目的探讨前牙烤瓷桥崩瓷后,以桥体为基桩制作烤瓷冠修复的可行性. 方法去除桥体上唇舌侧残留瓷体,精密预备桥体,取模,常规烤瓷冠修复.结果 9例前牙桥体烤瓷冠修复,经过1~5年观察,疗效满意.结论前牙桥体崩瓷后烤瓷冠修复是一种切实可行的方法.  相似文献

烤瓷冠桥崩瓷后专用树脂修补的研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
目的 探讨专用树脂修补烤瓷冠桥崩瓷的临床适用范围和优缺点,并通过实验为临床研究提供依据。方法对35例崩瓷患牙在临床上用专用树脂进行修补,观察疗效二年;采用抗剪切实验测定并比较专用树脂与不同处理方法的烤瓷及镍铬合金界面的粘接强度,并与光敏树脂与离体牙釉质粘结强度比较。结果专用树脂修补崩瓷成功率达到80%;试验显示专用树脂与瓷粘接强度可达到普通光敏树脂与新鲜离体牙釉质粘接强度的93%左右,二者统计学上无显著性差异。不同界面(烤瓷面与金属面P〈0.01)以及界面不同处理方法(酸蚀与酸蚀加喷砂P〈0.05)对各实验组剪切强度有不同程度影响,差异有显著性,与临床观察结果相符。结论若适应证选择合适并对崩瓷面进行必要处理,专用树脂修补烤瓷冠桥崩瓷是一种省时、省力、经济的有效方法。  相似文献

金属烤瓷冠修复体具有外形美观,色泽逼真,耐磨耗,生物相容性好等优点,因而在临床上已被广泛应用。但在对活髓牙全冠烤瓷修复牙体预备时,为了获得足够瓷层和底层冠所需要的间隙,常需磨除大量的牙体组织,致使牙冠大部分的牙本质小管暴露,同时由于机械调磨过程中产热等原因,均可引起牙髓组织的应激性反应,导致剧痛,患者难以接受,从而影响了牙体预备和修复效果。麻醉镇痛术的应用,为活髓牙牙体预备的效果提供了保证。笔者自2000年8月至2001年8月在进行活髓牙牙体预备时,使用进口麻醉剂碧兰麻局部浸润麻醉,效果良好,并与2%利多卡…  相似文献

我科自 1997年开始将金属烤瓷固定修复应用于临床 ,经过 4年的临床实践与观察 ,取得了满意的效果。1 临床资料与方法1.1 资料从门诊患者中选择适合作固定修复的 154例共 416个牙齿作金属烤瓷冠修复 ,男性 69例 ,女性 85例 ,年龄 18~ 71岁 ,平均年龄 3 6岁。其中前牙 2 53个 ,前磨牙 13 7个 ,磨牙 2 6个 ,上颌牙 2 97个 ,下颌牙 119个。1.2 方法金属烤瓷冠修复前死髓牙均需进行完善的根管治疗 ,活髓牙牙体预备过程中要注意保护牙髓。唇颊面需磨去 1.5~ 2 .0mm的间隙 ,近远中邻面需磨除 1.5mm的间隙 ,前牙切端磨除间隙不小于 2mm ,颈部制…  相似文献

目的对成年人影响美观的前牙进行美容修复,以达到增进美观改善功能的效果。方法对216例734颗前牙采用铸造金属桩核、金属桩钉加光固化树脂部分核、磨改牙体形态等方法进行牙体预备,代之以金属烤瓷冠修复。结果经1年以上随访149例521牙,除个别牙(7.4%)出现裂瓷、尖周炎、根折及牙龈炎等并发症,其92.6%病例效果良好。结论为金属烤瓷冠适用于前牙美容修复。  相似文献

PURPOSE: This in vitro study was designed to evaluate the new ShadeEye-EX Chroma Meter and a new visual porcelain shade-matching system (Vitapan 3-D Master, Omega 900) in comparison to the traditionally used visual porcelain shade-matching system (Vita Lumin Vacuum, VMK 68). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Shade matches and porcelain fabrications on individualized shade tabs were carried out. The fabricated porcelain tabs were evaluated against the respective natural tooth using the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) criteria to determine clinically acceptable match. The tabs also were ranked according to the final-color match to the corresponding natural tooth. RESULTS: The percentage of clinically acceptable color matches were as follows: Vita Lumin Vacuum (46.67%), ShadeEye-EX (40%), and Vitapan 3-D Master (56.67%). The generalized estimating equation (alpha = 0.5) showed no statistically significant difference between systems in obtaining a clinically acceptable match (p = .5729). The chi-squared test (alpha = 0.5) showed no statistically significant difference between systems in terms of rank order (p = .5017). The two new systems do not produce color match that is better than the conventional visual porcelain shade-matching system.  相似文献

Nowadays the porcelain laminate veneer is a frequently prescribed aesthetic restoration for anterior teeth. A substantially reduced tooth preparation is required compared to conventional aesthetic complete crown preparations, in accord with the practice philosophy of minimally invasive dentistry. The long term clinical success of porcelain veneers depends on a careful case selection and diagnostic approach, as well as accurate and appropriate tooth preparation and adhesive bonding procedures. The goal of this paper is to give a reproducible clinical method to the practitioner for the realization of reliable porcelain laminate veneers.  相似文献

The purpose of this in vitro investigation was to evaluate the shear bond strength of composite resin bonded to Cerec Vitablocs Mark II porcelain with four different porcelain repair systems. The systems evaluated in this study were Scotchbond/ RelyX Primer (S/ 3M), Ultradent Porcelain Repair Kit (U, Ultradent), Vivadent Ceramic Repair Kit (V, Vivadent) and Prime & Bond NT/ Calibra Silane Coupling Agent (P, Dentsply). Seventy five Cerec Vitablocks Mark II porcelain were embedded in metal rings, leaving 7 mm of porcelain exposed above the ring surface. Samples were ground wet on 400 grit SiC paper to roughen the surface and then screened for surface defects. The five porcelain repair agents were applied according to manufacturers' instructions and matching composite stubbs, then bonded onto 15 treated porcelain surfaces, using an Ultradent mould with a diameter of 2,38 mm. All samples were stored in distilled water for 24 hours at 37 degrees C before the bonds were stressed to failure, using a shear load in a Texture Analyser (TAXT2i) (Stable Micro Systems) Data was analyzed statistically (ANOVA). The effects of the pretreatments on the porcelain surfaces after treatment with the different systems were examined in a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and the modes of fracture were assessed under a light microscope. The mean SBS (MPa) for the products in descending order were: U = 26.6 1.7; V = 20.9 3.4; C = 19.4 5.3; S = 18.0 2.0 and P = 15.9 2.1. The Student-t Test revealed a statistical significant difference (p < 0.05) between the mean shear bond strengths of P and U. There was also a statistical significant difference (p < 0.05) between the mean shear bond strengths of P and V. Most debonded specimens showed cohesive fractures in the porcelain. Significant shear bond strength differences were observed for the different repair systems. All the systems tested can probably be used to repair Cerec Vitablocs Mark II porcelain, with some systems providing higher bond strengths.  相似文献
