Many authors have proposed the necessity of the design and implementation of dietary and nutrition education programs for soccer players, although little information is available about the determinants of food selection and nutrient intake. The aim of this study was to evaluate the nutritional intake and eating patterns of soccer players according to their playing position in the team. Eighty-seven young male soccer players (aged 16-21 years) were recruited from the junior teams of a Spanish First Division Soccer League Club and divided into 6 positional categories (goalkeepers, full-backs, centre-backs, midfielders, wingers, and forwards). Body composition (height, weight, and body fat), performance in soccer-specific tests (jumping, sprinting, and intermittent endurance), and dietary intake (weighed food intake method) were assessed. A spontaneous higher carbohydrate intake was observed for full-backs, midfielders, and wingers (g·kg(-1) body mass: 4.9 ± 1.0, 4.9 ± 1.3, 4.9 ± 0.8; % of energy intake: 47 ± 5, 46 ± 6, 46 ± 4), compared with goalkeepers and centre-backs (g·kg(-1) of body mass: 3.9 ± 1.0, 4.3 ± 1.1; % of energy intake: 44 ± 3, 42 ± 4). These differences were related to food selection patterns, and a higher contribution to daily energy intake of cereals, derivatives, and potatoes was observed between full-backs compared with goalkeepers and centre-backs (33% vs. 27% and 25%). The magnitude of these differences is limited considering the whole diet, and an inadequate nutrient intake were observed in most individuals of every group. The design and implementation of nutrition intervention programs, taking into consideration positional differences in nutritional intake, would be useful for these players.  相似文献

Pre-exercise caffeine and guarana-based multi-ingredient supplement (MS) consumption may be more effective for physical performance improvement than caffeine and guarana alone due to the synergistic effect of biologically active ingredients in multi-ingredient supplements. This study aimed to examine the acute effect of MS on the reactive agility and jump performance in recreational handball male players. A randomized, double-blind, crossover study involved twenty-four male handball players (body mass 74.6 ± 8.8 kg; body height 179 ± 7 cm; age 23.8 ± 1.4 years). Participants were tested under three conditions: placebo, caffeine + guarana (CAF + GUA), or MS ingestion 45 min before exercise tests. Participants performed a reactive agility test (Y-shaped test) and countermovement jump (CMJ). None of the supplements improved countermovement jump height (p = 0.06). The time needed to complete the agility test was significantly (p = 0.02) shorter in the MS condition than in the placebo. The differences in agility between PL vs. CAF + GUA and MS vs. CAF + GUA conditions were not statistically significant (p = 0.88 and p = 0.07, respectively). The results of this study indicate that the caffeine-based multi-ingredient performance was effective in improvement in reactive agility but not in jump height in recreational handball male players. A similar effect was not observed with CAF + GUA ingestion alone.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The practice of sports during the growth phase has a positive influence on bone mineral accrual. However, the effects of different sports are still not fully understood. The aim of this study was to evaluate the bone geometry in adolescent handball players. This is a cross-sectional study in which 53 female adolescents (12–17 years old) were divided into two groups: handball players (HG: n = 26), who must have had at least six months of participation in official competitions, and a control group (CG: n = 27). Bone geometry properties, such as cross-sectional area (CSA), cross-sectional moment of inertia (CSMI), section modulus (Z), and femoral strength index (FSI) were measured using DXA. Tanner’s sexual maturity, menarche, peak height velocity, sun exposure, and calcium intake were assessed. An unpaired Student’s t test or the Mann-Whitney test and multivariate analyzes were used to compare variables differences between groups. The HG group showed a significantly higher body mass index, weight and lean mass (LST), CSA, CSMI, Z, and FSI than the CG group. When the values were adjusted for LST, the differences disappeared. The LST has been shown to be relevant to the strength and bone stiffness of the femurs of female adolescents, and the competitive practice in handball may have contributed to its increase.  相似文献

目的 探讨低体重和肥胖儿童身体成分特点及其脂肪肌肉含量与骨密度的相关性.方法 选择2015年6月至2016年6月于眉山市妇幼保健院儿保门诊体检的5~7岁儿童为研究对象,按体质量指数(BMI)分为低体重组、肥胖组和对照组,测量身体成分各项指标,包括体脂比、全身脂肪含量、肌肉含量及局部和全身骨密度,并对结果进行分析.结果 同性别儿童低体重组的体脂比、全身脂肪含量、肌肉含量及局部和全身骨密度均分别明显低于对照组,二者之间差异均具有统计学意义(t=3.076~3.326,均P<0.05);同性别儿童对照组的体脂比、全身脂肪含量、肌肉含量及局部和全身骨密度均分别明显低于肥胖组,二者之间差异均具有统计学意义(t=2.998~3.427,均P<0.05).经Logistic回归分析:低体重组儿童的肌肉含量与不同部位骨密度均呈正相关性(r=0.779~0.889,均P<0.05);肥胖组男性儿童的肌肉含量与下肢骨密度、体脂比和全身脂肪含量与躯干骨密度均呈正相关性(r=0.779~0.882,均P<0.05),肥胖组女性儿童肌肉含量与上肢骨密度,以及体脂比、全身脂肪含量和肌肉含量与下肢骨密度均呈正相关性(r=0.781~0.901,均P<0.05);对照组儿童的肌肉含量与不同部位骨密度均呈正相关性(r=0.779~0.912,均P<0.05),对照组女性儿童的体脂比、全身脂肪含量和肌肉含量均与下肢骨密度和全身骨密度均呈正相关性(r=0.805~0.912,均P<0.05).结论 与正常儿童相比,低体重和肥胖儿童身体成分构成,各指标与骨密度的相关关系明显不同于正常儿童.在对儿保门诊儿童管理中,体重、体脂比、全身脂肪含量、肌肉含量的变化均是需要关注的重要指标,从而促进其骨骼健康发育.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Alterations in body composition have been reported in HIV-positive adults receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), but the magnitude and potential determinants of these changes are unclear. OBJECTIVE: We compared total and regional body composition, as measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, in 203 HIV-positive men and 62 HIV-positive women according to HAART. DESIGN: This was a cross-sectional analysis of a cohort study of nutrition and HIV infection. RESULTS: After adjustment for age, weight, race, and exercise habits, total weight and fat mass did not differ significantly in men or women by HAART. Trunk fat was greater in men (1.0 kg; P < 0.001) and women (1.4 kg; P = 0.005) and leg fat was lower in men (-1.0 kg; P < 0.001) and women (-1.5 kg, P = 0.005) receiving HAART than in those not. This corresponded to a greater percentage of total fat mass located in the trunk (men: 7.5%, P < 0.001; women: 5.1%, P = 0.02). Lean mass was also greater with longer duration of HAART in men (P < 0.002). In men receiving HAART, total and regional bone mineral content were less than in the men not receiving HAART (P < 0.001). These effects increased with longer duration of HAART. Protease inhibitors were associated with the largest differences in regional fat. CONCLUSIONS: HAART is associated with redistribution of fat mass from the legs to the trunk, despite no significant differences in total fat mass or weight. In men, HAART is also associated with a reduction in bone mineral content, suggesting that HAART increases the risk of central obesity and osteoporosis.  相似文献

BackgroundPersons with multiple sclerosis (MS) have many health conditions related to overweight and obesity, but little is known about how body composition among those with MS compares to those without MS at the same weight.ObjectiveTo compare differences in whole body and regional body composition between persons with and without MS matched for sex and body mass index (BMI).MethodsPersons with MS (n = 51) and non-MS controls (n = 51) matched for sex and BMI. Total mass, lean mass, fat mass, and percent body fat (%BF) of total body and arm, leg, and trunk segments were assessed using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA).ResultsMen with MS had significantly less whole body lean mass (mean difference: 9933.5 ± 3123.1 g, p < 0.01) and higher fat mass (mean difference: 6079.0 ± 2137.4 g, p = .01) and %BF (mean difference: 9.43 ± 2.04%, p < 0.01) than BMI-matched non-MS counterparts. Further, men with MS had significantly lower lean mass in the arm (p = 0.02) and leg (p < 0.01) and higher fat mass in the arm (p = 0.01), leg (p = 0.03) and trunk (p = 0.03) than men without MS. Men with MS had significantly higher %BF in all three regions (p < 0.01) than men without MS. There were no differences between women with and without MS.ConclusionsWe observed significant differences in whole body and regional body composition between BMI-matched men with and without MS. Additional research is needed to further explore differences in body composition, adipose distribution, and the impact of these differences on the health and function of men with MS.  相似文献

目的了解大学生骨密度和身体成分的特征,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法以杭州师范大学本科生74名,其中男18名,女56名为测试对象,采用韩国OsteoSys生产的EXA-3000数字DR X线骨密度测定仪测定大学生的骨密度各项指标,采用韩国Biospace生产的Inbody 720身体成分分析仪测试其身体成分,运用t检验和pearson相关分析进行数理统计。结果 1)不同性别大学生各部位骨密度和T值均具有显著差异,男生各部位骨密度和T值的各项指标均好于女生(P<0.01);2)大学生跟骨的骨密度好于前臂骨(P<0.01);3)不同性别大学生体脂肪、肌肉量、身体质量指数和体脂率之间存在显著差异(P<0.01);4)男大学生跟骨的骨密度与体重、肌肉量和身体质量指数显著相关(P<0.01);女大学生跟骨的骨密度与体重、肌肉量、身体质量指数和体脂肪显著相关(P<0.01);不论男女,前臂骨的骨密度与肌肉量相关性最高(P<0.05)。结论骨密度和身体成分均存在性别差异;体重是影响大学生骨密度的重要因素。  相似文献

In this study, we investigated some bone parameters (bone mineral content, bone mineral density, skeleton area) in growing rats fed with a high fat diet. Correlations between bone and body composition parameters are reported. Two groups of Wistar male rats (35 days old, body mass 80 ± 6 g) were used. Water and food were given " ad libitum " during 10 weeks. Sixteen rats (L) were given a lipid enriched diet and were compared to 16 rats (S) fed with a standard diet. Body composition and bone parameters were assessed using DXA. Results indicated that L rats had lower body mass, lean body mass; fat mass was not different between the two groups. Bone mineral content, bone mineral density, skeleton area of L rats were lower compared with S rats. Significant correlations were noted between body composition, adiponectin and bone parameters. High fat diet intake during the growing period has deleterious effects on bone parameters in rats. This study confirms in growing rats that a high fat diet is pathogenic, including bone metabolism.  相似文献

Dietary patterns, exercise, sport, and physical activity have been shown to improve body composition in children. This systematic review with meta-analysis analyzed the effects of practicing football on body composition (fat mass, lean body mass, and bone mineral content) in children. An initial search in PubMed, Web of Science, and SPORTDiscus was carried out in April 2021 to identify relevant articles. Inclusion criteria required children up to 12 years of age with a minimum football intervention duration of 10 weeks. Methodological quality of the articles was evaluated using the PEDro scale. Between the 1803 articles originally founded, only 14 articles were included in the meta-analysis. A total of 1643 subjects between the 14 studies were identified. The review and meta-analysis were conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and used Review Manager and Full Meta-Analysis software. The results between the control and experimental groups showed significantly better lean body mass and fat mass values in the experimental group (p < 0.05). Football practice was positively associated with increases in lean body mass (mean difference of 1.55; 95% CI, 0.96, 2.15), decreases in fat mass (mean difference of −0.81; 95% CI, −1.49, −0.13), and increases in whole body bone mineral content (mean difference of 117.68; 95% CI, 83.69, 151.67). In conclusion, the results of this systematic review with meta-analysis suggest that football positively affects body composition in children. However, further research is needed to confirm the results for bone mineral content.  相似文献

Hepcidin-25 is suggested as a surrogate iron status marker in athletes who show exercise-induced anemia; however, the implications of hepcidin concentration in this population remain poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between hepcidin and body fat levels in rugby football players. We included 40 male university rugby football players (RUG) and 40 non-athlete controls. All participants underwent an anthropometric analysis and blood testing that included both hepcidin-25 and ferritin levels. The hepcidin-25 level was slightly (11.6%, p = 0.50) higher, and the ferritin level was significantly (35.9%, p < 0.05) lower, in the RUG group than in controls. The hepcidin-25 to-ferritin ratio was significantly higher (62.5%, p < 0.05) in the RUG group. While significant U-shaped correlations were observed between the body fat and ferritin levels in both groups, the correlations between the hepcidin levels and fat mass index were significantly higher in the RUG group (RUG: r = 0.79, controls: r = 0.45). Notably, the RUG with the lower fat mass index group had a higher hepcidin-25 level, lower ferritin level, and then significantly higher hepcidin-25/ferritin ratio. The hepcidin-25/ferritin ratio may serve as a biomarker for iron status in RUG, especially RUG with lower fat mass.  相似文献

The main objective of this study was to estimate the association between nut consumption and body composition-related measures and to examine whether this relationship is mediated by cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) and the muscle strength index (MSI) in young adults. A cross-sectional study involving college students (n = 354) aged 18–30 years from a Spanish public university was conducted. Body composition and fitness components were assessed using standard methods. Nut consumption was evaluated using a Food-Frequency Questionnaire. ANCOVA models were used to assess the mean differences in physical fitness and body composition by nut consumption categories. Hayes’s PROCESS macro was applied for mediation and interaction analyses adjusted for the main confounders. Young adults with high nut consumption (≥5 portions of 30 g/week) showed significantly higher values of physical fitness components and fat-free mass and lower values of adiposity-related measures than their peers in the lowest categories of nut consumption (˂1 portion/week) (p < 0.05). No significant interaction between CRF and nut consumption on body composition was found. In the mediation analysis, CRF and MSI acted as full mediators of the relationship of nut consumption with fat-free mass and waist circumference/height index. Otherwise, CRF and MSI partially mediated the relationship between nut consumption and body mass index and percent of fat mass. Finally, nut consumption, per se, does not appear to have a significant impact on body composition indicators because these associations have been shown to be partially (for BMI and %BF) or entirely (for ratio WC/height and fat-free mass) explained by CRF and MSI.  相似文献

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease affecting peripheral joints. Chronic activation of inflammatory pathways results in decreased function and the development of comorbidities, such as loss of lean mass while retaining total body mass. The objective of this report was to assess whether dietary manipulation affects body composition in patients with RA as a secondary outcome. Fifty patients were included in a randomized controlled crossover trial testing a proposed anti-inflammatory Mediterranean-style diet compared to a Western diet. Body composition was measured by bioelectrical impedance spectroscopy in patients without implants (n = 45). Regardless of treatment, fat-free mass increased and fat mass percentage decreased during weight stability, but no differences between intervention and control in the whole group (n = 42, all p > 0.20) were found. Interaction analysis revealed that participants who were non-employed (n = 15) significantly decreased in fat mass (−1.767 kg; 95% CI: −3.060, −0.475, p = 0.012) and fat mass percentage (−1.805%; 95% CI: −3.024, −0.586, p = 0.008) from the intervention compared to the control period. A Mediterranean-style diet improved body composition in non-employed participants (n = 15). The group as a whole improved regardless of dietary allocation, indicating a potential to treat rheumatoid cachexia by dietary manipulation.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Sex differences in body composition exist before puberty, but the reason for this phenomenon is unknown. The physical changes that occur during puberty are mediated, in part, through sex steroids, insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), and leptin. However, data are lacking that address the extent to which concentrations of these hormones influence body composition, bone mass, and density in prepubertal children. OBJECTIVE: We investigated the effects of IGF-I, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, and sex steroids on body composition and fat distribution and the effects of these hormones and leptin on total body bone mineral content (TBMC) and volumetric bone mineral density (vBMD) at the femoral neck and lumbar spine (LS) in 255 healthy children (137 girls), aged 7-8 y. DESIGN: Body composition, fat distribution, TBMC, and vBMD were derived by using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Association between variables was examined by using regression analysis. RESULTS: No sex differences were found in age, height, or weight. However, girls had significantly more total body fat, trunk fat, and higher LS vBMD but significantly less fat-free soft tissue, TBMC, and femoral neck vBMD than did boys. Girls also had significantly (P < 0.001) higher IGF-I, estradiol, testosterone, and leptin concentrations than did boys. Estradiol concentrations predicted percentage body fat, which supported an effect of estrogen on fat storage. Leptin had an independent effect on LS vBMD, which suggests a positive effect for leptin on trabecular bone. CONCLUSIONS: The hormones examined explained 3-17% of the variations in body-composition measures, fat distribution, and bone density, which suggests that other factors are important predictors of prepubertal sexual dimorphism.  相似文献

Few prospective cohort trials have evaluated the difference in treatment-interval total body composition (TBC) changes assessed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) between two patient subgroups with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LAHNSCC) receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT): oral cavity cancer with adjuvant CCRT (OCC) and non-oral cavity with primary CCRT (NOCC). This study prospectively recruited patients with LAHNSCC. Clinicopathological variables, blood nutritional/inflammatory markers, CCRT-related factors, and TBC data assessed by DXA before and after treatment were collected. Multivariate linear regression analysis identified the factors associated with treatment-interval changes in body composition parameters, including lean body mass (LBM), total fat mass (TFM), and bone mineral content (BMC). A total of 127 patients (OCC (n = 69) and NOCC (n = 58)) were eligible. Body composition parameters were progressively lost during CCRT in both subgroups. Extremities lost more muscle mass than the trunk for LBM, whereas the trunk lost more fat mass than the extremities for TFM. BMC loss preferentially occurred in the trunk region. Different factors were independently correlated with the interval changes of each body composition parameter for both OCC and NOCC subgroups, particularly mean daily calorie intake for LBM and TFM loss, and total lymphocyte count for BMC loss. In conclusion, treatment-interval TBC changes and related contributing factors differ between the OCC and NOCC subgroups.  相似文献

Objective: We examined whether dietary energy intake (EI) and dietary energy density (ED) were cross-sectionally associated with body composition of children living in Southwest China. Design and Methods: Multivariate regression analyses were performed on three day, 24 h dietary recall data and information on potential confounders from 1207 participants aged 8–14 years. EI was calculated from all foods and drinks and ED was classified into five categories. Body mass index (BMI) z-scores, percentage of body fat (%BF), fat mass index (FMI), fat-free mass index (FFMI) and ratio of waist to hip circumference (WHR) were used to describe body composition. Results: Boys with higher total EI had higher BMI z-scores, %BF, and FMI than boys with lower total EI both before and after measurements were adjusted for confounders (age, fiber intake, physical activity, the timing of adding complementary foods, paternal education level and maternal BMI) (p ≤ 0.04). However, EI was not associated with body composition in girls. Dietary ED, in any category, was not associated with body composition in either gender. Conclusions: Dietary ED was not associated with body composition of children in Southwest China, while dietary EI in boys, not girls, was positively associated with body composition. Reducing dietary energy intake may help to prevent obesity and related diseases in later life among boys living in Southwest China.  相似文献

Soccer is the most practiced team sport in the world. Due to the importance of nutrition in soccer performance, controlling the body composition and dietary guidelines of players takes place starting from lower categories. The objective of this study was to evaluate body composition and adherence to the Mediterranean diet of U12 players from a professional soccer team and to identify their dietary weak points. Seventy-one U12 male soccer players participated in the study. Weight, height, percentiles, skinfolds, and body fat were measured by a certified anthropometrist following the procedures recommended by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry. The Mediterranean diet adherence test (KIDMED) was the questionnaire used to evaluate eating habits. In addition, a comparison was made among field positions. The results showed percentiles and body fat percentages appropriate for their age. Furthermore, the average score on the KIDMED test showed that the players generally adhered well to the Mediterranean diet, although they should improve their consumption of fruits and vegetables, as well as avoid skipping breakfast. Moreover, goalkeepers and defenders had a higher percentile BMI and percentage of fat than midfielders and forwards. In addition, these players had lower KIDMED values than midfielders and forwards. Although U12 soccer players have an appropriate body composition and adherence to the Mediterranean diet, there are differences between the different field positions that should be assessed by coaches, doctors, and nutritionists/dietitians.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To compare whole-body, lumbar, total spine, and pelvis bone mineral density (BMD), body mass index (BMI), body composition, energy expenditure for physical activity, and dietary intake of adolescents, aged 16-22 years. METHODS: Three study groups included 25 girls with histories of eating disorderd, 25 girls with no histories of eating diso rders who exercised < or = 7 hours/week, and 15 girls with no history of eating disorders who exercised > 7 hours/week. Bone mineral density was measured by dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA), body composition by bioelectric impedance and DEXA, energy expenditure by Personal Activity Computer, nutrient intake by 4-day dietary recalls/records, and BMI by measures of height/weight. General linear models, LSM +/- SEM, Student's t-tests, and correlation analyses were used to determine group differences. RESULTS: No significant differences in whole-body, spinal, and pelvis BMD were found among the three groups. Mean body fat (percent) was significantly higher (p =.0001) for the group with histories of eating disorders than other groups. Dietary intakes of adolescents with histories of eating disorders were significantly lower for energy (p =.0001), fat (p =.0001), calcium (p =.0007), vitamin D (p =.0180), and zinc (p =.0057) than those without eating disorder histories who exercised 相似文献

OBJECTIVES: A piglet model was used to validate and cross validate the fan-beam (FB) dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) software vKH6 and to determine the predictive values of physiologic parameters (weight, length, age and gender) on body composition. METHODS: Nineteen piglets (Group A: 600 to 21100 g) were used to validate the FB-DXA measurements of body composition based on chemical analysis of the carcass. An additional 22 piglets (Group B: 640 g to 17660 g) had FB-DXA measurements, and these values were compared to the predicted values generated from regression equations computed from group A piglets. Body composition for bone mass, lean mass and fat mass was based on ash weight, nitrogen and fat measured from three aliquots of homogenate from each carcass. Data from all piglets (n = 41) were used to determine the variations in body composition. Data analysis used regression, t test and analysis of variance. RESULTS: Duplicate DXA (total weight TW, bone mineral content BMC, bone area BA, bone mineral density BMD, lean mass LM and fat mass FM) measurements were highly correlated (r = 0.98 to 1.00, p < 0.001 for all comparisons) and were not significantly different. No significant differences were found in the residuals from predicted versus measured DXA values between the larger and the smaller (<1.6 kg) piglets from Group A. For Group B piglets, the DXA measured TW of 5666 +/- 5692 g (mean +/- SD), LM (5063 +/- 5048 g), FM (465 +/- 510 g), BMC (138 +/- 139 g), BA (486 +/- 365 cm(2)) and BMD (0.235 +/- 0.071 g/cm(2)) were highly significantly correlated with (r = 0.94 to 1.00, p < 0.001 for all comparisons) and were not significantly different from the predicted values. Data from all piglets (n = 41) showed that weight is the dominant predictor of whole body and regional body composition. Length, age or gender contributed to <2% of the variability of body composition. CONCLUSION: Body composition measurements using the FB DXA software vKH6 is highly reproducible. The software vKH6 is validated for use in a wide range of body weights and body composition, and cross-validated using a separate group of animals. Body weight is the dominant predictor of body composition in immature piglets.  相似文献

Intrauterine factors influence infant size and body composition but the mechanisms involved are to a large extent unknown. We studied relationships between the body composition of pregnant women and variables related to their glucose homeostasis, i.e., glucose, HOMA-IR (homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance), hemoglobin A1c and IGFBP-1 (insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1), and related these variables to the body composition of their infants. Body composition of 209 women in gestational week 32 and of their healthy, singleton and full-term one-week-old infants was measured using air displacement plethysmography. Glucose homeostasis variables were assessed in gestational week 32. HOMA-IR was positively related to fat mass index and fat mass (r2 = 0.32, p < 0.001) of the women. Maternal glucose and HOMA-IR values were positively (p ≤ 0.006) associated, while IGFBP-1was negatively (p = 0.001) associated, with infant fat mass. HOMA-IR was positively associated with fat mass of daughters (p < 0.001), but not of sons (p = 0.65) (Sex-interaction: p = 0.042). In conclusion, glucose homeostasis variables of pregnant women are related to their own body composition and to that of their infants. The results suggest that a previously identified relationship between fat mass of mothers and daughters is mediated by maternal insulin resistance.  相似文献
