口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液乳酸脱氢酶及其同工酶谱分析

本文通过对43例口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者混合全唾液 pH 值、流率、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及其同工酶谱的测定分析,发现 OLP 的发病与其外环境——唾液的变化有十分密切的关系。LDH及其同工酶是组织破坏的敏感指标,本研究结果显示,OLP 患者唾液 LDH 总活性高于对照组(P<0.05),其中糜烂型较非糜烂型高。患者唾液同工酶中,LDH_1、LDH_2、LDH_3降低,LDH_4、LDH_5升高(P<0.01),说明 LDH 的变化与 OLP 病情的轻重有关,是一有用的辅助判断病情及预后的客观生化指标。     

口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液中亚硝酸根的测定及其意义

目的 :探讨口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)患者唾液中一氧化氮 (NO)水平的变化。方法 :采用示波极谱法测定了 6 0例OLP患者 (糜烂型 30例、光滑型 30例 )唾液中NO2 -浓度 ,按性别及年龄 2∶1配对 ,同期收集 30例健康志愿者唾液为对照组。并以浓度Χ唾液流量计算唾液NO2 -产出。结果 :所得数据表明 :糜烂型OLP组唾液NO2 -浓度 2 2 .6 9± 15 .0 3μmol/L ,显著高于健康对照组 (10 .74± 7.98μmol/L) (P <0 .0 5 )与光滑型OLP组 (11.5 5± 6 .5 2 μmol/L) ,P <0 .0 0 2。结论 :本研究中发现OLP患者唾液NO2 -水平上调 ,这种差异主要在于糜烂型OLP患者。推论NO可能在OLP发病及发展中起一定作用。本研究为进一步研究NO在OLP发病及发展中的作用奠定了初步基础

目的 探讨玉屏风13服液对口腔扁平苔藓(aral lichen planus,OLP)患者唾液表皮生长因子(salivary epidermal growth factor,sEGF)含量的影响,进一步探讨玉屏风口服液治疗OLP的药理机制.方法 采用放射免疫法检测20例OLP患者服用玉屏风口服液前后sEGF的含量,并与20名口腔黏膜正常者的sEGF含量进行比较.结果 OLP患者用药前sEGF的含量为(409±3.64)μg/L,明显高于正常黏膜组[(2.15±1.62)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);用药后sEGF的含量为(257±1.19)μg/L,显著低于用药前(P=0.05).结论 玉屏风13服液对OLP患者sEGF含量有调节作用.

扁平苔藓患者唾液与白色念珠菌感染相关性研究

目的：探讨OLP患者唾液流量和pH值的变化与OLP患者感染白色念珠菌的相关性,并对其作为感染白色念珠菌的风险评估。方法：研究对象分为OLP糜烂组、OLP非糜烂组和正常对照组,每组20人。收集无刺激唾液,检测唾液流量与唾液pH,通过科玛嘉显色培养基显色培养唾液,对结果进行统计分析。结果：OLP糜烂组与正常对照组的唾液样本中白色念珠菌的表达差异有统计学意义,OLP糜烂组唾液流量对OLP非糜烂组和健康对照组的差异有统计学意义。结论：OLP患者唾液流量与白色念珠菌感染成负相关。OLP患者唾液流量可以作为评估OLP患者感染白色念珠菌风险的指标。

用放射免疫和ｐｅｒｔｅｒ－ｓｉｌｂｅｒ成色反应方法分别测定了１９名口腔粘膜糜烂型扁平苔藓患者（女１１人，男８人）经一疗程（１０次）病损区粘膜下糖皮质激素注射治疗前后其血浆中皮质醇和２４小时尿１７－羟类固醇（１７－ＯＨＣＳ）的含量，结果显示，经激素局部注射治疗，患者血浆中的皮质醇水平及尿１７－ＯＨＣＳ的含量与治疗前相比地明显差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），研究结果说明，局部激素注射治疗对糜烂型ＯＬＰ患者的能上     

羟氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓前后的唾液双向电泳研究

目的：比较口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）经羟氯喹治疗后,唾液中差异表达的蛋白质,探讨羟氯喹治疗OLP的可能作用机制。方法：采用固相pH梯度（immobilized pH gradient,IPG）双向凝胶电泳（two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,2-DE）分离OLP经羟氯喹治疗三个月后唾液中的差异蛋白质,银染显色,Imagemaster图像分析软件分析差异蛋白质点。结果：①羟氯喹治疗OLP前和治疗后的唾液2-DE图谱的平均蛋白质点数分别为1894±183个和1920±341个,凝胶图谱分辨率、重复性较好;②通过Imagemaster图像分析比较治疗前后的唾液2-DE图谱,差异表达的蛋白质点数为21个,其中6个点在治疗3个月后高表达,15个点在治疗后低表达。结论：本研究建立了分辨率高且重复性较好的OLP治疗前后的唾液双向凝胶电泳图谱,发现存在差异表达的蛋白质,为进一步研究羟氯喹治疗OLP的作用机制奠定了基础。     

CD44在口腔扁平苔藓中的表达及意义

目的 探讨口腔扁平苔藓病变中粘附分子CD44H、CD44V3表达的意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法对62例口腔扁平苔藓，其中糜烂型扁平苔藓14例，非糜烂型扁平苔藓48例，21例慢性盘状红斑狼疮，10例正常粘膜CD44H、CD44V3的表达进行观察。结果 扁平苔藓病损区组织的染色以基底细胞、棘层细胞下调明显。结论 CD44参与口腔扁平苔藓的发病过程。     

IL22基因多态性与口腔扁平苔藓易感性及唾液IL-22水平升高的关联

目的:探讨白细胞介素22(interleukin 22,IL22)基因位点(rs1026788、rs1179249及rs2227472)单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms, SNPs)与口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus, OLP)易感性和唾液IL-22水平的关联。方法:选取2020年1月～2022年6月我院口腔门诊收治的经病理诊断为OLP患者的全血标本174份,同期选取无口腔黏膜疾病史的健康志愿者血液标本206份,比较两组IL22基因位点的SNPs分布频率,以及与OLP易感风险及唾液IL-22水平的相关性。结果:IL22基因rs1026788、rs1179249及rs2227472位点的基因型频率在两组中的分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律。与祖先型等位基因和基因型相比,rs1026788位点或rs2227472位点的突变等位基因G和基因型GG与OLP易感性增加显著相关,然而rs1179249位点的突变等位基因A和基因型AA与OLP易感性降低相关(P<0.05)。通过Cochran-Armitage趋势...
