法医病理学是法医学专业的主干课程,实验教学在法医病理学教学中具有十分重要的地位.传统的法医病理学实验教学主要是以观察大体标本和组织切片为主,不利于培养学生从事法医病理鉴定所需要的操作技能、思维方式、交流协作能力等综合素质.为了弥补这些不足,昆明医学院进行了以案例教学为中心的法医病理学实验教学改革.实践表明,教学改革使法医病理学实验教学更加贴近法医病理检验鉴定的实际,提高了法医病理学实验教学的质量.
Abstract:
Forensic pathology was one of the main subjects of forensic medicine, experimental teaching was laid in the most important position during the teaching of forensic pathology. Traditional experimental teaching of forensic pathology was given priority to observing specimen and tissue slice, that might make against the training of comprehensive abilities required by the judge of forensic pathology, which included operation skill, method of thought, the ability of communication and collaboration. The reform of case-based centered experimental teaching system in forensic pathology was carried out at Kunming Medical University. The results showed that the reform made the experimental teaching more close to the actual situation of forensic pathology judge and improved the effect of experimental teaching.  相似文献

目的 提高基础医学实验教学在培养学生创新能力中的作用.方法调整上海交通大学医学院基础医学实验教学架构,重组综合性基础医学教学实验室和课程体系.结果 构建了多学科交叉融合的整合式实验教学课程体系:基础性实验、综合性实验和设计性实验;实施了"以探究为基础学习"的教学方法;编写了多学科整合式实验教材;研发了数字化虚拟实验,创新了实验教学手段;建立了多元化、综合考核方式,评价实验教学质量.结论 基础医学实验教学改革有利于学生实践能力和创新能力的培养.
Abstract:
Objective To enhance the role of basic medical experiment teaching in the cultivation of the innovative capabilities of medical students. Methods Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine adjusted the current teaching structure of the basic medical experiments, reorganized laboratories to build a new system of basic medical experiment teaching and a new laboratory of comprehensive basic medical science. Results A multi-disciplinary and integrated experimental curriculum including basic medical experiments, comprehensive medical experiments and designed experiments were constructed, a teaching method entitled research based learning was established, a new integrated multidisciplinary experimental teaching books were compiled. In addition, the medical school also innovates the current ways of experimental teaching by researching and developing digital virtual experiments. The experimental teaching was roundly evaluated through polynomial and comprehensive evaluation system. Conclusions The teaching reform of the basic medical experiments is beneficial in the cultivation of the innovative capabilities of medical students.  相似文献

目的 探讨PBL教学法在肿瘤内科学实习课中的应用效果.方法 采用PBL教学法与传统教学法(LBL)在肿瘤内科临床实习课中进行实践,并比较其教学效果.结果 PBL组教学效果显著优于LBL组.结论 PBL教学法在肿瘤内科临床实习课教学中具有较明显优势,能提高实习教学质量.
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the teaching effects of PBL teaching approach applied in clinical practice of medical oncology.Methods Throush clinical practice of medical onclolgy with the PBL teaching approach and the traditional one.A contrast between two teaching modes was made.And the teaching results were investigated based on the questionaic.Results The PBL teaching approach is superior to the traditional one.Conclusion The PBL teaching approach has an obvious advantage in the teaching of clinical practice of medical oncology and can improve the teaching quality  相似文献

Objective To explore the assistant teaching effects with electronic simulated patients in the heart auscultation teaching. Methods 106 students were divided into the electronic simulated patient teaching group (experimental group ) and the traditional method teaching group (control group ) at random. Through the questionnaire survey, the written examination and the practice skill inspection form,we compared the students' learning situation of the two groups. Results There was no significant differ-ence in the written examination results between the two group students ( P > 0.05 ); the practice skill in-spection results of the experimental group was obviously higher than those of the control group, there being significant difference ( P < 0.05 ). The questionnaire survey about teaching satisfaction degree with electronic simulated patients showd that 77.36% of the students appraiseot for good, 18.87% for general,3.77% for poor. Conclusions The assistant teaching with electronic simulated patients was helpful in improving students' practice operation skills. It had many merits, such as comprehensive contents, directviewing and strong repeatability, which might optimize the heart auscultation teaching.  相似文献

目的 探讨自助式教学模式在生物化学理论教学中的应用价值.方法 将长治医学院2008级五年制临床医学专业371名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,在生物化学理论教学中,实验组采用自助式教学模式教学,对照组采用传统教学模式教学.教学结束后,比较两组学生的理论考试结果和问卷调查结果.结果 实验组学生理论考试成绩显著高于对照组学生;实验组学生对自助式教学模式评价较高.结论 自助式教学模式优于传统教学模式,自助式教学模式有助于提高生物化学的教学质量.
Abstract:
Objective To discuss application value of the self-service teaching model in biochemistry theory teaching. Methods 371 students who were in five year medical education, major in clinical medicine in 2008 were divided into the experimental group and the control group at random. The experimental group was adopted self-service teaching model and the control group was used traditional teaching model in biochemistry teaching. The score of two group students was compared, and questionnaire survey was made. Results The experimental group exceeded the control group in evaluation to theory teaching and teachers in the questionnaire survey and examination results. Conclusions The self-service teaching model was superior to the traditional teaching model. The self-service teaching model could improve the teaching quality of biochemistry.  相似文献

Abstract:
It is the demand of biochemistry teaching at medical college to set up the experimental course of molecular biology. In order to improve the teaching quality of molecular biology experiment, Hubei Nationalities University which is located at the remote region made a exploration for teaching content,teaching model, examination system and item management system about molecular biology experiment course. Objective For the current shortcomings in clinical probation of diagnostics, cussed the effect of case-based teaching in practicing lessons of diagnostic was discussed. Methods 130 students were randomly divided into two groups. 66 students in the experimental group were used case-based teaching,64 students in the control group were used traditional teaching. A comparison was made between the two groups in terms of the scores. Results It showed that there were no significant differences in scores of diagnostics, including the scores of histories, physical examination, samples between the experimental group and the control group. The scores of theories, case-analyzing and total scores obtained by experimental group were higher than those by the control group, P < 0.05. The questionnaires showed that the casebased teaching was welcome by the students. The manner' s satisfactions was 84.4%, 12.5% ,3.1%.Conclusions The methods of case-based teaching helped the students well understand and master the contents of physical and laboratory diagnostics, enhance the ability of clinical thinking as well as promoting the teaching qualities of diagnostics.  相似文献

目的 探讨病例分析教学和传统教学在康复治疗学专业学生肌肉骨骼康复学临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取83名2011级康复治疗学专业学生进行肌肉骨骼康复学的临床实践教学(共12学时)。其中针对一班41名学生采用传统教学;针对二班42名学生采用病例分析教学,以小组为单元。进行临床病例分析、实践操作及病例讨论。学习结束后对两组学生进行理论考试、实践操作考试和问卷调查;应用SPSS19.0进行数据分析,定量资料均以(x±s)表示,两组间行配对t检验。结果 采用病例分析教学的二班学生的理论成绩为(83.37±5.59)分,优于一班的(80.85±6.98)分,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.056)。而在实践操作成绩方面二班(72.65±8.05)分优于一班(66.49±12.86)分,且差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。问卷调查结果表明,二班学生对病例分析教学的各项满意度均高于一班对传统教学的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 病例分析教学在肌肉骨骼康复学临床实践教学中应用效果优于传统教学.可推广至康复治疗专业的其他临床课程教学。  相似文献

岗位胜任力是胜任本职工作岗位所必须具备的能力。以病理技术人员岗位胜任力为导向,以培养实用型、技能型人才为目标,从人才培养目标、实验课程设置、实验教学方法、考核手段及实训环境建设等环节进行改革和实践,初步构建了病理技术专业人才培养的实验教学模式。实验教学改革评价结果显示,该教学模式不仅提高了实验教学质量,而且提升了人才培养质量。  相似文献

目的为尽可能使实验教学与临床应用接轨,对医学检验专业免疫学实验教学进行初步改革尝试。方法建立由先抓基础性实验再开设综合性实验,再进行提高性实验,最后选择临床目前较为先进的技术进行实验教学。结果缩小了实验教学与临床应用的距离。结论“三步法”实验教学方法可显著增强医学免疫学的实验教学效果,能帮助学生快速掌握免疫学实验技能,较具有推广应用价值。因此,实验教学改革势在必行。  相似文献
