Clinical observation on treatment of 63 cases of enuresis by scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture plus moxibustion with box

To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture plus moxibustion with box in treating enuresis.MethodsNinety-three patients were divided into treatment group of 63 cases and control group of 30 cases.Scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture plus moxibustion with box were used in treatment group.Routine western medicine therapy was used in control group.Results and ConclusionThe cured rate was 69.8% and the total effective rate was 95.3% in the treatment group and 33.3% and 76.7% in the control group.The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P＜0.05).     

Treatment of postoperative uroschesis by acupuncture in 58 cases

Treatment of 30 cases of migraine by mind-regulating acupuncture

目的；探讨神庭、内关和三阴交穴在针刺治疗偏头痛中的作用。方法：在德国Aachen市门诊工作中，以神庭，双侧内关和三阴交为主穴，双侧合谷、太冲，患侧头维、阳白、攒竹、丝竹空、率谷、四白，耳穴交感、神门、心和内分泌为配穴（调神针刺法）治疗偏头痛患者30例，与常规针刺法治疗28例患者进行对照。观察两组疗效及即时止痛效果。结果：调神针刺法总有效率为90.0％，常规针刺法为75.0％，前者疗效好于后者（X^2=4．57，P〈0．05）。调神针刺法治疗24h后止痛效果远优于常规针刺法（X^2=10．11，P〈0．01）。结论：应用神庭、内关和三阴交穴治疗偏头痛可以取得较常规针刺方法更好的疗效。

应用针灸疗法治疗不安腿综合征患者49例，以阳陵泉、京骨、承山、承筋和商丘为主穴，肝肾阴虚型配肝俞、肾俞和太溪；寒湿入里型配血海和三阴交。针刺承山和承筋，得气后行温针灸。双侧承山穴注射复方丹参注射液。41例临床症状全部消失，7例临床症状消失，1例症状部分消失。
