面对现代药学学科的飞速发展,以及国家对药学专业课程结构及人才培养模式的新要求,药学教育由化学模式转变为化学一生物学模式将不可避免.在教学内容上必须体现出一方面要加强化学基础、生命科学基础以及与药学相关的医学基础;另一方面要减少课程间不必要的重复,删除陈旧内容,提高起点,使课程更适应专业需要,更符合21世纪社会发展的要求.根据上述指导思想,我们经过反复研讨,决定对传统的无机化学、分析化学和物理化学三门前期化学课程进行重组,根据医药高等职业技术教育的专业需要进行优化组合,初步建立了一个新体系. 相似文献

There is a shortfall between output from universities and demand by the pharmaceutical and health care industries for science and engineering graduates able to rapidly contribute to success in the business environment. Against a changing infrastructure of pharmaceutical research, the development of new chemical entities by major companies accounts for a high proportion of R&D expenditure. Allocation of staff is divided fairly evenly between discovery, non-clinical and clinical research activities and in all categories the new sciences are likely to be used extensively.In dealing with the shortfall the challenge comes from balancing education in basic science with training in the emerging areas of science and technology. There is a need for a 'partnership' that includes not only industry and academia but also government, since these three bodies have both synergistic and diverging interests in scientific education.On the education-training continuum, industry should recognise what it most values from academia and provide as much input and support as possible. At the same time universities must question their ability to fulfil their traditional educational role in the face of current rates of adoption of new sciences and technology. While disciplinary excellence remains vital for PhD students, multi-disciplinary programmes are becoming increasingly important to enable graduates to function effectively in the modern, globalised pharmaceutical industry. 相似文献

目的 探讨高职药学专业课程体系改革,使学生具备在基层开展药学服务的能力.方法 分析现有高职药学专业课程体系存在的问题,研究基层药学服务的基本需求,有针对性地进行高职药学专业课程体系的改革.结果 长期以来,我国高职药学教育沿袭“化学—药学教育模式”,培养出来的学生化学知识丰富,生物医学知识贫乏,与药学服务工作相关的能力比较薄弱.结论 通过理论教学体系和实践教学体系两个方面的改革,强化医学类课程教学,加强专业课程的优化整合,注重交叉学科课程的开设,新增人文学科知识,践行情景式的实验教学,探索“双元制”的教学模式,培养出来的学生能基本满足在基层开展药学服务的需要. 相似文献

We have developed a patient case database at Gunma University Hospital. The transmission of the data contained in this database via the Internet is protected by SSH encryption technology. The database may also function as an education tool for medical and pharmaceutical students who can access this system through the Internet using a special browser system that we have also developed. In a survey questionnaire relating to our system conducted among graduate students, most responded positively to its usefulness as an opportunity for exposure to actual clinical practice. Because this system can introduce students to realistic and daily practices at hospitals, it might have a great impact on Japanese pharmaceutical education in universities or pharmaceutical colleges where early exposure to actual hospital practices is not appropriately included in the curriculum. In addition, our system will function to establish a mutual feedback system between hospitals and basic research institutions such as pharmaceutical universities. 相似文献
