目的 分析加速牙齿移动(accelerate tooth movement, ATM)研究的相关文献了解其研究现状、研究热点及前沿。方法 运用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件和Excel软件对Web of Science核心合集(WOSCC)和PubMed数据库中2000-01-01至2022-06-01收录的ATM相关文献进行可视化分析。结果 检索共得到1785篇文献。对检索结果的文献去重、整理、排除与研究内容不符的文献,最终对可纳入的850篇文献进行可视化分析:(1)发文量个别年份出现波动,但整体呈上升趋势。(2)经关键词共现、聚类分析及主题词突变检测结合最新文献研读发现,ATM辅助措施、ATM生物学机制、正颌外科及牙根吸收等是ATM研究热点和未来发展趋势。结论 文献可视化分析可以直观地展现ATM的研究现状与热点、预测ATM的研究前沿,为后续ATM相关研究提供参考。  相似文献

目的 分析无托槽隐形矫治技术(CAT)相关文献,了解该技术的研究现状、热点及前沿。方法 运用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件和Excel2019软件对Web of Science核心合集2000年1月1日至2021年11月1日收录的CAT相关文献进行可视化分析。结果 共检索到CAT相关文献729篇,经除重及严格排查后获得433篇文献进行可视化分析。CAT相关研究的发文量大概经历了3个阶段,即起步、平稳增长和快速增长阶段;研究热点主要包括CAT有效性、材料性能、生物力学以及CAT对口腔健康相关生活质量的影响;主题词突现检测结合文献研读发现CAT与正颌外科结合、3D打印技术等是研究的前沿和未来趋势。结论 文献可视化分析直观展现了CAT的热点与前沿,为今后的研究提供了参考。  相似文献

目的:对国内外近二十年正畸龋白斑研究现状、热点及研究趋势进行可视化分析。方法:检索2000~2022年发表于Web of Science (WoS)核心合集和中国知网(CNKI)数据库有关龋白斑的研究文献。采用Excel和CiteSpace 6.1.R2软件对国内外文献进行回顾性计量分析并绘制可视化科学知识图谱。结果:经筛选国内外发表有关龋白斑的文献共9487篇,其中WoS核心合集8606篇,CNKI数据库881篇。WoS关于龋白斑的研究热点集中在儿童早期龋、变异链球菌、激光荧光检测等;CNKI数据库中的研究热点可归纳为白垩斑、釉质脱矿和再矿化以及氟保护剂等,其中黏结剂剪切强度是国内外共同关注的研究热点。国外研究机构之间合作紧密,国内则形成以四川大学华西口腔医院为核心研究机构的研究团体,其他院校相互间合作较少。结论:龋病管理、渗透树脂可能是未来龋白斑研究趋势,国内学者应更加积极地开展跨学科、跨单位以及国际间的交流合作,产出更多高质量的科研成果。  相似文献

Endodontic therapy is becoming an increasingly routine facet of general dental practice. Advances in technology and techniques have made endodontics in the contemporary clinical environment more pleasant and predictable for both the patient and the provider. The development of rotary instrumentation with nickel-titanium files has revolutionized the cleaning and shaping aspects of treatment. A sequenced model is discussed that has been shown to have encouraging outcomes in both predoctoral and continuing education experiences. The protocol may use more instruments than some other approaches, but has evolved as a technique that provides reliable and predictable outcomes.  相似文献

In endodontics, the microscope is indispensable. Clinicians are discovering that every facet of endodontics is better, safer, and easier. Microscopic endodontics is a new technology that emphasizes visual information, rather than tactile information. The learning curve can be fairly steep, but it is one worth climbing. Future controlled studies should document an improvement of endodontic outcomes. This is becoming more true as dentistry becomes more extensive and expensive, and needs to last longer and longer. The days of "easy cases" are much fewer, even for the general practitioner. Lastly, there is a groundswell conversation, at least in the endodontic community, that the benefits of the microscope are beyond biology. Clinicians experience a greater sense of personal and professional fulfillment because they are not achieving what is "good enough," but aspiring to "what is possible."  相似文献

In the 21st century, most orofacial infections are routinely managed with proper clinical assessment, selective diagnostic imaging, appropriate antibiotic therapy and timely surgical intervention. Most (99%) patients treated at this university clinic do not need any form of sedation as rapport and behavioral management skills are more than sufficient and are safe. Those aged 1 to 5 years, who needed the use of oral sedation (Midazolam), showed 70% success. Those who needed nitrous oxide / oxygen ranged in age from 8 to 18 years and were later treated without any sort of conscious sedation after one or two sessions of nitrous oxide / oxygen sedation.  相似文献
