目的:调查护理本科生主观职业障碍与专业自我概念的现状,并分析两者的关系,为护理教育者进行就业指导提供参考依据。方法:采用大学生主观职业障碍问卷、护理专业自我概念量表对378名护理本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生的主观职业障碍总均分为(2.23±0.26)分,专业自我概念总均分为(2.90±0.32)分,专业自我概念各维度得分与主观职业障碍得分均呈负相关(P〈0.01)。回归分析显示,技能、沟通交流、满意度是主观职业障碍的重要预测变量。结论:护理教育者应根据护理本科生专业自我概念的特点,进一步稳定其专业思想,降低主观职业障碍。 相似文献

目的 探讨影响慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理的影响因素。方法 基于慢性病自我护理框架,应用慢性心力衰竭自我护理量表、特定活动量表、自我概念量表及社会支持量表调查分析方便抽样抽取的90例慢性心力衰竭患者。结果 采用逐步多元回归法分析,自我护理的维持与教育程度及年龄的相关程度为0.354;自我护理的自我管理与自我概念的相关程度为0.266。结论 慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理的影响因素为教育程度、年龄及自我概念。 相似文献

[目的]了解本科护生实习前的压力状况和护理专业自我概念水平,探讨本科护生实习前的压力状况与护理专业自我概念的关系,为培养护生积极的专业自我概念及采取有效措施缓解护生实习前压力提供理论依据。[方法]采用护理专业本科生实习前压力源及压力水平量表、护理专业自我概念量表(PSCNI)对104名实习前本科护生进行问卷调查。[结果]本科护生实习前压力得分为2.43分±0.51分,处于中度压力水平;护理专业自我概念得分为2.84分±0.28分,具有较为积极的专业自我概念水平;本科护生护理专业自我概念与其实习前压力水平呈负相关(r=-0.290,P0.05)。[结论]护理专业自我概念对本科护生实习前压力水平有影响,学校和实习医院应积极培养本科护生良好的专业自我概念,采取针对性措施缓解本科护生实习前压力,帮助其树立良好心态,提高临床实习效果。 相似文献

摘要:目的 探讨护理本科生自我概念与应付方式的关系,为培养积极自我概念和良好应对机制提供理论依据。方法采用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)及应付方式问卷对239名护理本科女生进行调查。结果 护理本科生的自我概念总体较积极,多采用成熟的应付行为。不同自我概念水平的护理本科生其应付方式存在差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);自我概念总分和解决问题、求助因子呈正相关(均P<0.01),与自责、幻想、退避、合理化因子呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 护理本科生的自我概念和应付方式相互影响,应重视二者关系,培养其积极的自我概念和良好的应对机制。关键词:护理本科生; 自我概念; 应付方式; 护理教育中图分类号:R47;R395 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-4152(2007)17-0046-03 相似文献

This study examines the role of Perceived Emotional Intelligence, in nursing students’ self-concept, controlling personality dimensions. Self-image is a cognitive component of the self that contains images of who we are, what we want to be and what we express and wish to express to others. Likewise, there is also an emotional and assessable component known as self-esteem. For a profession that requires not only technical expertise but also psychologically oriented care, knowledge about the self in nursing would be crucial to further development and growth of the profession. However, the role of emotions in the formation of nursing professionals has been scarcely studied.One hundred and thirty five undergraduates from nursing studies voluntarily participated in our study. They completed a questionnaire that comprises several scales. Our results show positive correlations between the Clarity and Emotional Repair components of Perceived Emotional Intelligence and all scales of the self-concept scale. Furthermore, we found positive relationships between the Extraversion and Accountability components of personality with almost all the scales of the self-concept and negative relationships with personality and neuroticism components of the self-concept. 相似文献

Professional self-concept is a critical driver of job satisfaction. In Australia, as international nursing enrolments rise, nursing is increasingly characterised by a professional body of international nurses who may differ from domestic Australian nurses in their nursing self-concept. At present, little is known about the extent to which domestic and international students nurses' self-concepts may differ. The present study aimed to elucidate and contrast domestic and international nursing students' self-concepts from one large Australian university. A total of 253 domestic (n=218) and international (n=35) undergraduate nursing students from a large public university in Sydney, Australia completed the Nurses' Self-Concept Instrument (NSCI). Multiple-Indicator-Multiple-Indicator-Cause (MIMIC) modelling was used to assess the effects of student group (domestic and international) on the latent self-concept factors of the NSCI. Domestic and international students' professional self-concepts were similarly high. MIMIC modelling demonstrated that domestic students had a higher patient care self-concept in comparison to international students. Results imply that it may be useful for Australian universities to foster strategies that enhance specific domains of self-concepts (e.g., care) which may be underdeveloped for at least some cultural groups within the international nursing student population compared with domestic nursing students. 相似文献

This analysis of self-concept includes an examination of definitions, historical perspectives, theoretical basis, and closely related terms. Antecedents, consequences, defining attributes, and a definition were formulated based on the analysis. The purpose of the analysis was to provide support for the use of the label "self-concept"as a broad category that encompasses the self-esteem, identity, and body-image nursing diagnoses within Taxonomy I. This classification could allow the use of a broad diagnostic label to better describe conditions that necessitate nursing care. The purposes of this study were to: (1) describe the level of professional self-concept among new graduate nurses working in critical care and general medical surgical unit six months after completing a nursing program, (2) examine the professional self-concept in relation to age, marital status, and educational level of new graduate nurses, and (3) examine graduate nurses' perceptions of their nursing educational preparation for their clinical area. One hundred thirty two (n=132) new graduate nurses completed the professional self-concept nurses instrument (PSCNI) and answered two open ended questions focused on their educational preparation. Scores on the PSCNI ranged 58-106 with an overall mean of 83. There was a positive correlation between age and level of professional self-concept. Single factor ANOVA showed no statistical differences between levels of professional self-concept, marital status (p=0.43), and educational level (p=0.09). New graduate nurses identified themes as they assessed their educational preparation for their work experiences. 相似文献

The centrality of the self-concept in maintaining physical and psychosocial well-being is widely recognized in nursing. Despite its importance, progress in the development of an empirically-supported and clinically-relevant theoretical framework has been limited by difficulties in defining and measuring the construct.
