目的 了解本科护理学专业学生学习适应行为与学校环境因素认可度之间的相关关系.方法 采用自设问卷对北京、天津3所高等院校中一年级~四年级五年制本科护理学专业491名学生进行了有关调查.结果 本科护理学专业学生对同伴因素和教学因素的认可度较好,对综合因素、课程因素的认可度相对较差;学校环境因素认可度中总体评价、教师因素、同伴因素三方面的认可度对学生学习适应行为有直接影响.结论 通过提高学生对于教师因素、同伴因素的认可度可以促进学生良好学习适应行为的产生.提示护理教育者应当充分考虑学生的需求,进一步改善学校环境因素中的教师因素和同伴因素,以提高学生良好的学习适应行为.  相似文献

Objective To explore the relationship among professional commitment, learning burnout and academic self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students. Methods 506 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with the three Questionnaires of college students: professional commitment questionnaire, learning burnout inventory and academic self-efficacy scale. Results The scores of affective commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment and continued commitment of the undergraduate nursing students were (28.229 ± 5.327), (20.348 ±4. 507), (19. 405 ± 3. 730), (18. 148 ± 2. 954) and( 86. 130 ± 13. 421), respectively. And the scores of depression, misconduct, low sense of accomplishment, total bumrnut of the undergraduate nursing students were(21.733 ±5.338), (18.459 ±3. 918) , (17.083 ±3. 596)and(57. 275 ±9. 766) , respectively. As well as the scores of learning ability of self-efficacy, learning behavior of self-efficacy and total self-efficacy were(35.765 ±5.835), (35.247 ±4.840)and (71.012 ±9.659), respectively. The affective commitment,ideal commitment and normative commitment of professional commitment were negatively correlated with the dimensions of learning bumout. And the continued commitment was significant correlated with the low sense of accomplishment. Otherwise, the dimensions of professional commitment were positive correlated with the dimensions of academic self-efficacy. However, the dimensions of academic self-efficacy were significant negative correlated with the dimensions of learning burnout (P< 0. 01). Conclusions The professional commitment, learning bumout of undergraduate nursing students are closely related with the academic self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students. The higher the levels of professional commitment and academic self-efficacy are, the lower the level of learning bumout is.  相似文献

目的 探讨本科护生的专业承诺、学习倦怠与学业自我效能感的状况及三者问的关系.方法 采用大学生专业承诺调查量表、大学生学习倦怠调查量表和学业自我效能感量表对506名本科护生进行调查.结果 本科护生情感承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺、继续承诺、总承诺得分分别是(28.229±5.327)分、(20.348±4.507)分、(19.405±3.730)分、(18.148±2.954)分、(86.130±13.421)分;情绪低落、行为不当、成就感低、总倦怠得分分别是(21.733±5.338)分、(18.459±3.918)分、(17.083 ± 3.596)分、(57.275±9.766)分;学习能力自我效能感、学习行为自我效能感、总效能感得分分别是(35.765±5.835)分、(35.247±4.840)分、(71.012±9.659)分;专业承诺中的情感承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺与学习倦怠各维度呈显著负相关,继续承诺与成就感低呈显著负相关,专业承诺各维度与学业自我效能感各维度呈显著正相关,学业自我效能感各维度与学习倦怠各维度呈显著负相关(P<0.01).结论 本科护生的专业承诺、学习倦怠与学业自我效能感有密切关系,专业承诺、学业自我效能感水平越高,学习倦怠程度越低.

目的 护理学专业本科生就业质量评价一直缺乏科学的标准,本研究旨在构建护理学专业本科生就业质量指标体系.方法 通过专家函询法初步对就业质量指标进行评估,并将指标要素根据层次分析法进行了计算,最终确定了指标权重.结果 本研究构建了旨在就业质量评估指标体系,包括4项一级指标:用人单位满意情况、学生主观满意情况、工作条件与环境、专业对口情况,其权重分别为:0.34,0.28,0.18,0.20;60项二级和三级指标并附相关权重.结论 护理学专业本科生就业质量评估指标体系科学实用、客观合理,要素全面、权重准确,符合护理学专业本科生的培养要求,为开设护理学本科专业的院校和用人单位提供了重要的参考依据.
Abstract:
Objective There is almost few scientific standards in the field of employment quality evaluation for nursing baccalaureate graduates. This study hoped to develop an item system for employment quality evaluation. Methods Based on expert consultation(Delphi method)and analytic hierarchy process,the weight of items was carried out according to the item system of employment quality of nursing baccalaureate graduates. Results An evaluation item system was formulated, which included the satisfaction of employment units(0.34),graduates'satisfaction(0.28),job situation(0.18),fitting in speciality(0.20).There were 4 Ⅰ-level,60 Ⅱand Ⅲ-level indicators.Conclusions The evaluation system was scientific, practical,objective and holistic.By developing the item system for the employment quality of nursing baccalaureate graduates, the basic information was acquired, which provided a database for further study. This study provides important data for the reform and development of nursing education through the evaluation of employment quality of nursing students.  相似文献

目的 了解高职高专护理专业毕业生就业情况,为调整专业定位和培养目标提供依据.方法 采用整群抽样法,对浙江省某高职高专学校2007届~2009届护理专业2 470名毕业生的就业情况进行调查与分析.结果 3届护理专业毕业生总体就业率为96.5%,专业对口率为90.9%;在卫生机构就业的79.3%的毕业生工作在二级以上综合性医院的一线护理岗位.结论 浙江省某高职高专学校护理专业毕业生的就业率和专业对口率很高,毕业生主要工作岗位在浙江省二级以上综合医院.高职高专护理专业应该主要面向二级以上综合医院,培养既胜任综合医院临床护理工作,又胜任社区护理、预防保健、健康管理和医疗保健等工作的高技能型护理人才.
Abstract:
Objective To know the employment situation of nursing students from higher technical and vocational school,and provide a basis of professional orientation together with the adjustment of training goals. Methods Questionnaire method is adopted in this study. 2 470 nursing students from grade of 2007 to 2009 in a higher vocational school are investigated. Results the average employment rate is 96. 5% ,job suited rate is 90.9% , and 79.3% of nursing students work at the front-line position in general hospitals which are above second-class. Conclusions The nursing students employment rate and job suited rate are high in the higher vocational school. The students' position is in general hospitals which are above second-calss in Zhejiang Province.  相似文献

目的 探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法在护理学专业健康评估课程中的应用效果.方法 采取整群抽样的方法,对某大学护理学本科专业33名学生的健康评估课程实施PBL教学方法,课后进行问卷调查.结果 学生对PBL教学方法的各项评价指标中,"有利于评判性思维的培养"、"有助于充分调动小组学生参与的积极性"两个项目的中位数为4,其余各项目的中位数均为5.学生对导师的评价中,认为导师"只有在恰当的时候才进行干预"、"在学生讨论中给予了足够的指导"以及"对小组每一名学生都给予了关注"三个项目的中位数为4,其余各项目的中位数均为5.结论 PBL教学方法有助于学生对健康评估课程相关知识的学习,有助于学生评判性思维能力以及团队精神的培养.
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effects of problem-based learning(PBL) in the health assessment course. Methods Cluster sampling was used to select 33 nursing students and PBL method was employed in the health assessment course. Results Among the evaluation for PBL teaching, the media in favor of the critical thinking and the enthusiasm of the students are 4, other items are 5. Among the evaluation of the teacher, the media of the optimal timing intervene and enough teaching are 4, and other items are 5. Conclusions PBL is favor of knowledge learning and critical thinking for students.  相似文献

Objective: To explore how relaxation reduce the effect of stress in Iranian nursing students. Methods: A total of 40 nursing students were randomly selected and divided into two groups of test and control each with 20 students. An exam questionnaire consisting of the stress test of Spilberger and control of physiological determinants (blood pressure, pulse respiration, temperature) was performed to two groups. The practice of relaxation continued for two weeks and three times a day. Data were collected and analysed using t-test and Chi-square. Results: Two groups did not show any difference in relation to the average of physiological determinants before and after investigation. However, pulse was significantly different between the two groups. The average scores of stress before and after relaxation were significantly differed between the two groups investigation so that the level of stress was reduced in the test group (t= 2.5, df =39, P= 0.02). Conclusion: To alleviate stressors associated with clinical practice and create a healthy work environment for practice it is recommended that nursing students have some relaxation before entering practical environments.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the differences of self-concept and personality in middle school students between the migrant workers and local children. Methods Self-concept was assessed by Piers-Harris Children's Self-concept Scale (PHCSS) and personality was assessed by Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ ) in the middle school students between the migrant workers ( n = 206) and local children ( n= 166). Results 1. There was no significant difference between two groups in behavior,intellect and school state and physical appearance subscale of PHCSS. The total scores (55. 7 ± 10.1) and other subscale of PHCSS of the migrant workers group were significant lower than those of the local group (P<0.01). The total scores (55. 8 ±9. 9) and anxiety (9.4 ± 2.4) and happiness satisfaction (7.5 ±1.9) subscale of PHCSS in the male middle school students of the migrant workers group was significant lower than those of the local group(P<0.05 or P< 0.01). The total scores (54.8±10.2),anxiety(9.0±2.2),gregarious (8.2 ±2.0) ,happiness satisfaction (7.4 ±2.0) subscale of PHCSS in the female middle school students of the migrant workers group were significant lower than those of the local group(P < 0. 01) 2. Except Lie ( L) score of EPQ, other three scores were significantly different between two groups. Conclusion self-concept of middle school students of the migrant workers studying in Tianjin is significantly lower than that of the local. Personality in middle school students of the migrant workers is more diffident, neuropathic and more psychotics than that of local.  相似文献

任务教学方法是一种以任务为基础的教学方法,旨在将语言教学真实化和课堂社会化,使学生不仅在运用中学而且为了运用学.本文概述了任务教学方法的理论依据及其意义,阐述了任务教学方法在河北大学医学部护理学专业英语教学中的具体应用,并对其教学效果进行了评价.实践证明,任务教学方法活跃了专业英语教学课堂气氛,调动了学生专业英语的学习兴趣,提高了学生的专业英语能力.
Abstract:
Task-based approach is a task-based teaching method,which aims at making language teaching authentic and classroom teaching socialized. Students can not only learn in use but also learn for use. In this paper, theory evidence and meaning of task-based approach has been summarized, the application to specialized-based English teaching in nursing of Hebei University has been made and the teaching effect has been made an overall evaluation. 目的:研究分析不同学历护理专业学生的职业认知和情感态度。方法:对我校护理学院437名本科生、高职生、专升本科生进行问卷调研,主要内容包括学生选择护理专业的原因、对护士社会地位评价、对未来职业的态度等14条题目。结果:本科、高职、专升本三个学历层次护生在择业自主性、选择护理专业的原因以及对护士社会地位的评价等方面存在差异,具有统计学意义。结论:不同学历护生职业认知和情感态度有差异。在课堂教学中寓于职业情感教育、临床教师以实例现身教育,以及寻求社会认同与支持等措施有助于培养护生形成正确的职业认知和情感态度。  相似文献

目的 探讨在临床护理教学中开展中英双语护理查房的效果及其存在的问题,为进一步开展临床护理双语教学提供依据.方法 对2012年~2013年在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院临床实习的护理学专业学生开展中英双语护理教学查房,结束后对学生进行教学效果问卷调查.结果 学生对临床实习中开展双语护理查房的支持程度、教学效果、推广价值等10项指标有着较高的评价,但大专学生、在校期间未曾接受过中英双语教学的学生对教学效果中部分指标的评价低于本科学生和在校期间曾经接受过中英双语教学的学生,差异具有统计意义.结论 在临床护理教学中开展中英双语护理查房具有积极意义,查房中应该充分考虑不同学生的英语水平及对双语教学的接受程度等因素.  相似文献

目的:为了全面了解护理专业各层次护生对护理专业的认同程度,探求护理分层次教育的新途径,为健全护理教育管理体制、更新课程设置和教学内容,引进先进的教育理念以及培养学生的专业认同感提供思路,引导学生正确的认识护理专业。方法:对600名护生进行问卷调查,按照学历不同分为3组。其中本科生200名,大专生200名,中专生200名。并对调查的结果进行分析。结果:(1)3组中本科生组对于护理专业认同感最低。(2)3组护生普遍认为目前护理工作的社会地位不高,且对护理专业的发展信心不高。(3)有11.11%的护生表示毕业后将不再从事护理专业的工作。结论:教育者应注重护生的职业情感教育;对各学历层次护生要采取分层次教育;建设职业素质较高的教师队伍和完善的临床教学基地是培养优秀护生的重要基础。  相似文献

目的了解本科护理学专业学生对护理学专业的认知情况,总结护理学专业学生情感领域教育的现状并发现存在的问题,为改进教学方式和课程设置提供理论依据。方法采用自设问卷调查北京大学护理学院2002级~2005级本科护理学专业学生在入学初期及入学1年后对护理学专业的认知情况,包括对护理学专业的一般认知及对护士工作内容的认知,同时调查护理学专业学生获取有关护理学专业信息的途径。结果相对入学初期,入学1年后的学生对护理学专业的一般认知及护士工作内容的认知程度均有显著提高(P〈0.05),入学1年后学生对护理学专业的信息来源主要是教师的介绍及对护理学课程的学习。结论经过1年的学习,学生对护理学专业的认知程度显著提高,提示护理教育工作者应当从多方面对新入学的护理学专业学生加强专业情感教育。  相似文献

目的: 调查分析骨科护理人员人文关怀能力现状及其主要影响因素。方法: 应用自行设计的《骨科护理人员人文关怀能力调查问卷》, 对某市2所三级甲等医院48名骨科护理人员进行调查分析。结果: 骨科护理人员中, 年龄≥40岁人文关怀能力高于<40者(P<0.01), 工作年限≥10年高于<10年(P<0.01), 职称为护师及以上者高于护士(P<0.01), 学历本科及以上者高于大、中专者(P<0.01)。结论: 年龄、职称、学历、工作年限均是骨科护理人员人文关怀能力的影响因素, 护理管理者应针对各种影响因素, 实施分层次继续教育培训, 逐渐提高骨科护理人员的人文关怀能力, 最终落实优质护理服务。  相似文献

目的:探讨小学高年级儿童交往焦虑的影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取皖北地区农村小学4~6年级儿童1 020名,对其进行问卷调查,调查内容包括儿童的一般情况问卷、情绪管理问卷、亲子依恋问卷和交往焦虑问卷。结果:学校环境中,不同自感教室环境、师生关系、同学关系、好朋友数的儿童交往焦虑总分、害怕否定和社交回避及苦恼评分差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。家庭环境中,父亲外出打工儿童交往焦虑总分和社交回避及苦恼评分均高于父亲未外出打工者(P < 0.05和P < 0.01),而母亲外出打工学生仅社交回避及苦恼评分高于母亲未外出打工者(P < 0.05);自认父亲对其生活中表现“不知道”及“满意”的学生交往焦虑总分及2项因子评分均低于“不满意”者(P < 0.05~P < 0.01),自认母亲对其学习中表现“不知道”及“满意”学生交往焦虑总分及2项因子评分均明显低于“不满意”者(P < 0.01),自感家庭经济状况“一般”及“较好”学生害怕否定因子评分均明显低于“较差”者(P < 0.01)。相关分析显示,情绪管理、父母依恋与交往焦虑总分及各因子评分均呈显著负相关关系(P < 0.01)。多重线性回归分析显示,交往焦虑总分及各因子评分的影响因素均为情绪管理、母依恋及同学关系(P < 0.01)。结论:交往焦虑的影响因素为情绪管理、母依恋及同学关系,在预防中要关注家庭亲子关系及同学关系的调节,注重提高儿童的自我情绪管理能力。  相似文献

目的本文对护理学院师生使用CAI课件授课的教学效果及课件制作效果进行评价,同时对他们在网上开展相应的护理教学活动所持的态度进行调查和分析,旨在为今后更好地开展计算机辅助教学,提高教学效果提供依据。方法采用非随机取样方法,选取护理学院教师24人和护理学专业专科生、本科生共182人进行问卷调查。结果学生与教师在有关“CAI形式授课”与“传统板书授课”的效果的评价上既有一致的观点,也有不同的认识。70%以上的教师与学生对在网上开设相关的护理教学活动持肯定态度。结论教学管理部门应当为教师提供更多的使用CAI课件的机会,协助教师提高CAI课件的制作水平,及时向教师反馈学生对于CAI形式授课效果的评价,积极开展相应的网络护理教学的平台建设,以进一步丰富护理教学的手段,提高护理教学的质量。  相似文献

【】本研究尝试运用安全训练观察程序进行实习护生行为安全管理,通过选拔优秀带教人员,实施带教准入;强化培训内容及考核流程;实施现场观察管理;重点把正在实施的操作行为、操作状态客观记录,针对操作中的不安全行为进行修正和改进。结果表明,实习护生对行为安全训练观察持肯定态度。实施后护生不良事件发生率及锐器伤发生率明显降低,手卫生执行正确率及技术操作规范率明显提高。说明将安全训练观察法应用于护生临床实践环节中,既有助于提高实习护生规范操作及识险避险能力,可以促进临床教学安全。  相似文献

为了提高研究生培养质量,上海交通大学医学院为研究生开设了《医学分子遗传学》课程。课程组聘请多名教授,采用讲座形式,讲授学科前沿进展,着重启发学生发现和解决问题,培养学生实际应用和创新能力,取得良好教学效果。课程组通过分析近两届研究生对该课程评价的调查问卷,提出采用多元化教学模式、强化与学生的教学内容信息交流、多元综合评价及强化课程协调管理等进一步深化该课程改革的建议。  相似文献
