) thickness using spectral domain OCT (SD-OCT) in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients, glaucoma suspects, and healthy subjects.Methods:In this single-centre cross-sectional observational study, POAG, glaucoma suspects, and healthy patients underwent OCT-RNFL and optic nerve head angiography scans. The RNFL thickness and the vascular parameters obtained from RPC plexus, including perfusion density (PD), flux index (FI), and vessel density (VD), were analysed.Results:In all, 120 eyes of 120 patients, including 40 POAG patients, 40 glaucoma suspects, and 40 healthy subjects, were included. The pairwise comparison of mean RNFL thickness, FI, and VD showed significant difference (P < 0.001) in all sectors between POAG, glaucoma suspects, and healthy eyes. However, PD showed no significant difference between glaucoma suspects and healthy eyes. The average RNFL thickness was found to have a better diagnostic ability than VD to distinguish POAG eyes from healthy eyes and glaucoma suspects based on receiver operating characteristics curve and area under the curve. VD had better diagnostic accuracy than RNFL when glaucoma suspects and healthy were compared.Conclusion:OCT-RNFL has better diagnostic capability in differentiating glaucoma from healthy eyes compared to OCTA. However, OCTA was found to be better in screening out glaucoma suspects from healthy eyes. The VD is a better OCTA parameter than FI and PD to differentiate POAG and glaucoma suspects from healthy eyes.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo assess the reproducibility of peripapillary, optic nerve head (ONH-PP) and macular vessel density (VD) by spectral domain optical coherence tomography angiography (SD OCT-A) in glaucoma patients and healthy subjects.MethodsCross-sectional study assessing 63 eyes of 63 subjects, including 33 glaucoma patients and 30 healthy subjects. Glaucoma was classified in mild, moderate, or advanced. Two consecutive scans were acquired by spectralis module OCT-A (Heidelberg, Germany), and provided images of the superficial vascular complex (SVC), nerve fiber layer vascular plexus (NFLVP), superficial vascular plexus (SVP), deep vascular complex (DVC), intermediate capillary plexus (ICP) and deep capillary plexus (DCP). VD (%) was calculated by AngioTool. Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) and coefficients of variation (CV) were calculated.ResultsAmong ONH-PP VD, better ICC presented advanced (0.86-0.96) and moderate glaucoma (0.83-0.97) compared with mild glaucoma (0.64-0.86). For the macular VD reproducibility, ICC results for superficial retinal layers were better for mild glaucoma (0.94-0.96) followed by moderated (0.88-0.93) and advanced glaucoma (0.85-0.91), and for deeper retinal layers ICC was better for moderate glaucoma (0,95-0,96) followed by advanced (0.80-0.86) and mild glaucoma (0.74-0.91). CVs ranged from 2.2%% to 10.94%. Among healthy subjects, ICCs for the ONH-PP VD measurements (0.91-0.99) and for the macular VD measurements (0.93-0.97) were excellent in all layers, with CVs from 1.65% to 10.33%.ConclusionsSD OCT-A used to quantify macular and ONH-PP VD showed excellent and good reproducibility in most layers of the retina, both in healthy subjects and in glaucoma patients regardless of the severity of the disease.  相似文献

目的:应用光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)联合微视野计对视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)黄斑水肿患者的黄斑区微血管及视功能进行定量评价。方法:收集单眼RVO并发黄斑水肿患者36例36眼,其中视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)组15例15眼,视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)组21例21眼(均为颞上分支静脉阻塞),收集同期年龄匹配的健康人15例24眼作为对照组。三组均应用OCTA扫描黄斑3mm×3mm范围视网膜,定量浅层、深层毛细血管丛(SCP、DCP)的血流密度(VD)、黄斑中心凹无血管区(FAZ)面积及黄斑中央视网膜厚度(CRT);应用MP-3微视野计测量患者黄斑10°范围视网膜平均敏感度(RMS)。BRVO组将VD及RMS进一步区分为病变区(上方)、非病变区(下方)VD及RMS,对照组病变区及非病变区的划分依据BRVO组相对应的区域。分别比较CRVO组和BRVO组与对照组上述指标变化,并对CRVO组和BRVO组RMS与VD、CRT、FAZ面积进行相关性分析。结果:CRVO组整体VD(SCP和DCP)较对照组均减少(t=-2.536,P=0.016;t=-8.834,P<0.001);FAZ面积较对照组增大(t=3.354,P=0.002);CRT较对照组增加(t=13.888,P<0.001);整体RMS较对照组明显降低(t=-6.250,P<0.001)。BRVO组整体VD(SCP和DCP)较对照组均减少(t=-5.186,P<0.001;t=-5.238,P<0.001);病变区VD(SCP和DCP)较对照组相应区域均明显减少(t=-5.611,P<0.001;t=-6.940,P<0.001);未病变区VD(DCP)较对照组相应区域减少(t=-3.047,P=0.004),未病变区VD(SCP)较对照组相应区域无差异(t=-1.459,P=0.156);FAZ面积较对照组增大(t=2.722,P=0.011);CRT较对照组增加(t=7.764,P<0.001);整体RMS较对照组明显降低(t=-10.931,P<0.001);病变区及未病变区RMS较对照组相应区域均下降(t=-13.183,P<0.001;t=-8.074,P<0.001)。CRVO组整体RMS与整体VD(SCP和DCP)均呈正相关(r=0.571,P=0.026;r=0.813,P<0.001),与FAZ面积及CRT均呈负相关(r=-0.621,P=0.014;r=-0.533,P=0.041)。BRVO组整体RMS与整体VD(SCP和DCP)均呈正相关(r=0.465,P=0.034;r=0.611,P=0.003),与CRT呈负相关(r=-0.547,P=0.01),与FAZ面积无相关性(r=-0.421,P=0.057)。结论:OCTA与微视野计的联合应用,能够对RVO黄斑水肿患者黄斑区结构与功能进行对应式的定量评估,为临床决策者提供更详细的信息,以做好疾病的解释工作。  相似文献

目的 通过光学相干层析血管成像(OCTA)评估未出现临床可见视网膜病变的急性髓系白血病患者的视网膜微血管损害,并与血液学指标、病程、化疗疗程进行相关性分析。方法 纳入40例经扩瞳检眼镜检查无临床可见视网膜病变的急性髓系白血病患者(研究组)和42例健康人群(对照组)作为研究对象,所有受试者均接受常规眼科检查,并进行以黄斑为中心6.0 mm×6.0 mm区域和以视盘为中心4.5 mm× 4.5 mm区域OCTA扫描,测量指标包括浅表毛细血管丛(SCP)和深层毛细血管丛(DCP)的血管密度(VD)、中心凹无血管区(FAZ)周长、FAZ面积、黄斑中心凹无血管区周围300 μm毛细血管密度(FD300)、视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度、视盘周围血管密度。同时进行血液学相关指标检查,包括血红蛋白、白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数和幼稚细胞比例、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平;并将研究组OCTA参数与血液学相关指标、病程、化疗疗程进行相关性研究。结果 研究组旁中心凹区和中心凹周围区、中心凹区、黄斑总体的SCP、DCP的血管密度分别低于对照组相应指标(P<0.05)。研究组黄斑区FAZ的面积、周长较对照组增大(P<0.05),FD300较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。2组间RNFL厚度、视盘周围血管密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,中央凹区SCP、DCP的血流密度,FD300与血红蛋白指标呈正相关(β=0.14,P=0.008;β=0.131,P=0.033;β=0.156,P=0.014);FAZ的面积与血红蛋白水平呈负相关(β=-0.102,P=0.009);FAZ的周长与红细胞计数呈负相关(β=-0.261,P=0.033);黄斑总体及中心凹周围区DCP的血流密度与幼稚细胞比例呈负相关(β=-0.129,P=0.006;β=-0.151,P=0.003);黄斑总体及中心凹旁、中心凹周围区SCP的血流密度,FD300与血清中VEGF水平呈负相关(β=-0.025,P=0.018;β=-0.037,P=0.017;β=-0.022,P=0.036;β=-0.037,P=0.025)。中心凹周围区SCP的血管密度,黄斑总体、旁中心凹区、中心凹周围区DCP的血管密度均与化疗疗程呈负相关(β=-0.152,P=0.038;β=-0.161,P=0.041;β=-0.796,P=0.014;β=-0.130,P=0.011)。黄斑总体、中心凹周围区DCP的血管密度与病程呈负相关(β=-0.142,P=0.046;β=-0.109,P=0.045)。FAZ的面积、FAZ的周长与化疗疗程呈正相关(β=0.183,P=0.007;β=0.197,P=0.039)。结论 在出现临床可见的视网膜病变之前,急性髓系白血病患者的视网膜就已经开始出现微血管的损伤;急性髓系白血病患者黄斑微循环损害与幼稚细胞比例增高,红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量降低,VEGF水平增高,化疗疗程增加,病程延长等因素有关。  相似文献

目的:利用光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术(OCTA)定量分析产后6mo以上妊娠期高血压综合征(PIH)患者的视网膜微循环变化。

方法:分别测量19例PIH患者、23例正常妊娠女性(HPW)及19例未妊娠女性(CNPW)的屈光度、最佳矫正视力及眼轴长度,并使用OCTA测量三组视乳头及黄斑区血流参数、神经纤维层厚度和脉络膜厚度。所有妊娠患者数据均采集自分娩6mo以后。运用统计软件SPSS20.0,单因素方差分析比较三组间视网膜微循环相关参数的组间差异。

结果:PIH组的黄斑区无灌注区面积(FAZ)明显大于HPW组和CNPW组(均P<0.05); 三组间的黄斑区各区域视网膜浅层血管密度无差异; PIH组的视乳头各区域浅层血管密度,其中视乳头整层6mm区域、外层、下外侧、鼻外侧高于HPW组和CNPW组; 视神经纤维层平均厚度三组间无差异,但PIH组的视神经颞侧纤维层厚度明显低于HPW组和CNPW组(均P<0.05); PIH组的黄斑中心区视网膜厚度明显低于HPW和CNPW(均P<0.05); 中心凹下脉络膜厚度三组间无差异。

结论:PIH患者产后视网膜部分区域血管密度、黄斑中心区厚度及颞侧视神经纤维层厚度与HPW及CNPW组间均存在差异,提示PIH对视网膜微循环的影响可能在产后仍持续存在。  相似文献

目的:应用光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)观察青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜后眼底微循环的变化。方法:前瞻性研究。收集2021-04/2022-06于我院就诊并选择角膜塑形镜矫正视力的中低度青少年近视患者40例40眼,分别于戴镜前、戴镜后1、3、6mo评估裸眼远视力、眼轴,并采用OCTA观察视网膜浅层血流密度(SVD)和深层血流密度(DVD)、视网膜厚度(CRT)、中心凹无血管区面积(FAZ-A)和周长(FAZ-P)、视神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度、盘周放射状毛细血管血流密度(RPCD)变化情况。结果:戴镜后1、3、6mo,纳入患者裸眼远视力较戴镜前显著改善(P<0.001),眼轴长度无显著变化(P>0.05)。戴镜前后,纳入患者中心凹象限SVD、中心凹和下方象限DVD均有差异(P<0.01),但CRT、FAZ-A和FAZ-P、RNFL厚度、RPCD均无差异(P>0.05)。结论:低中度青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜可显著改善视力,黄斑区局部视网膜血流密度增加。  相似文献

Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a noninvasive, depth-resolved imaging tool for the appraisement of retinal vascular changes. Since its introduction, the understanding of diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, central serous retinopathy, and other diseases has been enriched on many fronts. Its dyeless imaging property maps retinal as well as deeper choroidal vasculature in quick succession with good reproducibility. Hence, it can play an important role in the diagnosis and management of optic nerve–related diseases as well. A detailed literature review for its role in nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, papilledema, optic disc drusen, papillitis, hereditary optic neuropathies, central nervous system diseases, and others highlights its role. The whole spectrum of neuro-ophthalmological diseases shows consistent peripapillary and macular capillary changes with structural and functional correlation. The superficial and deeper retinal and choroidal vasculatures are affected depending on the nature of the disease process. Hence, OCTA positions itself as a useful, noninvasive tool in the armamentarium of a neuro-ophthalmologist in future; however, there are several limitations of the OCTA with respect to its technical abilities in challenging neuro-ophthalmic cases. Therefore, future research should be directed to enhance the technical capabilities of OCTA and to determine the more precise role of it in the prognosis of neuro-ophthalmic diseases.  相似文献

目的:应用光学相干断层扫描(OCT)及光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)观察垂体腺瘤(PA)患者黄斑区视网膜结构和微循环的改变。

方法:横断面研究。纳入2021-09/2023-03在广东医科大学附属医院神经外科治疗的PA患者40例作为PA组,另选取年龄、性别相匹配的健康志愿者42例作为正常对照组,均进行视野、OCT和OCTA检查,并分析PA患者眼部参数的相关性。

结果:PA组患者黄斑区视网膜各层血管密度(VD)均低于正常对照组,且黄斑区浅层血管复合体(SVC)-VD与神经节细胞复合体(mGCC)厚度(除内环鼻侧、外环下方)均呈正相关(P<0.05),黄斑区各象限mGCC厚度、视盘周围各象限视网膜神经纤维层(CP-RNFL)厚度与视野平均缺损(MD)值均呈负相关(P<0.05),中心凹无血管区(FAZ)面积与MD值呈正相关(P<0.05)。

结论:OCT与OCTA检查相结合可以全面了解PA患者视网膜结构和微循环功能的微观变化,对评估PA患者术前视功能具有重要价值。  相似文献

Background and purposeThe purpose is to analyze choroidal vascular density (VD) in healthy individuals and to compare it with choroidal thickness (CT).Materials and methodsCross-sectional study enrolling healthy individuals between 18 and 35 years old of Caucasian race and with an axial length (AL) 21–26 mm. Choroid was imaged with swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) Triton DRI (Topcon) and a macular cube of 6 mm × 6 mm was obtained. CT values were automatically given by the software. VD values were obtained through codifying colors of the VD map into numbers.ResultsOne hundred and two (51 patients) were analyzed. Mean age was 27.32 ± 3.94 years old, mean intraocular pressure was 18.07 ± 2.38 mmHg, and mean AL was 23.71 ± 0.66 mm. CT was higher in the vertical axis and lower when approaching nasal and temporal sides. The highest CT was in superior macula. The highest choroidal VD were in the fovea and in the juxtapapillary region. The lowest choroidal VD were found in superior and inferior macular areas. Moderate inverse correlations between CT and choroidal VD were found in the juxtapapillary and inferior regions.ConclusionsThe choroid has a thickness pattern that differs from retina. Choroidal vessels represent a very high percentage of choroid in the peripapillary region and in the fovea. On the contrary, superior and inferior macula reveals low values of VD.  相似文献

糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)是糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的并发症,也是DR患者视力下降和失明的主要原因。光学相干断层扫描(OCT)和光学相干断层扫描血管造影(OCTA)作为无创、非侵入性评估视网膜各层微结构和微血管病理改变的主要检查手段,是检测和评估DME的常用方法。随着OCT和OCTA技术的不断发展,各种参数被赋予生物标志物的作用,例如中央凹厚度(CST)、黄斑部平均厚度(CAT)和黄斑部容积(CV)、视网膜内层结构紊乱(DRIL)、高反射灶(HRF)和中央凹下神经视网膜脱落(SND)等,广泛运用于临床。OCT可以直观显示黄斑区视网膜及脉络膜的层次变化和细微结构,而OCTA更常运用于微血管改变。本文就OCT及OCTA相关生物学标志物在DME中预后和监测的作用进行阐述,同时检测结果中可见的生物学标志物可以为DME的监测和治疗策略提供新思路,并为DR和DME的发病机制提供新的见解。  相似文献

目的:应用光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术(OCTA)量化2型糖尿病患者黄斑区毛细血管的早期变化。方法:回顾性病例研究。分别纳入49名健康受试者、52例无视网膜病变的2型糖尿病患者(noDR)和43例轻度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(mNPDR)患者,并得到在黄斑区3 mm×3 mm浅层毛细血管丛和深层毛细血管丛的OCTA图像。去除大血管后分别计算毛细血管灌注密度、血管长度密度(VLD)和平均血管直径(AVD)并进行比较。应用受试者工作特征曲线评估该参数监测2型糖尿病患者视网膜微血管早期改变的能力。结果:比较三组间VLD和AVD,差异均有统计学意义(P&#x003C;0.001)。与健康受试者相比,noDR组的AVD均显著增加(P&#x003C;0.05)。mNPDR组患者深层及浅层的VLD较noDR组显著下降(均P&#x003C;0.01)。深层AVD鉴别noDR组与健康受试者的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.796,鉴别mNPDR组和健康受试者的AUC最高为0.920,其次为深层VLD(AUC=0.899),显著高于其他参数。结论:在糖尿病视网膜病变的临床前阶段,2型糖尿病患者的深层及浅层AVD均显著高于健康人,VLD均显著高于mNPDR患者。与健康人相比,深度AVD较其他参数更能检出noDR患者早期视网膜毛细血管的变化。  相似文献

目的:采用Meta分析方法评价光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)在无视网膜病变的糖尿病(NDR)患者中的应用。方法:计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、CBM、PubMed、Embase数据库以查找相关研究,检索时间为建库至2021-10。两名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,并采用NOS量表评价纳入研究质量,使用RevMan 5.3软件和STATA软件进行Meta分析和发表偏倚评价,对异质性较大的结果进行敏感性分析,确保结果的准确性。结果:共纳入44项研究,包括NDR患者2 053例2 600眼,健康对照组患者1 775例2 117眼,对黄斑中心凹无血管区(FAZ)面积、周长,FAZ旁300μm内的血流密度(FD300)、非圆指数(AI)、黄斑区血流密度(VD)、神经节细胞复合体(GCC)厚度和视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度等17个指标进行了Meta分析,Meta分析结果显示:NDR组的FAZ浅层毛细血管丛(SCP)、深层毛细血管丛(DCP)面积、周长均高于健康对照组,FD300、黄斑区VD,RNFL厚度均低于健康对照组(均P<0.05);NDR组的AI值略高...  相似文献

目的:通过光相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)测量新疆维吾尔族、汉族、哈萨克族、回族健康人黄斑区浅层毛细血管丛(SCP)血流密度(VD)、深层毛细血管丛(DCP)VD以及黄斑中心凹无血管区(FAZ)面积、周长、圆度指数等参数,探讨国内不同民族间健康人黄斑区血流参数的差异性。

方法:选取2022-12/2023-03于伊犁哈萨克自治州友谊医院眼科中心就诊且符合纳排标准的四族健康受试者各80例80眼共320眼为研究对象。根据族别分组编号,使用自动验光仪及IOL生物测量仪获取等效球镜及眼轴,使用DRI Triton OCT检测仪获取黄斑区3 mm×3 mm范围的血流图像并通过内置的IMAGENET6软件对图像进行分析获取各项血流参数,对比不同民族间各项血流参数的差异以及性别、年龄、眼轴对不同民族人群黄斑区血流参数的影响。

结果:四组性别、年龄、眼轴、屈光度、图像质量(IQ)无差异(均P>0.05)。族别差异:SCP中,维吾尔族下方VD大于哈萨克族,回族下方VD大于汉族、哈萨克族,汉族、回族鼻侧VD大于维吾尔族,哈萨克族中央凹VD大于汉族、回族,哈萨克族FAZ面积小于其它3个民族,汉族、回族FAZ周长大于哈萨克族,回族FAZ圆度指数小于其它3个民族; DCP中,维吾尔族中央凹VD大于汉族、回族,哈萨克族中央凹VD大于汉族、回族,哈萨克族FAZ面积、周长小于其它3个民族,哈萨克族FAZ圆度指数大于其它3个民族(均P<0.05)。性别差异:SCP中,汉族女性FAZ面积、周长大于男性,回族女性FAZ圆度指数大于男性(均P<0.05); DCP中,四族女性旁中央凹VD及整体VD均大于男性(均P<0.05)。年龄相关性分析:SCP中,年龄与哈萨克族FAZ圆度指数呈负相关; DCP中,年龄与汉族、哈萨克族、回族旁中央凹、整体VD呈负相关(均P<0.05)。眼轴相关性分析:SCP中,眼轴与哈萨克族、回族中央凹VD,回族旁中央凹VD,维吾尔族、哈萨克族、回族整体VD呈负相关,与哈萨克族FAZ面积、周长呈正相关; DCP中,眼轴与维吾尔族、哈萨克族、回族中央凹VD、回族整体VD呈负相关,与哈萨克族、回族FAZ面积、周长呈正相关(均P<0.05)。

结论:维吾尔族、汉族、哈萨克族、回族健康人群间黄斑区血流参数存在差异,其中哈萨克族FAZ面积、周长明显小于其它三族。黄斑区血流参数与性别、年龄、眼轴相关。  相似文献

Early development of the fovea has been documented by histological studies over the past few decades. However, structural distortion due to sample processing and the paucity of high-quality post-mortem tissue has limited the effectiveness of this approach. With the continuous progress in high-resolution non-invasive imaging technology, most notably optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography (OCT-A), in vivo visualization of the developing retina has become possible. Combining the information from histologic studies with this novel imaging information has provided a more complete and accurate picture of retinal development, and in particular the developing fovea.Advances in neonatal care have increased the survival rate of extremely premature infants. However, with enhanced survival there has been an attendant increase in retinal developmental complications. Several key abnormalities, including a thickening of the inner retina at the foveal center, a shallower foveal pit, a smaller foveal avascular zone, and delayed development of the photoreceptors have been described in preterm infants when compared to full-term infants. Notably these abnormalities, which are consistent with a partial arrest of foveal development, appear to persist into later childhood and adulthood in these eyes of individuals born prematurely. Understanding normal foveal development is vital to interpreting these pathologic findings associated with prematurity.In this review, we first discuss the various advanced imaging technologies that have been adapted for imaging the infant eye. We then review the key events and steps in the development of the normal structure of the fovea and contrast structural features in normal and preterm retina from infancy to childhood. Finally, we discuss the development of the perifoveal retinal microvasculature and highlight future opportunities to expand our understanding of the developing fovea.  相似文献
