目的:探讨琼脂联合藻酸盐制取磨牙桩核印模的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月至2012年1月在该院口腔修复门诊就诊患者54例,磨牙残冠、残根共62颗,采用琼脂联合藻酸盐制取磨牙桩核印模。结果54例患者的62颗磨牙中,58颗磨牙取模成功,成功率达93.5%。经过2年时间复诊观察,无一桩核松动、脱落,无一桩核、牙根折断。结论采用琼脂法制取磨牙桩核印模操作简便、精确、成本低廉,值得临床推广。  相似文献

目的系统评价不同局部托盘制取藻酸盐印模后的石膏模型精确性。方法利用局部托盘的方法,通过灌注硬石膏,在上颌部位制作藻酸盐标准模型的印模。而后依次测量龈缘近中边缘至远中边缘(4牙位)距离,以及远中边缘至近中边缘(2牙位)的距离,将上述两种距离与正常标准值进行统计学对比分析。参照局部托盘选择材料的不同,将研究对象分为铝制和钢制局部托盘两组;参照测量时间的不同,划分为1h和12h两组,上述各组依次测量6次。结果在近中边缘至27远中边缘距离测定时,全部的模型组与标准之间的差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);在远中边缘至近中边缘的距离对比分析时,标准与钢制托盘之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),剩余各组模型与标准模型之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);在时间对比方面,1h和12h两组模型进行统计分析,两个时间段之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在藻酸盐印模制取的过程中,远中边缘至近中边缘的距离与标准的实体更相吻合;而近中边缘至27远中边缘钢制与铝制托盘印模的准确性基本一致;在临床中,制作近中边缘至27远中边缘距离,以及远中边缘至近中边缘两种印模,材料以及石膏模型的规格比例之间的差异无统计学意义。  相似文献

二氧化氯喷雾消毒对藻酸盐印模模型精度的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
目的了解二氧化氯溶液喷雾消毒对藻酸盐印模模型精度的影响。方法用59mm×16mm×16mm标准试件制取印模。实验分为3个消毒处理组,分别处以2%戊二醛浸泡消毒20min,1%84消毒液浸泡消毒20min,550mg/L二氧化氯喷雾消毒后放入100%密闭容器中20min,不处理组作为对照组。采用三坐标测量机分析消毒处理后的印模灌制出模型的尺寸改变,精确度可达0.001mm。实验结果用SPSS11.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果2%戊二醛和1%84消毒液浸泡20min后,与对照组相比在水平向、垂直向尺寸变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与二氧化氯喷涂消毒处理相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3种消毒方法处理印模20min均不影响修复体制作的精度,但二氧化氯溶液喷雾消毒对藻酸盐印模模型精度的影响比2%戊二醛和1%84消毒液均小,更适用于临床。  相似文献

目的观察藻酸盐联合水胶体敷料治疗压疮的效果。方法将46例压疮患者随机分为试验组26例和对照组20例。试验组采用藻酸盐联合水胶体敷料治疗,对照组采用凡士林纱布常规治疗。结果试验组总有效率为100.0%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗时间为(7.1±4.1)d短于对照组的(10.5±5.6)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论藻酸盐联合水胶敷料治疗压疮效果显著,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:使用不同消毒剂调拌藻酸盐印模材料以制成具有自我消毒功能的自身消毒型印模,研究印模材料尺寸稳定性的变化,以探求一种临床操作简单快捷、精确有效的印模消毒方法。方法:分别用0.01%、0.02%、0.03%、0.04%的C lO2消毒液、0.01%、0.02%的碘伏消毒液及无菌蒸馏水调拌藻酸盐印模材料制取标准试件的印模,超硬石膏灌模,用数字读数显微镜测量石膏模型上的标记点距离,采用SPSS 11.5统计软件对测量结果进行O ne-w ay ANOVA分析,以α=0.05为检验水准。结果:用二氧化氯、碘伏溶液调合藻酸盐印模材料对模型精度无影响。结论:自身消毒不会影响印模材料的尺寸稳定性,可试用于临床印模的消毒。  相似文献

目的研究藻酸盐印模材制取印模后最佳灌模时间。方法制作倒凹为2mm的不锈钢模具并在模具上刻画三个标志点,用两种藻酸盐印模材制取不锈钢模具印模。分别在制取印模后0min、5min、10min三个时间点灌注超硬石膏模型,每组每种材料制取10个(共60个),用测量显微镜测量各标志点的距离,进行统计学分析。结果即刻灌注组与其他两组相比,差异均有统计学意义;5min组和10min组之间差异没有统计学意义。结论印模制取后5min~10min为藻酸盐印模材最佳模型灌注时间。  相似文献

目的探讨降脂通脉胶囊联合藻酸双酯钠片治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月在陕西省荣誉军人康复医院治疗的高脂血症患者86例,根据用药的差别分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例)。对照组口服藻酸双酯钠片,50mg/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服降脂通脉胶囊,2.0g/次,3次/d。两组患者经4周治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、摄食抑制因子-1(NSF-1)、硫氧还蛋白相互作用蛋白(TXNIP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TFN-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、脂联素(ADP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为81.40%,显著低于治疗组的97.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、ECP、IL-1β、TFN-α、TXNIP、NSF-1和MDA水平均显著降低(P<0.05),而HDL-C、ADP、SOD和GSH-Px水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者这些指标明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降脂通脉胶囊联合藻酸双酯钠片治疗高脂血症可有效降低血脂指标,促进机体细胞因子和氧化应激指标的改善,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。  相似文献

目的对比分析印模膏在口腔内直接制作个别托盘与常用自凝塑料口外制作法,以及临床效果;以期寻找更好的印模方法。方法选择2012年4月至2012年12月就诊我科符合条件的患者160例。其中80例采用印模膏口内直接个别托盘制作及印模作为研究组,80例采用常用自凝塑料口外制作个别托盘及印模作为对照组。每位受试者签受试同意书后进行制作,比较两种制作方法的效果。结果研究组个别托盘准确度为75%,对照组为60%;二次印模准确度为98.78%,对照组为82.56%;总体精确度为86.69%,对照组为71.28%。两组对比,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论印模膏口内直接个别托盘制作及二次印模的方法能有效、简化、精准制作个别托盘,提高印模质量,最大程度的满足患者需要。  相似文献

目的根据牙隐裂不同时期的临床表现,采用不同的方法进行治疗,并对疗效进行分析。方法 87颗隐裂的患牙中,未出现牙髓症状的43颗患牙,采用调牙合及保存活髓的高嵌体修复治疗;出现牙髓炎及根尖周炎症状的44颗患牙,采用调牙合、完善的根管治疗后进行全冠修复。结果经过1~3年的临床观察,87颗患牙中治愈85颗,占97.7%;保存2颗,占2.3%,牙齿保留率为100%。结论针对牙隐裂的临床特点,采取不同的治疗方法,获得了满意的临床效果。  相似文献

Attempts to determine conditions or processes within alginate gel beads often suffer from inaccuracies due to an improper roundness of the analysed beads. Therefore, a novel solvent-based method for the preparation of alginate beads with improved shape was developed: An aqueous solution of 2% (w/v) alginate in water was injected into a solvent layering consisting of hexane, n-butanol, n-butanol with 1% (w/v) CaCl2 and finally 2% (w/v) CaCl2 in water. Beads of up to 3.5?mm in diameter obtained with this method had a roundness which was ~5% better than comparable beads prepared by dropping an alginate solution into a CaCl2-hardening bath. This was determined by a software supported quantitative analysis of bead size and shape. Additionally, the novel solvent-based method allows for highly reproducible preparation of alginate beads with exactly predictable sizes. The biggest beads obtained with this method were 9?mm in diameter. Thus, with the solvent-based preparation of alginate beads it is now possible to easily obtain beads of exactly the type needed for a specific analytical purpose.  相似文献

Bioadhesive sodium alginate microspheres of Metoprolol tartrate (MT) for intranasal systemic delivery were prepared to avoid the first-pass effect, as an alternative therapy to injection, and to obtain improved therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris. The microspheres (Ms) were prepared using emulsification--cross-linking method. The formulation variables were drug loading, polymer concentration, cross-linking agent concentration, and cross-linking time. The Ms were evaluated for characteristics, like particle size, incorporation efficiency, swelling ability, in vitro bioadhesion, in vitro drug release, and in vivo pharmacodynamic performance in rabbits against isoprenaline-induced tachycardia. Treatment of in vitro data to different kinetic equations indicated matrix-diffusion controlled drug delivery from sodium alginate Ms. Polymer concentration, cross-linking agent concentration, and cross-linking time influenced the drug release profiles significantly. In vivo studies indicated significantly improved therapeutic efficacy of MT from Ms with sustained and controlled inhibition of isoprenaline-induced tachycardia as compared with oral and nasal administration of drug solution.  相似文献

目的分析止痛如神汤加减坐浴联合藻酸盐敷料在肛瘘术后缓解疼痛及促进术口愈合的临床效果;方法将2017年5月~2019年7月医院收治的80例肛瘘手术患者作为研究对象,根据手术先后顺序平均分为两组,分别纳入对照组(n=40)与联合组(n=40),其中,对照组患者用藻酸盐敷料换药,联合治疗组采取止痛如神汤加减坐浴与藻酸盐敷料联合治疗,比较两组患者相关指标、治疗总有效率和并发症例数。结果联合组患者疼痛缓解程度、症状消失时间优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,而各项并发症例数均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用止痛如神汤加减坐浴与藻酸盐敷料联合治疗肛瘘术后患者,可缓解患者疼痛,加快患者恢复,降低并发症发生率。  相似文献

目的:观察保存方法治疗折裂牙的疗效。方法:选取106例110颗折裂牙,采用结扎固定,根管治疗后全冠保护的方法修复患牙.追踪观察治疗效果。结果:本组106例110颗折裂牙中,半年成功率91.3%,1年成功率89.4%,2年成功率86.8%。结论:对折裂牙经结扎固定,在完善的根管治疗后行全冠修复是一种行之有效的方法,有一定的临床应用价值。  相似文献

Isoniazid (INH) is the first line anti-tubercular drug that is widely used in the treatment of tuberculosis. 99mTc-alginate-INH microsphere scintigraphy has been demonstrated to be a useful noninvasive imaging technique for microsphere deposits located in different organs of the rabbits. The aim of this study was to develop an improved formulation, to validate the formulation for long-time retention, as well as to assess radiotracer stability by novel quality control methods. Our study reports the labeling and evaluation of alginate blends-INH microspheres. The incorporation efficiency of optimized formulation was 89% w/w. The in vitro release study was carried out in simulated intestinal fluid at pH 7.4, and it was found that the formulation delivered the drug for 36 h. The labeling efficiency of 99mTc-alginate blends-INH microspheres was seen at various pH (i.e. pH ranging from 5 to 7.5) and different concentration of stannous chloride dehydrate (i.e. 25–200 μg) and it was concluded that 96% labeling efficiency was achieved in case of pH 7.5 and 60 μg stannous chloride. The stability study was carried out in saline and serum and it was found that the complex was highly stable in vitro and in vivo. The blood clearance in rabbits showed bi-exponential pattern depicting that 50% of activity washed out at 2 h with t1/2(Fast) was 2.1 h and t1/2(Slow) was 12.5 h. Bio-distribution was normal and the experimental mice showed major accumulation of the radiolabeled formulation in liver, intestine, lungs and kidneys, indicating hepatobiliary and renal route of excretion. The distribution of the drugs to the lung was showing its efficiency in the treatment of tuberculosis.  相似文献

The sorptive eradication of ibuprofen (IBP), a pharmaceutical micro-pollutant, from aqueous medium in a fixed bed upward flow column reactor was examined using the adsorbent prepared from amalgamation of calcium chloride caged acid activated tamarind seed and bentonite alginate beads [Ca2+(TAABB)Al]. Surface texture and the presence of constituent elements in the contrived sorbent was characterised by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive x-ray analysis at pre-sorption and post-sorption phases. Effect of controlling factors viz. bed height of the column (5–25 cm), influent concentration of IBP (10–25 mg/L), and amount of inflow (2–6 mL/min) on efficacious IBP uptake was evaluated. The column experimentation revealed that there would be a rise in height of the breakthrough curve while the column bed height increases. Along with 97.48% IBP elimination, the maximal adsorbent uptake has been determined to be 17.54 mg/g from an optimum height of column bed of 20 cm, concentration of influent ibuprofen 20 mg/L, and amount of inflow 2 mL/min. Efficiency of the sorbent was investigated using the bed depth service time (BDST) model, and it was observed that bed height of the column was the most important aspects in achieving effective IBP adsorption. The investigational results were well supported by the Yoon–Nelson as well as Thomas model. The desorption analysis demonstrated the performance of adsorbent up to 5 cycles for ibuprofen separation with a column regeneration rate of 38.14%. Hence, the novel sorbent Ca2+(TAABB)Al can be effectively used to eradicate IBP from aqueous phase.  相似文献

目的:观察上下颌多数牙齿缺失患者戴用套筒冠义齿后的修复疗效。方法:在患者戴牙后第三个月,通过问卷调查表了解患者对义齿的满意度以及咀嚼功能变化,观察套筒冠义齿修复的疗效。结果:80%以上的患者对所戴用的义齿表示满意;90%以上的患者咀嚼功能变好;60%以上的患者修复前后饮食结构有变化。结论:套筒冠义齿能够较好的恢复多数牙齿缺失患者的咀嚼、美观及发音功能。  相似文献
