Two unusual cases of large B-cell lymphoma with predominant splenic and bone marrow (BM) involvement and similar clinical and histopathologic features are described. Both patients presented with nonspecific constitutional symptoms, unexplained cytopenias, and splenomegaly. Splenectomy revealed diffuse red pulp involvement by large B-cell lymphoma. The perisplenic lymph nodes were also involved diffusely with effacement of normal nodal architecture, excluding a diagnosis of intravascular large B-cell lymphoma. BM biopsies revealed striking erythroid hyperplasia without overt morphologic evidence of involvement by lymphoma. Immunoperoxidase staining of the marrow biopsies with antibodies to CD20 and erythroid-associated antigens revealed involvement by large B-cell lymphoma morphologically resembling the early pronormoblasts. In both cases there was prominent, but not exclusive, intravascular/intrasinusoidal lymphomatous marrow infiltration. These cases represent an unusual variant of large B-cell lymphoma with distinctive patterns of splenic and BM involvement. Furthermore, they underscore the difficulties in identifying intrasinusoidal marrow infiltration by lymphoma in H&E-stained biopsy slides and demonstrate that this pattern of marrow infiltration may be seen in cases of large B-cell lymphoma distinct from the intravascular variant.  相似文献

A particular type of lymphomatous bone marrow infiltration defined as intrasinusoidal and occuring in seven patients with splenomegaly and mild to moderate thrombocytopenia is reported. Immunocytochemistry highlighted the intrasinusoidal pattern and showed a mature B-cell phenotype. Four patients underwent splenectomy and a diagnosis of splenic marginal cell lymphoma was made. The disease course seems to be chronic and quite indolent. All patients are alive and well; follow-up ranges from 2 to 42 months. The value of bone marrow biopsy as a primary diagnostic tool in splenic marginal zone lymphomas is discussed.  相似文献

AIMS: To investigate CD27 expression in splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL), an indolent low-grade B-cell lymphoma with constant involvement of the bone marrow, especially with an intrasinusoidal pattern. It is not clear if the neoplastic clone is composed of virgin or somatically mutated B cells. CD27 is reported to be a hallmark of memory B cells. METHODS AND RESULTS: We evaluated 64 bone marrow biopsy specimens (BMBs) from 36 patients with SMZL for the expression of CD27. For comparison, splenectomy specimens of patients with traumatic splenic rupture or with SMZL were used. All BMBs showed lymphomatous infiltration. When located in the marrow sinusoids, neoplastic cells were CD27- in all cases and therefore corresponded to naive B cells. In nodular/interstitial infiltration, the cells were CD27+ and therefore corresponded to memory B cells. No difference in immunohistochemical expression of B and T antibodies was found between intrasinusoidal and interstitial/nodular infiltration. CD27 was constantly expressed in the splenic marginal zone of normal spleen, surgically removed for trauma, and in seven out of 10 spleens with SMZL. CONCLUSION: We propose the existence of two different phases of neoplastic progression with, first, expansion of a virgin B clone in the bone marrow and, following exposure to antigen, a re-colonization of the bone marrow.  相似文献

AIM: To determine the efficacy of flow cytometry (FC) in the assessment of bone marrow (BM) in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL). FC is a common practice, but is far from being validated. METHODS AND RESULTS: Morphological analysis and FC immunophenotyping were performed on 421 samples. T-cell lymphomas, Hodgkin's disease, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and hairy cell leukaemia were not included in the study. Clonality was assessed by the standard kappa/lambda/CD19 test. Aberrant immunophenotypes present in the B-cell subpopulation were also investigated. A double-step procedure was employed in all cases to increase the sensitivity of the FC procedure. Of 380 evaluable samples, 188 corresponded to follicular lymphoma (FL), 58 to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), 57 to mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), seven to Burkitt's lymphoma and the remaining 70 samples to other low-grade lymphomas. Morphological marrow infiltration was found in 148 cases, and flow immunophenotyping identified 138 cases with BM involvement. A concordance between the two methods was detected in 298 cases (79%). There was a discordance in 82 cases (21%): morphology positive/FC negative in 46 cases and morphology negative/FC positive in 36 (61% of all cases with discordance were from FL). There was no difference in outcome when patients with discordances were compared with patients without discordances. CONCLUSIONS: Most samples showed concordance between morphological and FC results. FC identified BM involvement in the absence of morphological infiltration. Morphology/FC discordance seems to have no influence on the outcome of FL patients.  相似文献

Immunophenotyping of small B-cell neoplasms (SBCNs) may have a critical role in diagnosis. However, there are few data addressing whether the immunophenotypes of SBCNs in bone marrow (BM) and peripheral blood (PB) are representative of those in other tissue sites. We compared the immunophenotypic features of concurrently analyzed lymph node (LN) and BM/PB specimens using multiparameter flow cytometry. Fifty-five SBCNs were identified: 27 follicular lymphomas (FLs), 16 chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphomas (CLL/SLLs), and 12 mantle cell lymphomas (MCLs). Major (presence vs absence) or minor (alteration of intensity) variations in expression of individual antigens between LN and BM/PB were observed in up to 25% of cases within a particular SBCN category. All FLs and CLL/SLLs maintained characteristic immunophenotypes in BM/PB. Potentially misleading variations included 1 case of MCL that failed to express CD5 in BM and likely would have been immunophenotypically misclassified as a marginal zone lymphoma and another MCL that expressed moderate CD23 in PB and would have required additional studies for precise classification. The remaining major and minor variations would not have affected interpretation.  相似文献

目的 探讨组织形态改变、免疫组织化学、基因重排在淋巴瘤骨髓侵犯的病理诊断和分型中的作用。材料与方法 对62例甲醛固定、石蜡包埋的骨髓活检组织,分别做了组织学、EnVision法观察和免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)基因和TCRγ基因重排检测。结果 慢性淋巴细胞性白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤(CLL/SLL)的异型淋巴细胞呈小梁间结节状或散在分布,有时可见假滤泡结构。滤泡型淋巴瘤(FCL)表现为结节性小梁旁或小梁间的浸润,结节内小淋巴样细胞松散聚集。淋巴浆细胞性淋巴瘤(LPL)主要为小梁间弥散浸润,在小而圆的淋巴细胞间可见散在数量不等的浆细胞样淋巴细胞。边缘区淋巴瘤(MZL)则见模糊的或界限不清的小梁间或小梁旁结节,一些细胞胞质透明。套细胞性淋巴瘤(MCL)异型细胞小到中等大小,缺乏副免疫母细胞和假滤泡。毛细胞性淋巴瘤(HCL)瘤细胞胞膜多清晰,胞质丰富透明,常形成荷包蛋样表现。霍奇金病可见大核瘤细胞,核仁明显。T-非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)浸润骨髓主要为小梁间间质性散在或弥漫分布,胞质多透明,核有芋艿样或脑回状改变,DLBL造血细胞间体积大的瘤细胞散在或弥漫分布。CD3对T细胞来源、CD20和CD79对B细胞来源淋巴瘤有鉴别诊断价值,cyclin D1和(SD5阳性对MCL具有诊断性价值,bcl-2和CD10阳性则对FCL具有诊断性意义,而CLL/SLL除了(SD20和CD79阳性外,也可CD5和CD23阳性。HCL的瘤细胞CD25强阳性。CD15、CD30和Fascin也适用于骨髓霍奇金病的诊断。骨髓中CLL/SLL,LPL,MZL及DLBL的IgH重排率(80%、60%、66.7%、70%)及T—NHL的TCRγ重排率(66.7%)较高。结论 综合组织形态改变、免疫组织化学和IgH/TCRγ重排检测,有助于淋巴瘤骨髓侵犯的诊断和分型,有助于发现骨髓中为数不多的淋巴瘤细胞。  相似文献

In CD5 positive (CD5+) mature B-cell lymphomas, newly recognized CD5+ diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) has been characterized by aggressive features. We studied twenty-five cases with CD5+ lymphomas involving bone marrow. Eleven cases were diagnosed as chronic lymphocytic leukemia, six cases were diagnosed as mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and three cases with morphologic characteristics of MCL and without both the cyclin D1 expression and IGH/CCND1 rearrangement were unclassifiable. The remaining five cases, showing large to medium-sized lymphoid cells with prominent nucleoli and a moderate amount of cytoplasm, were diagnosed as DLBCL. Five DLBCL cases were positive for CD5, CD20, surface immunoglobulin, but negative for CD23. Patients with CD5+ DLBCL showed a high age of onset (median, 68 yr) and two patients expired one month after the diagnosis. Since CD5+ DLBCL forms a distinct subgroup of DLBCL, a study of CD5 expression in DLBCL would be helpful to predict prognosis and to determine future therapeutic strategy. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on de novo CD5+ DLBCL in Koreans.  相似文献

The diagnosis of bone marrow (BM) infiltration by Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM)/lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) poses a diagnostic challenge in hematopathology. No definitive morphology or immunophenotype is able to distinguish between infiltration of paraffin-embedded BM sections by WM/LPL and other indolent lymphomas, in particular those of the splenic marginal zone (SMZL) which may also show plasmacytic maturation. An oncogenic gain-of-function mutation (L265P) in the human MYD88 gene has been found to be present in most cases of WM/LPL, yet is absent in most other cases of B-cell chronic lymphoproliferative disorders (LPD), including SMZL. Here, we compare two newly developed diagnostic protocols for detection of this mutation in paraffin-embedded archival tissues which are particularly applicable to decalcified BM biopsies. Sanger sequencing can easily detect levels of BM infiltration above 15% by WM lymphoplasmacytic cells, while the allele-specific PCR can detect the L265P mutation in BM infiltrations below 1% of lymphoma cells. We show that these methods are easily applicable to archival BM specimens and markedly improve diagnostic accuracy of BM infiltrations by indolent B-cell lymphomas.  相似文献

Staging biopsies of the bone marrow in lymphoma patients are among the most important indications and therefore of substantial practical importance. Occasionally it is the only organ infiltrated, and therefore a bone marrow biopsy is the prime diagnostic choice in cases of leukemic lymphomas. A synoptical diagnostic approach relying on immunophenotypic as well as on molecular biological criteria aside from histomorphology (cytomorphology), is of utmost importance for the subtyping of malignant lymphomas. This too can be done reliably on bone marrow biopsies, as comparative studies have yielded a concordance rate of more than 90% with lymphoma typing on corresponding lymph nodes. Cytology and the pattern of infiltrates, (i.e. diffuse, interstitial, nodular peritrabecular and intrasinusoidal), in combination with immunological phenotyping are the mainstays for subtyping, giving clear-cut decisions in most cases of small B-cell lymphoma, mantle zone as well as marginal cell and follicular lymphomas and hairy cell leukemia. Among the blastic variants the most important are the lymphoblastic lymphomas of either B- or T-cell type which have to be discerned from AML and the so-called blastoid mantle cell lymphomas. T-cell lymphomas are rare compared to B-cell lymphomas. Among the rarely seen T-cell neoplasias the lymphoma of large granular lymphocytes is the dominating lymphoma, which in most cases can only be diagnosed reliably by molecular biological means, followed by T-CLL, Sezary's syndrome and hepatosplenic chi delta lymphoma.  相似文献

We analyzed one autopsy case and two biopsy cases of primary (hepato-)splenic lymphoma, diagnosed in numerous trephine bone marrow, spleen and liver biopsies. It is a distinctive "new" type of a rare T-cell lymphoma characterized usually by rearrangement of gamma delta chains of T-cell receptor. Morphologically, the lymphoma is composed of a cytologically monotonous proliferation of small to medium sized lymphocytes, with diagnostically characteristic intrasinusoidal spread in the bone marrow, spleen and liver. The involvement of the lymph nodes is always absent. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells expressed constant CD3 positivity and negativity for B- and myelomonocytic antigens, together with an inconstant coexpression of CD43 and CD45RO. In contrast to other and more common primary B-cell splenic lymphomas, its biological behaviour is more aggressive.  相似文献

The distinction between mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and other small B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL) is important because MCL has a more aggressive clinical course. In bone marrow (BM) biopsy specimens, this distinction can be particularly difficult. Although cyclin D1 immunostaining and molecular detection of the t(11;14) translocation are highly specific markers for MCL, they fail to detect a proportion of cases. We have recently described that MCL typically lacks detectable expression of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p27(kip1) protein by immunostaining, which is expressed at high levels in most small B-cell NHL inversely correlated to the proliferation rate. We therefore examined whether p27(kip1) immunostaining could be a useful adjunct for the differential diagnosis of small B-cell NHL infiltrates in the BM. Trephine BM biopsy specimens of 96 patients, including well-characterized MCL (19 cases), B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (27 cases), follicular lymphoma (18 cases), hairy cell leukemia (22 cases), and marginal zone lymphoma (10 cases) as well as 10 reactive BM, including five with benign lymphoid aggregates were investigated. In addition, the presence of a t(11;14) translocation involving the major translocation cluster was studied by PCR in all MCL. All cases of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, follicular lymphoma, and marginal zone lymphoma revealed a strong p27(kip1) nuclear staining in the majority of neoplastic cells. Fourteen (78%) cases of MCL were p27(kip1)-negative in the tumor cells, whereas four cases revealed a weak nuclear positivity. Seventeen (77%) cases of hairy cell leukemia were also either completely negative for p27(kip1) or showed a faint positive staining in a minority of the neoplastic cells. Nine of 19 cases (47%) of MCL showed a bcl1 rearrangement involving the major translocation cluster region. These findings demonstrate that p27(kip1) immunostaining is a valuable additional marker for the differential diagnosis of small B-cell NHL infiltrates in BM biopsies. The reduction or lack of p27(kip1) protein expression in MCL, as well as in hairy cell leukemia, might be an important event in the pathogenesis of these disorders.  相似文献

Aggressive B-cell lymphomas present as a heterogeneous spectrum of disease. A primary diagnosis in the bone marrow (BM) may be challenging in terms of diagnostic classification and clinical handling, owing to limited architectural information. Aggressive B-cell lymphomas can be subdivided into entities that typically present primarily in the BM, and cases with BM involvement in which the bulk of disease is present in other organs. One main topic at the 2018 BM workshop of the European Association of Haematopathology/Society of Hematopathology was therefore aggressive B-cell lymphomas with a primary BM presentation. The spectrum of cases submitted to this topic gave a good overview of commonly encountered problems, as well as unusual manifestations, and highlighted areas of imprecise disease definitions and diagnostic grey zones. The categories submitted to the workshop included cases of Burkitt lymphoma (BL) with unusual features, high-grade B-cell lymphomas (HG-BCLs) with and without so-called double/triple-hit, and diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCLs) with a primary BM presentation. Areas of difficulties included the morphological boundaries of HG-BCL not otherwise specified, cases with MYC and bcl-2 or bcl-6 translocations and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) expression, which were categorised as B-cell lymphoblastic leukaemia/lymphoma if most cells showed TdT positivity, and the clinicopathological overlap between intravascular large B-cell lymphoma, CD5-positive DLBCL, and DLBCL with primary presentations in the BM, spleen, and liver. This review summarises our understanding of the main aggressive B-cell lymphoma categories with a common primary BM presentation and potential problem areas, and makes suggestions for the immunophenotypic and genetic work-up, illustrated by the interesting and challenging cases submitted to the workshop.  相似文献

Splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL) is a low-grade lymphoma showing a rather nonspecific immunophenotype. Gene expression profiling studies suggested that TCL1A could be a marker of SMZL, but reported data are conflicting. We evaluated TCL1A expression in a series of spleen and bone marrow samples involved by SMZL and correlated the findings with other immunophenotypical, morphological, and clinical data. In addition, we evaluated the expression of TCL1A in a series of spleens and lymph nodes involved by lymphomas that might mimic SMZL (13 nodal marginal zone lymphomas (NMZL), 39 follicular lymphomas (FL), 30 B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias (B-CLL), 31 mantle cell lymphomas (MCL), 1 lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma) and 15 bone marrow specimens involving hairy cell leukemia (HCL). TCL1A staining was negative in 24/31 cases of SMZL (77?%); 27/31 MCL and all B-CLL were positive for TCL1A; 32/34 cases of nodal FL (96?%) and all five splenic FL were positive for TCL1A, although at a lower intensity. Eight of 13 NMZL were positive for TCL1A, often showing a heterogeneous staining pattern. All HCL samples were strongly positive for TCL1A. No correlation was found between the pattern of splenic infiltration, TCL1A expression, and the clinical course. TCL1A-positive SMZL showed a higher rate of DBA44 staining compared to the negative ones, and this difference was statistically significant (Fisher test, single-tailed, p?=?0.0397). Our data support the use of TCL1A in the panel of diagnostic markers used in the differential diagnosis of splenic low-grade B-cell lymphoma; a possible prognostic value, however, needs a larger series to be established.  相似文献

The expression of bcl-2, CD10, and CD20 was examined by multicolor flow cytometry in 78 samples including lymph node or other tissue biopsy specimens containing follicular lymphoma (FL; n = 17), reactive hyperplasia (RH; n = 28), or other malignant lymphomas (n = 20), as well as bone marrow aspirates (n = 13). The presence of CD10+ cells with high bcl-2 expression predicted the presence of FL rather than RH with a positive predictive value of 100% and negative predictive value of 96%. CD10+ cells with high bcl-2 expression also were found in a subset of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas and were otherwise rare in other types of malignant lymphoma. In contrast with immunohistochemical studies, a reduced but apparently measurable level of bcl-2 was present in benign follicular center cells. Hematogones showed lower bcl-2 levels than did FL cells in the bone marrow, and neutrophils were bcl-2-. Measurement of bcl-2 expression levels by multiparameter flow cytometry offers a rapid, quantitative assessment that may assist in the diagnosis of FL in lymph nodes or bone marrow, even when other CD10+ cells or admixed normal B cells are present.  相似文献

CONTEXT: Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and its leukemic phase, constitute a well-studied hematologic malignancy with known overall survival, prognostic indicators, morphologic findings at diagnosis and in bone marrow, and known incidence of the bcl-1 immunoglobulin gene rearrangement. Large cell variants of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia with a mantle cell immunophenotype (CD5+, CD23-), including but not limited to blastic MCL, prolymphocytoid MCL, blastic mantle cell leukemia, and prolymphocytic mantle cell leukemia, are not as well characterized. Although blastic MCL is known to be associated with a shorter overall survival than conventional MCL, the large cell variants of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia with a mantle cell immunophenotype have not been described as fully as conventional MCL. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the present study was to describe the large cell variants of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia with a mantle cell immunophenotype. DESIGN: Nineteen cases of large cell variants of CD5+, CD23- B-cell lymphoma/leukemia are reviewed and described in regard to morphology, bone marrow morphological findings, Cyclin D1 immunostaining, and bcl-1 analysis. Clinical data were not available owing to the varied clinical sources of the specimens. SETTING: Tertiary-care academic institution. RESULTS: Lymph node involvement in blastic CD5+, CD23- B-cell lymphoma was diffuse (100%) with a nodular component (33%) or focal mantle zone pattern (10%). Bone marrow involvement in blastic CD5+, CD23- B-cell lymphoma was seen in only 27% of cases and was composed predominantly of small, slightly irregular lymphocytes. Cyclin D1 was demonstrated in 60% of the 15 cases analyzed and more sensitive in B5-fixed tissue. Bcl-1 (performed in 5 cases) was not detected in the 4 cases of blastic CD5+, CD23- B-cell lymphoma analyzed and was detected in the case of the prolymphocytoid MCL. Cyclin D1 was demonstrated in all 4 bcl-1 negative cases and was negative in the bcl-1 positive prolymphocytoid MCL. CONCLUSION: Careful analysis of clinical data, morphology, immunophenotype, Cyclin D1 expression, and molecular analysis are required to differentiate the unusual large cell variants of MCL from other processes.  相似文献

We compared the morphologic findings of different types of marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (MZL) involving the bone marrow (BM), including 18 splenic (SMZL), 6 extranodal (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma), and 6 nodal cases. The median percentage of BM involvement was 15%, and multiple overlapping patterns of infiltration were observed in all MZL types. The most frequent patterns were nodular (87%) and interstitial (63%). A focal sinusoidal pattern of involvement was found in one third of SMZLs and rarely in MALT lymphoma. Germinal centers (GCs) were uncommon in routinely stained BM biopsy sections and were observed only in SMZL. However, antibodies specific for CD21 and CD23 highlighted follicular dendritic cells in most MZLs of all types. MZLs cannot be distinguished from each other by examining BM sections alone. However, a sinusoidal pattern or presence of GCs is suggestive of SMZL. Furthermore, correlation with the CBC count can further enhance the reliability of diagnosing SMZL.  相似文献

Characteristically, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) expresses surface immunoglobulin (sIg), CD19, CD20, and CD5 and lacks CD10 and CD23. Rare CD5-MCL variants have been described. This report describes a case of leukemic MCL with morphologically and immunophenotypically distinct classic MCL and blastoid-variant MCL (BV-MCL) components. The classic MCL had typical morphologic features and immunophenotype (kappa sIg light chain-restricted and CD5+; CD10- and CD23-). The BV-MCL had larger nuclei and open chromatin; these cells also were kappa sIg light chain-restricted; however, they were CD10+ and CD5-. Fluorescence in situ hybridization studies demonstrated cyclin D1-immunoglobulin heavy chain gene fusion in both components; the bone marrow biopsy cellularity was replaced by CD10+ and cyclin D1+ and CD5-BV-MCL. This case illustrates the phenotypic heterogeneity of MCL and underscores the need for histopathologic correlation and, in some instances, ancillary genetic studies to accurately classify B-cell lymphomas.  相似文献

Hairy cell leukemia variant (HCL-V) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder. We report a case of HCL-V with an intrasinusoidal pattern of bone marrow involvement without interstitial or diffuse infiltration that is typical of HCL and its variant. The peripheral blood and bone marrow aspirates demonstrated abnormal lymphoid cells with cytoplasmic projections that were weakly positive for tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase cytochemical staining. Immunostaining of the bone marrow biopsy specimen showed that these cells were strongly positive for CD20, located within bone marrow sinusoids, and weakly positive for DBA44. By flow cytometry, these cells were positive for CD19, CD20, CD11c, and CD103, exhibited lambda light chain restriction, and were negative for CD25. The patient was initially diagnosed as having splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes (SLVL) or splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL) (World Health Organization designation) and treated with fludarabine followed by splenectomy with simultaneous liver biopsy. The pathologic analysis of the spleen revealed infiltration of red pulp by the critical cells without white pulp involvement, which is characteristic of HCL and HCL-V but not of SLVL (SMZL). This case illustrates an atypical marrow presentation of HCL-V and emphasizes the need to correlate all clinical and pathologic data, including tissue biopsy, in reaching a diagnosis.  相似文献

A case of malignant lymphoma showing in a lymph node the characteristic morphologic features of the so-called monocytoid B-cell lymphoma (MBCL) is described. This case differs from the reported cases in the literature because atypical cells were observed in the bone marrow biopsy and marrow and peripheral blood smears that were obtained from the patient, a 61-year-old man, during the staging procedures. Lymphocyte surface marker studies on peripheral blood by flow cytometry and DNA analysis revealed a monoclonal population of lambda-positive lymphocytes. The immunophenotype of MBCL cells was studied both in paraffin-embedded lymph node sections by immunoperoxidase method and in peripheral blood by flow cytometric analysis; the cells expressed the SIg with lambda light chain restriction and the HLA-DR antigen; they also had positive results for B-cell-associated antigens, including LN1, LN2, CD 20, CD 22, CD 19, CD 9 but not CD 21, CD 24, and CD 10, T-cell-associated antigens and monocytic markers. In addition, they had negative results for CD 25, CD 38, PCA-1. This report emphasizes that in MBCL, peripheral and marrow involvement may occur at presentation analogous to other low-grade B-cell lymphomas. The immunophenotypic characteristics of MBCL cells, though not pathognomonic, are considered to be helpful in differentiating them from circulating cells of other B-cell lymphomas.  相似文献
