目的 了解云南省宣威市青少年血脂水平,为青少年及成人早期血脂异常及心血管疾病防治提供参考依据。方法 采用整群抽样方法,于2017年10月抽取宣威市某校高一新生766人,测量其身高、体质量,抽取清晨空腹血清检测血脂水平,采用《儿童青少年血脂异常防治专家共识》标准进行血脂异常诊断。结果 研究对象血脂异常检出率为39.3%,高脂血症检出率为20.8%,4项血脂水平女生均高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01),高脂血症检出率女生高于男生(χ2=8.971,P<0.01),低HDL-C血症检出率女生低于男生(χ2=8.971,P<0.01)。不同BMI分组学生各项血脂水平和血脂异常检出率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),TC、TG、LDL-C水平按正常或消瘦组、超重组、肥胖组递增,HDL-C水平递减,各项血脂异常检出率递增。结论 宣威市某校高一新生血脂异常检出率较高,应及时开展干预工作。  相似文献

  目的  了解江西省儿童青少年血脂水平现状,为制定血脂异常防治策略提供依据。  方法  采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2019年在江西省抽取6~17岁儿童青少年14 535名作为研究对象,测量身高、体重等,并抽取空腹静脉血检测总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride, TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol, HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-ensity lipoprotein-cholesterol, LDL-C),采用“儿童青少年血脂异常防治专家共识”判定血脂异常。  结果  江西省6~17岁儿童青少年血脂异常检出率为14.9%,其中高TC、高TG、高LDL-C和低HDL-C检出率分别为5.9%,7.4%,2.9%,3.4%。女生血脂异常检出率(15.7%)高于男生(14.1%)(χ2=8.01,P=0.01),小学、初中、高中学生血脂异常检出率分别为13.8%,15.5%,17.3%(χ2=21.14,P < 0.01),体重正常、超重、肥胖者血脂异常检出率分别为12.8%,21.9%,30.0%(χ2=297.20,P < 0.01)。  结论  江西省儿童青少年血脂异常检出率虽低于全国水平,但现况不容忽视,超重肥胖学生应重点关注。  相似文献

目的 分析徐州市6~17岁儿童青少年血脂异常的流行现状及相关因素。方法 采用方便分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2019年在徐州市参加健康体检的中小学校中抽取722名6~17岁的中小学生做体格和血脂测量。采用2009年“儿童青少年血脂异常防治专家共识”判定血脂异常,logistics回归模型分析儿童青少年血脂异常的相关因素。结果 6~17 岁儿童青少年高总胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、高LDL-C血症、低HDL-C血症和血脂异常检出率分别为6.2%(45例)、17.5%(126例)、4.1%(30例)、15.1%(109例)和33.2%(240例)。含糖饮料≥1次/周(OR=1.19,95%CI:1.07~1.32)、睡眠时间<10 h/d (OR=1.65,95%CI:1.47~1.84)、缺乏体育锻炼(OR=1.85,95%CI:1.51~2.15)、超重(OR=1.45,95%CI:1.26~1.65)和肥胖(OR=2.77,95%CI:1.95~3.60)和儿童青少年患血脂异常相关。结论 徐州市6~17岁儿童青少年血脂异常检出率较高,含糖饮料≥1次/周、睡眠时间<10 h/d 、缺乏体育锻炼、超重和肥胖可能是儿童青少年血脂异常的危险因素。  相似文献

了解浙江省儿童青少年的超重和肥胖流行现况与特征,为进一步采取相应干预措施提供依据.方法 分层整群随机抽取浙江省11个地市小学一、三、五年级和初二、高二年级学生共33 256名,根据身高和体重计算体质量指数(BMI),应用中国肥胖问题工作组(WGOC)的“中国学龄儿童青少年超重、肥胖筛查体质量指数分类标准”判定超重和肥胖,进行流行病学描述性分析.结果 浙江省7 ~18岁儿童青少年超重检出率为10.6%,肥胖检出率为5.3%;男生超重和肥胖检出率(13.7%,6.8%)高于女生(7.4%,3.7%);小学生(12.3%,8.3%)和初中生(11.1%,5.1%)超重与肥胖检出率均高于高中生(8.7%,2.8%);经济发达地区儿童青少年的超重检出率和肥胖检出率(11.1%,5.6%)高于经济欠发达地区(10.3%,4.8%).结论 浙江省儿童青少年超重与肥胖的检出率超过全国水平.要重点关注男生、低年龄段学生和经济发达地区儿童青少年超重与肥胖的流行趋势,采取综合措施促进儿童青少年健康.  相似文献

广州市城区284名小学生血脂水平与体脂含量关系分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的了解广州市小学生血脂水平分布现况,分析血脂水平与体脂含量的关系,为开展心脑血管疾病的早期预防提供基础资料。方法抽取广州市2所全日制小学一~五年级各2个班,每班再抽取15名学生,进行血脂检测及体格检查。利用酶法对学生进行血清总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)测定,匀相测定法测定高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);采用生物电阻抗法(BIA)测量体脂含量。结果广州市284名受检小学生血脂异常率为30.3%,肥胖小学生的血脂异常率明显高于非肥胖组学生(χ2=21.91,P<0.01);TC,TG,LDL-C和HDL-C分别与体脂含量(PBF)呈中、高度相关。结论体脂含量对预测血脂异常有一定的价值。肥胖儿童定期检查血脂,对早期发现血脂紊乱、进行早期干预有重要的现实意义。  相似文献

目的调查洛阳市7~17岁儿童青少年肥胖及相关代谢异常情况,为制定健康促进提供指导。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样法,抽取本市7~17岁儿童青少年4 362人作为研究对象,测定身高、体重、血压、血糖、血脂等,计算BMI指数,分析肥胖及代谢异常情况。结果洛阳市4 362名儿童青少年中检出肥胖352名,肥胖检出率为8.07%。按年龄分层对比,7~岁组肥胖检出率为7.17%,14~岁组为8.94%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);肥胖儿童青少年在糖耐量、空腹血糖受损,胰岛素抵抗,高TG,低HDL-C和非酒精性脂肪肝6个指标异常检出率均明显的增多,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。肥胖儿童青少年在糖耐量、空腹血糖受损,胰岛素抵抗的代谢异常率分别为20.17%、19.60%和15.06%,高TG、低HDL-C、脂肪肝检出率分别为53.69%、51.70%、61.36%。结论洛阳市儿童青少年肥胖发生率较高,肥胖儿童与糖代谢异常相关性大,应进行综合干预。  相似文献

目的 了解北京市昌平区儿童青少年血脂异常特征,探讨血脂异常与超重、肥胖以及高血压之间的关系.方法 对北京市昌平区4 247名7~18岁中小学生进行身高、体重、收缩压、舒张压、血生化指标等检测,用SPSS 11.5进行统计学分析.结果 4 247名中小学生检出血脂异常116名,超重肥胖572名,高血压1 275名,血脂异常率为2.73%,高血压检出率30.02%,超重肥胖检出率为13.47%;高血压、超重肥胖人群TC,TG和LDL-C水平高于正常人群,HDL-C低于正常.结论 北京市昌平区中小学生与营养有关疾病患病情况不容乐观.  相似文献

目的 探讨基于体脂肪量指标评估的肥胖对儿童持续性血脂异常的筛查效果。方法 对“儿童青少年心血管与骨健康促进项目”的基线和随访调查数据进行分析。采用BMI、脂肪质量指数(FMI)和体脂率(FMP)指标分别对肥胖进行定义,将基线和随访调查中均发生血脂异常定义为持续性血脂异常状态。通过受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)比较不同指标定义的肥胖对持续性血脂异常的预测效果。结果 共纳入10 783名儿童(男童占49.6%)进行分析,年龄(10.9±3.3)岁。持续性高TC、高LDL-C、低HDL-C、高TG和高非HDL-C的检出率分别为1.3%、1.2%、4.3%、1.3%和0.8%。男童中FMI和FMP定义的肥胖预测持续性高LDL-C[FMI:AUC=0.626(95% CI:0.558~0.694),P=0.024;FMP:AUC=0.642(95% CI:0.574~0.710),P=0.004]和高非HDL-C [FMI:AUC=0.637(95% CI:0.584~0.689),P=0.017;FMP:AUC=0.641(95% CI:0.588~0.693),P=0.018]的效果均优于BMI。此外,FMI定义的肥胖男童预测持续性低HDL-C的效果优于BMI[AUC=0.784(95% CI:0.742~0.826)vs.0.750(95% CI:0.726~0.773),P=0.047]。在女童中,FMI和FMP定义的肥胖预测各项持续性血脂异常的能力与BMI相比差异无统计学意义。结论 男童中基于体脂肪定义的肥胖预测持续性高LDL-C、低HDL-C和高非HDL-C的能力优于BMI指标,可进一步推广肥胖精准评估指标在心血管疾病预防中的应用。  相似文献

目的 探讨儿童青少年肥胖与血压的关系,为心血管病的早期预防和干预提供依据。方法 以参加2010年全国学生体质与健康调研的青岛市7~17岁4 841名儿童青少年为研究对象,按照中国学龄儿童青少年超重肥胖筛查标准以及中国儿童青少年血压参考标准,采用χ2检验、标准离差法和多因素logistic回归分析等进行分析。结果 青岛市7~17岁超重和肥胖总检出率分别为15.37%和11.59%,男生高于女生。血压偏高的总检出率为30.4%,男生高于女生,城市高于乡村。血压Z分从高到低依次是肥胖组、超重组、体重正常组。血压偏高组的BMI值(20.58±4.42)高于正常组(18.85±3.47)。多因素分析显示,城乡、性别、年龄和BMI均是血压的影响因素。结论 青岛市中小学生血压偏高的总检出率高于山东省。年龄较大的城市肥胖男生发生高血压概率较高。  相似文献

The aim of the present study, which was part of the Health Behavior in School Aged Children (HBSC) study, was to provide national estimates for overweight and obesity in Greek school-aged children and adolescents. A nationwide multistage procedure was followed to obtain a representative sample of children and adolescents aged 11.5, 13.5 and 15.5 y. The resultant sample consisted of 4299 students, 51.3% girls and 48.7% boys. Self-reported weight and height data were used. According to the body mass index cutoff points adopted by the International Obesity Task Force (IOTF), 9.1% of girls and 21.7% of boys were classified as overweight, and 1.2% of girls and 2.5% of boys as obese. Corresponding values using CDC growth charts were 8.1% of girls and 18.8% of boys for overweight, and 1.7% of girls and 5.8% of boys for obese. Compared to most other western countries, the prevalence of obesity is lower in Greek children aged 11-16 y.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Valid and practical methods based on health-related criteria for obesity screening in children and adolescents are not available. Arbitrarily defined body mass index (BMI) cutoffs have been proposed to select adolescents at high risk of developing obesity in adulthood. OBJECTIVE: We assessed the usefulness of BMI, triceps skinfold thickness, and upper arm girth for screening for obesity by using a health-related definition of obesity (> or = 25% body fat in boys and > or = 30% body fat in girls) and a criterion method (dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry) that estimates percentage fat without the potential bias associated with other methods in adolescents. DESIGN: This was a cross-sectional study of Portuguese boys (n = 165) and girls (n = 163) aged 10-15 y. Nonparametric receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was used to define the best tradeoff between true-positive and false-positive rates. RESULTS: True-positive rates ranged from 67% to 87% and from 50% to 100% in girls and boys, respectively, and false-positive rates ranged from 0% to 19% and from 5% to 26%, respectively. For children aged 10-11 y, the areas under the curves (AUCs) for ROCs, an index of diagnostic accuracy, were close to 1.0, suggesting very good accuracy. For older boys and girls, AUCs for triceps skinfold thickness were similar to or greater than AUCs for BMI and upper arm girth. CONCLUSIONS: The results suggest that triceps skinfold thickness gives the best results for obesity screening in adolescents aged 10-15 y. BMI and upper arm girth were reasonable alternatives, except in 14-15-y-old boys, in whom both indexes were only marginally able to discriminate obesity.  相似文献

Air-displacement plethysmography (ADP) is now widely used for body composition measurement in pediatric populations. However, the manufacturer's software developed for adults leaves a potential bias for application in children and adolescents, and recent publications do not consistently use child-specific corrections. Therefore we analyzed child-specific ADP corrections with respect to quantity and etiology of bias compared with adult formulas. An optimal correction protocol is provided giving step-by-step instructions for calculations. In this study, 258 children and adolescents (143 girls and 115 boys ranging from 5 to 18 y) with a high prevalence of overweight or obesity (28.0% in girls and 22.6% in boys) were examined by ADP applying the manufacturer's software as well as published equations for child-specific corrections for surface area artifact (SAA), thoracic gas volume (TGV), and density of fat-free mass (FFM). Compared with child-specific equations for SAA, TGV, and density of FFM, the mean overestimation of the percentage of fat mass using the manufacturer's software was 10% in children and adolescents. Half of the bias derived from the use of Siri's equation not corrected for age-dependent differences in FFM density. An additional 3 and 2% of bias resulted from the application of adult equations for prediction of SAA and TGV, respectively. Different child-specific equations used to predict TGV did not differ in the percentage of fat mass. We conclude that there is a need for child-specific equations in ADP raw data analysis considering SAA, TGV, and density of FFM.  相似文献

  目的  分析7~18岁儿童青少年不同性别、年龄体成分百分位值变化趋势特点,为制定百分位参考值提供科学依据。  方法  2020年9—12月采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,共纳入北京市7~18岁儿童青少年1 585人。利用GAMLSS法估计性别、年龄别的体脂率(BF%)、脂肪质量指数(FMI)和瘦体重(FFM)的P25、P50和P75  结果  在不同年龄组中,营养状况正常的男生体脂率在10岁左右出现峰值,其中10岁儿童青少年体脂率P25、P50和P75分别为22.2%,26.1%和30.1%,肥胖男生的体脂率均处于较高的水平; 而女生不同营养状况下不同年龄组的体脂率变化不明显。营养状况正常和超重男生中,随着年龄的增加,FMI处于平缓水平; 但在肥胖的男生中,随着年龄的增加,FMI随着百分位的增高变化值逐渐增大,而女生逐渐减少。无论是在男生还是女生中,随着年龄的增加,FFM呈现增长的趋势,且男生增长的速度更快。  结论  在不同营养状况下,不同性别和年龄儿童青少年的体脂率、脂肪质量指数和瘦体重的百分位值存在一定的差异,在一定程度上可为制定儿童青少年体成分百分位参考值提供依据。  相似文献

目的 分析乌鲁木齐市新市区6~15岁儿童青少年体成分的发育规律及其在超重肥胖儿童青少年间的差异;探讨体重指数(BMI)及体脂两种方法评定超重肥胖的不同,对早期发现儿童青少年超重肥胖及制定改善措施提供参考。方法 2019年1月纳入乌鲁木齐市儿童青少年907人;采用儿童青少年体成分分析仪测量体成分、计算BMI-Z分值;超重肥胖评定参考WS/T586-2018。结果 6~15岁儿童青少年除男生体脂率外,男女生各体成分指标随年龄变化均存在线性趋势(P<0.05),BMI-Z评分男生高于女生(P<0.05);男生体脂百分比随年龄增长呈先上升后下降变化,女生在11岁时体脂百分比(BFP)超过男生(P<0.05)。BMI及BFP评价超重率及肥胖率分别为11.5%和9.0%、14.1%和20.5%;其中BMI正常组有7.6%和3.1%的少儿BFP评定为超重和肥胖;在BMI超重组有49.5%的少儿BFP评定为肥胖。各体成分在超重与肥胖组均高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论 儿童青少年体成分随年龄增长而增加且有性别及年龄差异;不同方法评定超重肥胖率略有不同,提示BMI评定肥胖标准易低估体脂胖肥儿童青少年;其超重和肥胖组各体成分均高于正常组。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess the validity of recommendations for use of the 85th and 95th percentiles of body mass index (BMI) of the population in the United States of America as a screening tool to assess overweight/obesity in adolescents. METHODS: We investigated the relation between BMI and percent body fat in 1,540 adolescents (717 males and 823 females) aged 10 to 17.9 years old from a private high school in Niterói, a city in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We used bioelectric impedance, with the appropriate equations for adolescents, to estimate percent body fat, which served as the gold standard (30% for girls and 25% for boys) to calculate the sensitivity and specificity of the 85th and 95th percentiles of the United States and Brazilian distribution curves of BMI. RESULTS: Sensitivity and specificity were high (above 80%) for the Niterói boys, except for the 85th percentile of the Brazilian curve (specificity = 61.8%) and for the 95th percentile of the United States curve (sensitivity = 55.4%). For the Niterói girls, the 85th- and 95th-percentile BMI cutoff points, from both the United States and Brazilian curves, showed low sensitivity, and that sensitivity decreased with age. Specificity was high for the girls, and much higher than it was for the boys. CONCLUSIONS: These data suggest that using BMI to screen for overweight/obesity in adolescents can generate a high percentage of false-positives for Niterói boys and an even higher percentage of false-negatives for Niterói girls. A more universal approach to using anthropometric measures to screen for overweight/obesity should be developed, preferably linked to stages of maturation.  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to examine the relationship between body composition and blood pressure (BP) in Bahraini adolescents. A sample of 504 Bahraini schoolchildren aged 12-17 years (249 boys and 255 girls) was selected using a multi-stage stratified sampling procedure. BP measurements were performed on the students. Anthropometric data including weight, height, waist circumference (WC), hip circumference, and triceps, subscapular and medial calf skinfold thicknesses were also collected. BMI, percentage body fat, waist:hip (WHR), and subscapular:triceps skinfold ratio were calculated. Mean systolic BP and mean diastolic BP were higher in males than in females. Weight and height in boys and weight only in girls were significantly associated with systolic BP independent of age or percentage fat. Nearly 14 % of the adolescents were classified as having high BP. BMI and percentage body fat were significantly and positively associated with the risk of having high BP in the boys and girls. Adolescents with high WHR or WC, as indicators for central obesity, tended to have higher BP values. The results from the present study indicate that obesity influences the BP of Bahraini adolescents and that simple anthropometric measurements such as WHR and WC are useful in identifying children at risk of developing high BP. These findings together with the known tracking of BP from adolescence into adulthood underline the importance of establishing intervention programmes in order to prevent the development of childhood and adolescent obesity.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: This study was conducted to evaluate the association of total and central adiposity with serum cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors in lean and obese Portuguese children and adolescents. RESEARCH METHODS AND PROCEDURES: A total of 87 girls (13.2 +/- 1.6 years old, 29.9 +/- 6.4% body fat [mean +/- SD]) and 72 boys (13.2 +/- 1.6 years old, 20.8 +/- 9.9% body fat) volunteered for the study. Whole-body composition and fat distribution, from DXA and anthropometry, and serum lipids, lipoproteins, and apolipoproteins were evaluated. RESULTS: The sum of three trunk skinfolds (STS) was highly correlated with total trunk fat mass measured by DXA (p < 0.001). Body mass index, DXA-measured percentage of body fat, trunk fat mass, STS, and the waist-to-height ratio were generally found to be associated with triacylglycerol, the ratio of total cholesterol (TC) to high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), and apolipoprotein B levels, (significant age-adjusted r between 0.16 and 0.27, p < 0.05). Body mass index, STS, and the waist circumference were also associated with HDL-C (p < 0.05), whereas no body composition variable significantly correlated with TC or apolipoproteins A-I. The STS was significantly correlated with HDL-C (p < 0.01), TC/HDL-C (p < 0.05), and apolipoproteins A-I (p < 0.05) independently of whole-body fatness. Obese subjects (n = 73) had higher TC, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C, and apolipoprotein B than did non-obese subjects (n = 86), and significant associations between central adiposity and some lipid variables (triacylglycerol and HDL-C) were found in obese children and adolescents that were not present in leaner individuals. DISCUSSION: DXA- and anthropometry-based whole-body and central fat measures are associated with serum CVD risk factors in Portuguese boys and girls. Obese children and adolescents have a poorer lipid profile than do their leaner counterparts. Trunk skinfolds, which are easy to obtain even in large samples, predict CVD risk factors to the same extent as DXA-based variables, in some cases, independently of total fatness.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the dietary intakes and food habits of 582 adolescents in Northern Greece. Anthropometric data have been collected for all the participating adolescents. The prevalence of obesity as determined by both body mass index (BMI) and triceps skinfold thickness (TST) was higher for boys than for girls. Furthermore, boys had higher energy and macronutrient intakes compared to girls. Of total energy intake, 41% for boys and 43% for girls was derived from fat. Energy intake was found adequate whereas fat intake was much higher than recommended. A percentage of adolescents also had lower than recommended iron, vitamin A, folate and zinc intakes, showing an unbalanced diet.  相似文献

了解焦作市隐性肥胖中学生心血管代谢指标与正常中学生之间的差异,为对隐性肥胖中学生采取干预措施提供支持.方法 在焦作市2所中学以班级为单位随机抽取635名中学生进行身体、体成分和代谢生化指标的测试,将BMI正常的384名中学生作为研究对象,对其中138名男生体脂肪率>20%、女生>25%的学生作为隐性肥胖组,与246名正常中学生各指标进行比较.结果 中学生隐性肥胖率为36.20%.隐性肥胖组中学男生的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均高于正常组学生,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为-4.913,-3.116,-2.852,P值均<0.01);隐性肥胖组女生总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白高于正常组学生,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.001,-3.481,P值均<0.05).隐性肥胖中学男生的高三酰甘油血症发生率高于正常组学生,差异有统计学意义(x2=7.352,P<0.01);隐性肥胖组女生高总胆固醇血症和高低密度脂蛋白血症的发生率高于正常组学生,差异均有统计学意义(x2值分别为4.394,4.626,P值均<0.05).结论 焦作市中学生隐性肥胖的比例较高,并且存在一定比例的血脂代谢异常学生,应进行控制和预防.  相似文献
