目的 探讨应急预案演练在培养学生儿科护理综合能力中的效果.方法 选择即将进入临床实习的高职护理专业2个班的学生,按照班级分为试验组和对照组.试验组62名,实习前培训采用儿科护理应急预案演练法;对照组60名,采用传统的教学方法.培训结束后,对两组学生进行儿科应急理论知识与技能考核,并调查临床带教教师对两组学生临床工作的综合评价,试验组学生接受应急预案演练培训后的自我评价.结果 试验组学生的儿科护理应急理论知识与技能考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.01),临床带教教师对其评价明显高于对照组,试验组学生自我评价较好.结论儿科护理应急预案演练能提高学生实习前培训的效果,亦可增强学生的团队合作能力,缓解学生的心理压力. 相似文献

目的探讨并确立护理本科生临床能力的评价指标体系。方法采用文献检索法和特尔斐法对评价指标进行探讨和论证。结果确立了护理本科生临床能力的评价应包含核心能力、临床护理能力、相关护理能力3项一级指标和评判性思维能力、自主学习能力等10项二级指标及其权重。结论核心能力、相关护理能力、临床护理能力、评判性思维能力、自主学习能力等可以科学的地评价护理本科生的临床能力。 相似文献

目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在中医护理本科生临床综合能力评价中的应用方法和作用。方法选取2009~2010年在我院实习的61名护理本科毕业生,运用OSCE进行毕业考核。结果 OSCE平均成绩为(79.21±4.81)分,平均难度为0.79,平均区分度为0.54。88.5%的学生和87.5%的教师认为OSCE考试内容的设置合理,有助于掌握临床技能,并且对今后的工作有帮助。结论 OSCE是科学有效的临床护理技能评价方法,能真实反映学生的临床综合能力,促进护理教育改革,应当推广使用。 相似文献

BackgroundThe abundant knowledge on nursing students’ competencies in clinical safety, and the multiple approaches adopted make it difficult to obtain an overview of the current status of this question.PurposeTo review the literature on undergraduate nursing students' safety competencies during their clinical placements.MethodA scoping review was carried out. Searches were executed in PubMed, CINAHL, WOS, MEDES, and websites of relevant organizations. The framework proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute was adopted.FindingsA total of 43 studies were selected for the final sample. The review identified four major topics: the presence of adverse events in clinical placements, the acquisition of competencies in clinical safety, student experiences regarding clinical safety, and pedagogical approaches for clinical safety.DiscussionNursing students encounter adverse events and clinical safety incidents throughout their clinical training. AimTo examine the effect of incorporating evidence-based practice (EBP) in Nursing Research curriculum on undergraduate nursing students.BackgroundThe competence of EBP is essential for nurses and it is an essential task for educators to implement EBP education in nursing students.DesignA quasi-experimental study.MethodsBased on Astin’s Input-Environment-Outcome model, the study was conducted among 258 third-grade students of a four-year nursing bachelor’s program between September through December 2022. The students were divided into two groups. Students in the intervention group received innovative teaching where EBP elements were incorporated in Nursing Research course in a natural, gradual and spiral way, while students in the control group attended conventional teaching. Effect of EBP teaching was examined in terms of students’ EBP competence, learning experience and satisfaction and score of team-based research protocol assignment.ResultsCompared with conventional teaching, the innovative teaching characterized by EBP improved students’ EBP competence in terms of attitudes and skills and enhanced student’s comprehensive ability in nursing research. Students’ learning experience and satisfaction were similarly favorable between the two groups.ConclusionsFor undergraduate nursing students, the teaching strategy characterized by EBP is an appropriate and effective way to improve their EBP competence of attitudes and skills, as well as their nursing research ability. 相似文献

Cultural competence is now widely recognised as an essential characteristic for undergraduate nursing students. Clinical experience in foreign countries has become increasingly popular as a strategy to enhance cultural awareness and competence. However, published research articulating the experience and outcomes of these initiatives is relatively rare, particularly from an Australian perspective. This paper presents the findings of a qualitative, exploratory research project. Individual semi-structure interviews were conducted with eight undergraduate nursing students before, during and at the conclusion of a four week clinical placement in Surin, Thailand. Data analysis identified the following major themes: first interview - anticipation; second interview - making a difference; contrasting worlds; and part of the group; third interview - reality check and group dynamics. These findings suggest that international clinical experience has potential benefits beyond the development of cultural competence. The importance of caring in nursing and the importance of group dynamics were particularly valued by student participants. 相似文献

The OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) is considered the most valid and reliable method for assessing the clinical skills of students training for health professions, but its use is limited by the related high costs. We analyzed the cost retrospectively of using an OSCE designed for second-year students (2009) in our degree course, adopting the Reznick et al. guidelines (1993), which recommend assessing both high-end costs and low-end costs. The high-end costs adopting the OSCE amounted to € 145.23 per student, while the low-end costs were € 31.51 per student. Considering the economic crisis and the cost-containment measures applied also in nursing education, strategies for further reducing costs are discussed. 相似文献

A service-learning component was added to the existing preceptor practicum program at the University of North Carolina Charlotte's School of Nursing (UNCC SON) in the fall of 2007 for nursing students in the community health nursing (CHN) practicum course. Objective: The preceptorship model is commonly used in undergraduate nursing education. The aim of this study was to improve teaching strategies in the existing school health nursing (SHN) preceptor program by the addition of a service-learning community partnership. Adding the service-learning component was based on the Polvika model. Participants: A total of 27 nursing students and 33 preceptors participated in the study. Data Analysis: Percentages, means, standard deviations, and rankings were used to analyze the data. The participants completed a multiple-choice survey and ranked a list of tasks. Results: The students were able to fulfill their task responsibilities, and the service-learning preceptor program was cost effective for the SHN preceptors through hours saved by the nursing students. Conclusion: The preceptor role is associated with many factors, including perceived burden, which affects their willingness to work with students. The findings demonstrated that service learning is an effective teaching strategy in the CHN nursing students' learning by fostering the preceptors' benefits, rewards, support, and commitment to the role. 相似文献

Internet-based educational and therapeutic programs (e-health applications) are becoming increasingly popular for a variety of psychological and physical disorders. We tested the efficacy of an online Chronic Pain Management Program, a comprehensive, fully self-directed and self-paced system that integrates social networking features and self-management tools into an interactive learning environment. Of 305 adult participants (196 women, 109 men), a total of 162 individuals with chronic pain were randomly assigned unsupervised access to the program for approximately 6 weeks; 143 were assigned to the wait-listed control group with treatment as usual. A comprehensive assessment was administered before the study and approximately 7 and 14 weeks thereafter. All recruitment, data collection, and participant involvement took place online. Participation was fully self-paced, permitting the evaluation of program effectiveness under real-world conditions. Intent-to-treat analysis that used linear growth models was used as the primary analytic tool. Results indicated that program utilization was associated with significant decreases in pain severity, pain-related interference and emotional burden, perceived disability, catastrophizing, and pain-induced fear. Further, program use led to significant declines in depression, anxiety, and stress. Finally, as compared to the wait-listed control group, the experimental group displayed a significant increase in knowledge about the principles of chronic pain and its management. Study limitations are considered, including the recognition that not all persons with chronic pain are necessarily good candidates for self-initiated, self-paced, interactive learning. 相似文献

目的分析"互联网+"学习背景下,立体化教学模式在临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取在同一学年授课且临床实践内容相同的90名护生,随机分对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采取传统临床带教方法,观察组采用网络平台与实际带教综合教学法,教学过程结束后,对两组护生进行相同评分标准下的理论和技能操作的综合考核。结果观察组护生综合得分高于对照组(P0.05),但理论卷面得分却低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组在操作水平、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力和团队意识等方面均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论在"互联网+"学习时代,通过立体化教学模式,有效利用平台资源,并与临床带教相结合,不仅能提高教学效果,更能促进学生自主学习的能力,从而综合培养学生的核心胜任力,值得更多临床教师借鉴和研究。 相似文献
