目的:中药制剂博尔宁胶囊在临床应用中对癌症基因的表达的影响方面还较少有相关的临床观察数据。在细胞分子水平层次和采用基因芯片为代表的先进技术,多方位、多层次地揭示中医中药防治大肠癌的机制,比较、重组和筛选防治大肠癌的治法方药,成为进一步深入研究中医药防治大肠癌的迫切需要,所以采用此队列研究,对博尔宁胶囊联合FOLFOX4方案(奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶)治疗结肠癌进行临床观察。方法:随机分组中药制剂博尔宁胶囊联合FOLFOX4方案治疗大肠癌术后患者30例,单纯FOLFOX4方案治疗大肠癌术后患者30例,从治疗前后大肠癌P21ras和mtp53基因含量变化方面进行比较分析。结果:中药制剂博尔宁胶囊在大肠癌进展期或术后复发治疗中对抑癌基因有干预作用。大肠癌术后患者经博尔宁胶囊治疗后血清mtp53基因蛋白含量较治疗前明显降低(配对T检验,P <0.05)。血清P21ras基因蛋白含量较治疗前非常明显降低(配对t检验,P <0.01)。结论:研究证实博尔宁胶囊治疗大肠癌有提高肿瘤治疗的近期与远期疗效作用,对于大肠癌术后抗转移复发及延长生存期都有着明显的改善。具有提高机体免疫力,减轻化疗的消化道不良反应,提高患者化疗耐受程度。认为博尔宁胶囊能对大肠癌化疗耐药基因具有一定的逆转作用。  相似文献

结直肠癌(CRC)是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,近年来结直肠癌的发病率在世界范围内呈攀升状态。大量证据表明,筛查有助于CRC的早期诊断,可降低患者死亡率。因此探讨建立从预防筛查癌前病变和早期癌到早期治疗的有效防治体系有着非常重要的实际意义。中医药早期介入对于结直肠癌的防治有着重要作用,及时加入中医药干预,形成中西医结合的优化方案可明显提高结直肠癌防治水平。建立包括集结直肠癌筛查注册、结直肠癌中西医结合临床路径、"诊疗标准"库、"循证"知识库及资源共享于一体的更加切合临床实用、功能更为强大的结直肠癌信息协作平台可大大增强结直肠癌监测与管理水平,提高工作效率,力争降低结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率。  相似文献

目的:综述与评价结直肠癌的中医药诊疗研究进展。方法:中医药目前是我国结直肠癌多学科治疗中的重要组成部分,本文从辨证规律研究、治疗进展、疗效评价研究等方面,对近年来中医药治疗结直肠癌临床研究进行综述。结果:辨证治疗结直肠癌的客观化研究成为热点,中医药治疗结直肠癌的疗效得到进一步肯定,但仍缺乏统一的辨证标准和适用于中医药的疗效评价标准,仍然缺乏大样本、多中心的高质量随机对照试验结果。结论:中医药治疗结直肠癌研究取得了可喜进展,但仍需进一步的多单位协作研究。  相似文献
