消防改革转制以来,水域救援技术被广泛运用于应急救援工作中。以洪涝等自然灾害处置为代表的水域救援任务成为消防救援队伍的职责之一。此外,人员和交通工具落水坠冰等导致的人员溺水事故也成为了消防救援的新常态。近年来,消防部门陆续在辽宁、山东、云南、海南等地的水域救援培训基地,开展了全国范围各类水域救援骨干师资培训,为消防救援队伍培养了一批骨干师资力量。本文详述了消防水域救援培训现状和存在的问题,探索性地提出了消防水域救援的分类分级概念和消防水域救援培训体系等级标准和相关规范的建议。  相似文献

随着国家综合性消防救援队伍的组建成立,专业人才短缺、队伍实战能力不足等短板日益凸显。发展消防救援教育是完善现代职业教育体系,也是消防救援队伍建设发展对高层次专业化、职业化人才的紧迫需要。当前,我国成立了以中国消防救援学院和消防救援局天津、南京、昆明三个训练总队为主的消防救援教育体系,但在终身教育、资格认证、课程标准、机构运行、基地建设、交流合作等方面面临诸多困境。通过建立终身职业教育和多维认证体系,调整优化院校和训练总队功能布局,统筹管理突出综合能力提升和整体运行效能,是推动消防救援教育改革,加快实现职业教育高质量发展的有力举措。  相似文献

通过对手术室引发火灾的原因进行分析,提出火灾发生主要是环境中氧气浓度过高,酒精消毒液残留局部皮肤,电刀笔使用中产生局部高温,手术室电器设备、线路缺乏维护和检修,致使线路破损发生漏电和短路。为避免火灾的发生,重点要做好三方面工作:完善手术室管理,加强手术室工作人员的防火意识,注意术中管理。  相似文献

Over 2,000 North Carolina high school students completed surveys measuring community risk and protective factors and individual health risk behaviors including dating violence perpetration and victimization. Females reported more date fighting perpetration than males (8.8% to 4.0%), as well as greater levels of date fighting victimization (7.2% and 5.0%). In multivariate models, factors associated with date fighting perpetration among females and males included riding with a drinking driver. Neighborhood organization was protective for both groups. Cigarette use, drinking and driving, and being a minority were also associated with perpetration among females, while tobacco use was associated with date fighting perpetration by males. Factors associated with victimization among both genders included riding with a drinking driver. Females were more likely to be victimized if they used marijuana, whereas males were less likely to be a victim of date fighting if they perceived their community to be “organized.” Findings reflect comparable individual risk factors for date fighting across genders, with few exceptions, and warrant further investigation of the role of community assets in protecting young people from dating violence.  相似文献

This study was designed to explore the effects of previous exposure to the Reach Out to Schools: Social Competency Program (SCP) on the middle school adjustment of sixth grade students. SCP is designed to teach children social skills to help them to communicate better, solve problems and build stronger relationships. Students (n = 277), parents (n = 166), and teachers (n = 13) were surveyed. Results show associations between program exposure and the middle school adjustment of girls, according to teacher and student ratings, and on physical fighting among boys, according to their self-reports. Differences were also found for teacher-rated levels of girls' assertiveness and boys' self-rating of self-control.  相似文献

A physiological status monitor (PSM) has been embedded in a fire-resistant shirt. The purpose of this research study was to examine the ability of the PSM-shirt to accurately detect heart rate (HR) and respiratory rate (RR) when worn under structural fire fighting personal protective equipment (PPE) during the performance of various activities relevant to fire fighting. Eleven healthy, college-aged men completed three activities (walking, searching/crawling, and ascending/descending stairs) that are routinely performed during fire fighting operations while wearing the PSM-shirt under structural fire fighting PPE. Heart rate and RR recorded by the PSM-shirt were compared to criterion values measured concurrently with an ECG and portable metabolic measurement system, respectively. For all activities combined (overall) and for each activity, small differences were found between the PSM-shirt and ECG (mean difference [95%CI]: overall: ?0.4 beats/min [?0.8, ?0.1]; treadmill: ?0.4 beats/min [?0.7, ?0.1]; search: ?1.7 beats/min [?3.1, ?.04]; stairs: 0.4 beats/min [0.04, 0.7]). Standard error of the estimate was 3.5 beats/min for all tasks combined and 1.9, 5.9, and 1.9 beats/min for the treadmill walk, search, and stair ascent/descent, respectively. Correlations between the PSM-shirt and criterion heart rates were high (r = 0.95 to r = 0.99). The mean difference between RR recorded by the PSM-shirt and criterion overall was 1.1 breaths/min (95%CI: ?1.9 to ?0.4). The standard error of the estimate for RR ranged from 4.2 breaths/min (treadmill) to 8.2 breaths/min (search), with an overall value of 6.2 breaths/min. These findings suggest that the PSM-shirt provides valid measures of HR and useful approximations of RR when worn during fire fighting duties.  相似文献

[目的]了解上海市消防总队临退役消防队员血镉水平。[方法]对1908名临退役消防队员进行静脉采血,血镉检查,询问相关病史,使用原子吸收分光光度仪对血镉水平进行测定。[结果]市区中队与郊区中队血镉异常率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);不同服役年限和不同工种的血镉水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);吸烟组的血镉异常率明显高于非吸烟组(P〈0.001)。[结论]消防员的血镉异常率受吸烟因素影响较大,消防员的职业健康情况需引起关注。  相似文献
