目的观察不同喂养方式对婴儿缺铁性贫血的影响。方法母乳喂养组55例,婴儿出生后4个月内给予纯母乳喂养;混合喂养组137例,出生后即给予混合喂养。观察两组婴儿4个月6、个月、8个月时缺铁性贫血发生率。结果 4月龄时混合喂养组婴儿缺铁性贫血检出率为48.9%(67/137),明显高于纯母乳喂养组的32.7%(18/55),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组6个月、8个月时缺铁性贫血发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 4~6个月婴儿纯母乳喂养可减少缺铁性贫血发生率,适时、适量、合理添加辅食是减少缺铁性贫血的有力措施。  相似文献

目的了解6月~2岁婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的患病率以及6~12月龄的婴儿缺铁性贫血患病率与辅食添加时间的关系。方法选自2005年1月~2005年12月在我院儿童保健门诊接受系统管理的6月~2岁健康婴幼儿1560名,采用日本产F-800血球记数仪取左手无名指末梢血进行测定。结果缺铁性贫血患病率为13.78%,在3个年龄组中以6~12月龄的婴儿患病率最高,为20.98%,其中在4~6个月龄未及时添加辅食组患病率为49.68%。结论降低缺铁性贫血的患病率在于早期干预,在婴儿3个月开始宣传辅食添加知识,4~6个月时询问辅食添加情况并结合生长发育情况给予指导,每半年测定血红蛋白1次,发现贫血及时治疗。  相似文献

目的 探讨不同喂养方式与婴儿缺铁性贫血的关系.方法 对定期随访6~10个月婴儿进行喂养方式调查及血红蛋白测定,贫血诊断标准依据卫生部制定的《小儿四炳防治方案》,血红蛋白<110 g·L-1为缺铁性贫血.结果 缺铁性贫血患病率:人工喂养儿最高为43.8%,混合喂养儿为30.2%,母乳喂养儿为19.6%.结论 宣传推动母乳喂养,提高母乳喂养率,能有效地降低缺铁性贫血的发生.  相似文献

目的为更进一步了解引起小儿贫血的相关因素,实施积极有效措施防治小儿贫血,保障婴儿的健康成长。方法根据来我院进行系统保健的6个月-3周岁婴儿1322名,其中母乳喂养1180名,人工喂养47名,混合喂养95名,贫血患病率进行分析。结果母乳喂养组贫血患病率为55.08%,明显低于人工喂养组贫血患病率78.72%。和混合喂养组贫血患病率77.89%。及时常添加辅食组贫血患病率41.98%,又明显低于及时不常添加辅食组贫血患病率59.59%。和不添加辅食组贫血患病率78.46%,差异有显著意义。结论不同喂养方式和能否及时常添加辅食,对小儿贫血有着不同影响,因此,在保健过程采取相应对策,对预防小儿贫血将取得积极作用。  相似文献

对326名2岁以下婴幼儿进行了调查分析,认为小儿营养性贫血以6~24个月为高发年龄,母乳喂养儿的患病率明显低于人工喂养儿,提示母乳喂养可降低贫血的患病率,有利于婴儿的生长发育,但12个月以后母乳喂养的贫血患病率有明显上升的趋势,因此认为要在大力提倡母乳喂养的同时应强调无论母乳喂养或人工喂养都应及早添加辅食,防止小儿营养性贫血的发生。  相似文献

目的:分析农村县城镇1岁内婴儿缺铁性贫血的现状及相关因素。方法:参加健康体检的婴儿在6个月、12个月时分别检测血红蛋白,采用氰化高铁蛋白法测定血红蛋白,并询问调查其喂养及患病等情况。结论:县城1岁内的贫血患病率为13.67%;6个月龄组的贫血患病率高于12个月龄组;喂养不当、患病、家人营养知识的缺乏是目前婴儿贫血的主要因素。宣传母乳喂养的好处,开展营养知识培训,合理添加辅食,在婴儿早期干预和防治缺铁性贫血。  相似文献

目的了解婴儿缺铁性贫血与不同喂养方式之间的关系,为婴儿科学喂养提供依据。方法选择2010年11月-2011年4月在我院儿童保健门诊体检的273例6个月健康婴儿,测定其末梢血血红蛋白,按喂养方式分为母乳喂养组105人,部分母乳喂养组86人,人工喂养组82人,比较这三组婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率。结果 6个月婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率母乳喂养为12.38%,混合喂养为2.32%,人工喂养1.19%。结论母乳喂养组婴儿较部分母乳喂养组婴儿及人工喂养组婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率高。  相似文献

Background Growth and development of infants has been an important topic in pediatrics for a long time. Infants must be provided with food containing all necessary nutrients. Breast milk is believed to be the most desirable natural and cheapest food for well-balanced nutrition. But with the progress in the development of substitute food in developed countries, it is thought that formula milk can meet the requirement for infant growth. During early infancy, growth, as the most sensitive index of health, is therefore a critical component in evaluating the adequacy of breast-feeding, mixed-feeding and formula feeding. Iron status is another important index of infant health. Iron deficiency anemia remains the most prevalent nutritional deficiency index in infants worldwide. This study is to compare infants in Beijing at 4 months who are on three different feeding modes (breast feeding, mixed feeding and formula feeding) in physical changes and iron status. The results may provide new mothers with support in feeding mode selection, which will also be helpful to the China Nutrition Association in feeding mode education. Methods This is a cohort study. One thousand and one normal Beijing infants were followed regularly for 12 months. Body weight and horizontal length were measured. Hemoglobin, red blood cell counts, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin and serum iron were analyzed at 4 months. Results The breast feeding percentage in the first 4 months was 47.9%. The feeding mode was not significantly related to maternal delivery age, education, labor pathway nor infant sex (P 〉0.05). Infant boys and girls exclusively breast-fed from 0 to 4 months had the highest weight at 0-6 months. The anemia rate of breast-fed infant boys at 4 months was the highest. Conclusions Breast feeding should be given more emphasis. It is compulsory for new mothers to breast-feed their infants if possible. This cross-sectional study was designed to determine the prevalence of iron deficiency among a group of infants (6 to 11.9 months) and toddlers (12 to 24 months) and to examine the relationship between dietary intake and iron status. Participants were recruited from WIC clinics in counties where the prevalence of anemia was high (>10%). Twenty-four hour recalls were used to determine dietary intake. Blood was analyzed for iron studies. Dietary factors were examined for their association with iron status using logistic regression analysis. No infants were iron deficient, but 12/39 (31%) toddlers were found to be iron deficient. Ferritin was significantly higher in infants compared to toddlers (44.2 microg/L v. 19.2 microg/L, p<0.001). Milk and calcium intakes were inversely associated with iron status. Each additional serving of meat increased the odds of normal iron status by about 30%. Meat intake may help to prevent iron deficiency during the transition to table foods.  相似文献

目的 分析健康教育护理措施对妊娠期缺铁性贫血的干预效果.方法 将100例缺铁性贫血孕妇分为两组,对照组50例给予常规治疗,观察组50例在抗贫血治疗的同时采用多种形式的健康教育方法指导.对入选者在整个孕期持续观察随访了解贫血恢复情况,评价健康教育干预效果.结果 观察组孕妇对缺铁性贫血病因、危害等疾病相关知识了解情况、用药依从性、合理膳食方面明显高于对照组(P<0.05).经健康教育干预后观察组贫血孕妇恢复情况较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、网织红细胞、红细胞平均血红蛋白均显著高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组以上指标有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 健康教育干预可以提高孕妇自我保健意识,增加对孕期补充铁剂的依从性,使患缺铁性贫血的孕妇得到科学合理的治疗和管理,达到理想的治疗效果,是防治孕妇缺铁性贫血行之有效的可靠方法.  相似文献

目的探讨乳酸亚铁胶囊治疗孕晚期缺铁性贫血的有效性与安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月在上饶市妇幼保健院与广丰区妇幼保健院门诊产检诊断为缺铁性贫血的孕晚期孕妇288例,随机分为两组,各144例。对照组口服生血宝合剂治疗,研究组口服乳酸亚铁胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗后15、30 d的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后15、30 d,研究组血红蛋白改善率分别为31.94%和15.28%,均明显高于对照组的7.64%和3.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后15、30 d,研究组血红蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论乳酸亚铁胶囊治疗孕晚期缺铁性贫血效果好,且安全性较高,值得临床推广运用。  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To determine the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia among 1-year-old infants of disadvantaged families in Montreal as well as certain predictors of this condition. DESIGN: Cohort study. SETTING: Five poorest health districts in Montreal. PARTICIPANTS: Infants 10 to 14 months of age were identified from registration lists of births from May 1988 to August 1989. Those whose mother had less than 11 years of schooling and a family income below the government-defined low-income cutoff point were eligible. INTERVENTION: During a home visit capillary blood samples were obtained from the child, and the mother answered a questionnaire about infant-feeding practices. Infants with a serum ferritin level of 10 micrograms/L or less and either a hemoglobin level of 115 g/L or less or a mean corpuscular volume of 72 fL or less were considered as having iron deficiency anemia. RESULTS: Of the 299 mothers who were eligible and could be located 220 (74%) agreed to participate; 218 blood samples were available. Iron deficiency anemia was found in 25% of the infants (95% confidence interval [CI] 19% to 31%). The mean hemoglobin level was 115 (standard deviation 11) g/L. The serum ferritin level, assessed routinely in the last 62 infants, was 10 micrograms/L or less in 37% of the infants. The factors that were found to be predictors of iron deficiency anemia included the use of whole cow's milk before 6 months of age (odds ratio [OR] 3.56 [95% CI 1.07 to 11.26]) and the use of iron-fortified infant cereal for less than 6 months (OR 3.15 [95% CI 1.25 to 7.96]). A low birth weight and the use of iron-fortified formula for less than 6 months were associated with iron deficiency anemia. CONCLUSIONS: Despite a decrease in the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia among children of disadvantaged families in the United States socioeconomically disadvantaged infants in Montreal are at risk. Preventive measures must be taken to ensure adequate iron status in the first year of life.  相似文献

目的观察不同时期开始补铁以预防轻度低出生体重儿缺铁性贫血的疗效及不良反应发生情况,为预防低出生体重儿缺铁性贫血提供参考。方法将207例轻度低出生体重儿按家长知情同意原则分为三个实验组(Ⅰ组从2周龄开始补充铁剂,Ⅱ组从4周龄开始补充铁剂,Ⅲ组从2个月龄开始补充铁剂)和1个对照组(Ⅳ组,不补充铁剂)。实验组补充铁剂2 mg·kg^-1·d^-1。分别于入组时、3个月龄、6个月龄时对各组患儿进行血细胞分析,比较各组的血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、平均红细胞容积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平和贫血患病率,并监测不良反应发生情况。结果Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组患儿的血红蛋白水平均明显比Ⅳ组高,贫血患病率均比Ⅳ组低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组血红蛋白水平和贫血患病率在早期(3个月龄时)均比Ⅲ组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但后期(6个月龄时)差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组血红蛋白水平和贫血患病率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);Ⅰ组不良反应最多。结论轻度低出生体重儿预防缺铁性贫血最好从4周龄开始补铁,过早会增加不良反应的发生率,过晚会增加缺铁性贫血的患病率。  相似文献

目的 :了解昆明城区及大理农村 7月~ 7岁儿童目前的铁缺乏水平 ,进一步展开对儿童铁缺乏症的防治 ,降低儿童营养性缺铁性贫血的患病率 .方法 :采用抽样调查的方法对两地 7月~ 7岁儿童共 96 9名进行血清铁蛋白 (SF)、锌原卟啉 (ZPP)、血红蛋白 (Hb)实验室检查 .结果 :7月~ 7岁儿童的总铁缺乏检出率为 2 5 1% ,铁减少检出率为 19 0 % ,贫血患病率为 6 1% ;男女童患病率在 1岁以前差别较大 ,1岁以后差别不明显 ;各年龄组患病率以 7月~ 1岁组最高 ;早产儿、低出生体重儿童患病率相对较高 ;铁缺乏的儿童营养不良的患病率高于正常儿童 .结论 :儿童缺铁性贫血仍要引起重视 .在防治中要抓重点人群 ,除改变膳食结构和饮食习惯 ,对目标人群要适当补充铁剂预防  相似文献

目的了解该地区6月龄婴儿贫血患病情况,探讨不同喂养方式与6月龄婴儿贫血的关系,为预防贫血、合理喂养提供研究基础。方法对2011年1月—2013年10月在该院儿童保健门诊生长监测的6月龄婴儿做全面的体格检查,并对喂养方式进行调查,进行血常规检测。结果该次调查6月龄婴儿1491例:男婴778例占52.2%、女婴713例占47.8%:贫血患病率为19.9%;纯母乳喂养组贫血患病率为32.1%,高于混合喂养组(21.6%)和人工喂养组(11.6%),差异有统计学意义。结论加强妊娠期妇女健康管理,指导婴儿家长在婴儿4-6月时适时、适量添加含铁丰富的辅食以预防贫血。  相似文献

A joint survey of infant-feeding practices that was carried out in Western Australia and Tasmania in 1984-1985 showed a continuing trend back to breast-feeding in both States. In Western Australia and Tasmania, 86% and 81% of mothers, respectively, were breast-feeding their babies on hospital discharge. Forty-five per cent of all mothers were still breast-feeding at six months. The social rank of the family had a significant effect on both the prevalence of breast-feeding and on the length of lactation: more mothers in the higher social groups breast-fed their infants, and for longer periods than did mothers of lower social groups. Few infants were introduced to solid foods before three months of age; however, solid and non-milk foods were introduced earlier to infants who were fed artificially than those who were breast-fed.  相似文献

目的分析儿童缺铁性贫血(iron deficiency anemia,IDA)的病因、临床和实验室特点。方法对114例儿童IDA的病因、临床表现和实验室资料进行分析。结果IDA中婴幼儿占76.31%,农村儿童58.77%,城市儿童41.23%。母乳喂养但未按时添加辅食者64.04%,人工喂养(配方奶粉)、混合喂养者分别占14.91%和21.05%。多数患儿有面色苍白、肝脾轻度肿大、骨髓有核红细胞增生活跃,外周血检查显示小细胞低色素贫血、血清铁、运铁蛋白饱和度异常率分别为95.37%和100%。合并感染者63.83%。结论IDA好发于婴幼儿,农村儿童较城市儿童多见,母乳喂养但未按时添加辅食者较人工喂养、混合喂养者患病率高。IDA婴幼儿髓外造血多见,合并感染者多见且贫血程度较重。血清铁、运铁蛋白饱和度降低是诊断IDA最可靠的指标。  相似文献
