Rats were fed diets containing various mixtures of corn and palm oils ranging from 100% corn (CO) or palm oil (PO) to 90:10, 75:25, or 50:50 CO, and 75:25, 10:90, or 100% PO. One set of diets was augmented with 0.4% cholesterol and 0.1% cholic acid. When the diets were cholesterol-free, there were virtually no differences between groups in serum total or HDL cholesterol. Serum triglyceride levels were lowest in the rats fed 100% PO. Liver cholesterol levels were virtually the same in all groups. As the PO contribution to the dietary fat was increased, liver triglyceride levels fell, being lowest in rats fed 100% PO. Serum total and HDL cholesterol levels in rats fed CO plus cholesterol-cholic acid were the same as those seen in rats on the cholesterol-free diet. Introduction of the lowest level of PO raised serum cholesterol levels significantly and they continued to rise as more palm oil (palmitic acid) was introduced into the diet. Serum triglyceride levels were similar in all groups, but liver triglycerides fell with increasing dietary PO.The data support the assertion of Hayes and Khosla that palmitic acid becomes hypercholesterolemic only in cholesterol-containing diets. The observed effects of palmitic acid on serum and liver triglyceride levels, especially the latter, merit further study.  相似文献

Plasma lipoprotein composition and hepatic lipid content were investigated in male Sprague-Dawley rats (104 +/- 2 g) fed diets containing 12% olive oil [OO, 70% 18:1(n-9)], 12% high oleic safflower oil [SO, 70% 18:(ln-9)] or 12% high linoleic safflower oil [SL, 73% 18:2(n-6)] for periods of up to 10 wk. Fasting plasma triglycerides were significantly higher after feeding oleic-rich diets than after feeding SL for 3, 5 and 6 wk. At 6 wk VLDL triglycerides were two- to threefold higher in rats fed OO or SO than in those fed SL, but by 10 wk both plasma and VLDL triglycerides were similar. A greater proportion of HDL2 (diameter 8.0-12.1 nm), a lower proportion of HDL1 (diameter 12.2-17.0 nm) and lower HDL apo E content occurred in rats fed OO and SO than in those fed SL at both 6 and 10 wk. LDL and HDL protein and cholesterol concentrations were not different with feeding SO or SL. After 10 wk of feeding the experimental diets, rats fed OO had significantly lower HDL protein, cholesterol and apo E concentrations and significantly higher hepatic triglyceride content compared to rats fed SO or SL, P less than 0.05. These data suggest that HDL and hepatic lipid content are determined by some property of the dietary oil other than its oleic acid content.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of different fats, that is pork lard, refined soybean oil, and unrefined, cold pressed flaxseed oil, on the antioxidant status, inflammatory markers and blood lipid profile of rats fed diets rich in fructose. Four week of experimental feeding with flaxseed oil enriched diet (16%) led to a significant decrease in the degree oflipid peroxidation in liver when compared with rats fed the same amount of pork lard. Moreover the addition of soybean oil or flaxseed oil to the diet (16%) decreased significantly triglyceride and total cholesterol blood levels, as well as reduced atherogenic index of plasma. The concentration of HDL cholesterol was retained on a higher blood level in rats fed flaxseed oil enriched diet, when compared with the soybean oil group.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of diets containing fish oil or pectin on blood pressure and lipid metabolism in the deoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA)-salt hypertensive rat. Three groups (8 rats/group) of unilaterally nephrectomized rats were fed for 21 d one of three purified diets: a) 8% fish oil + 2% safflower oil + 5% alpha cellulose (fish oil diet), b) 10% safflower oil + 5% pectin (pectin diet), or c) 10% safflower oil + 5% alpha cellulose (control diet). Each of the diets contained 6% NaCl and all rats received DOCA (30 mg/kg body wt, subcutaneously) twice weekly. Systolic blood pressure of rats fed fish oil was significantly lower (P less than 0.05) than that of rats fed the control diet; there was no significant difference between the pectin and control groups. Plasma renin activity and net sodium and potassium balances were similar among the three groups. Plasma total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol were significantly lower (P less than 0.05) in the group fed the fish oil diet than in the group fed the control diet. Total, LDL and HDL cholesterol did not differ between rats fed the pectin and rats fed the control diet. Plasma triglyceride concentration did not differ among the three groups. Thus, dietary fish oil attenuated the development of DOCA-salt hypertension, unrelated to alterations of net sodium balance. Fish oil feeding also lowered total, LDL and HDL cholesterol, but did not alter the HDL/LDL ratio. In contrast, dietary pectin exerted no effect on blood pressure or lipid metabolism.  相似文献

Background

High-fat diets are usually associated with greater weight (W) gain and body fat (BF). However, it is still unclear whether the type and amount of fat consumed influence BF. Additionally, dietary fat intake may also have consequences on skeletal health.

Objective

To evaluate in healthy growing rats the effects of high-fat diets and type of dietary fat intake (saturated or vegetable oils) on energy and bone metabolism.

Methods

At weaning, male Wistar rats (n?=?50) were fed either a control diet (C; fat?=?7% w/w) or a high-fat diet (20% w/w) containing either: soybean oil, corn oil (CO), linseed oil (LO), or beef tallow (BT) for 8?weeks. Zoometric parameters, BF, food intake and digestibility, and total and bone alkaline phosphatase (b-AP) were assessed. Total skeleton bone mineral density (BMD) and content (BMC), BMC/W, spine BMD, and bone volume (static-histomorphometry) were measured.

Results

Animals fed BT diet achieved lower W versus C. Rats fed high-fat vegetable oil diets showed similar effects on the zoometric parameters but differed in BF. BT showed the lowest lipid digestibility and BMC. In contrast, high vegetable oil diets produced no significant differences in BMC, BMC/W, BMD, spine BMD, and bone volume. Marked differences were observed for LO and BT groups in b-AP and CO and BT groups in bone volume.

Conclusion

BT diet rich in saturated fatty acids had decreased digestibility and adversely affected energy and bone metabolisms, in growing healthy male rats. There were no changes in zoometric and bone parameters among rats fed high vegetable oil diets.  相似文献

This study's purpose was to evaluate the fasting human plasma lipid and lipoprotein responses to dietary beef fat (BF) by comparison with coconut oil (CO) and safflower oil (SO), fats customarily classified as saturated and polyunsaturated. Nineteen free-living normolipidemic men aged 25.6 +/- 3.5 yr consumed centrally-prepared lunches and dinners of common foods having 35% fat calories, 60% of which was the test fat. The test fats were isocalorically substituted, and each fed for five weeks in random sequences with intervening five weeks of habitual diets. Plasma total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) concentrations among individuals follows the same relative rank regardless of diet. Triglycerides (TG) concentrations among individuals also maintain their relative rank regardless of diet but in a different order from that of the cholesterols. Plasma TC, HDL-C, and LDL-C responses to BF were significantly lower and TG higher than to CO. As compared to SO, BF produced equivalent levels of TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C and marginally higher TC. Thus, the customary consideration of BF as "saturated" and grouping it with CO appears unwarranted.  相似文献

The interactive effects of manganese, iron and lipid on mineral status, manganese-dependent superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) activity and lipoprotein composition were investigated by feeding weanling rats two levels of manganese (0.4 or 56 micrograms Mn/g diet), two levels of iron (29 or 109 micrograms Fe/g diet) and either 12% high-linoleic acid safflower oil or 12% high-oleic acid safflower oil for 8 wk. Rats fed the manganese-deficient diets had decreased heart MnSOD activity; depressed tibia and kidney manganese concentrations; lowered plasma and high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, HDL protein and HDL apo E concentrations; and elevated HDL protein/cholesterol ratios. Ingestion of supplemental iron slightly decreased heart MnSOD activity and tibia and kidney manganese concentrations but had no effect on hematocrits or on plasma and HDL cholesterol levels. Rats fed the linoleic acid-rich rather than the oleic acid-rich oil had increased heart MnSOD activity but had unchanged plasma and HDL cholesterol levels. The decrease in plasma and HDL cholesterol levels with manganese deficiency appeared not to be a result of increased lipid peroxidation but may have resulted from decreased cholesterol synthesis and/or secretion.  相似文献

Dietary fatty acids alter HDL cholesterol concentrations, presumably through mechanisms related to reverse cholesterol transport. The effect of dietary fats (coconut oil, butter, traditional stick margarine, soybean oil, canola oil) differing in fatty acid profile on this antiatherogenic process was assessed with respect to plasma lipids; exogenous and endogenous lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT), cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP), phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) activities; and LCAT, apolipoprotein (apo) A-I and scavenger receptor B class-1 (SR-B1) mRNA abundance. Golden-Syrian hamsters were fed a nonpurified (6.25 g/100 g fat) diet containing an additional 10 g/100 g experimental fat and 0.1 g/100 g cholesterol for 6 wk. Canola and soybean oils significantly lowered serum HDL cholesterol concentrations relative to butter. Canola oil, relative to butter, resulted in higher exogenous LCAT activity, and both soybean and canola oils significantly increased hepatic apo A-I and SR-B1 mRNA abundance. Butter, relative to margarine, coconut and soybean oils, significantly increased serum non-HDL cholesterol concentrations. Endogenous and exogenous LCAT, CETP, and PLTP activities did not differ in hamsters fed margarine or saturated fat diets, despite lower hepatic LCAT, apo A-I, and SR-B1 mRNA abundance, suggesting that changes in available substrate and/or modification to the LCAT protein may have been involved in lipoprotein changes. These results suggest that lower HDL cholesterol concentrations, as a result of canola and soybean oil feeding, may not be detrimental due to increases in components involved in the reverse cholesterol transport process in these hamsters and may retard the progression of atherosclerosis.  相似文献

Cebus and rhesus monkeys were fed cholesterol-free diets providing 40% of energy as fat for 6-wk periods. The fats were high-linoleic acid safflower oil (HLSO), high-oleic acid safflower oil (HOSO), or palm oil (PO), rich in polyunsaturated (18:2), monounsaturated (18:1), or saturated (16:0) fatty acids, respectively. In cebus monkeys, plasma cholesterol concentrations during HLSO intake were 17-19% lower than those during HOSO or PO intake, attributed to a decrease in high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Plasma triglyceride (TG) and low-density-lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol concentrations were comparable during all dietary treatments. Sixty-eight percent of total LDL catabolism was receptor mediated in all dietary groups and this was associated with similar apolipoprotein B pool sizes and fractional catabolic rates. Rhesus monkeys revealed similar cholesterol concentrations (total, LDL, and HDL) during all dietary treatments. TG concentrations during PO intake were 34% and 63% higher than those during HOSO and HLSO intakes, respectively. Hence, dietary 16:0 and 18:1 produce similar effects on LDL and HDL metabolism in normocholesterolemic primates.  相似文献

The effect of 3 types of fat: 1) Ghee, 2) Corn oil, 3) Subsidized vegetable oil (SVO) on serum and tissue lipids was studied by using adult albino male rats mean weight 114 g. Rats fed diet containing SVO had the highest serum cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol concentrations than those fed diet containing ghee or corn oil. Serum high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL) concentration was highest in animals fed the ghee and lowest with those fed the SVO diet. On the other hand phospholipids values tend to be lower when feeding diets containing oils. Also serum triglycerides levels were higher on saturated fat diet than on the unsaturated fat diets. The same trends were found for liver cholesterol as in serum cholesterol. SVO diet gave the highest liver cholesterol concentration. Also SVO gave the highest heart phospholipids values.  相似文献

Dietary and insulin-deficiency types of hyperlipidemia were compared in adult normal and streptozotocin-induced diabetic male breeder rats. High beef tallow, high corn oil or low fat diets (BT, CO and LF, respectively) were fed ad libitum for 2 months. Glucose and insulin were measured in plasma and total cholesterol, free cholesterol, cholesteryl ester, triglycerides and apoproteins in very low density, low density and high density lipoproteins (VLDL, LDL and HDL, respectively). Diet did not affect plasma glucose or insulin levels. LDL-triglycerides were higher in BT and diabetic than in CO and LF rats. HDL-free cholesterol levels were higher in CO- and LF-than in BT-fed rats. Diabetes resulted in a decrease in HDL-cholesterol. Diabetic animals had higher HDL-apoA-I (apolipoprotein A-I) levels than did CO- and LF- but not BT-fed rats. VLDL-triglycerides were higher in diabetic than in normal rats, with no dietary differences in normal rats. In LDL, apoB levels were lower and apoE levels were higher in LF-fed rats than in animals fed high fat diets. Diabetes resulted in an increase in LDL-apoB but a decrease in LDL-apoE. HDL-apoE levels were higher, although HDL-apoA-I levels were lower in LF than in high fat-fed rats. The results related to lipoprotein composition supported the hypothesis that excess intake of a diet high in saturated fat may contribute to a metabolic pattern that resembles that of a diabetic state.  相似文献

Rat were fed a semipurified diet containing 14% fat for 5 weeks. The fats compared were corn oil (CO), coconut oil (CNO), palm kernel oil (PKO) and cocoa butter (CB). Rats fed CO gained more weight than the others. Serum cholesterol levels were generally highest in rats fed PKO and liver cholesterol levels were highest in rats fed CO. Liver triglycerides were also highest in rats fed CO. Cholesterol absorption was highest in rats fed CO (62.1%) and PKO (62.7%) and lowest in those fed CNO (52.9%) and CB (50.9%). Cholesterogenesis in liver slices was assayed usign 1-14C acetate and 2-14C-mevalonate. When acetate was the substrate, liver slices from rats fed CB incorporated more isotope into cholesterol than the other three groups. Liver slices from rats fed CO or CB incorporated more mevalonate into cholesterol than did slices from rats fed either CNO or PKO. The effect of CB on cholesterol metabolism belies its low iodine value and may be due to triglyceride structure or the percentage of long-chain saturated fatty acids present in this fat.  相似文献

The effect of dietary saturated fat and cholesterol on plasma cholesterol and apolipoprotein E (apoE) distribution among lipoproteins was studied in rhesus monkeys. Two groups of four monkeys had been fed diets containing 31% energy as either corn oil or coconut oil for 5 yr from birth. Each group was then fed short-term their respective diet with a 0.2% cholesterol supplement, the opposite fat without cholesterol, the opposite fat +0.2% cholesterol, followed by their original fat without cholesterol for 5 to 8 wk periods. Plasma was assayed for total cholesterol, total triglyclerides, and the distribution of apoE within lipoproteins (VLDL, IDL, LDL, HDL) separated by gradient-density electrophoresis. When coconut oil was fed, plasma cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations were 134% and 157%, respectively, of the levels when corn oil was fed. Cholesterol supplementation of corn oil also elevated the plasma cholesterol (141%), whereas cholesterol supplementation of coconut oil appeared to induce a synergistic increase (198%). Both groups of monkeys responded similarly to a given diet. The distribution of apoE in lipoproteins differed according to dietary treatment, with cholesterol feeding causing a major shift from HDL to IDL, whereas coconut oil caused a modest shift from HDL to VLDL. The relative amount of apoE in LDL was unchanged by diet. We conclude that dietary saturated fat or cholesterol can modulate the apoE distribution within lipoproteins in rhesus monkeys in conjunction with the previously noted expansion of the cholesteryl ester pool in VLDL and IDL.  相似文献

The consumption of fat-enriched diets may alter the uptake and metabolism of chylomicron remnant cholesterol by the liver. To test this hypothesis, [3H]cholesterol-labelled chylomicron remnants derived from different dietary fats were studied in perfused livers both from rats fed on diets enriched in the corresponding fats and from rats fed on a low-fat diet. Livers from rats fed on each of the fat-enriched diets removed similar amounts (34-40%) of the [3H]cholesterol-labelled remnants added, whereas livers from rats fed on the low-fat diet removed significantly more labelled fish-oil and butter-fat remnants than olive-, maize- or palm-oil remnants. Significantly more remnant [3H]cholesterol was secreted into the perfusate HDL by livers from rats fed on the olive-oil, fish-oil and butter-fat diets when compared with those from rats fed on the low-fat diet or the maize-oil diet. Furthermore, the excretion of remnant [3H]cholesterol via the bile acid was increased by the olive-, maize-, palm- or fish-oil diets, and decreased by the butter-fat diet when compared with the low-fat diet, although the [3H]bile acid excreted remained less on saturated fat diets. This investigation shows that the hepatic uptake and subsequent metabolism of cholesterol from chylomicron remnants is influenced by the type of fat in the diet as well as the fatty acid composition of the particles themselves, and may help to explain some of the hyper- and hypocholesterolaemic effects of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.  相似文献

Semipurified diets containing 10% kilocalories from either safflower oil (SO), corn oil (CO), olive oil (OO) or palm oil (PO) were fed to weanling male rats for 2 weeks. The effects of dietary fat saturation on plasma lipids and lipoproteins were: 1) Nonfasted plasma cholesterol concentration was higher in rats fed OO (mean +/- SEM = 81.0 +/- 2.9 mg/dl) vs. CO (67.5 +/- 2.9); 2) plasma chylomicron cholesterol concentration was higher in rats fed OO vs. SO and CO, with PO values in between; and 3) the cholesterol concentration of plasma very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) did not differ among groups. The effects of dietary fat saturation on hepatic lipoproteins (determined by liver perfusion techniques) were: 1) hepatic higher density lipoprotein (d = 1.006-1.21 g/ml) cholesterol production was greater in rats fed SO and CO vs. PO [19.1 +/- 1.2, 17.2 +/- 0.8 and 13.7 +/- 1.6 micrograms/(g liver X 1.5 hour), respectively]; 2) there was no difference in hepatic VLDL cholesterol production among groups; and 3) the ratio of cholesterol to protein of hepatic VLDL and the higher density lipoprotein fraction was higher in rats fed diets rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids versus saturated fatty acids. Dietary fat saturation had no effect on carcass and liver cholesterol concentrations. Since differences in hepatic lipoprotein production were not reflected in plasma lipoprotein patterns, these results suggest that extrahepatic lipoprotein metabolism differs in rats fed diets containing fatty acids of varying saturation.  相似文献

To test the hypothesis that dietary fats, depending on the fat source, may modulate aortic lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection.

Rabbits were fed a low fat (LF, 2 g/100 g corn oil) diet or LF enriched with 16 g/100 g (w/w) of corn oil (CO), corn oil plus cholesterol (23.5 mg/100 g diet, CO + C), bovine milk fat (MF), chicken fat (CF), beef tallow (BT) or lard (L). After a 30-day feeding period, aortic lipid peroxidation, as well as antioxidant enzymes and vitamin E were measured.

In rabbits fed CO or L, aortic TBARS (a marker of lipid peroxidation) and total glutathione concentrations were greater but vitamin E levels were lower compared with the LF treatment. Moreover, in rabbits fed CO, elevated activities of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase but lowered activity of superoxide dismutase were observed. In rabbits fed the remaining high fat diets, including the CO + C diet, aortic lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activities/levels did not differ from those fed LF. Feeding rabbits high-fat diets for 30 days did not induce aortic lipid deposition.

The present results indicate CO, and possibly L, as the fat sources which significantly increase aortic oxidative stress. Because long-term disturbances in redox status may be implicated in atherogenesis, excessive dietary intake of CO or L may significantly contribute to the injury of the vessel wall.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The fatty acid content and saturation degree of the diet can modulate HDL composition and cholesterol efflux. OBJECTIVE: We studied the modifications in plasma lipoprotein particles and serum capacity to stimulate cholesterol efflux induced by different fatty acids. DESIGN: Seventeen women and 24 men followed in the same sequence 4 diets containing 35% of total energy as fat. The saturated fat diet contained 17% palm oil; the monounsaturated fat diet, 20.9% olive oil; the n-6 polyunsaturated fat diet, 12.5% sunflower oil; and the n-3 polyunsaturated fat diet, sunflower oil supplemented with 4-4.5 g fish oil/d. Each phase lasted 4-5 wk. RESULTS: In both sexes, apolipoprotein (apo) A-I concentrations were significantly lower with unsaturated fat diets than with the saturated fat diet, but concentrations of lipoproteins containing only apo A-I (Lp A-I) were lower only in the men. Concentrations of lipoproteins containing both apo A-I and apo A-II (Lp A-I:A-II) were lower with both polyunsaturated fat diets in the women but significantly higher in the men. Lp E concentrations were significantly higher with the 2 polyunsaturated fat diets. Lp E non-B particle concentrations were not modified in the men but were significantly higher in the women in both polyunsaturated fat phases. Lp C-III concentrations were higher with the saturated fat diet only in the men. The serum samples taken after the n-3 polyunsaturated fat phase were the most efficient for extracting cellular cholesterol in both sexes. CONCLUSIONS: The monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat diets were healthier, producing a better lipid profile. The n-3 polyunsaturated fat diet increased the capacity of serum to promote the efflux of cholesterol from cells in culture.  相似文献

An experiment with male albino rats was conducted to examine the effect of dietary fat sources on growth performance and apparent digestibility of total fat and fatty acids. The effect on plasma and organ cholesterol concentrations as well as lipoproteins cholesterol and fatty acid profile of hepatic phospholipids was also examined. Forty 3 week old rats were fed purified diets containing 0.041% cholesterol and 7% fat (wt/wt) from soy oil (SO), or cow ghee (GH), or 25% fish oil (FO) plus soy oil (SF) or 25% fish oil plus 75% ghee (GF), or 50% soy oil plus 50% ghee (SG) for a period of 35 days. Final body weight, weight gain, organ weights and feed efficiency ratio showed no significant differences (P < 0.05) among the dietary treatments. The apparent digestibility of total dietary fat and saturated fatty acids in the animals fed diet containing cow ghee only or in combination with fish oil or soy oil was significantly lower than the other dietary groups. Consumption of ghee with combination of fish oil or soy oil lead to significant improvement in the fat apparent digestibility of dietary fat. Total cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations of plasma and organs as well as lipoprotein cholesterol levels were higher in animals fed diets containing ghee. For rats fed diet containing cow ghee in combination with fish oil or soy oil, the cholesterol content of total plasma, lipoprotein fractions (VLDL, LDL and HDL) and organs was decreased significantly. Furthermore, dietary fats altered the fatty acids composition of hepatic phospholipid fatty acids composition. Feeding dietary fish oil reduced arachidonic acid (20:4) and increased linoleic acid (18:2) and eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5) contents. The reduction in the arachidonic acid was being more pronounced in animals fed dietary ghee with combination of fish oil.  相似文献

For rats fed diet containing cow ghee in combination with fish oil or soy oil, the cholesterol content of total plasma, lipoprotein fractions (VLDL, LDL and HDL) and organs was decreased significantly. Furthermore, dietary fats altered the fatty acids composition of hepatic phosphlipid fatty acids composition. Feeding dietary fish oil reduced arachidonic acid (20:4) and increased linoleic acid (18:2) and eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5) contents. The reduction in the arachidonic acid was being more pronounced in animals fed dietary ghee with combination of fish oil.  相似文献

The aim of this model study was to investigate how selected gut functions and serum lipid profile in rats on high-fat diets differed according to the type of fat (saturated vs. unsaturated) and carbohydrate (simple vs. complex). The experiment was conducted using 32 male Wistar rats distributed into 4 groups of 8 animals each. For 4 weeks, the animals were fed group-specific diets that were either rich in lard or soybean oil (16% of the diet) as the source of saturated or unsaturated fatty acids, respectively; further, each lard- and soybean oil-rich diet contained either fructose or corn starch (45.3% of the diet) as the source of simple or complex carbohydrates, respectively. Both dietary factors contributed to changes in the caecal short-chain fatty acid concentrations, especially to the butyrate concentration, which was higher in rats fed lard- and corn starch-rich diets compared to soybean oil- and fructose-rich diets, respectively. The lowest butyrate concentration was observed in rats fed the soybean oil- and fructose-rich diet. On the other hand, the lard- and fructose-rich diet vs. the other dietary combinations significantly increased serum total cholesterol concentration, to more than two times serum triglyceride concentration and to more than five times the atherogenic index. In conclusion, a high-fat diet rich in fructose can unfavorably affect gut metabolism when unsaturated fats are predominant in the diet or the blood lipids when a diet is rich in saturated fats.  相似文献
