Objective To explore family cohesion, adaptability and parental rearing pattern characteristics among boys with different subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods A total of 9495 children were sampled out in Hunan Province using the second-phase-interview approach. The children with positive screening were re-interviewed and diagnosed as ADHD according to the DSM-Ⅳ criteria. The 131 boys with different ADHD subtypes and 58 healthy boys matched with age as control group then filled the FACESⅡ-CV .146 boys with different ADHD subtypes and 61 healthy boys matched with age as control group then filled the EMBU.Results ( 1 ) There were no significant differences in the FACESⅡ-CV fact cohesion, cohesion satisfaction and adaptability satisfaction between boys with 3 different subtypes of ADHD and the controls ( Fisher Test; P > 0.05 ), but significant differences in ideal cohesion, fact and ideal adaptability, especially between boys with hyperactive/impulsive ADHD type and controls (Post Hoc test;P<0.05).(2) As to EMBU score, the ADHD boys with 3 subtypes had different ' warmth of father' and ' punishment of mother' score to the controls ( Post Hoc test ;P < 0.05 ).There were significant differences in 'punishment of father' between the boys with inattentive type and controls (Post Hoc test ;P = 0.011 ) , and in ' warmth of mother' between the boys inattentive type with the combined type and the controls( Post Hoc test ;P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The ADHD boys with different subtypes may have incongruent characteristics in family cohesion, adaptability and parental rearing pattern.  相似文献

Regional homogeneity(ReHo)and the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(ALFF)are two approaches to depicting different regional characteristics of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(RS-fMRI)data.Whether they can complementarily reveal brain regional functional abnormalities in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)remains unknown. In this study,we applied ReHo and ALFF to 23 medication-na ve boys diagnosed with ADHD and 25 age-matched healthy male controls using whole-brain voxel-wise analysis.Correlation analyses were conducted in the ADHD group to investigate the relationship between the regional spontaneous brain activity measured by the two approaches and the clinical symptoms of ADHD.We found that the ReHo method showed widely-distributed differences between the two groups in the fronto-cingulo-occipitocerebellar circuitry, while the ALFF method showed a difference only in the right occipital area. When a larger smoothing kernel and a more lenient threshold were used for ALFF,more overlapped regions were found between ALFF and ReHo,and ALFF even found some new regions with group differences. The ADHD symptom scores were correlated with the ReHo values in the right cerebellum, dorsal anterior cingulate cortex and left lingual gyrus in the ADHD group, while no correlation was detected between ALFF and ADHD symptoms. In conclusion,ReHo may be more sensitive to regional abnormalities,at least in boys with ADHD,than ALFF.And ALFF may be complementary to ReHo in measuring local spontaneous activity.Combination of the two may yield a more comprehensive pathophy-siological framework for ADHD.  相似文献

Attention deifcit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a pervasive psychiatric disorder that affects both chil-dren and adults. Adult male and female patients with ADHD are differentially affected, but few studies have explored the differences. The purpose of this study was to quantify differences between adult male and female patients with ADHD based on neuroimaging and connectivity analysis. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging scans were obtained and preprocessed in 82 patients. Group-wise differences between male and female patients were quantiifed using degree centrality for different brain regions. The medial-, middle-, and inferior-frontal gyrus, superior parietal lobule, precuneus, supramarginal gyrus, superior- and middle-temporal gyrus, middle occipital gyrus, and cuneus were identiifed as regions with signiifcant group-wise differences. The identiifed regions were correlated with clinical scores relfecting de-pression and anxiety and signiifcant correlations were found. Adult ADHD patients exhibit different levels of depression and anxiety depending on sex, and our study provides insight into how changes in brain cir-cuitry might differentially impact male and female ADHD patients.  相似文献

Objective To elucidate the clinical significance of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) mainly used for protecting neurological functions in patients with gliomas. Methods Thirty - eight patients with gliomas were recruited to undergo DTI test and assess the status of neurological functions before and after surgery. According to the relationships between gliomas and adjacent white matter(WM) tracts, DTI can be classfied as the following types : type Ⅰ - displacement; type Ⅱ - Infiltration; type Ⅲ - Disruption. The neurological functions before surgery were compared in three groups,as well as the change of neurological functions after surgery was also compared in three groups. Results There were 14 cases in type Ⅰ , 16 cases in type Ⅱ, and 8 cases in type Ⅲ. There were significant difference between DTI types and preoperative neurological functions, as well as between DTI types and the change of postoperative neurological functions ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions DTI allows to visualizate the relationships of gliomas and adjacent WM tracts, which represent the different growth patterns of gliomas. It is useful for neurosurgeons to select suitable surgical approaches and determine appropriate extent of resection.  相似文献
