Migraine is a primary headache disorder which involves both genetic and environmental components. Since angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) share the same homology, we investigated whether the MMP-3 and ACE I/D gene variants are involved in migraine risk and whether the ACE variant might act in combination with the MMP-3 genetic variant in patients with migraine. This is the first study to evaluate the association between MMP-3 and ACE polymorphisms, and migraine. Genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction. The frequencies of 5A5A genotypes of the MMP-3 and D allele of ACE were significantly elevated, but II genotypes of the ACE and 6A allele of MMP-3 significantly decreased in all patients. The combined DD/5A5A and ID/5A5A genotypes increased the risk of migraine. Individuals who were homozygous for the deletion (D) allele showed increased ACE activity. Subjects with the 5A5A genotype and/or D allele or with the combined DD/5A5A or ID/5A5A might be more susceptible to migraine development. In contrast, subjects with the II and/or 6A6A genotypes may be protected from migraine development. The greater activity of the 5A5A and DD genotypes might result in vascular reactivity that is more pronounced in migraine. Taken together, our data suggest that numerous genes may influence ACE activity. Discovery of new genes might better clarify the pathogenesis of migraine and open an avenue to therapeutic strategies against migraine.  相似文献

MTHFR T677 homozygosis influences the presence of aura in migraineurs   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
It has been suggested that folate metabolism could be involved in migraine pathogenesis. We analysed the 5',10'-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) genotypic distribution in a large migraine sample. We genotyped 230 migraine patients (152 migraine without aura (MO) and 78 migraine with aura (MA)) and 204 nonheadache controls. The incidence of TT homozygosis for migraine in general (12%), MO (9%) and MA (18%) did not significantly differ from that found in healthy controls (13%). Differences were significant when the frequency of TT homozygosis between MA and MO (P = 0.03, OR = 2.34, 95% CI = 1.04-5.26) was compared. There was a tendency for a higher frequency of the MTHFR T allele in the MA group (42%) as compared to MO (29%) and controls (36%). These differences were significant only in the case of MA vs. MO (P = 0.006, OR = 1.75, 95% CI = 1.15-2.65). These results could indicate that the MTHFR C677T polymorphism, causing mild hyperhomocystinaemia, might be a genetic risk factor for experiencing aura among migraineurs. Overall, however, there was no association between migraine and the C677T MTHFR polymorphism.  相似文献

目的 :探讨 ACE基因 I/ D多态性与原发性高血压 (EH)及高血压血管内皮纤溶功能障碍间的关系。方法 :PCR检测 6 1例原发性高血压患者和正常对照组 2 8例的 ACE基因 I/ D多态性 ;发色底物法测 t- PA、PAI- 1活性 ,酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法 (EL ISA)测 v WF含量。结果 :高血压组 DD基因型频率显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但 D等位基因频率分布在高血压组和正常组之间无差异性 (P>0 .0 5 )。高血压组 t- PA活性降低 ,PAI- 1活性、v WF含量升高 (P均 <0 .0 0 1)。高血压组 DD型 t- PA活性明显低于 ID、II型 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 ID、II型之间无统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,DD型 PAI-1活性明显高于 ID、 型 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 ID、II型之间无统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,v WF在 DD、ID、II型三者之间无明显差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 :DD型是原发性高血压发病的危险因素。原发性高血压存在血管内皮损伤、纤溶功能障碍。t- PA、PAI- 1的变化与血管紧张素转换酶基因 I/ D多态性有关 ,DD基因型可引起纤溶功能紊乱。  相似文献

There are conflicting data concerning the association between migraine and C677T polymorphism of the MTHFR gene. The C677T polymorphism reduces enzymatic capability by 50% and causes hyperhomocysteinaemia. We performed a meta-analysis of all published studies investigating the association between the MTHFR gene and migraine. Pooled odds ratios (OR) were estimated using random (RE) and fixed effects (FE) models. Among the overall 2961 migraineurs there was no significant difference compared with controls. Only in migraine with aura was the TT genotype associated with a higher risk of disease compared with the CC genotype [FE OR 1.30, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.06, 1.58; RE OR 1.66, 95% CI 1.06, 2.59]. In the same subgroup a significant difference was observed in the comparison between TT and CT + CC genotypes (FE OR 1.32, 95% CI 1.10, 1.59; RE OR 1.63, 95% CI 1.10, 2.43). This study provides evidence for an association of the MTHFR gene only in migraine with aura.  相似文献

GENSINI, F., et al. ; Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme and Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase Polymorphisms in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation. Experimental studies have shown a significant increase in angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) expression in atrial tissue of AF patients. ACE regulates the synthesis of endothelial nitric oxide (NO), which modulates autonomic nervous activity involved in the development of AF. The aim of the study was to evaluate the prevalence of ACE insertion/deletion and endothelial NO synthase (eNOS) T-786C, G894T, and 4a/4b polymorphisms in 148 patients with persistent AF, compared with 210 control subjects. ACE insertion/deletion polymorphism genotype distribution and allele frequency were significantly different between patients and controls (   P < 0.0001   and   P < 0.0001   , respectively). ACE DD genotype was significantly associated with the risk of AF   (OR DD/ID + II = 3.24, P < 0.0001)   . Analysis of eNOS polymorphisms showed no significant difference in genotype distribution and allele frequency between patients and controls. The results suggest a possible role of ACE DD genotype as a predisposing factor to AF and a pathophysiological mechanism of ACE inhibition in reducing the incidence of AF in patients with left ventricular dysfunction. We aimed to investigate the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism, ACE activity and their associations with diabetic complications in Turkish patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. A total of 143 patients and 133 controls were screened for ACE gene I/D polymorphism by using polymerase chain reaction. Serum ACE activities were determined spectrophotometrically. There was no significant difference in the distribution of ACE I/D genotypes between patients and controls. The patients with DD genotype had a higher ACE activity than those with ID and II. Hypertensive diabetic patients with DD genotype had higher ACE activities than those with ID and II. There was no significant difference in the distribution of ACE I/D genotypes between patients with and without nephropathy, retinopathy and hypertension except for patients with and without neuropathy. In patients with DD genotype, creatinine clearance correlated with duration of diabetes. The grade of retinopathy was correlated with duration of diabetes in DD and ID genotypes. The highest ACE activity was measured in hypertensive diabetics with DD genotype. ID genotype was suggested to be a risk factor and II was suggested to be protective for diabetic neuropathy. The DD and ID genotypes might be a predictor for the development of retinopathy in relation to duration of diabetes.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The MTHFR C677T genotype has been associated with increased risk of migraine, particularly of migraine with aura (MA) in selected clinical samples and with elevated homocysteine. The hyper-homocysteinemia may favor the vascular and neuronal mechanism underlying migraine, and the risk of stroke. OBJECTIVE: The first aim of the present study was to examine the Contingent Negative Variation (CNV) amplitude and habituation pattern in a migraine sample versus non-migraine subjects, at the light of the MTHFR genotype, according to an unrelated and clinical based case-control panel. The second aim was to compare the frequency of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) subclinical brain lesions across the different C677 genotypes in the same migraine sample, selected for the young age and the absence of any cardiovascular risk factor. METHODS: One hundred and five 18-45 year old out-patients, 90 affected by migraine without aura (MO) and 15 by MA, and 97 non-migraine healthy subjects, age and sex matched, were selected for the genetic analysis. All subjects had a common ethnic origin from Puglia. Sixty-four migraine subjects and 33 control subjects were submitted to the recording of the CNV. All migraine subjects underwent the MRI evaluation. RESULTS: The frequency of homozygosis was 14.33% in normal subjects, versus 25.7% in MA + MO group (chi2-test: 10.80 P= .001). The frequency of homozygosis in MO patients, was 25.5% (MA versus N: chi2-test: 9 P= .003), in MA group it was 26.6%. Considering the MTHFR genotype in migraine patients and controls, the C677TT subjects exhibited a reduced habituation index of the early CNV (iCNV), in respect with both C677TC and C677CC; in the migraine group, there was a significant decrease of CNV habituation in patients with homozygosis and a positive correlation between the habituation index values and the homocysteine levels. Nineteen migraine patients exhibited subclinical brain lesions (18.05%): patients with C677T homozygosis did not exhibit a higher risk for MRI abnormalities. CONCLUSIONS: This unrelated and clinical based case-control study showed that genetically induced hyper-homocysteinemia may favor the neuronal factors predisposing to migraine, while it does not influence the presence of subclinical vascular brain lesions probably linked with increased risk of stroke.  相似文献

Background/aimsThe role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphisms as being risk factors for diabetes is still controversial. The aim was to investigate the distribution of ACE and MTHFR genotypes as well as to evaluate the role of plasmatic total homocysteine levels (tHcy) and ACE activity in Tunisian patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Design and methods115 T2DM patients compared to 116 healthy volunteers.ResultsThe ACE I/D polymorphism was significantly associated with diabetes (p < 0.0001). The DD genotype and D allele were more frequent in patients compared to control group [DD: OR = 4.93; p < 0.0001; 95 % CI: 2.71–8.97; D: OR = 3.08, 95% CI: 2.09–4.51 p < 0.0001]. MTHFR allele and genotype frequencies did not differ between patients and controls. The susceptibility to diabetes in individuals with genotypes DD +vTT was 13.39 and in the individuals with DD + CT was 6.57 times that of the controls. However, individuals with genotypes ID + CC or II + CT have a protective effect against diabetes. The DD and TT genotypes were associated with significantly higher ACE activity and tHcy levels in diabetics.ConclusionOur data suggest that ACE ID polymorphism may act synergistically with MTHFR C677T polymorphism to assess diabetes risk.  相似文献

目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)发病的关系。方法:应用多引物PCR技术检测120例妊高征患者(妊高征组,其中轻度29例、中度31例、重度60例)及110例正常孕妇(对照组)的ACE基因多态性。结果:妊高征组孕妇ACE基因中的II、ID、DD基因型频率分别为20.8%、37.5%、41.7%。对照组孕妇ACE基因中的II、ID、DD基因型频率分别为44.5%、29.1%、26.4%。两组孕妇的DD基因型及D等位基因频率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。妊高征组轻度与重度患者的DD基因型比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。回归分析表明,DD基因型及D等位基因与妊高征发病相关。结论:ACE基因中DD基因型是妊高征的易感基因,II基因型是妊高征的保护基因。  相似文献

Among the few independently replicated genetic associations in migraine are polymorphisms in the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and oestrogen receptor (ESR1) genes. We studied the contribution of these genes to migraine susceptibility by genotyping six MTHFR and 26 ESR1 polymorphisms in 898 unrelated migraine with aura (MA) patients and in 900 unrelated healthy controls. There were no differences in the genotype distributions of the previously migraine-associated SNPs C677T (MTHFR) and G2014A (ESR1) between cases and controls (P-values 0.83 and 0.55, respectively). Thus, we were not able to replicate the previous findings, although our study had considerable power. However, five of the ESR1 SNPs (rs6557170, rs2347867, rs6557171, rs4870062 and rs1801132) that were in strong linkage disequilibrium were nominally associated with MA (uncorrected P-values 0.007-0.034). These results did not, however, remain significant after taking multiple testing into account. Thus it seems unlikely that the studied genes are involved in migraine susceptibility, at least in this sample.  相似文献

Diabetic nephropathy is a glomerular disease due to uncontrolled diabetes and genetic factors. It can be caused by glomerular hypertension produced by capillary vasodilation, due to diabetes, against constitutional glomerular resistance. As angiotensin II increases glomerular pressure, we studied the relationship between genetic polymorphisms in the renin-angiotensin system-angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE), angiotensinogen (AGT), and angiotensin II, subtype 1, receptor-and the renal involvement of insulin-dependent diabetic subjects with proliferative retinopathy: those exposed to the risk of nephropathy due to diabetes. Of 494 subjects recruited in 17 centers in France and Belgium (GENEDIAB Study), 157 (32%) had no nephropathy, 104 (21%) incipient (microalbuminuria), 126 (25 %) established (proteinuria), and 107 (22%) advanced (plasma creatinine > or = 150 micromol/liter or renal replacement therapy) nephropathy. The severity of renal involvement was associated with ACE insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism: chi2 for trend 5.135, P = 0.023; adjusted odds ratio attributable to the D allele 1.889 (95% CI 1.209-2.952, P = 0.0052). Renal involvement was not directly linked to other polymorphisms. However, ACE I-D and AGT M235T polymorphisms interacted significantly (P = 0.0166): in subjects with ACE ID and DD genotypes, renal involvement increased from the AGT MM to TT genotypes. Thus, genetic determinants that affect renal angiotensin II and kinin productions are risk factors for the progression of glomerular disease in uncontrolled insulin-dependent diabetic patients.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) and endothelial nitric oxide (NO) affect the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and prognosis of coronary artery disease (CAD). Previous epidemiologic data suggested that genetic factors are more likely to affect young rather than old people. Our objective was to investigate the association between the polymorphisms of eNOS (Glu298Asp) and the RAS genes and premature CAD in a Turkish population. METHODS: A total of 115 Turkish patients with premature CAD and 83 controls were included in the study. ACE I/D, AT1R A/C, AGT T/M and eNOS Glu298Asp gene polymorphisms were analysed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). RESULTS: It was found that increased premature CAD risk is associated with higher frequencies of the ACE DD [OR: 2.600 (CI 95% 1.395-4.847, p=0.002)], AGT MM [OR=2.407 (CI 95% 1.267-4.573, p=0.007)] and eNOS 894TT [OR=17.000 (CI 95% 3.952-73.125, p<0.001)] genotypes. Carriers of ACE DD+eNOS 894TT (p=0.002), AGT MM+eNOS 894TT (p=0.001), AT1R AA+eNOS 894TT and AT1R non-AA+eNOS 894TT (p=0.002) genotypes were significantly associated with the risk of premature CAD. CONCLUSIONS: This study indicates a synergistic contribution of RAS genes (ACE I/D, AGT T/M, AT1R T/C) and eNOS Glu298Asp polymorphisms to the development of the premature CAD.  相似文献

The aims of the present study were to investigate the distribution of the insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene in breast cancer patients and the association between ACE genotypes and clinicopathologic features, as well as their effects on prognosis. We assessed the I/D polymophism of the ACE gene by using polymerase chain reaction from peripheral blood in breast cancer and healthy age-matched women. The clinicopathologic parameters of breast cancer patients were obtained from medical records. Of the 57 patients, 31 (54.4%) had DD, 24 (42.1%) had ID, and 2 (3.5%) had II genotypes. In control subjects, 33 (63.5%) had DD, 12 (23.1%) had ID, and 7 (13.4%) had II genotypes. The ID genotype was seen more commonly in breast cancer patients (p = .03). When the combination of ID and II genotypes was used as a reference group, the DD genotype was associated with negative hormone receptor status (p = .003), tumor size (p = .054), and lymph node involvement (p = .07) but not histologic high grade and c-erb B2 overexpression. These results suggest that the DD genotype may accompany poor prognostic factors and influence the tumor course.  相似文献

目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因I/D、内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (eNOS)基因G894T多态性与原发性高血压(EH)的关系.方法采用基因芯片技术检测 224例(124例高血压患者和100例健康人)ACE和eNOS基因多态性.结果 EH组ACE DD基因型携带者频率显著高于对照组 (30.65% vs16.00%,P<0.05 ),eNOS- GT TT基因型频率与对照组相比无显著性差异( 12.90% vs 15.00%,P>0.0 5).结论 ACE-DD基因多态性可能是高血压病的独立危险因素,eNOS基因G894T多态性可能不是高血压病的独立危险因素.基因芯片技术为研究多种易感基因与高血压病的相关性提供了一项高效、敏感的方法.  相似文献

目的探讨血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性与维吾尔族高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者左心室肥厚(LVH)的关系。 方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院高血压科首诊住院,且未服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂/血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ACEI/ARB)类降压药物的维吾尔族高血压合并OSAHS患者,共72例,行多导睡眠呼吸监测、动态血压、心脏彩超等检查,聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术测定ACE基因多态性。根据左心室质量指数分为左心室肥厚组(LVH组,n=24)和非左心室肥厚组(NLVH组,n=48),比较两组间基因型及基因频率的差异,使用多因素Logistic回归分析左心室肥厚的影响因素。 结果高血压合并OSAHS患者LVH组ACE基因型频率分别为:II(37.50%),ID(20.83%),DD(41.67%),等位基因频率分别为:I(48.00%),D(52.00%),与NLVH组[II(47.92%),ID(37.50%),DD(14.58%),I(67.00%),D(33.00%)]比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.75,4.70;均P<0.05);对左心室肥厚影响因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析,呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)(OR=6.20,95%CI:1.44~26.77;P<0.05)、DD基因型(OR=4.61,95%CI:1.05~20.31;P<0.05)是维吾尔族高血压合并OSAHS患者发生LVH的独立危险因素。 结论ACE基因I/D多态性与维吾尔族高血压合并OSAHS患者发生LVH有关,其中DD基因型维吾尔族患者更易发生LVH。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Conflicting results have been reported regarding the association of gene polymorphisms in the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) with different aspects of coronary artery disease (CAD), such as myocardial infarction, neointimal hyperplasia or coronary artery vasomotion. Since previous studies have linked angiotensin II to aneurysmal disease, our study hypothesis was that RAS gene polymorphisms may be associated with aneurysm remodeling in response to CAD. METHODS: The study population was selected from a series of 3862 consecutive patients who underwent coronary angiography in our institution. One hundred and thirteen consecutive patients with at least one coronary aneurysm (CA) were compared to 226 randomized control patients without CA. DNA was extracted from white blood cells. The angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) I/D and angiotensin type 1 receptor (AT1-R) A/C polymorphisms were detected using previously published techniques. RESULTS: The distributions of the three ACE genotypes were similar in both groups: CA: 13%, 46%, and 41% for II, ID, and DD respectively; controls: 18%, 41%, and 41% for II, ID, and DD respectively, p = 0.45. The distributions of the three AT1-R genotypes were also similar in both groups: CA: 54%, 41%, and 5% for AA, AC, and CC respectively; controls: 55%, 33%, and 12%, for AA, AC, and CC respectively, p = 0.08. CONCLUSION: Our results provide further information on the role of RAS polymorphisms on specific mechanisms implicated in CAD. Although an activated RAS may theoretically promote aneurysm formation, the 2 RAS polymorphisms analyzed in this study are not associated with this process in coronary arteries.  相似文献

Interictally, migraineurs have on average a reduction in habituation of pattern-reversal visual evoked potentials (PR-VEP) and in mitochondrial energy reserve. 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is involved in folate metabolism and its C677T polymorphism may be more prevalent in migraine. The aim of this study was to search in migraineurs for a correlation between the MTHFR C677T polymorphism and the PR-VEP profile. PR-VEP were recorded in 52 genotyped migraine patients: 40 female, 24 without (MoA), 28 with aura (MA). Among them 21 had a normal genotype (CC), 18 were heterozygous (CT) and 13 homozygous (TT) for the MTHFR C677T polymorphism. Mean PR-VEP N1-P1 amplitude was significantly lower in CT compared with CC, and tended to be lower in TT with increasing age. The habituation deficit was significantly greater in CC compared with TT subjects. The correlation between the cortical preactivation level, as reflected by the VEP amplitude in the first block of averages, and habituation was stronger in CC than in CT or TT. The MTHFR C677T polymorphism could thus have an ambiguous role in migraine. On one hand, the better VEP habituation which is associated with its homozygosity, and possibly mediated by homocysteine derivatives increasing serotoninergic transmission, may protect the brain against overstimulation. On the other hand, MTHFR C677T homozygosity is linked to a reduction of grand average VEP amplitude with illness duration, which has been attributed to brain damage.  相似文献

In order to investigate the prevalence of migraine with aura (MA) attacks according to the criteria set by the International Headache Society (IHS) for diagnosis down to the three-digit level of classification, and to determine the recurrence and possible variability of MA attacks over time, we conducted a 6-15-month-long prospective study on 64 MA patients (42 women and 22 men) consecutively referred for the first time to the University of Parma Headache Centre. At the end of the follow-up period, diagnosis was the same as at the first visit for 80.0% of patients, while it was changed for 20.0%. Throughout the duration of the study, the average number of attacks for each patient was 5.3 +/- 6.2 (range 0-30). Attacks of migraine with typical aura were the most frequent (69.1% of patients), but migraine aura without headache (29.1%) and migraine with prolonged aura (20.0%) were also common; by contrast, basilar migraine and migraine with acute onset aura were reported only by one patient in either case. Migraine aura without headache was statistically significantly more frequent in males than in females. Our study results suggest that in most cases the frequency of recurrent MA attacks is relatively low and provide interesting indications about the prevalence of the different MA subtypes listed in the IHS classification, albeit in a headache clinic population.  相似文献

This study evaluates osmophobia (defined as an unpleasant perception, during a headache attack, of odours that are non–aversive or even pleasurable outside the attacks) in connection with the diagnosis of primary headaches. We recruited 775 patients from our Headache Centre (566 females, 209 males; age 38±12 years), of whom 477 were migraineurs without aura (MO), 92 with aura (MA), 135 had episodic tension–type headache (ETTH), 44 episodic cluster headache (ECH), 2 chronic paroxysmal hemicrania (CPH) and 25 other primary headaches (OPHs: 12 primary stabbing headaches, 2 primary cough headaches, 3 primary exertional headaches, 2 primary headaches associated with sexual activity, 3 hypnic headaches, 2 primary thunderclap headaches and 1 hemicrania continua). Among them, 43% with MO (205/477), 39% with MA (36/92), and 7% with CH (3/44) reported osmophobia during the attacks; none of the 135 ETTH and 25 OPH patients suffered this symptom. We conclude that osmophobia is a very specific marker to discriminate adequately between migraine (MO and MA) and ETTH; moreover, from this limited series it seems to be a good discriminant also for OPHs, and for CH patients not sharing neurovegetative symptoms with migraine. Therefore, osmophobia should be considered a good candidate as a new criterion for the diagnosis of migraine.  相似文献

The characteristics of psychiatric comorbidity in migraine have been studied in migraine with aura (MA) and migraine without aura (MO). Little information is available concerning patients with migraine aura without headache. In a study of 201 patients with major affective disorders (DSM–IV) we have described the clinical characteristics of patients with these three sub–types of migraine (IHS criteria) and compared the MA and migraine aura without headache groups. Compared to patients having MA (n=57), the group with migraine aura without headache (n=18) had a higher age of onset of migraine (28.5 vs. 19.2, p=0.001), significantly lower prevalences of affective temperaments (28% vs. 56%, p=0.036), suicide attempts (17% vs. 53%, p=0.013) and Raynaud’s syndrome (0% vs. 25%, p=0.017). These results indicate that there seem to be differences in the clinical characteristics found in patients with migraine with aura when compared to those having the migraine subtype without a headache phase. This may convey new information concerning the comorbid expression of migraine and affective disorders or concerning the processes that differentiates the migraine types with and without a subsequent pain attack.  相似文献
