目的建立"小时制"弹性排班模式并在相关科室进行试点,比较传统排班模式与"小时制"弹性排班模式对护士工作家庭冲突的差异,并分析其原因。方法采用工作家庭冲突量表,分别对相关试点科室在传统排班模式实施时和"小时制"弹性排班模式实施2个月后进行测评,并将测评结果进行统计分析。结果传统排班模式对护士工作家庭冲突较"小时制"弹性排班模式对护士工作家庭冲突严重,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);传统排班模式中,护士一起居住的家人越多、家中老人照顾的越多,护士工作家庭冲突越严重(P0.05),而"小时制"弹性排班模式中,一起居住的家人数和家中老人照顾数对护士工作家庭冲突并无影响(P0.05)。结论 "小时制"弹性排班模式能降低护士工作与家庭间的冲突。  相似文献

目的:探讨拓展Excel软件的功能,改进制作护士排班表的方法,科学合理地安排护理人力资源,提高护理管理者工作效率。方法:施行弹性排班,应用Excel软件的计算功能自动计算休假,检验排班结果,按月计算工作量。结果:新的排班表符合弹性排班原则,提高了办公信息化程度,避免了护理管理者手工计算休假和统计护士工作量,提高排班质量。结论:新的排班表适合护理工作按需配置人力的要求,有利于护理人力资源合理分配,操作简单快捷,提高管理工作质量,适合医院绩效考核工作开展。  相似文献

目的分析护士排班的满意度及其影响因素。方法 2011年10月,采用便利抽样法选择鼓楼医院1138名护理人员为研究对象,采用自制的护士一般情况调查表、排班满意情况调查表及积蓄性疲软症状量表对其进行调查,并分析影响护士对排班满意度的因素。结果护士对排班情况非常满意235名,占20.65%;满意488名,占51.67%;一般271名,占23.81%;不满意32名,占2.81%;非常不满意12名,占1.05%。在1138名护士中,疲劳发生率为80.14%,其中有慢性症状者最多,为739名,占64.94%。影响护士排班满意度的因素主要有护士疲劳度、护士人数是否充足、排班能否做到护士能力搭配、排班能否做到护士性格搭配、排班能否满足护士的个人意愿、各护士班次的轮换是否公平、各护士法定节假日休假次数是否公平等(均P0.05)。结论护士排班需根据患者需要、互补增值、公平公正、稳定机动、弹性、人性化的原则,建立信息化电子排班系统,科学配置人力资源,从而提高护士对排班的满意度,为患者提供更好地服务。  相似文献

目的探讨传统排班模式与连续排班模式对护士职业倦怠的影响。方法采用Maslach职业倦怠量表修订版对100名由传统排班模式过渡到连续性排班模式的护士进行调查,对其过渡前后职业倦怠情况进行对比分析。结果实行连续性排班模式后,护士的职业倦怠较之前的传统排班模式有很大的改善,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论连续性排班模式缓解了护士的职业倦怠感,提高了护士的工作积极性,进而提高了护理服务质量,增强了患者满意度。  相似文献

目的 探讨连续性排班在护理质量管理的应用效果评价.方法 比较APN连续性排班实施前后1年责任护士对患者相关疾病知识比较、患者对疾病相关知识知晓率、护理不良事件发生情况、患者及医生对护理服务满意度、护理质量的变化.结果 实施APN连续性排班后,责任护士对患者相关疾病知识的掌握、患者对疾病相关知识知晓率、患者及医生对护理服务满意度均高于传统排班(P<0.01),护理质量均较实施前明显提高,护理不良事件发生情况低于实施前(P<0.05).结论 APN连续性排班模式能使责任护士熟练掌握患者病情、减少护理不良事件发生,有效提高患者对相关疾病知识的知晓率、护理工作的满意度,提升了护理质量.  相似文献

对护士APN排班方式满意度的调查   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的了解护士对APN排班方式的满意度,初步探讨APN排班方式对护士工作及其个人和家庭的影响。方法采用自行设计的护士排班满意度调查问卷以不记名自填式问卷调查法,调查2个科室共51名执业护士对APN排班方式的满意度。经测定,问卷的Cronbach’S&系数为0.724。结果已婚、本科学历的护士对APN排班方式满意度分别为69.57%、88.89%,高于未婚、专科学历的39.29%和47.62%,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.647,5.098;P均〈0.05)。护士认为APN排班方式使护士之间合作性增加,护患交流机会增多,业余可利用时间增加,夜班心理压力减轻。结论护士对APN排班的满意度较高,较之传统的排班方式,APN排班考虑了轮班工作对护士自身健康、家庭生活及业余学习的影响,更加人件化、科举化。  相似文献

In this study the problems of implementing a sister/charge nurse development course are identified, and the impact of the course on its members and their practice is examined. The sample consisted of 22 newly promoted sisters and the data were collected through individual interviews and questionnaires. It was found that many of the problems of implementation related to lack of resources and management support and a working climate which was not conducive to motivating them to take an interest in their professional development. As a result, the course members' initial apathy, disillusionment, low morale and general dissatisfaction with their job and the profession were not altered as a result of the course. There were also strong criticisms of the health authority as uncaring and an exploiter of staff goodwill. The implications of these findings are discussed and an alternative approach to continuing nurse education is suggested.  相似文献

For many years student nurses were trained in a more disciplined approach with considerable time allocated to working in the hospital environment and specified times allowed for gaining theoretical knowledge throughout their formal training. Nurses therefore gained a tremendous amount of experience and competency in their practical skills. With the introduction of more specialized equipment and technology it was now desirable to improve the professional status of nurses and nursing education. The introduction of university trained nurses has been met with much criticism. Student nurses are now being empowered and informed with theoretical knowledge from many health disciplines that allows them to use a holistic approach to patient care. The changes to nurse education were hoped to improve the professional status of nurses although this transition has not been without problems. Experienced nurses who are already working in stressful conditions with continuous staff shortages and poor recognition of service see the student nurse sometimes as an extra hindrance to their already increasing workload. Student nurses are theoretically competent but lack the clinical expertise and experience to complement this knowledge which can also add to the professional pressure that experience nurses encounter. Most nurses would like to see themselves, as promoters of nursing but are frustrated and disillusioned with their profession. It would seem then that student nurses as a result of this dissatisfaction are often devoured by some nurses instead of being encouraged and nurtured in their enthusiasm for nursing.  相似文献

对于护士排班这一复杂问题,没有一种单一的模型是适用的,即使在同一科室中,一个模型的目标功能和限制条件在不同时期也会有很大的不同。作者提出了一种有着不同可变系数的综合模型。该综合模型中的3个分模型分别起到不同的作用。不同排班者可以通过适当改变参数使偏离变量最小化和改变优先因子的次序,致使综合模型适应环境因素的变化。该护士弹性排班决策支持系统是一种比较理想的护士排班解决方法。  相似文献

There is a mismatch between demand (too much) and supply (not enough). Traditional methods such as recruiting, hiring, flexible scheduling, and retention bonuses won’t solve the problem. We address transforming nursing tasks—identifying tasks best suited for people or technology as well as remodeling the work of the nurse to run in tandem with technology. By telephoning a healthcare call centre, individuals in Sweden can consult a nurse to discuss medical problems and health care accessibility, and to receive professional information on how to find their way about the health care system. The aim of the study was to identify problems, difficulties and disadvantages that telephone nurses with varying degrees of experience had met during their professional careers. The Delphi technique was used with three sets of questionnaires. Twenty-five nurses with varying experience of working with telephone advice from six 24-hours call centres participated in the study. The response rate was 100%. An open-ended question generated 154 statements. Comments were categorized into 24 different problem categories. Ten problem categories were mainly related to the nurse perspective, i.e. the problems experienced were associated with the qualities of the nurse, eight principally to the patient perspective, i.e. problems associated with caller characteristics and six mostly to the organizational perspective, i.e. problems linked to the organization of the national health service. 'Lack of health care resources' was rated as the biggest problem, 'second-hand consultations' as the second and 'always making a decision' as the third biggest problem. Decision-making seems to be the core of telephone advice nursing and problems related to the nurses, patients and organization seem to influence the telephone nurses' working situation. Training should focus on active listening and handling social conflicts.  相似文献

This is Part 1 of two articles demonstrating the relevance of business ethics to nurse administrators as they confront value-laden issues such as the advantages and disadvantages of 10-12-hour scheduling patterns, understaffing, emerging registered nurse partnerships, and other administrative problems. Common-sense ethics can serve as the basis of just administrative decisions. The authors present a model of preparatory attitudes and behaviors. The steps that they propose do not guarantee success, but if implemented, they may facilitate the nurse administrator's management of diverse ethical issues.  相似文献

U.S. nursing is in trouble. These numerous and multidimensional troubles include general job dissatisfaction, low morale, a severe nurse shortage, a high turnover rate, and a rapid cost increase. A brief study of the healthcare industry in other industrialized nations revealed that those nations do not face the same problems or at least their problems are not as severe. More specifically, the Japanese nursing industry has no shortage. This article addresses some of the United State's nursing problems and presents some solutions from World Class Service concepts to those problems. The concepts of flexible scheduling, simplification of processes and standardization, on-the-job training, employee involvement, and team building are discussed in the context of World Class Nursing. Finally, the importance of regarding all of the above mentioned concepts as an integral part of healthcare improvement efforts is emphasized.  相似文献
