新体制下如何开展基层药品不良反应的监测和评价

新的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》已于2011年7月1日起正式施行,改变了我国的药品不良反应监测和上报的原有体系,新的监测体系给药品不良反应监测工作的发展带来了很多的机遇和挑战.但因为新《办法》的实施和“国家药品不良反应监测系统”的运行时间都不长,各地区的监测工作存在很大的差异,笔者作为基层负责药品不良反应监测工作一线工作人员,结合平时的工作实践,谈谈在新的工作机制下如何开展基层药品不良反应的监测和评价工作.     

对实施新版《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》的建议

通过分析烟台市药品不良反应监测工作的现状与存在的问题,进行了深层次的原因探讨,思考如何真正贯彻落实新修订《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》的要求,并对今后进一步做好基层药品不良反应监测工作提出了相应的对策和建议。     

2006年江西省药品不良反应病例的分析

近年来，江西省对通过《药品管理法》、《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》等法律、规章和相关知识的培训、宣传，各级药品不良反应监测机构、药品生产、经营以及医疗机构对药品不良反应监测工作的重视程度不断得到提高。报告意识逐渐增强．使我省药品不良反应（ADR）报告和监测工作呈现良好的发展势头。为全面了解我省ADR发生的情况．对2006年度药品不良反应报告进行了统计和分析。     

药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法

中华人民共和国卫生部发布的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》(卫生部令第81号)将于2011年7月1日正式施行。此次发布的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》进一步明确了省以下监管部门和药品不良反应监测机构的职责,规范了报告程序和要求,增加了对严重药品不良反应、群体药品不良事件调查核实评价的要求,增加了"药品重点监测的要求",并对生产企业主动开展监测工作提出更明确和更高的要求。为促进新发布的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》的实施,本刊特予以转载。

重庆市《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》的认知调查报告

目的为贯彻实施2011年5月4日发布的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》(简称新《办法》),提高开展药品不良反应(ADR)报告和监测工作的实效性,调查分析重庆市ADR监测用户在工作中遇到的问题及对新《办法》的认知情况。方法采取分层群体结合分层非等比例抽样方法,对重庆市ADR监测174个基层用户进行问卷调查,用SPSS软件统计分析。结果与结论超过50%被调查人员对新《办法》有积极评价和认识;新《办法》贯彻实施及提高ADR监测工作的实效性需要重视解决现存问题,多方协调齐抓,不断改进创新。     

药品零售企业如何开展不良反应监测

2011年7月1日起,《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》（以下简称《办法》）正式施行,进一步推动了药品不良反应（ADR）监测各项工作的开展,为保障人民群众用药安全筑起了一道有效的屏障。《办法》鼓励公民、法人和其他组织报告药品不良反应,明确了药品经营企业应当配备专（兼）职人员,承担本单位的药品不良反应报告和监测工作。那么,药品零售企业如何开展不良反应监测工作呢？1.提高药品零售企业人员对ADR的认知度。     

Degraded and undegraded carrageenans and experimental gastric and duodenal ulceration

The prevention of histamine-induced gastric and duodenal ulceration in the guinea-pig has been examined using a series of undegraded and degraded carrageenans. Undegraded carrageenans were active at lower doses than degraded carrageenans. The high viscosity of the undegraded carrageenans in solution prevented their use in larger doses. Degradation of carrageenan without serious loss of sulphate, gives a product which allows the dose to be increased to an extent that its effect more than offsets the slight loss in activity caused by the degradation. No single feature of carrageenan structure can be related to anti-ulcer activity although degradation, and hence reduction of molecular size, generally reduces activity. Sulphate contents over 30% have little apparent effect on activity; κ-carrageenans were not consistently different in anti-ulcer activity from Λ-carrageenans. This contrasts with the antipeptic activity of carrageenans where κ-carrageenans are less active than their Λ-counter-parts. As with antipeptic activity, the degree of anti-ulcer activity is probably determined by a combination of structural features which includes molecular size and polyanionic properties.     

Affective and Anxiety Disorders and Alcohol and Drug Dependence:

Depression and anxiety frequently coexist in patients with substance use disorders. This clinically-oriented article examiens the relationship between these conditions and emphasizes data showing that substances of abuse can cause signs and symptoms of both depression and anxiety. These substance-related syndromes appear to have a different course and prognosis than uncomplicated, independent anxiety and major depressive disorders, and clinicians should consider the role of alcohol and other drugs in all patients presenting with these complaints. The authors will also outline an approach for diagnosing and managing patients with the combination of a substance use and depressive or anxiety disorder.

Synthesis and anti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects of gaultherin and its analogs

The synthesis of gaultherin (1) and its analogs was carried out to provide 11 glycosides under phase-transfer catalytic conditions. The activities of all synthesized compounds were evaluated by nitric oxide production inhibitory assay in vitro. Methyl 2-O-(4-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl)-β-d-glucopyranosylbenzoate (5f) showed significantly anti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects by the evaluation in vivo. Structure–activity relationships within these compounds were discussed.
