玻璃体切除治疗出血性玻璃体视网膜疾病   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的探讨玻璃体切除术对出血性玻璃体视网膜疾病的临床效果。方法对39例(40眼)玻璃体积血施行三通道经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除术,联合膜剥离,水下透热,眼内光凝(或经巩膜冷凝),并根据病情选用眼内长效填充材料。结果视网膜静脉阻塞15眼,外伤性玻璃体积血9眼,视网膜孔源性玻璃体积血6眼,珠网膜下腔出血合并玻璃体积血(Terson综合症)4眼,静脉周围炎(Eales病)5眼,老年性黄斑变性1眼。术后随访2~40月,平均(12±3.4)月,40眼视力均有不同程度的提高,0.05以上者33眼(82.50%),与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),视力0.2~0.8者26眼占65.00%。结论出血性玻璃体视网膜疾病经药物治疗无效,B超探示出现玻璃体后脱离或B超显示伴有牵引性视网膜脱离者,玻璃体切除术是消除玻璃体积血并使视网膜复位的有效方法。  相似文献

目的 探讨玻璃体切除术联合眼内光凝治疗出血性璃体视网膜疾病的临床效果.方法 对37例(37只眼)玻璃体积血行玻璃体切除术联合眼内光凝、膜剥离、部分行眼内惰性气体或硅油填充.结果 增生性糖尿病视网膜病变13只眼,视网膜静脉阻塞11只眼,视网膜静脉周围炎8只眼,孔源性视网膜脱离玻璃体积血5只眼.术后随访3~36个月,平均(11±2.4)个月,37只眼视力均有不同程度的提高,0.05以上者31只眼(83.78%),与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 玻璃体手术联合眼内激光是治疗出血性玻璃体视网膜疾病的有效方法.  相似文献

目的:探讨玻璃体切割治疗玻璃体积血的临床疗效。方法:对72例75眼玻璃体积血患者采用玻璃体切割手术治疗,术中根据具体病情联合单纯白内障摘除或白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术、眼内异物取出、膜剥离、水下透热、眼内光凝或/和巩膜外冷凝及眼内注气或硅油充填。结果:选取75眼中外伤性玻璃体积血(穿孔性眼外伤19眼,眼球钝挫伤8眼)27眼,视网膜静脉阻塞15眼,增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变12眼,Eales病9眼,视网膜裂孔合并玻璃体积血9眼,年龄相关性黄斑病变3眼。术后随访6~48(平均18±5.6)mo,75眼中72眼视力有不同程度的提高,>0.05者65眼(87%),>0.2者54眼(72%),>0.5者23眼(31%),术后视力没有提高3眼(4%),术后视力与术前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:严重的眼外伤合并玻璃体积血、大量玻璃体积血药物治疗不吸收,反复发生的玻璃体积血和B超检查发现视网膜脱离者应及时行玻璃体切割术以改善和保护视功能。  相似文献

目的探讨玻璃体切除术治疗玻璃体积血的临床疗效。方法采用玻璃体切除术治疗的玻璃体积血58例(58眼)。分析玻璃体积血的病因,并观察玻璃体切除术后视力变化和并发症。结果本组主要病因为视网膜静脉阻塞和视网膜静脉周围炎;视力在0.01~0.05者术前为6眼(10.35%),术后1周为35眼(60.35%),随访2~4月的50例中为33眼(66.00%)。术中并发症有医源性裂孔和眼内出血;术后并发症有玻璃体再次积血,视网膜脱离,晶状体浑浊等。结论对药物治疗不能吸收的玻璃体积血施行玻璃体切除术后视力可显著提高,术中术后并发症少。  相似文献

目的:探讨玻璃体积血合并视网膜裂孔或脱离采用玻璃体切割手术治疗的疗效及必要性。 方法:对28例28眼玻璃体积血合并视网膜裂孔或脱离患者采用玻璃体切割手术治疗,观察治疗前后视力改变,并分析玻璃体积血与视网膜裂孔或脱离的关系。 结果:不同原因所导致的玻璃体积血28例中,7例术前B超未发现视网膜脱离,而在术中发现3例裂孔,4例伴裂孔周围浅脱;28例患者术后视力(包括术后随访最佳视力)均有不同程度的提高,数指/眼前以上者27例(96%),≥0.05者20例(71%),≥0.3者5例(18%),手术前后视力比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论:玻璃体积血合并视网膜裂孔或脱离采用玻璃体切割手术治疗,安全有效,且能尽早发现视网膜裂孔及浅脱离,阻止视网膜脱离进一步扩大。  相似文献

目的 探讨非外伤性玻璃体积血的发病原因及其治疗效果.方法 对120例非外伤性玻璃体积血患眼进行手术治疗,治疗前均进行B超和视力检查,玻璃体切割术中确认玻璃体积血原因,根据病变情况及范围进行激光或视网膜复位治疗.结果 120例玻璃体积血患眼中,增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变78例;视网膜裂孔(伴或不伴视网膜脱离)23例;视网膜静脉阻塞11例;年龄相关性黄斑变性7例;急性视网膜坏死综合征1例.经过治疗并对比观察术前B超检查结果,完全性玻璃体后脱离B超检测阳性符合率91.30%,视网膜脱离B超检测阳性符合率89.36%,视网膜前增殖膜B超检测阳性符合率99.21%,黄斑区出血B超检测阳性符合率94.74%.治疗后视力为0.237±0.025,与治疗前视力0.039±0.080相比有明显提高(P<0.001).治疗后视力恢复水平与发病原因及病程呈线性回归相关(均为P<0.05),与年龄、性别、眼别、术前视力以及并发症无关(均为P>0.05).结论 非外伤性玻璃体积血的病因多种多样,B超检查对于初步判断玻璃体积血的原因有一定帮助,玻璃体切割术是治疗玻璃体积血的有效手段.  相似文献

目的评价经玻璃体切除术治疗眼后段非磁性异物的临床效果。方法回顾性分析经玻璃体切除术治疗62例(65眼)眼后段非磁性异物的临床资料。结果所有患者均一次手术成功摘出异物。术后视力情况:合并视网膜脱离者42眼,术后视力提高12眼(28.57%),无变化28眼(66.67%),视力下降2眼(4.76%)。未合并视网膜脱离者23眼,术后视力提高15眼(65.22%),视力无变化8眼(34.78%)。结论经玻璃体切除术可有效地摘出眼后段非磁性异物,但术后效果受异物长期眼内存留的影响而较差。未合并视网膜脱离者视力预后明显优于合并有视网膜脱离者。  相似文献

目的观察玻璃体切除术治疗严重眼挫伤所致大量玻璃体积血的效果。方法回顾性分析76例(76只眼)严重眼外伤所致大量玻璃体积血玻璃体切除术的术前及术后情况。结果76只眼中术后视力提高者73只眼。术前无光感的4眼中术后仍无光感1只眼,光感2只眼,1只眼视力恢复至0.6。22只眼视网膜脱离者中,21只眼成功复位,复位率为95.45%。外伤性晶状体脱位28只眼,玻璃体术后一期人工晶状体植入5例。外伤性黄斑孔4只眼,3只眼玻璃体切除术中联合内界膜剥离,术后黄斑孔闭合。1例因黄斑区视网膜下大量积血,内界膜未剥离,孔未闭合,进行激光光凝,以防止孔周围视网膜脱离。结论严重眼挫伤所致大量玻璃体积血,均可在外伤后及时进行玻璃体切除术治疗,对于术前无光感眼,当眼B超显示玻璃体团块状回声,未能分清视网膜及脉络膜结构者,需待玻璃体机化后,经过恰当的玻璃体切除术联合其他相应的治疗措施,大多能解剖治愈,部分患者可功能治愈。  相似文献

目的:探讨玻璃体积血的病因及行玻璃体切割术治疗的临床疗效。

方法:对162例173眼玻璃体积血患者进行病因分析,采用玻璃体切割术治疗。

结果:术后诊断:173眼中增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变83眼(48.0%),视网膜分支静脉阻塞24眼(13.9%),Eales病13眼(7.5%),视网膜中央静脉阻塞10眼(5.8%),外伤性玻璃体积血9眼(5.2%),视网膜裂孔8眼(4.6%),视网膜脱离9眼(5.2%),增生性玻璃体视网膜病变7眼(4.0%),单纯玻璃体积血4眼(2.3%),视网膜大动脉瘤2眼(1.2%),息肉样脉络膜血管病变2眼(1.2%),脉络膜视网膜炎1眼(0.6%),年龄相关性黄斑病变1眼(0.6%)。不同年龄病因分布不同,术后随访3~15mo,术前与术后视力相比,41眼(23.7%)视力不变,115眼(66.5%)视力提高,17眼(9.8%)视力下降。术后视力与术前相比差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。

结论:增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜分支静脉阻塞、Eales 病是导致玻璃体积血的主要原因。玻璃体切割联合术手术并发症少,能在一定程度上提高患者视力,是治疗玻璃体积血安全有效的方法。  相似文献

目的:探讨玻璃体切除术治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变后单纯性玻璃体积血的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析1998年8月-2000年10月我院采用玻璃体切除方法治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变单纯玻璃体积血患者40例(40眼),观察其临床疗效及术后并发症,随访期术后3-12月。结果:所有患者均顺利完成玻璃体积血切割术,术后3月视力≥0.6者10眼,视力0.1-0.6者20眼,视力数指-0.1者5眼,3眼术后发生视网膜脱离视力下降,2眼术后发生新生血管性青光眼,后行睫状体冷凝术视力丧失。结论:玻璃体切除术对于糖尿病性增生性视网膜病变所致的玻璃体积血性药物治疗长期不吸收的患者是安全有效的治疗方法,术后并发症少,手术效果好。  相似文献

PURPOSE: To evaluate the effectiveness, technical feasibility and incidence of complications after combining pars plana vitrectomy, phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The results of combined vitreoretinal and cataract surgery in 100 eyes of 96 patients were retrospectively and prospectively analyzed. The mean follow-up period was 8.4 months. All patients had clinically significant lens opacities and vitreoretinal pathology requiring pars plana vitrectomy. Indications for vitreoretinal surgery included: persistent vitreous haemorrhage (28 eyes), vitreous hemorrhage combined with tractional retinal detachment (50 eyes), tractional retinal detachment without vitreous haemorrhage caused by proliferative diabetic retinopathy (7 eyes), rheumatogenous retinal detachment with proliferative vitreoretinopathy (10 eyes) and dislocated crystalline lens in the vitreous (5 eyes). RESULTS: Postoperatively, best corrected visual acuity improved in 81 eyes (81%)- by two lines or more in 31 eyes (31%) - by less than two lines in 50 eyes (50%). In 14 eyes (14%) visual acuity was unchanged and was worse in 5 cases (5%). Postoperative complications included fibrin reaction, posterior synechias of the iris, vitreous hemorrhage, neovascular glaucoma, posterior capsule opacification, redetachment of retina. CONCLUSIONS: Our cases confirm previous study, that performing phacoemulsification, IOL implantation and vitrectomy in one operation is safe and allows visual recovery with good technical results.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To determine visual outcomes and the incidence of retinal detachment in eyes presenting with posterior vitreous separation and dense fundus-obscuring vitreous hemorrhage. DESIGN: Retrospective consecutive noncomparative interventional case series. PARTICIPANTS: Thirty-six eyes (15 right eyes and 21 left eyes) of 34 patients (18 female and 16 male) ranging in age from 42 to 94 years. Mean follow-up was 14 months. METHODS: A comparison of the best-corrected initial visual acuities versus final visual acuities after spontaneous resolution of vitreous hemorrhage or surgical intervention. The number of eyes that were found to have retinal tears or that had a rhegmatogenous retinal detachment develop was documented. Logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution-converted visual acuities was used for comparison. Categorical data were analyzed by Fisher's exact test, and population means were compared by Student's t test. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Final mean visual acuities, number of eyes with at least one retinal tear, location of retinal tears, number of eyes that had retinal detachment develop, and the number of eyes repaired with scleral buckling surgery and/or pars plana vitrectomy. RESULTS: Twenty-four of 36 eyes (67%) were found to have at least one retinal break (range, 0-4 breaks), with 88% of breaks located in the superior retina. Eleven eyes (31%) had more than one retinal break. Fourteen of 36 eyes (39%) had a rhegmatogenous retinal detachment develop that was repaired with pars plana vitrectomy and scleral buckling. An additional 14 eyes (39%) underwent vitrectomy for nonclearing vitreous hemorrhage. The incidence of retinal detachment in eyes with a history of retinal detachment in the contralateral eye was 75% (P = 0.04). Seven of 14 eyes (50%) with retinal detachment had coexisting proliferative vitreoretinopathy. Most retinal breaks and detachments occurred in emmetropic or myopic eyes. For all 36 eyes the mean preoperative visual acuity was 20/1233, and the mean final visual acuity was 20/62 (P < 0.0001). Eyes that had a macula-off retinal detachment develop had worse final visual outcomes (20/264; P = 0.01), as did eyes that had proliferative vitreoretinopathy develop (20/129; P = 0.04). CONCLUSIONS: Acute, spontaneous, nontraumatic posterior vitreous separation with dense fundus-obscuring vitreous hemorrhage is associated with a high incidence of retinal tears and detachment. Close follow-up with clinical examination and ultrasonography is necessary, because many of these eyes may eventually require surgical intervention. Aggressive management with early vitrectomy should be considered when there is a history of retinal detachment in the contralateral eye.  相似文献

目的:评价外伤性视网膜脱离的玻璃体手术治疗方法及疗效。方法:对24例(24眼)外伤性视网膜脱离患者行常规经平坦部玻璃体切除、膜剥离、松解性视网膜切开、眼内激光、硅油或长效气体眼内填充等治疗,部分病例联合巩膜扣带术;随访3~24mo,观察疗效。结果:24眼术后视网膜均复位,视力均有不同程度的提高,随访期间,19例视网膜保持平复,5例复发视网膜脱离,其中3例经再手术视网膜复位,另2例因眼球萎缩未再手术。结论:外伤性视网膜脱离多伴有浓密的玻璃体积血、视网膜嵌塞及严重的增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(prolifera-tivevitreoretinopathy,PVR),通过适时的玻璃体手术能获得比较满意的治疗效果。  相似文献

In order to study long-term anatomical and functional results the authors evaluated the data from 260 patients who underwent pars plana vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Indications for surgery were: vitreous hemorrhage, 68 eyes (26.2%); vitreous hemorrhage & tractional retinal detachment, 84 eyes (32.3%); tractional retinal detachment, 82 eyes (31.5%); and combined tractional-rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, 26 eyes (10%). In 118 eyes vitreoretinal surgery was combined with silicone-oil tamponade.The retina was completely attached posterior to a scleral buckle in 251 eyes (96%) at the time of the last examination. After a follow-up period of at least 12 months in a group of patients with vitreous hemorrhage, visual acuity improved in 88% of the eyes. Visual acuity was better than 0.5 in 31% of eyes. In group of eyes with nonresorbing vitreous hemorrhage & tractional retinal detachment visual acuity improved in 52% of eyes. Visual acuity improved in 76% of eyes with tractional retinal detachment and in 81% of eyes with combined tractional & rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. When comparing the latest postoperative visual acuity to visual acuity after three months postoperatively, visual acuity was unchanged in 88%, in 10% it became worse and in 3 cases (1%) became better. In the postoperative period, recurrent vitreous hemorrhage occurred in 33 (13%) eyes, reproliferation in 12 eyes.Cataract developed in 45 of 168 phakic eyes. If postoperative visual acuity before cataract formation was good, extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed. Otherwise simple intra or extracapsular cataract extraction was performed. In 19 cases cataract operation was performed together with silicone oil extraction. Neovascular glaucoma developed postoperatively in 15 eyes (6%). Retinal detachment occurred postoperatively in 21 eyes (8%). In 15 eyes the retina was successfully reattached after additional operations.  相似文献

目的:探讨孔源性视网膜脱离伴玻璃体积血的发病原因、临床特征和玻璃体切割术的治疗效果。方法:回顾分析24例24眼因孔源性视网膜脱离伴玻璃体积血接受玻璃体切割手术治疗患者的临床资料。结果:年龄<45岁的青年组共11例;年龄45~59岁的中年组共9例;年龄>60的老年组4例。21例为马蹄形裂孔,其中马蹄形裂孔<1PD者2例,1PD~<2PD者14例,2PD~<1象限者5例;圆形裂孔者3例,均<1PD。裂孔位于视网膜颞上方者13例,颞下方者8例,鼻上方者3例;视网膜脱离范围:颞上方者10例,鼻上者2例,全脱者1例,下方者11例。病程和术后视力:1mo组16例,视力0.2~0.4者13例,≥0.5者3例;2mo组5例,视力0.01~0.1者3例,0.2~0.4者2例;3mo组1例,视力0.01~0.1;>3mo组2例,视力手动1例,数指1例。结论:孔源性视网膜脱离伴玻璃体积血尽早明确诊断并及时行玻璃体切割手术能够取得较好疗效。  相似文献

目的探讨急性玻璃体后脱离致视网膜裂孔伴玻璃体积血的治疗方式及疗效。方法回顾性分析31眼视网膜裂孔合并玻璃体积血,早期予双眼包扎、半卧位、止血,出血3d后予活血化瘀、促进玻璃体积血吸收治疗。根据病情变化采用激光封闭裂孔及行20G三通道闭合式玻璃体切除术治疗。所有病例至少随访12个月。结果23眼玻璃体积血在1周~3个月,平均(32.95±12.61)d吸收,采用视网膜激光治疗,裂孔完全封闭,视力无明显变化。4周内,3眼发生孔源性视网膜脱离,行玻璃体切除术治疗,术后1眼矫正视力提高,2眼矫正视力无明显提高。5眼玻璃体积血无明显吸收,2~4周内采用玻璃体切除术,术后视力明显提高,矫正视力0.3—0.6。结论急性玻璃体后脱离引起的视网膜裂孔伴玻璃体积血应引起高度重视。早期诊断并发现裂孔、及时光凝封闭裂孔是获得良好结果的关键。尽早手术是争取较好疗效的重要保障。  相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the outcomes of vitreoretinal surgery for four different phenotypes of X-linked retinoschisis (XLRS). METHODS: This study included thirty-one eyes of 25 patients who developed XLRS with severe complications. Among the 31 eyes, there were 7 eyes with vitreous hemorrhage, 8 eyes with retinal detachment and vitreous hemorrhage, and 16 eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. All of the patients underwent standard three-port pars plana vitrectomy. All of the eyes were divided into 4 groups before surgery according to a modified classification scheme, with the first three groups as follows: group A, with foveal cystic schisis; group B with macular lamellar schisis; and group C with foveolamellar changes. Peripheral schisis was not present in these 3 groups; however, group D was a complex group with both macular and peripheral changes. One year after surgery, we analyzed the best corrected visual acuity and postoperative anatomical and functional outcomes of these 4 groups. RESULTS: There were 7 eyes in group A (22.6%), 1 eye in group B (3.2%), 15 eyes in group C (48.4%) and 8 eyes in group D (25.8%). Postoperative anatomical and functional outcomes were satisfactory at the last visit, while the mean visual acuity was increased to 0.27±0.11, with a significant difference (t=-1.049, P=0.000) compared with the results before surgery (0.1±0.08). Visual acuity was improved in 23 eyes (74.2%). Complications were found in three eyes: two eyes with proliferative vitreoretinopathy and traction retinal detachment 10 and 12mo after surgery, respectively; and one eye with vitreous hemorrhage 15mo after surgery. These eyes were in groups C and D. The retinas remained attached in these 3 eyes after reoperation. CONCLUSION: We should pay greater attention to XLRS with foveolamellar changes because it is the most changeable phenotype. Once complications occur, vitreoretinal surgery can significantly improve visual acuity and restore the anatomic structure of the retina.  相似文献

目的 观察玻璃体切割手术(PPV)治疗Eales病严重并发症的效果.方法 回顾性分析接受首次PPV治疗的Eales病患者27例30只眼的临床资料.患者中,男性20例,女性7例;年龄15~54岁,平均年龄30.7岁.最佳矫正视力(BCVA)为眼前手动~0.5.根据检查结果将患者分为玻璃体积血组、玻璃体增生机化组、局部视网膜脱离组和广泛视网膜脱离组,分别为3、14、7、6只眼.手术方式为标准PPV,必要时联合巩膜扣带手术、晶状体切除手术、眼内激光光凝、巩膜外冷冻、电凝、增牛膜剥离切断、视网膜切开或切除、气液交换、玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德、膨胀性气体及硅油填充.30只眼分别接受1~8次手术,平均手术次数2.4次.手术后随访观察6个月~10年.对比观察治疗前后BCVA、视网膜复位以及并发症发生情况.结果 末次随访时,BCVA光感~1.5.其中,BCVA≥0.1者24只眼,占80.0%;0.03者1只眼,占3.3%;数指者1只眼,占3.3%;手动者3只眼,占10.0%;光感者1只眼,占3.3%.BCVA提高者22只眼,占73.3%;不变者2只眼,占6.7%;下降者6只眼,占20.0%.手术前后BCVA比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.132,P<0.01).广泛视网膜脱离组BCVA较其他3组低,差异均有统计学意义(F=4.570,P均<0.05);单纯玻璃体积血组视力预后较好,但与玻璃体机化增生组和视网膜局部脱离组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).所有患眼PPV手术后第1天视网膜完全复位.末次随访时,无硅油填充视网膜在位24只眼;患者拒绝手术,局部视网膜脱离1只眼;硅油依赖眼5只眼.出现并发症16只眼,占53.3%.结论 玻璃体视网膜手术是治疗Eales病严重并发症的有效手段,手术前存在广泛视网膜脱离的患眼手术后视力预后较差.
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vitrectomy on the serious complications of Eales disease. Methods The clinical data of 30 eyes of 27 patients (20 males and 7 females) with Eales disease who underwent vitrectomy were retrospectively analyzed. The age was ranged from 15 to 54 years old, with a mean of 30.7 years. The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was ranged from hand movement to 0.5. The patients were divided into the vitreous hemorrhage group (3 eyes ), proliferative vitreoretinopathy group (14 eyes), local retinal detachment group (7 eyes), and wide retinal detachment group (6 eyes) according to the results of examinations. The standard pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) were performed and scleral buckling, lensectomy, endolaser, transscleral cryotherapy/cautery, membrane removal, retinotomy, fluid-air exchange, intravitreal injection of triamcinolone, gas/oil tamponade can be combined if necessary. Those eyes underwent 1 to 8 times (with a mean of 2.4 times) of surgery. The follow-up was ranged from 6 months to 10 years. The BCVA, retinal reattachment, complications before and after surgery was comparatively analyzed. Results At the end of the follow-up, the BCVA was ranged from light perception to 1.5. The BCVA was >0.1 in 24 eyes (80.0%) ,0.03 in 1 eye (3.3%), counting finger in 1 eye (3.3%), hand moving in 3 eyes (10.0%) and light perception in 1 eye (3.3%). The BCVA improved in 22 eyes (73.3%), stable in 2 eyes (6.7%) and decreased in 6 eyes (20.0%). The differences are statistically significant between pre- and postoperative BCVA (t=5.132, P<0.01). The BCVA of wide retinal detachment group was less than other 3 groups (F=4.570, P<0.05); while the BCVA of vitreous hemorrhage group, proliferative vitreoretinopathy group and local retinal detachment group was the same (P>0.05). Complete retinal reattachment was achieved in all eyes at the next day after PPV. At the end of the follow-up, retina reattached in 24 eyes without silicone oil tamponade, local retinal detachment occurred in 1 eye (the patient refused further surgery) and silicone oil tamponade-dependant retinal reattachment 5eyes. During the follow-up, 16 eyes (53.3 %) had developed some complications. Conclusions Vitrectomy is an effective way to cure serious complications of Eales disease. The BACV prognosis of patients with wide retinal detachment is poor.  相似文献

Between 1979 and 1989, I examined 106 patients (16 pedigrees) with signs of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy. Of these patients, 101 had familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, and five had a sporadic manifestation. The complications of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, deformation of the posterior retina, vitreous hemorrhage, amblyopia, and retinal detachment, caused diminished visual acuity. Of 170 eyes, retinal neovascularization was observed in 18 eyes (11%), and retinal exudates were observed in 16 eyes (9%). Several forms of retinal detachment occurred in 37 of 180 eyes (21%), which often took an unfavorable course. A falciform retinal fold was observed in 14 eyes (8%). Retinal surgery was performed in 14 eyes; reattachment of the retina was successful in only seven eyes. Platelet aggregation studies disclosed no significant differences between seven patients with familial exudative vitreoretinopathy and ten control subjects. The pathogenesis of the disease is based on a premature arrest of the vascular development of the retina.  相似文献
