湘西北地区神经型地方性克汀病人血清甲状腺激素及有关抗体水平的分析

本文对66例神经型地克病人血清 TGab TMab T_3 T_4 TSH IgG IgA IgM 进行了正常对比测定,结果两组无显著差异。提出神经型地克病的发病与自身免疫无关,在补碘后甲状腺功能基本正常。     

食盐加碘的监测与碘盐含碘量的动态观察

本文通过五年对碘盐的加工、贮存、包装、运输、销售和病区居民食用情况的监测及含碘量的动态观察,报告了用喷雾式加碘机湿混法在粗盐中加碘化钾,加碘量极度不均。高低浓度之间相差10倍以上。盐从碘化到病区居民食用间隔期平均五个月,包装不好或无包装,含碘量丢失了47.5％,有17.2％的用户碘盐含碘量在7.65μg/g以下。这是缺碘性疾病不能彻底控制的重要原因。     

THE USE OF DOLORIMETRY IN THE ASSESSMENT OF POST-TRAUMATIC ALGODYSTROPHY OF THE HAND

We have investigated the use of dolorimetry in the assessmentof algodystrophy of the hand. Findings in 12 affected patientsfollowing Colles' fracture were compared with age- and sex-matchednormal controls. Algodystrophy was associated with a significantincrease in tenderness of both the finger joints and bones.Tenderness of the whole hand was quantified by summing the dolorimetryreadings at each site within the hand and the ratio of the summedreadings for the two hands was defined as the dolorimetry ratio.This ratio was highly reproducible and independent of externalvariables. It was significantly lower in patients with algodystrophythan in controls and may provide a method for the diagnosisand serial assessment of the disorder.
