Recently, vaginal douching has been associated with many health risks in women. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of commercial douche products against various vaginal microorganisms, including lactobacilli. Seven commercial douches were tested against eight Lactobacillus clinical isolates and three type strains from the American Type Culture Collection. BV-associated bacteria included six strains of five genera: Gardnerella, Mobiluncus, Mycoplasma, Peptostreptococcus, and Ureaplasma. Two isolates of group B Streptococcus, and three species of Candida were also tested. The minimal inhibition concentrations and minimal contact times for these products against vaginal microorganisms were determined in broth cultures. Four antiseptic-containing douche products showed a strong inhibitory effect against all vaginal microorganisms tested with a short contact time (less than 1 min). Three vinegar-containing douche products selectively inhibited vaginal pathogens associated with bacterial vaginosis, group B streptococcal vaginitis, and candidiasis, but not lactobacilli. The antimicrobial effects of the commercial douche products varied among different brands and microbial species tested.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine the antagonistic relationship between vaginal lactobacilli and endogenous vaginal microflora. STUDY DESIGN: Twenty-two Lactobacillus strains were studied for the production of lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and bacteriocin. RESULTS: Under standardized growth conditions, most strains increased their biomass by more than 4 times. Lactobacillus species grew best at a pH > or = 4.5, and growth was retarded at a pH < 4.5. Lactic acid levels were 0.68 to 2.518 mg/mL and were not related to the number of cells or the pH of media. The pH of the media was caused by the secretion of lactic and other organic acids. Approximately 80% of the strains produced H(2)O(2) and were graded as 2+ in one third of the strains and 1+ in others. No statistical correlation was found between H(2)O(2) lactic acid and bacteriocin production. Bacteriocin activity was tested on 4 strains of Gardnerella vaginalis. Approximately 80% of the lactobacilli tested produced bacteriocin that inhibited growth of G vaginalis. Six of the strains did not produce bacteriocin. Thirteen strains produced all 3 defense factors, whereas the others lacked 1 or 2 properties. CONCLUSIONS: Lactobacillus species grow best at a pH > 4.5. The pH of the media is dependent on the cell mass and on all organic acids produced by Lactobacillus species. Although all species produce organic acids, not all produce H(2)O(2) and bacteriocin. Not all strains of G vaginalis can be inhibited by lactobacilli-producing bacteriocin.  相似文献

Objective: Bacterial vaginosis is associated with an unexplained loss of vaginal lactobacilli. Previously, we have identified certain vaginal lactobacilli-released phages that can inhibit in vitro other vaginal lactobacilli. However, there is no apparent route for phages to be transmitted among women. The purpose of this study was to identify whether certain Lactobacillus products commonly used by women release phages or bacteriocins that can inhibit vaginal lactobacilli.Methods: From 26 Lactobacillus products (2 acidophilus milks, 20 yogurts, 3 Lactobacillus pills, and 1 vaginal douche mix), lactobacilli were isolated with Rogosa SL agar (Difco, Detroit, MI). From these lactobacilli, phages and bacteriocins were induced with mitomycin C and tested against a collection of vaginal Lactobacillus strains.Results: From the 26 products, 43 Lactobacillus strains were isolated. Strains from 11 yogurts released phages, among which 7 inhibited vaginal lactobacilli. Eleven strains released bacteriocins that inhibited vaginal lactobacilli. While about one-half of the vaginal strains were lysed by bacteriocins, less than 20% were lysed by phages.Conclusions: Some vaginal lactobacilli were inhibited in vitro by phages or bacteriocins released from Lactobacillus products used by women, implying that vaginal lactobacilli may be reduced naturally due to phages or bacteriocins from the environment.  相似文献

Objective: During bacterial vaginosis, an unexplained decrease of vaginal lactobacilli occurs. To identify whether these lactobacilli could be infected by phages, we isolated phages from vaginal lactobacilli and analyzed their potential virulence in attacking vaginal lactobacilli in vitro.Methods: Vaginal samples were obtained from 39 reproductive-aged women. The selective Rogosa SL agar was used to isolate lactobacilli, from which phages induced by mitomycin C or released spontaneoulsy were analyzed by the agar spot method.Results: Of 20 samples from women with vaginal infections, 12 did not have lactobacilli. From the remaining 8 infection samples and the 19 samples from healthy women, 37 Lactobacillus strains were isolated, from which 7 temperate phages were identified. Upon analysis, all 7 phages infected vaginal lactobacilli from the same and/or different women in vitro. Two phages, Phikc005 and Phikc007, had a broad host range, infecting 7 of 8 species tested. A control intestinal Lactobacillus phage also lysed several vaginal strains. One vaginal phage, Phikc039, was apparently lytic against vaginal lactobacilli from 7 other women. This phage was characterized as follows: plaque morphology, small and clear; burst size, 300 phages per cell; spontaneous induction rate, 1 per 10(6) cells; DNA, double-stranded and linear, 41 kb; and shape, a hexogonal head and a non-contractile tail.Conclusions: Bacteriophages were isolated from vaginal lactobacilli of some women and were shown in vitro to lyse vaginal Lactobacillus strains from the same and/or different women. It was suggested that vaginal lactobacilli might be suppressed by phages.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess antagonistic properties of Lactobacillus strains isolated from the vaginas of healthy women as compared to the most common bacterial agents related to vaginosis. STUDY DESIGN: Antagonistic activity of different Lactobacillus strains isolated from the vaginas of healthy women not treated for infections with an antibiotic for the previous three months was screened using an agar slab method. The activity was tested against test organisms associated with bacterial vaginosis and/or urinary tract infections: Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Escherichia coli, Gardnerella vaginalis, Peptostreptococcus anaerobius and Prevotella bivia. RESULTS: Many of the 146 Lactobacillus strains tested exerted apparent antagonistic activities against gram-positive aerobic cocci and gram-negative rods, such as S aureus and E coli, and a marked number of Lactobacillus strains inhibited facultative bacteria, such as Gardnerella vaginalis and the anaerobes P anaerobius and P bivia. Only a few lactobacilli were able to inhibit growth of E faecalis and S agalactiae. Indicator bacteria growth inhibition probably relies upon several different complementary mechanisms. The specific indicator bacteria species determines which mechanism predominates. CONCLUSION: Lactobacillus strains taken from normal vaginal flora demonstrated antagonistic activity against a variety of bacteria related to vaginal and urinary tract infections. The specific occurrence rates of active Lactobacillus strains are different, and this difference is dependent on the indicator bacteria species.  相似文献

Lactobacilli provide an important microbial defense against genital colonization by pathogens. The role of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in the control of genital microflora was explored in a cross-sectional study of 275 women in the second trimester of pregnancy. Vaginal cultures were obtained for detection of H2O2-positive and H2O2-negative lactobacilli and other members of the genital microflora. Compared with women with H2O2-negative lactobacilli, women colonized by H2O2-positive lactobacilli were less likely to have bacterial vaginosis, symptomatic candidiasis, and vaginal colonization by Gardnerella vaginalis, Bacteroides, Peptostreptococcus, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, and viridans streptococci (P less than or equal to .05 for each comparison). In addition to the above organisms, women without vaginal lactobacilli were more likely than those women with H2O2-positive lactobacilli to have Chlamydia trachomatis, and less likely to be colonized by Enterococcus or coagulase-negative staphylococci (P less than .05 for each comparison). Vaginal colonization by group B streptococci or Escherichia coli was not related to the presence of H2O2-positive lactobacilli. These data suggest that the presence of H2O2-positive lactobacilli in the vagina is inversely correlated with infection by some genital pathogens in pregnant women.  相似文献

目的 对内蒙古牧区育龄期健康妇女及细菌性阴道病(BV)患者的阴道乳杆菌种进行鉴定与分析,为阴道微生态治疗提供依据.方法 2008年6至12月,选取内蒙古自治区3个牧区旗县(正镶白旗、达尔罕茂明安联合旗、百灵庙镇)育龄期蒙古族健康妇女203例、汉族健康妇女74例,蒙古族BV妇女102例,采用改良乳杆菌培养基(MRS)对阴道侧壁分泌物中乳杆菌进行分离、培养,提取细菌总DNA,进行核糖体脱氧核糖核酸(16S rDNA)基因序列鉴定,并采用四甲基联苯胺-辣根过氧化物酶-乳杆菌培养基(TMB-HRP-MRS)对乳杆菌进行产H2O2分析.结果 (1)检出率:203例蒙古族健康妇女乳杆菌检出率为76.8%(156/203),蒙古族BV妇女乳杆菌检出率为21.6%(22/102),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);汉族健康妇女乳杆菌检出率为82.4%(61/74),与蒙古族健康妇女比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).(2)阴道乳杆菌鉴定:蒙古族健康妇女阴道分泌物中共检出193株乳杆菌株,共11种,蒙古族BV妇女阴道分泌物中检出22株乳杆菌株,共4种.(3)H2O2阳性乳杆菌的鉴定:对分离出乳杆菌的74例蒙古族健康妇女及22例蒙古族BV妇女进行阴道乳杆菌H2O2实验,其中蒙古族健康妇女阴道H2O2阳性乳杆菌的检出率为75.7%(56/74),蒙古族BV妇女阴道H2O2阳性乳杆菌的检出率为27.3%(6/22),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 内蒙古牧区育龄期健康妇女阴道乳杆菌检出率与种族无明显相关性;BV妇女的阴道乳杆菌及H2O2阳性乳杆菌检出率均较健康妇女明显降低.
Abstract:
Objective To identify and analyze the species of vaginal lactobacilli between patients with bacterial vaginosis (BV) and healthy women at childbearing age in Inner Mongolia. Methods From Jun. 2008 to Dec. 2008, 203 Mongolian healthy women, 74 Han healthy women and 102 Mongolian patients with BV from 3 pastoral areas were enrolled in this study. Isolation and culture of lactobacilli from vaginal wall were performed by modified culture medium. DNA of lactobacilli were extracted and sequenced. H2O2 were detected by TMB-HRP-MRS. Results(1)The rate of lactobacilli identification were 76.8%(156/203) in Mongolian healthy women and 21.6% (22/102) in Mongolian patients with BV, which reached statistical difference(P<0.01).Lactobacilli identification in Han healthy women [82.4%(61/74)] did not show significant difference with that of Mongolian healthy women (P>0.05). (2) The total of 193 strains and 11 species of Lactobacillus were detected in 203 Mongolian healthy women. Meanwhile,22 strains and 4 species of Lactobacillus were found in 102 Mongolian BV cases.(3)The rate of H2O2 generating Lactobacilli was 27.3% (6/22) in Mongolian BV patients and 75.7% (56/74)in Mongolian healthy women, which showed statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusions The rate of Lactobacillus was not related with the race of women in pastoral area in Inner Mongolian. The amount of lactobacilli and H2O2 generating Lactobacilli in the vagina of BV patients was remarkably lower than those of healthy women at childbearing age.  相似文献

目的:研究妊娠期阴道pH和阴道乳杆菌含量的变化及两者相互变化的关系.方法:妊娠旱、中、晚各期及非孕期妇女各30例,乳杆菌革兰染色及菌落计数探讨其在妊娠期及非妊娠期含量变化情况,精密pH试纸检测阴道分泌物pH.结果:①妊娠期阴道乳杆菌菌株无明显变化.②早、中、晚孕各期之间阴道pH比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非孕期与旱、中、晚孕各期之间阴道pH比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).③非孕期与早、中、晚孕各期之间阴道乳杆菌含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早、中孕期阴道乳杆菌含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);晚孕期阴道中乳杆菌含量与早、中孕期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).④整个妊娠期阴道pH与阴道乳杆菌含量变化呈负相关(P<0.05).结论:妊娠期阴道乳杆菌菌株无明显变化,阴道pH随孕期的递增而升高,阴道乳杆茵含量随孕周的递增而下降,整个妊娠期阴道pH与阴道乳杆菌含量的变化呈负相关.  相似文献

Objectives

To evaluate the production of inhibitory substances against several urogenital pathogens and to determine the compatibility between selected vaginal lactobacilli to be considered as probiotic candidates.

Study design

The inhibitory activity of 38 vaginal Lactobacillus strains against urogenital pathogens was assessed using the agar plate diffusion.

Method

The production of hydrogen peroxide was determined by the semi-qualitative tetramethyl-benzidine-peroxidase assay and that of lactic acid by high performance liquid chromatography. Pre-selected lactobacilli were genetically identified by ribosomal 16S-DNA sequencing and used to determine the compatibility of strains. Correlation values between some inhibitory properties were calculated.

Results

45% of the lactobacilli assayed inhibited the growth of various urogenital pathogens, except Candida albicans, mainly by the effect of organic acids. Even though 71% of the Lactobacillus strains produced hydrogen peroxide in the semi-qualitative test, the antimicrobial effect of the oxidative metabolite on pathogens was not detected under the experimental conditions assayed. On the other hand, the inhibition spectrum of salivaricin CRL 1328 was widened with respect to the one previously reported by our research team. With respect to the degree of interaction between the pre-selected lactobacilli, most of them showed inhibition of at least one strain, mainly due to the effects of both organic acids and hydrogen peroxide.

Conclusion

Several lactobacilli that showed inhibitory activity against urogenital pathogens or produced hydrogen peroxide are compatible between them. Therefore, different potential combinations of strains are proposed for their inclusion in the design of probiotic products to be vaginally administered for the prevention of urogenital infections in women.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is characterized by a shift in vaginal tract ecology, which includes a decrease in the concentration and/or prevalence of facultative lactobacilli. Currently, mechanisms which could account for the disappearance of lactobacilli are not well understood. The objective of this study was to determine whether vaginal streptococci/enterococci can produce bacteriocin-like inhibitors antagonistic to vaginal lactobacilli. METHODS: Seventy strains of vaginal streptococci or enterococci were tested for antagonistic activities against vaginal lactobacilli using the deferred antagonism technique. RESULTS: One strain, Enterococcus faecium 62-6, which strongly inhibited growth of lactobacilli was selected for further characterization. The spectrum of inhibitory activity of strain 62-6 included Gram-positive organisms from the vaginal environment, although native lactobacilli from the same host were resistant to inhibitor action. Following growth in MRS broth the strain 62-6 inhibitor was shown to be heat- (100 degrees C, 30 minutes), cold- (4 degrees C, less than 114 days) and pH- (4-7) stable. The sensitivity of inhibitor-containing supernatants to pepsin and alpha-chymotrypsin suggested an essential proteinaceous component. The inhibitor was sensitive to lipase but resistant to lysozyme. Dialysis of inhibitor-containing culture supernatants suggested a molecular mass greater than 12,000 Da. All physicochemical properties were consistent with its classification as a bacteriocin-like inhibitor. Kinetic assays demonstrated a sharp onset of inhibitor production coinciding with a concentration of 62-6 of 10(7) cfu/ml, suggesting that production may be regulated by quorum sensing. CONCLUSIONS: These results may have clinical significance as a novel mechanism to account for the decline of vaginal Lactobacillus populations and contribute to both the establishment and recurrence of BV.  相似文献

In vitro adherence of Lactobacillus species to vaginal epithelial cells   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Because of the reported use of yogurt douches for the treatment of vaginitis, the adherence of Lactobacillus species to normal human vaginal epithelial cells was tested by in vitro methods. L. acidophilus and L. bulgaricus isolated from three commercial yogurts were compared to L. acidophilus, L. fermentum, L. cellobiosus, and L. casei isolated from clinical specimens and from American Type Culture Collection cultures. L. acidophilus isolated from Lactinex tablets was also tested. No significant difference was found among the 19 clinical isolates, the American Type Culture Collection cultures, and the Lactinex isolate, but all showed significantly higher (p less than 0.01) adherence than any Lactobacillus isolated from yogurt. The presence of Gardnerella vaginalis, which adheres strongly to vaginal epithelial cells, was found to interfere with the adherence of lactobacilli from all sources studied.  相似文献

目的:研究健康女性阴道乳杆菌对阴道常见致病菌的抑制作用及其机制。方法:选取北京大学第一医院体检中心18~45岁的育龄期健康女性17例,从其阴道分泌物中分离、纯化乳杆菌并进行鉴定。采用spot on lawn和双层牛津杯法筛选出对粪肠球菌、微小消化链球菌、大肠埃希菌和白假丝酵母菌有抑制作用的阴道乳杆菌菌株。测定乳杆菌的生长曲线及代谢物内的乳酸含量。将乳杆菌与白假丝酵母菌共培养,观察乳杆菌菌体和菌液粗提物在抑制白假丝酵母菌的过程中各自所起的作用。结果:17例健康女性阴道分泌物中分离出23株乳杆菌,其中6株具有抑菌作用,分别是加氏乳杆菌、詹氏乳杆菌、阴道乳杆菌、卷曲乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和德氏乳杆菌,其中加氏乳杆菌增殖能力较强,詹氏乳杆菌最弱。6株乳杆菌代谢物内乳酸的含量不同,发酵乳杆菌最高为(2.72±0.035)mg/ml,卷曲乳杆菌和德氏乳杆菌较低,分别为(2.14±0.035)mg/ml和(2.13±0.025)mg/ml。加氏乳杆菌、詹氏乳杆菌、阴道乳杆菌的菌液、菌体及菌液粗提物均可以抑制白假丝酵母菌的生长(P≤0.05);发酵乳杆菌和德氏乳杆菌的菌液和菌体可以抑制白假丝酵母菌的生长(P≤0.05);卷曲乳杆菌对白假丝酵母菌则无抑制作用。结论:健康女性阴道乳杆菌的多个菌株均具有抑制大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌、微小消化链球菌或白假丝酵母菌的功能。詹氏乳杆菌粗提物中细菌素类物质和过氧化氢的联合作用可以抑制白假丝酵母菌,加氏乳杆菌和阴道乳杆菌主要依靠过氧化氢起作用。乳杆菌产生的乳酸没有发挥抑菌作用。  相似文献

Chronic recurrent vulvovaginal candidosis (CRVVC) is caused by Candida albicans in 90% of cases with regional differences. Non-albicans species are more frequent in patients with immunodepression or diabetes mellitus. CRVVC is influenced by immunosuppression, gene polymorphisms, allergic factors, serum glucose levels, antibiotics, psychosocial stress and estrogen-induced vaginal factors. Therapy of CRVVC and of non-albicans vaginitis is difficult. Resistance of C. albicans seems to be clinically unimportant. Because CRVVC cannot yet be treated immunologically, a degressive oral therapy with 200 mg fluconazole is recommended. Boric acid or flucytosine is recommended in some countries against C. glabrata vaginitis. In Germany 800 mg posaconazole/day for 15 days is recently recommended together with local cyclopyroxolamine. C. krusei is resistant to triazoles, but can be treated with local antimycotics. Future studies should include a candida autovaccination or antibodies against candida virulence factors. Patient self-therapy is often incorrect. In patients with bacterial vaginosis (BV) there is an adherent bacterial biofilm consisting mainly of Gardnerella (G.) vaginalis and Atopobium (A.) vaginae. About 60% of the patients suffer from recurrences after a standard therapy with metronidazole or clindamycine due to persistence of the biofilm. Epithelial cells in the urine of women with BV and their partners are the same bacterial biofilms as in the vagina. Thus BV seems to be a sexually transmitted disease. This bacterial biofilm cannot at present be eradicated with medications. Certain strains of vaginal or oral lactobacilli or improvement of vaginal pH-values reduce recurrences after standard treatment.  相似文献

Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is characterized by lack of lactobacilli and predominance of anaerobic species. Ciprofloxacin is active against a great number of aerobic bacteria. The effect of ciprofloxacin on the vaginal microbial flora was studied both in healthy subjects and in patients with BV in order to test if BV may be due to competitive suppression of lactobacilli by aerobic species. About half of the patients were relieved of their symptoms. No adverse effects on the microbial profile or colonization by lactobacilli were produced by the drug. Lactobacilli known to be able to produce hydrogen peroxide were found to be significantly more common in healthy women than in women with BV. The species most frequently related to vaginal health were Lactobacillus jensenii and Lactobacillus rogosae.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: A study was conducted to use new molecular technologies to identify the vaginal bacterial species of postmenopausal women under oral estrogen therapy (Premarin-conjugated equine estrogen, CEE). STUDY DESIGN: Nineteen postmenopausal women under CEE treatment were recruited and their vaginal flora were analyzed during 3 months, using polymerase chain reaction in combination with denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and sequencing of DNA fragments. RESULTS: Sixty-eight percent of the women presented with a 'Normal' Nugent score at the first sampling time (d0). All the subjects had bacterial species detected in their vaginal flora. Lactobacillus species were detected in all samples. Moreover, 53% of the women had lactobacilli exclusively at d0. Two Lactobacillus species were dominant, and were recovered from the majority of samples (L. iners and L. crispatus). Forty-four percent of the samples also contained other bacterial species, which were potential urogenital pathogens. Candida albicans was detected in 26% of the subjects. The vaginal flora of the women under CEE treatment were different from that of postmenopausal women not receiving hormone therapy, but very similar to premenopausal women. CONCLUSIONS: The present study indicates that one benefit from hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is the restoration of a lactobacilli vaginal flora associated with a protective effect against urogenital infections.  相似文献

目的:观察阴道乳杆菌菌株在体外实验中对假丝酵母菌生长的抑制作用。方法:分离健康妇女阴道中常见的乳杆菌和外阴、阴道假丝酵母菌病(vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC)患者阴道中的常见假丝酵母菌,采用96孔板混合生长抑制法观察处于生长对数期的乳杆菌对假丝酵母菌生长的抑制作用。结果:23例健康妇女阴道分泌物中分离出3种乳杆菌:嗜酸乳杆菌(La)、干酪乳杆菌(Lca)和卷曲乳杆菌(Lcr),15例VVC初发患者阴道分泌物中分离出3种假丝酵母菌:白色假丝酵母菌(Ca)、热带假丝酵母菌(Ct)和克柔假丝酵母菌(Ck)。各种乳杆菌均表现出对假丝酵母菌生长的抑制能力,La对各种假丝酵母菌的抑制能力均优于Lcr;与Lca相比,La对Ct的抑制更为明显;产H2O2的Lcr与不产H2O2的Lca对假丝酵母菌的抑制能力无显著差异。结论:各种乳杆菌表现出对假丝酵母菌生长的不同抑制能力,La对研究的3种假丝酵母菌的抑制能力均优于Lcr;与Lca相比,La的唯一优势体现在对Ct的抑制上;乳杆菌对假丝酵母菌的抑制可能不仅仅与产生H2O2能力有关。  相似文献

Women with different ethnic backgrounds have different vaginal species of lactobacilli with normal pH values ranging between 4 and 5?(!). The risk of a gynecological infection depends on the genetic and immunological disposition, age, sexual behavior of both partners and on (facultatively) pathogenic bacteria. Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is the most frequent vaginal disorder in Europe with 20%. The vaginal biofilm, formed by Gardnerella vaginalis, Atopobium vaginae and also lactobacilli, can also be found in the partner??s urine and cannot up to now be dissolved by treatment, which is the reason for frequent recurrences. Aerobic vaginitis (AV) seems to be an immunological inflammatory problem and BV and AV, the lack of lactobacilli (and a disturbed oral flora) and gene polymorphisms increase the risk for preterm birth. Trichomoniasis requires an oral treatment of the partner. Acute vulvovaginal candidosis, mostly caused by Candida albicans, is easy to treat. The chronic recurrent form is an allergic, immunological problem, which can today only be treated palliatively, with the option for vaccinations in the future. Non-albicans vaginitis has to be diagnosed by culture and treated on an individual basis.  相似文献

目的:探讨正常健康和外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)妇女阴道分泌物中分离的乳杆菌对假丝酵母菌生长的抑制。方法:健康正常(正常组)和VVC初发(VVC组)妇女各30名,通过定量采集阴道分泌物培养乳杆菌,观察阴道乳杆菌数量及菌种分布情况,并将获得的乳杆菌及VVC患者阴道分泌物中假丝酵母菌分离纯化及鉴定后,采用牛津杯法观察乳杆菌对假丝酵母菌生长的抑制作用,同时比较VVC组和正常组乳杆菌产H2O2能力的差异。结果:①乳杆菌检出率及菌种分布组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);②VVC组阴道乳杆菌数量的平均对数值与正常组相比显著减少(P<0.01);③阴道内乳杆菌BV试剂盒检测为阴性者,正常组显著高于VVC组(P<0.01);④正常组阴道分离的乳杆菌与VVC组比较,对白色和热带假丝酵母菌的生长抑制有统计学差异(P<0.05),对克柔假丝酵母菌的抑制无统计学差异(P>0.05);正常组分离的嗜酸乳杆菌与VVC组的比较,对白色和热带假丝酵母菌的生长抑制均有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),对克柔假丝酵母菌的生长抑制无统计学差异(P>0.05);但是正常组和VVC组分离的詹氏乳杆菌对上述3种假丝酵母菌的生长抑制均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:①正常妇女与VVC患者阴道内乳杆菌检出率、菌种分布相似,均以嗜酸、詹氏乳杆菌为优势菌种;②VVC患者阴道乳杆菌的数量显著减少;③VVC组产生H2O2的能力下降,可能与VVC发生相关;④正常状态下阴道乳杆菌对假丝酵母菌抑制作用优于VVC感染状态,其中以嗜酸乳杆菌的抑菌作用最为明显。  相似文献
