3种根充糊剂根尖封闭性能的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

目的评价3种根充糊剂的根尖封闭能力。方法30颗离体单根管前牙随机分为国产根充糊剂、Vitapex糊剂和AHPlus糊剂3组,每组10颗,分别用加牙胶尖以冷侧压法充填根管,用染料渗透法和透明标本法在立体显微镜下测量根尖微渗漏。结果3组根尖微渗漏的均值分别为:国产根充糊剂组(2.555±1.129)mm,Vitapex糊剂组(1.212±0.625)mm,AH Plus糊剂组(0.919±0.427)mm,3组间差异有显著性(P<0.01),Vitapex组和AH Plus组的微渗漏无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论Vi-tapex糊剂和AH Plus糊剂的根尖封闭性能均优于国产根充糊剂。  相似文献

目的:对AH Plus,Vitapex及Cortisomol糊剂在一次性根管治疗术后,对疼痛及远期疗效评价。方法:180颗患牙随机分为三组,分别以AH Plus,Vitapex和Cortisomol糊剂配合牙胶尖充填根管,对术后1周、3、6、12个月的疼痛及远期疗效进行评估。结果:术后1周随访,AH Plus、Cortisomol糊剂与Vitapex疼痛发生率有显著性差异,前两者之间无显著性差异;经3、6、12个月复查,在根尖周炎病例的治疗中,Vitapex与AH Plus和Cortisomol糊剂远期愈合率有显著性差异,后两者之间无显著性差异。结论:AH Plus和Cortisomol糊剂对一次性根管治疗术后疼痛的缓解有较好的效果,而Vitapex糊剂在促进根尖周组织的愈合方面,更具有优越性。  相似文献

目的:比较透明牙技术和染料溶解法评价根尖微渗漏的一致性.方法:选取人单根管牙49颗,随机分为A、B、C 3个实验组各15颗牙和2个对照组各2颗牙.根管预备后,实验组分别采用AH Plus(A组)、Cortisomol(B组)、氧化锌丁香油糊剂(C组)3种根管充填糊剂联合牙胶进行根管充填,阳性对照组采用单一牙胶尖进行充填;充填后,阳性对照组和实验组均将根尖孔区(根尖孔周围2mm范围)以外的牙体表面涂布2层指甲油.阴性对照组采用牙胶尖加AH Plus糊剂进行根管充填,充填后整个牙体表面涂布2层指甲油.将所有实验样本染色,分别采用透明牙技术和染料溶解法进行根尖微渗漏评价,采用SPSS12.0软件包对结果进行统计学分析.根据数据情况,分别采用方差分析和秩和检验,分析2种方法的一致性.结果:2种评价根尖微渗漏的方法均显示,A组(AH Plus糊剂)根尖微渗漏较其他2个实验组小(P<0.05);B组(Cortisomol)、C组(氧化锌丁香油糊剂)根尖微渗漏无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:在染色法基础上,透明牙技术和染料溶解法进行根尖微渗漏的评价结果具有一致性.  相似文献

目的探讨Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效与氧化锌丁香性糊剂疗效观察。方法将255例根尖患牙随机分成2组。Vitapex实验组135例。根管内注入Vitapex糊剂后加牙胶尖致密充填;常规治疗组氧化锌丁香油糊剂 牙胶尖致密充填。结果治疗总有效率实验组91.85%,对照组82.5%。两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂在治疗慢性根尖周炎患牙疗效优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂  相似文献

目的 体外评价iRoot SP、AH Plus、Vitapex 3种根管糊剂的根尖封闭能力。方法  离体单根管恒牙45颗,随机分为3组,每组15颗;通过染色法微渗漏实验比较3种根管糊剂的根尖封闭能力,并通过扫描电镜观察根管壁与糊剂之间的结合特征。结果  iRoot SP与AH Plus组的微渗漏值较小且两者无统计学差异,Vitapex糊剂组的微渗漏值最大,与其他两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。扫描电镜下不同根管封闭剂与根管壁和牙胶间均观察到空隙存在。结论  iRoot SP和AH Plus的根管封闭性能较Vitapex糊剂更佳。  相似文献

目的 比较Cortisomol糊剂和Vitapex糊剂充填根管治疗根尖周炎的术后反应及临床疗效,以帮助临床医师进行根充材料的选择。方法 选择205例215颗根尖周炎患牙,随机分为实验组(Cortisomol组)110颗牙和对照组(Vitapex组)105颗牙。常规根管预备后,分别采用Cortisomol糊剂、Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管。观察术后1周内急症反应及2年的疗效。结果 二者1周内急症反应较轻,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后2年复查,实验组成功率为93.6%,对照组成功率为84.8%,实验组疗效明显高于对照组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 Cortisomol糊剂疗效优于Vitapex糊剂,是目前根管治疗中较为理想的一种永久性根管充填材料。  相似文献

目的:分析生物根管封闭剂iRoot SP在扁形根管根尖封闭中的性能,为临床工作提供指导.方法:取48颗根管的近远中径与颊舌径之比小于0.5的单根管离体前磨牙,根管预备后,随机分为A、B、C3组,每组各16颗.分别选用Vitapex (A组)、AH Plus(B组)、iRoot SP(C组)作为根管封闭剂,结合连续波热牙胶垂直充填技术进行根管充填.所有样本经根尖染料渗透实验,采用透明牙技术,比较3组离体牙微渗漏情况,评价iRoot SP在扁形根管根尖封闭中的性能.采用SPSS19.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析.结果:A组染料渗入深度显著大于B、C组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);B、C组染料渗入深度相比,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:iRoot SP和AH Plus在扁形形根管根尖封闭中的性能接近,效果优于Vitapex根管充填糊剂.  相似文献

目的 :比较氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖、Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖两种根管充填材料的短期疗效。方法 :131例门诊就诊患者的 16 1个患牙随机分为 2组 ,其中 82个牙用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填 ,79个牙用Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填 ,术后 3、6个月随访观察。结果 :术后 3个月复查 ,发现氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖组和Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖组的有效率分别为 80 .3%和 93.1% ,有显著统计学差异(P <0 .0 5 )。术后 6个月复查 ,发现氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖组和Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖组的有效率分别为82 %和 95 % ,也有显著统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Vitapex根管充填糊剂是一种短期疗效较好的根管充填材料  相似文献

Obtura Ⅱ注射式热熔牙胶根尖封闭性的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
目的:评价ObturaⅡ与不同根管糊剂联合根管充填的根尖封闭能力.方法:60颗单根管离体牙随机分为4组,采用ObturaⅡ注射式热熔牙胶进行根管充填,实验组分别以ZOE、Vitapex、AH Plus作为根管糊剂,对照组不使用糊剂.采用扫描电镜观察根管封闭性,染料渗透后用体视显微镜观测染料渗透长度.结果:扫描电镜观察发现热熔牙胶凝固后会发生体积收缩,糊剂能够弥补牙胶与根管壁之间的缝隙.染料渗透观察发现使用ZOE、Vitapex、AH Plus糊剂后染色线的长度分别为(2.45±0.41)mm、(1.94±0.58)mm和(1.75±0.84)mm,无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组为(4.03±1.57)mm,其单纯牙胶充填染料渗入根管的长度最长,与实验组间均有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:ObtumⅡ充填技术配合使用根管糊剂能显著降低根尖的微渗漏,但AH Plus、Vitapex和ZOE 3种糊剂之间的根尖封闭能力无差别.  相似文献

Abstract— Thc objective of the present study was to evaluate two different types of root canal sealers: AH Plus (an epoxy resin-based sealer) and Fill Canal (a zinc oxide-eugenol based sealer). A total of 34 root canals with vital pulp from dogs' premolars were used. After instrumentation, the root canals were filled with gutta-percha and AH Plus or gutta-percha and Fill Canal sealers using a classical technique of lateral condensation. After histological processing, the sections were stained with hematosylincosin or Mallory's trichrome stain. Inflammatory cells or areas of necrosis were not associated with AH Plus. Hard tissue formation apically to the material was observed in 14 specimens. The Fill Canal sealer presented an inflammatory response of moderate intensity in the periapical region, mainly adjacent to the material.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to evaluate the histopathologic response of periapical tissues after root canal treatment of necrotic dog teeth with chronic apical periodontitis by using 2 calcium hydroxide-based root canal dressings and 2 root canal sealers. STUDY DESIGN: Seventy-eight root canals were instrumented by using 5.25% sodium hypochlorite as the irrigating solution, after which a calcium hydroxide paste (Calen/PMCC or Calasept) was placed for 30 days as a dressing. The root canals were then filled by using cold lateral gutta-percha condensation and an endodontic sealer (Sealapex or AH Plus). After 360 days, the animals were killed by anesthetic overdose; then, the teeth were histologically prepared, sectioned, and stained with hematoxylin and eosin for optical microscopic analysis of apical and periapical tissue repair. RESULTS: Statistical analysis showed that the poorest histopathologic results were observed in the Calasept/AH Plus group and that the Sealapex sealer overall resulted in better apical repair than the AH Plus sealer. The histopathologic results of Calen/PMCC paste with both AH Plus and Sealapex and Calasept paste with only Sealapex were statistically similar but were different from the results of Calasept with AH Plus. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study in the dog showed differences in apical and periapical tissue repair of teeth with chronic apical periodontitis by using 2 calcium hydroxide root canal dressings and 2 sealers. More research is necessary to determine the best combination of dressings and sealers.  相似文献

目的:比较5种根管充填糊剂的根管封闭能力。方法:选择75个直根管的恒牙,经开髓拔髓,Mtwo镍钛根管器械预备后反复冲洗后随机分为5组,分别采用实验组1:氧化锌丁香油糊剂,实验组2:Endomethasone根管充填糊剂,实验组3:Cortisomol根管充填糊剂,实验组4:Vitapex糊剂,实验组5:AH-plus糊剂,加牙胶尖严密充填。将所有离体牙置于37℃,100%湿度的恒温箱3d后选用透明牙染色法测量微渗漏深度。结果:实验组1:(2.35±0.768)mm,实验组2:(1.78±0.548)mm,实验组3:(1.54±0.322)mm,实验组4:(3.22±0.452)mm,实验组5:(0.98±0.536)mm。各组微渗漏深度值差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。其中实验组4的微渗漏值显著高于其他各组(P〈0.05),实验组5的微渗漏值显著低于其他各组(P〈0.05),实验组2的微渗漏值稍高于实验组3,结果无显著差异。结论:在Mtwo镍钛器械预备下,AH-Plus糊剂充填根管可有效的减少根管微渗漏的发生,但长远疗效有待进一步的观察。  相似文献

Eighty-four root canals of premolars from six dogs were left open for 7 days, and then sealed and followed for 45 days until periradicular periodontitis developed. The root canals were then treated endodontically using 5.25% sodium hypochlorite as the irrigating solution. After instrumentation, all root canals were filled with a calcium hydroxide-based antibacterial dressing (Calen PMCC or Calasept) that was left in place for 30 days. After this period the root canals were filled with gutta-percha cones and a root canal sealer (Sealapex or AH Plus)--group I: Calen PMCC + Sealapex; group II: Calasept + Sealapex; group III: Calen PMCC + AH Plus; and group IV: Calasept + AH Plus. Periapical radiographs of the teeth were made after root canal filling and after 90, 180, 270, and 360 days. Radiographic images were digitalized by scanning, and the Mocha program was used to measure the periapical lesions. Analysis showed that the lesions of groups I to III were statistically similar reduction in size, whereas group IV had a smaller reduction in lesion size (p < 0.05).  相似文献

目的比较活髓牙经不同材料根管充填后的疼痛发生情况。方法288颗需要进行根管治疗的活髓牙分为4组,2组分别采用Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖和Vitapex糊剂+牙胶尖一次性根管充填;2组经引流24~48h后,分别用Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖和Vitapex+牙胶尖根管充填;观察术后1周内的疼痛发生情况。结果所有患牙中,根充后可自愈性疼痛的发生率为22.6%,非自愈性疼痛的发生率为2.08%;一次性根充组中,Cortisomol糊剂组较Vitapex糊剂组的可自愈性疼痛发生率低,有显著性差异(P<0.01);引流后根充组中,Cortisomol糊剂组较Vitapex糊剂组的可自愈性疼痛发生率低,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);各组间非自愈性疼痛的发生率均无显著性差异(P>0.05);大多数患牙根充后的疼痛发生在72h之内。结论Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖根管充填可以减少根充后疼痛的发生。  相似文献

目的建立恒压式葡萄糖定量微渗漏模型,并以此评价AH Plus、Roeko Seal、Cortisomol、RC Sealer 4种根管封闭剂的封闭性能。方法选取56颗单直根管的上前牙,随机分为4个实验组:AH Plus组(A组)、RoekoSeal组(B组)、Cortisomol组(C组)、RC Sealer组(D组),每组各12颗;另设阳性对照组和阴性对照组,每组各4颗。常规根管预备后,实验组用冷牙胶侧向加压充填技术配合各根管封闭剂充填根管,对照组只使用牙胶尖充填。通过恒压式葡萄糖定量微渗漏模型,用葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶法(GOD-POD)检测第1、3、5、7、10、15、20、25、30天从冠方向根方漏出的葡萄糖的量。结果第1、3、5天时,A、B两组间及C、D两组间葡萄糖微渗漏值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第7天起实验各组微渗漏值逐渐增大,且实验各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恒压式葡萄糖微渗漏模型建模简单、灵敏度高、操作性强。聚二甲基硅氧烷类根管封闭剂(Roeko Seal)封闭根管的能力较强,树脂类(AH Plus)居中,氧化锌类(Cortisomol、RC Sealer)较弱。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate radiographic periapical repair after endodontic treatment using QMix or NaOCl irrigation in single-rooted teeth with apical periodontitis. In this randomised clinical trial, 60 patients were selected and randomised into two groups (n = 30). After instrumentation of root canals, QMix or NaOCl was used as a final irrigation and the canals obturated with gutta-percha and AH Plus sealer. All the participants were recalled after 12 months and 15 patients were lost to the study so 45 patients were evaluated radiographically according to periapical index (PAI) scores. A significant decrease was seen in PAI scores after 1 year in all patients (p < 0.001). In the QMix and NaOCl group, absence or reduction of radiolucency was observed in 23 of 25 teeth (92%) and 20 of 20 teeth (100%), respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups according to the decrease in PAI score (p = 0.508). Root canal treatments with or without QMix irrigation contributed equally to periapical healing.  相似文献
