目的 采用锥形束CT(简称CBCT)研究下颌第二磨牙C形根管的解剖形态,为根管治疗提供更加直观的影像学依据。方法 使用CBCT观察441例患者双侧下颌第二磨牙,统计C形根管的发生率以及根管形态。结果 C形根管的发生率为41.72%,C形根管类型变化多样,C形根管的发生率在性别、年龄间无统计学差异。结论 C形根管在下颌第二磨牙有很高的发生率,并且解剖形态有较大差异,CBCT在诊断C形根管方面具有重要作用。  相似文献

目的:观察下颌第二磨牙C形根和C形根管的形态。方法:将离体下颌第二磨牙塑料包埋后每距1.0mm水平片切,观察其牙根及根管形态。结果:62个下颌第二磨牙中C形牙根的发生率为3 2 .2 6% ,均在颊侧发生融合。根管变异较多,仅2 0 %从根颈至根尖为完整的C形,其余的整个行程中C形、分号形、分离形可相互发生转变。结论:下颌第二磨牙根管变异较多。  相似文献

目的:采用锥束CT(CBCT)分析下颌前磨牙C形根管形态。方法:选取13例22个下颌前磨牙C形根管患者的CBCT数据,使用NNT软件分析下颌前磨牙C形根管的形态、根面沟、根管分叉和双侧根管对称性。结果:下颌第一前磨牙根管C1型为23.8%、C2型61.9%、C3型14.3%,下颌第二前磨牙1例C3型。61.9%的下颌第一前磨牙C形根管在根中1/3分叉,下颌第二前磨牙在根冠1/3处根管分叉。下颌第一前磨牙C形根管对称率为61.5%,下颌第二前磨牙无对称性发生。结论:下颌前磨牙C形根管解剖结构复杂,CBCT可准确研究根管系统。  相似文献

目的:研究C形根管根管口及横断面形态的变化。方法:收集具有C形根管解剖外形的上下颌第二磨牙、下颌智齿、下颌第一前磨牙206颗,用硬组织切片机从根管口向根尖方向每隔0.5 mm连续横切,在显微镜下观察其根管口及根管横断面形态的变化。根据Melton的方法进行分类。结果:206颗C形根管中,C1型根管口59颗,占28.64%;C2型为114颗,占55.34%;C3型33颗,占16.02%。根管横断面形态从根管口到根管中下段形态变化不定。结论:C形根管形态复杂多变,临床行根管治疗时难度较大。  相似文献

下颌第一恒磨牙根管系统复杂多样,其中C形根管较为少见。本文报道2种不同类型的下颌第一恒磨牙C形根管病例。病例1,一个完整C形融合牙根,根管特点为近中舌侧位置一个根管,C形态的峡部及远中位置融合为一个根管。病例2,颊侧一个C形态融合牙根和远中舌侧一个独立牙根,根管特点为颊侧C形态区域为Ⅱ-Ⅰ型根管和一个独立的远中舌侧根管。  相似文献

目的: 通过锥体束CT(cone-beam computed tomogphy,CBCT)成像系统对新疆维吾尔族成人下颌第二磨牙C形根管的发生率及其形态特征进行研究。方法: 选择来我院体检且下颌牙列完整的100名维吾尔族成人,进行CBCT扫描,观察下颌第二磨牙的根管形态。结果: C形根管的发生率为15.0%,C 形根管类型变化多样。结论: C形根管在下颌第二磨牙有较高的发生率,且解剖形态存在较大差异。CBCT在C形根管的诊断方面具有重要作用,可以为维吾尔族成人下颌第二磨牙C形根管的临床诊疗提供依据。  相似文献

目的:采用三维锥体束CT成像系统探讨下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的发生率。方法:选择238名门诊患者/476颗下颌第二恒磨牙的CBCT扫描数据,进行三维重建下颌第二恒磨牙,观察C形根管的发生率。结果:存在C形根管的下颌第二恒磨牙共191颗,发生率40.12%;左右两侧同时发生C形根管的概率为31.9%;左右侧发生比率无统计学差异;男女发生比率无统计学差异。结论:C形根管在下颌第二恒磨牙中具有较高的发生率,CBCT影像技术能在诊疗过程中为临床医师提供更直观,更准确的影像学依据。  相似文献

AIM: This clinical report presents the endodontic treatment of two maxillary first molars and the anatomical study of two additional maxillary first molars with a C-shaped distally located root canal system. This configuration is not a common finding. SUMMARY: According to the endodontic literature, the C-shaped root canal is most frequently seen in the mandibular second molar. The occurrence of C-shapes in maxillary first molars, however, has only been described in a limited number of case reports. We observed this configuration in two out of 2175 root-filled maxillary first molars treated at the Department of Endodontology, Ghent University Hospital, during the last 10 years. In order to study and visualize this particular aberration, cross-sections in two additional two-rooted maxillary first molars were made. From these cross sections it can be concluded that the C-shaped canal configuration is the result of a fusion of the distobuccal and the palatal roots.  相似文献

Abstract This case report describes a mandibular molar with a C-shaped canal. Radiographically, the tooth had a normal morphological appearance with 2 distinct and separate roots. However, the pulp chamber door had only 2 root canal orifices, a mesiolingual orifice and a buccal C-shaped trough that was continuous from the normal location of the mesiobuceal canal to the location of the distal canal. The trough was extensive and persisted along the entire length and width of the C-shaped root canal. During endodontic treatment of the tooth, it became evident that the C-shaped canal bifurcated into a mesiobuceal and a distal canal in the apical 2 mm of the root. It appears that this case demonstrates the morphological pattern of the true C-shaped canal.  相似文献

目的采用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)观察下颌第二磨牙根管数目及构型,为根管治疗提供影像学参考。方法随机调取700颗下颌第二磨牙的CBCT资料,统计下颌第二磨牙牙根数目、根管数目和构型,以及C型根管的发生率。结果下颌第二磨牙c形牙根的发生率为36.O%;2根牙的根管构型:61.1%近中根管为Ⅳ型,96.1%远中根管为I型;C形根管在根管口及根尖1/3处类型变化多。结论下颌第二磨牙牙根和根管解剖形态多样,CBCT清晰的三维影像能为根管治疗提供参考。  相似文献

目的 使用锥形束CT扫描评估下颌第二恒磨牙牙根和根管解剖形态.方法 收集354例患者双侧下颌第二恒磨牙的锥形束CT图像,统计下颌第二恒磨牙牙根数目、根管数目和构型,以及C形根管的发生率.结果 下颌第二恒磨牙以双根最多,发生率为57.34%,C形根的发生率为38.28%;双根者近中根多为2-2型(80.54%),远中根多为1-1型(96.06%);C形根管的发生率为25.99%,左、右下颌的发生率没有统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 下颌第二恒磨牙牙根和根管解剖形态复杂多样,锥形束CT能为根管治疗提供参考.  相似文献

Abstract The purpose of this investigation was to study the prevalence of C-shaped roots, root canal orifices, and root canals in the mandibular second molars of a Chinese population. A total of 581 second mandibular molars were collected in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The teeth were demineralized and placed in methyl salicylate to induce transparency. The pulp chamber floor was examined to ascertain the number of root canal orifices. Chinese ink was then injected into the root canal system to demonstrate the root canal anatomy. The mandibular second molars had separate roots in 66.4%, cone-shaped roots in 2.1% and C-shaped roots in 31.5%. The C-shaped roots had C-shaped canal orifices in 68.3% (21.5% of whole material). True C-shaped root canals were observed in 65.8% of the teeth with C-shaped orifices and in 13.9% of the whole material. Separate root canals were seen in 34.2% of the teeth with C-shaped orifices. Separate canal orifices were found in 31.7% of the C-shaped roots and 7.4% of these roots had true C-shaped canals. In the whole material 0.9% of the roots with individual canal orifices had C-shaped canals. In conclusion, C-shaped root canals were common in mandibular second molars in the Chinese subjects studied. The C-shaped root canals were often, but not always recognized because of a C-shaped canal orifice.  相似文献
