目的:通过纯中药制剂芪参复康胶囊与丁螺环酮(buspirone,BUSPAR)治疗广泛性焦虑疗效比较,以观察芪参复康胶囊 治疗焦虑症疗效.方法:117例符合CCMD-3及DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的广泛性焦虑障碍患者,HAMA得分≥18,经6周对照观察研究,HAMARS,CGL量表及临床疗效评估.结果:芪参复康胶囊治疗广泛性焦虑症总有效率为92.06%,比丁螺环酮90.74 %略高,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05).芪参复康胶囊不良反应较丁螺环酮小而轻.结论:纯中药制剂芪参复康胶囊治疗焦虑症疗效肯定,不良反应轻,依从性好. 相似文献

目的:观察动物ig芪参复康胶囊的急性毒性和长期毒性,确定无毒反应的剂量,以评估芪参复康胶囊长期用药的安全性.方法:以最大浓度,最大体积的芪参复康胶囊ig昆明种小鼠,测定最大耐受量;以高、中、低3个剂量对大鼠进行连续灌胃给药26周,于用药13、26周分别各处死1/3动物观察大鼠的生长发育,摄食量,血液细胞学及生化学指标、组织病理学检查,停药观察4周后再处死剩余1/3动物作相应检查.结果:小鼠1天内ig苠参复康胶囊最大耐受量≥39g/ks,各给药组与对照组检查指标,结果统计分析均无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:ig芪参复康胶囊对小鼠,大鼠均无明显的毒性反应. 相似文献

目的:探讨芪参复康胶囊对抑郁模型大鼠HPA轴功能的影响。方法:将大鼠分为芪参复康胶囊小、中、大(0.3g、0.6g、1.0g.kg-1)剂量组、空白对照组和模型组,以大鼠尾部悬吊塑造抑郁模型。采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠HPA轴的功能,同时检测有关免疫功能的变化,观察芪参复康胶囊对其影响。结果:抑郁条件下大鼠HPA轴兴奋亢进;脾淋巴细胞增殖反应降低,产生的IL-2减少;腹腔巨噬细胞(MФ)吞噬功能下降,产生的IL-1减少。而芪参复康胶囊中、大剂量组能明显抑制HPA轴的兴奋性,提高抑郁模型大鼠的免疫功能,各项检测指标与模型组比较(P<0.05)。结论:芪参复康胶囊中、大剂量组对抑郁引起的大鼠内分泌功能紊乱具有很好的调节作用。 相似文献

目的:通过芪参复康胶囊与氟西汀治疗重症抑郁症患者疗效比较,观察芪参复康胶囊治疗抑郁症的长期疗效。方法:将1024例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组(芪参复康胶囊组)及对照组(氟西组),对两组在治疗前和治疗后6周、12周、24周评定17项HAMD,CGL,TESS量表及临床疗效评估,并作相应实验室检查。结果:治疗6周末,治疗组痊愈率、显效率均显著低于对照组(47.1%vs.50.2%;69.2%vs.72.3%,P<0.05);两组有效率、无效率均差异不显著(P>0.05)。12周末,两组痊愈率、显效率、有效率、无效率均差异不显著(P>0.05)。24周末,治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组(53.9%vs.51.9%,P<0.05);两组有效率、显效率、无效率均差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗6周末,治疗组[(16.1±3.2)分vs.(17.3±3.4)分,P<0.05]。12周末,两组HAMD减分值差异不显著(P>0.05)。24周末,治疗组HAMD减分值显著高于对照组[(19.4±4.2)分vs.(18.0±5.4)分,P<0.05]。(3)与治疗前相比,治疗24周末,两组SI分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组GI分差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗组疗效指数(EI)显著大于对照组[(3.2±0.8)vs.(2.8±0.6),P<0.05]。结论:芪参复康胶囊治疗抑郁症疗效肯定,起效快,副作用小,长期治疗疗效尤佳。 相似文献

目的:探讨中药芪参复康胶囊治疗首发抑郁症前后患者临床症状、认知功能的变化。方法:对40例抑郁症患者给予芪参复康胶囊治疗,分别于治疗前后评定24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及进行P300检查,与38名健康志愿者的结果进行比较。结果:①治疗后试验组的HAMD分均显著性下降[(30.01±5.41)分vs.(10.45±3.18)分];②与治疗前相比,试验组治疗后P2、N2、P3潜伏期均显著性缩短,波幅均显著性升高(P<0.05);③与对照组相比,试验组治疗前P2、N2、P3潜伏期均显著性延迟,波幅均显著性降低(P<0.05);治疗后P2、N2、P3潜伏差异无统计学意义,P2、N2波幅仍显著性偏低(P<0.05),P3波幅差异无统计学意义。结论:首发抑郁症患者应用芪参复康胶囊治疗后其临床症状明显缓解、认知功能明显改善,疗效肯定。 相似文献

Significant pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic interactions between various herbal products and drugs being substrates of cytochrome P450 have recently been reported. The aim of this study was to determine whether Rhodiola rosea SHR-5 extract interacts with warfarin and theophylline when administered concomitantly. Thus, concomitant treatment of rats with theophylline and SHR-5 did not give rise to significant effects on the pharmacokinetics of theophylline. Simultaneous administration of SHR-5 and warfarin did not alter significantly the pharmacokinetics or the anticoagulant activity of warfarin. It is concluded that SHR-5 might be of value in the treatment of patients with mild or moderate depression, and that its interaction with co-administered drugs is likely to be negligible. 相似文献

This trial evaluated the impact of a Rhodiola rosea L. extract on self‐reported anxiety, stress, cognition, and other mood symptoms. Eighty mildly anxious participants were randomized into two different groups of either Rhodiola rosea L (2 × 200 mg dose Vitano®, 1 tablet taken before breakfast and 1tablet before lunch) or a control condition (no treatment). Self‐report measures and cognitive tests were completed at four testing sessions over a period of 14 days. Relative to the controls, the experimental group demonstrated a significant reduction in self‐reported, anxiety, stress, anger, confusion and depression at 14 days and a significant improvements in total mood. No relevant differences in cognitive performance between the groups were observed. Rhodiola rosea L (Vitano®) presented a favourable safety tolerability profile. Although this was a non‐placebo controlled trial, it is unlikely that the findings were the result of placebo effects as changes appeared gradual and were specific to certain psychological measures. However, we cannot determine a causal relationship; further investigations are recommended to support the effects of Rhodiola rosea L. extract on stress related symptoms. Although Rhodiola rosea (L.) is used widely and disseminated in Oriental medicine, its in vivo effects on cytokine modulation remain unclear. Among the biologically active components of Rhodiola rosea, salidroside was suggested to be the most active compound. The objectives of this study were to assess the toxicity and cytokine modulation effects of Rhodiola rosea standardised solution (RRSS) and salidroside. Quantitative high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis determined the content of salidroside in RRSS to be 4.39% (w/v). Groups of Balb/c mice were fed daily with different doses of RRSS or salidroside, with CAPE or distilled water used as positive and negative controls, respectively. The acute and subacute toxicity tests did not reveal weight differences, pathological changes, or abnormalities in liver or kidney function indices among the treated groups. Ovalbumin‐primed mouse cytokine assays demonstrated that both T helper (Th1) (IL‐2 and IFN‐γ) and Th2 (IL‐4 and IL‐10) cytokines were significantly increased by feeding with RRSS in a dose‐ and time‐dependent manner (p < 0.05). Moreover, the cytokine modulation effects of salidroside were less prominent than that of RRSS treatment and not dose‐dependent. These findings suggest that increased secretion of both Th1‐ and Th2‐pattern cytokines can be achieved with RRSS and salidroside treatment. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

目的:探讨中药红景天Rhodiola rosea对慢性应激导致的抑郁大鼠大脑海马5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平及其细胞增殖、分化和神经元数量的影响。方法:50只大鼠被分为正常对照组、模型组、阴性对照组、阳性对照组及红景天治疗组,每组各10只动物。除正常对照组外,给予其余4组大鼠为期4周的慢性应激,以建立抑郁症模型。在模型建立后,除模型组正常饲养外,其余4组大鼠分别灌服5%羧甲基纤维素钠、氟西汀、红景天,灌药周期均为3周。灌药结束后,采用高效液相色谱法检测海马组织5-HT水平,5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶 (BrdU)和β-微管蛋白Ⅲ(β-tubulin Ⅲ) 免疫荧光组化双标记染色检测海马神经干细胞的增殖和分化、采取形态计量学方法计数海马神经元。结果:与正常对照组比较,红景天治疗组的大脑海马5-HT水平、BrdU标记细胞数量、β-tubulin III和BrdU双标记细胞百分率以及神经元数量恢复性增加到正常对照组大鼠的水平。结论:红景天能够提高慢性应激导致的抑郁大鼠大脑海马5-HT水平,促进其海马神经干细胞增殖和分化,同时具有保护受损伤的海马神经元的作用。 相似文献

目的比较在相同红景天苷浓度的条件下,红景天水煎剂和红景天苷悬浊液对于兔动脉粥样斑块稳定性的影响,并探讨红景天苷对粥样斑块的药理作用,以及红景天其他成分的药理效应。方法将30只新西兰兔以高脂饮食和股动脉球囊扩张法建立动脉粥样硬化模型,随机分为空白对照组、红景天组、红景天苷组。测定用药前后血脂变化,药物干预后血清基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平、粥样斑块的组织病理学变化,以及免疫组化检测粥样斑块的CD34、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和MMP-3、胶原、仅平滑肌肌动蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、糜酶(Chymase)的染色阳性面积。结果红景天组血清LDL-C、血清总胆固醇和血清MMP-3水平与空白对照组比较显著降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),但对血清三酰甘油无明显降低作用;红景天苷组对血脂和血清MMP-3的影响不明显。免疫组化检测显示,两药物干预组粥样斑块的CD34、VEGF、MMP-3、胶原、α平滑肌肌动蛋白和Chymase抗体的阳性面积都较空白对照组显著减少(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),其中红景天苷组降低Chymase的程度明显高于红景天组(P〈0.01),而降低d平滑肌肌动蛋白抗体的程度不如红景天组(P〈0.05)。此外,红景天苷组还可显著降低斑块内MCP-1、PC-NA水平,而红景天组降低不明显。结论红景天对于粥样斑块的部分药理作用是通过红景天苷来实现的,包括减少粥样斑块内新生血管和VEGF含量,抑制斑块内胶原生成和MMP-3活性;同时对血脂尤其是对LDL-C的作用,对平滑肌增殖和转化的影响,以及对MCP-1和Chymase的作用两者有所区别,表明有一些作用受到了红景天所含其他成分的影响。 相似文献

目的:探讨芪参还五胶囊对大鼠脑组织缺血后自体神经干细胞增殖和分化的影响。方法:采用插线法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型,使用B rdU/NeuN和B rdU/GFAP双重标记和荧光免疫法,分别观察和记录模型组和对照组和芪参还五胶囊治疗组在不同时间点(7、14、21天)上神经干细胞的增殖,并进一步分化成神经元和星形胶质细胞的过程。结果:与模型组和安慰剂对照组相比,芪参还五胶囊治疗组在3个时间点(7、14、21天)上,B rdu /NeuN 细胞计数和B rdu /GFAP 细胞计数增多均明显,在统计学上有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:脑缺血后可诱发内源性神经干细胞发生增殖和分化,经芪参还五胶囊干预可使上述过程明显、持久;推测芪参还五胶囊可能通过增强神经细胞抗缺氧损伤能力、减轻脑组织炎症反应、改善血液黏滞状态、微循环和保护缺血灶周围神经元突触结构的基本完整性等多个环节的共同作用,实现内源性神经干细胞的增殖和分化。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the neuroprotective effects of a titolated extract from Rhodiola rosea L. (RrE) and of salidroside (Sa), one of the major biologically active compounds extracted from this medicinal plant, against oxidative stressor hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and glutamate (GLU)‐induced cell apoptosis in a human cortical cell line (HCN 1‐A) maintained in culture. The results obtained indicate that exposure of differentiated HCN 1‐A neurons to GLU or H2O2 resulted in concentration‐dependent cell death. A 24 h pre‐treatment with RrE significantly increased cell survival and significantly prevented the plasma membrane damage and the morphological disruption caused by GLU or H2O2, indicating that neurons treated with RrE were protected from the neurotoxicity induced by the oxidative stressor used. In addition, RrE significantly reduced H2O2 or GLU‐induced elevation of intracellular free Ca2+ concentration. The results obtained have also shown that Sa caused similar effects in all experimental models used; however, the potency of the action was lower than that of the extract containing corresponding quantities of Sa. These findings indicate that RrE has a neuroprotective effect in cortical neurons and suggest that the antioxidant activity of the RrE, due to the structural features of the synergic active principles they contain, may be responsible for its ability to stabilize cellular Ca2+ homeostasis. Rhodiola rosea L., or 'golden root', is a popular plant in traditional medicine in Eastern Europe and Asia, with a reputation for improving depression, enhancing work performance, eliminating fatigue and treating symptoms of asthenia subsequent to intense physical and psychological stress. Due to these therapeutic properties, R. rosea is considered to be one of the most active adaptogenic drugs. To confirm and extend results obtained in the few preclinical and clinical studies available in English language journals, the purpose of the present study was to re-investigate the effects produced by a single oral administration of an R. rosea hydroalcohol extract (containing 3% rosavin and 1% salidroside) on the central nervous system in mice. The extract was tested on antidepressant, adaptogenic, anxiolytic, nociceptive and locomotor activities at doses of 10, 15 and 20 mg/kg, using predictive behavioural tests and animal models. The results show that this R. rosea extract significantly, but not dose-dependently, induced antidepressant-like, adaptogenic, anxiolytic-like and stimulating effects in mice. This study thus provides evidence of the efficacy of R. rosea extracts after a single administration, and confirms many preclinical and clinical studies indicating the adaptogenic and stimulating effects of such R. rosea extracts. Moreover, antidepressant-like and anxiolytic-like activities of R. rosea were shown in mice for the first time. 相似文献
