电针足三里穴对胃粘膜保护作用的机制研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
[目的]探讨电针足三里穴对胃粘膜的保护作用机制。[方法]将20只狗随机分为空白对照组、非经非穴组、上巨虚组、足三里组(每组5只)。采用激光多普勒血流仪连续监测狗胃粘膜血流量的变化,同步测定血浆及胃粘膜组织中降钙素基因肽(CGRP)含量,并观察其变化规律。[结果]电针足三里穴可使狗胃粘膜血流量增加(与针刺前比P<0.05或P<0.01),使血浆和胃体粘膜中的CGRP含量增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);而针刺上巨虚穴有同样的作用趋向,但未显示统计学意义;针刺非经非穴组未见这一变化。[结论]说明电针足阳明胃经穴位,尤其电针足三里穴可以改善胃粘膜的血流量,这种改善可能与针刺影响血浆和胃粘膜的CGRP含量升高有关,这可能也是电针足三里可以对胃粘膜起保护作用的机制之一。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of temperature on different facial areas by suspended moxibustion at two points,Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4),and probe the phenomena underlying self-regulation in the human body after thermal stimulation.METHODS:Thirty healthy volunteers accepted moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4),and the order of moxibustion points was randomly determined.Moxibustion method:suspension of moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4) on both sides was performed using an ignited moxa stick stuck in a support for 20 min.Observation method:An infrared thermal image of the face was taken before and after suspended moxibustion using a CK350 medical infrared thermal imaging instrument.Data analysis:A thermal microscopic section view system(TMTSys) was used to analyze the change in temperature in special facial areas.Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 14.0 software.RESULTS:Before moxibustion was suspended,the facial thermal image showed a T-shaped thermal area related to the vascular distribution with even temperature and good symmetry on both sides.Suspended moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) have a very significant increase in temperature at the forehead,around the nose,at the corners of the mouth,and at the cheeks and lips(P<0.01).Suspended moxibustion over Hegu(LI 4) also have a significant(P<0.05) increase in temperature around the nose,the corners of the mouth,the cheeks,and lips,where has a new high temperature area was formed(P<0.01).Suspended moxibustion over Hegu(LI 4) raised the temperature at the middle point of the lips more obviously than did Zusanli(ST 36) in the same person,(P<0.05).After 10 min of moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) and Hegu(LI 4),the change in temperature in the facial area reached its peak value.CONCLUSIONS:Facial infrared thermography of healthy people revealed a T-shaped thermal area reflecting a physiological thermal area.Moxibustion over Zusanli(ST 36) or Hegu(LI 4) raised the temperature in this facial T-shaped thermal area.Hegu(LI 4) led to the formation of a new thermal area in the lips.The time required for moxibustion to regulate human body temperature was 10 min.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE

To evaluate the effect of heat stimulation via scar-producing moxibustion at the acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Feishu (BL 13) on the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and quality of life in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

METHODS

Seventy patients with NSCLC were randomly assigned into two groups: group A received scar-producing moxibustion at the acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Feishu (BL 13) every day for 6 weeks, while group B received no intervention (control group). Outcome measures were the NLR and the scores from the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30). The NLR and the EORTC QLQ-C30 were assessed at baseline and at the end of 6 weeks.

RESULTS

Five participants dropped out, leaving a final total of 65 participants who completed the trial. Groups A and B had a similar mean NLR at baseline. After the treatment course, the NLR in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.001). Compared with group B, the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in group A were significantly greater in terms of global health status or quality of life (P < 0.001) and function (P < 0.05), and significantly lower in terms of symptoms (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSION

The present study suggests that performing scar-producing moxibustion by heat-stimulating the acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Feishu (BL 13) effectively decreases the NLR and improves the quality of life in patients with NSCLC.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) stimulation on the expressions of angiotensinogen(AGT), angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor(AT1R), endothelin-1(ET1), and endothelin A receptor(ETAR) m RNA in spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR) aorta. Methods: Eighteen male SHRs were randomly divided into three groups, an SHR group, an SHR Baihui(DU 20) and Zusanli(ST 36) acupoint(SHR-AP) group, and an SHR non-acupoint(SHR-NAP) group, with 6 rats in each group. Six Wistar rats were used as a control. Rats in the SHR-AP group were stimulated by DU 20 and ST 36 acupoints, both of which were connected with EA. EA was handled one time every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, for total 24 times(8 weeks). SHRNAP rats were acupointed at a 15°angle flat into 0.5 cm to two points, which were 1 and 2 cm from rail tip separately. EA parameters were the same as the SHR-AP rats. SHR control rats and Wistar rats were fixed without EA. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to measure AGT, AT1 R, ET1, and ETAR m RNA expression in rat aorta. Results: EA stimulation significantly reduced rat aorta vascular AGT, ET1, ETAR and AT1 R m RNA expressions in the SHR-AP and SHR-NAP groups(P0.01). Among these four genes, AT1 R m RNA expression was significantly lower in the SHR-AP than in the SHR-NAP group(P0.01). Conclusion: EA could reduce the AT1 R m RNA expression in SHR-AP rat aorta, indicating a potential mechanism for the hypotensive effects of EA.  相似文献

目的:探讨电针抗吗啡戒断大鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的作用机制。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组,对照组,戒断组,电针组,共4组。连续20天递增量肌肉注射吗啡造成吗啡成瘾大鼠模型。电针组大鼠电针双侧足三里穴,每日1次,每次30min,治疗7天。采用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术,观察各组大鼠胸腺细胞胞内Ca2+的含量;运用免疫组化法检测PKA蛋白表达,观察各组大鼠胸腺细胞PKA蛋白表达。结果:与正常组相比,造模后对照组及戒断组胸腺细胞[Ca2+]i含量及PKA蛋白表达呈上升趋势;电针治疗后胸腺细胞[Ca2+]i含量及PKA蛋白表达则呈下降趋势。结论:电针具有调节吗啡戒断大鼠胸腺细胞[Ca2+]i含量及PKA蛋白表达的作用,这可能是电针抗吗啡戒断大鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的作用机制之一。  相似文献

目的研究电针足三里穴(ST36)对脓毒症大鼠促炎症因子所致心肌损伤的保护作用。方法雄性SD大鼠32只,采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)制备大鼠脓毒症模型,随机分为电针(Electro-Acupuncture,EA)足三里组(EA组)、CLP+假电针(ShameEA)组(SEA组)、迷走神经切断(Vagotomy,VA)+CLP组(VA组)和迷切后CLP再电针组(VA/EA组)4组,每组8只。EA组持续针刺双侧足三里穴1h(2mA,2-100Hz);SEA组采用相同频率和强度刺激非经非穴(足三里穴外侧旁开0.5cm)。VA组先切断腹腔迷走神经再施行CLP术。各组大鼠于CLP术后6h,取血检测血浆肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)活性;然后处死动物,取心肌组织,测定肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、一氧化氮(NO)含量、随过氧化物酶(MPO)活性以及组织含水率。结果CLP术后6h,EA组心肌组织促炎症因子TNF-α、NO、MPO水平、CK-MB活性以及组织含水率均显著低于其余3组(P〈0.05);VA/EA组和VA组TNF-α、NO、MPO水平、CK-MB活性及组织含水率均高于SEA组(P〈0.05);VA/EA组与VA组上述指标的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论电针足三里穴能显著抑制脓毒症大鼠心肌促炎症因子水平,切断迷走神经能显著降低或消除EA的作用,其机制可能与兴奋胆碱能抗炎通路有关。  相似文献

目的 探讨艾灸足三里穴延缓衰老作用及其与抗氧化之间的关系.方法 将36 只健康雄性SD 大鼠按完全随机平均分为3 组:空白对照组、衰老模型组、艾灸足三里组,每组12 只.空白对照组大鼠按0.125 g/(kg·d),从颈背部皮下注射0.9%的生理盐水,连续6 周,每天1 次;衰老模型组及艾灸足三里组则按0.125 g/(kg·d),从颈背部皮下注射10%的D-半乳糖,连续6 周,每天1 次.艾灸足三里组造模后每穴每天5 壮,每次25 min 左右,隔天1 次,共治疗15次.空白对照组及衰老模型组大鼠捆绑固定25 min,隔天1 次,共15 次.采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,用硫代巴比妥酸法检测丙二醛(MDA)含量,荧光分光光度法测定脂褐素(LF)水平.结果 学习记忆测试结果显示,艾灸足三里组与衰老模型组比较(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;与空白对照组比较,衰老模型组大鼠心、脑组织中SOD 活性明显降低(P<0.01),MDA 及LF 水平明显上升(P<0.01);与衰老模型组比较,艾灸足三里组大鼠心、脑组织中SOD 活性明显升高(P<0.01),MDA 及LF 含量下降(P<0.01).结论 艾灸足三里穴可显著提高D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠的抗氧化能力,从而在一定程度上延缓机体衰老.  相似文献

目的 研究参芪扶正注射液足三里穴位注射对心气虚证的效应与用药剂量的关系。方法 通过负重游泳及灌服大剂量心得安法获得心气虚证大鼠模型,对各治疗组分别进行不同剂量参芪扶正注射液的足三里穴注治疗。连续治疗10 d后,观察并记录大鼠的一般状况和症状;通过ELISA法检测各组血清心钠素(ANP)及环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量;通过比色法检测各组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;通过HE染色法检测各组心肌组织病理改变。结果 和正常对照组相比,模型对照组出现疲软无力,舌质发紫,呼吸急促等明显的心气虚症状;血清ANP浓度升高,cAMP浓度降低,SOD活性降低,均具有极其显著性意义(P<0.001); 心肌组织病理示:炎细胞浸润明显,心肌细胞严重水肿,排列紊乱。和模型组相比,各治疗组症状缓解,血清ANP浓度降低,cAMP浓度升高、SOD活性增强,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01或P<0.001),其中参芪0.05 mL组变化最小(P<0.05),参芪0.20 mL组变化最大(P<0.001);心肌组织病理改变减轻,其中参芪0.20 mL组最接近正常。结论 参芪扶正注射液足三里穴位注射能有效治疗心气虚证,且其疗效与用药剂量在一定剂量范围(0.05~0.20)mL内成正相关。  相似文献

目的观察艾灸"足三里"穴对孤束核损毁术后胃黏膜损伤大鼠内源性保护因子含量及相关蛋白的表达,探讨孤束核在艾灸保护胃黏膜损伤神经通路中的作用。方法按随机数字表法将48只健康SPF级SD大鼠分为4组:正常对照组,模型组,艾灸+模型组(艾灸组),艾灸+模型+孤束核损毁组(艾灸加孤束核损毁组),每组各12只。其中艾灸加孤束核损毁组予双侧孤束核损毁,护理3 d后,模型组和艾灸组大鼠均以无水乙醇(6 m L/kg)灌胃造模,并用阿司匹林混悬液(200 mg/kg)连续3 d灌胃以维持胃黏膜损伤,正常对照组用等量生理盐水灌胃,第4天进行艾灸"足三里"处理(正常对照组和模型组只绑不灸),每日2次,连续3 d。取血清及胃组织,计算胃黏膜损伤指数(UI),用ELISA法检测胃黏膜组织中表皮生长因子(EGF)、一氧化氮(NO)含量,用Western-blot法检测胃黏膜组织中抗凋亡蛋白(Bcl-2)、凋亡蛋白(Bax)的蛋白表达情况。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组胃黏膜损伤明显(P0.05);艾灸组UI较模型组下降(P0.05)。与模型组比,艾灸组血清、胃组织EGF、NO含量明显升高(均P0.05);艾灸加孤束核损毁组血清、胃组织EGF、NO含量较艾灸组低(均P0.05)。艾灸组和艾灸加孤束核损毁组Bcl-2蛋白表达较模型组有明显上升,而Bax表达明显下降(P0.05),细胞凋亡指数(AI)比值上升(P0.05)。结论艾灸足三里穴可调节机体内源性保护因子及蛋白的表达,保护胃黏膜,并受孤束核损毁的影响。证明孤束核是艾灸足三里穴产生胃黏膜保护效应信号传导通路中的重要调节部位。  相似文献

目的:对比观察艾灸预处理和电针预处理两种不同方法对急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠转化生长因子(TGF-α)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响差异。方法将40只SPF级的SD大鼠随机的分为4组(空白组、模型组、艾灸预处理组和电针预处理组),艾灸预处理组和电针预处理组选取“足三里穴”、“中脘穴”分别行艾灸和电针预处理8 d后,除空白组外造模,选用无水乙醇灌胃的方法(0.5 mL/100 g)制成大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤模型。造模1 h后,用20%乌拉坦(0.6 mL/100 g)进行腹腔注射麻醉,再取材。在光镜下观察大鼠的胃黏膜组织形态学的改变,免疫组化法检测胃黏膜TGF-α、PCNA的表达。结果与空白组相比较,模型组胃黏膜中TGF-α、PCNA的表达明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型组相比较,艾灸预处理组和电针预处理组胃黏膜中TGF-α、PCNA的表达均有不同程度升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与艾灸预处理组相比较,电针预处理组胃黏膜中TGF-α的表达明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而胃黏膜中PCNA的表达则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论艾灸预处理与电针预处理均可以减轻无水乙醇对胃黏膜造成的损伤,促进胃黏膜保护因子(TGF-α、PCNA)的表达,但艾灸预处理稍优于电针预处理。  相似文献

目的:观察电针足三里穴对胃黏膜损伤大鼠血管活性肠肽(VIP)免疫反应性的影响;探讨VIP参与针刺对胃黏膜损伤防御性保护作用的机制.方法:40只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、针刺组和非穴组.采用冷冻-束缚应激法复制大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型;免疫细胞化学ABC法结合图像分析,观察电针足三里穴对大鼠胃壁和迷走背核复合体VIP神经免疫反应性的影响.结果:冷冻-束缚应激大鼠胃黏膜损伤明显,胃黏膜出现点状、条状出血坏死灶,尤以胃窦部为主.胃壁VIP免疫反应阳性神经纤维数量减少.针刺组与模型组比较,胃壁和迷走背核复合体VIP神经免疫反应性明显增强(P<0.01).结论:电针足三里穴可引起胃黏膜损伤大鼠VIP神经元免疫反应性变化,提示VIP可能作为神经-内分泌-免疫调节网络的信号分子参与了针刺对胃黏膜的防御性保护作用.  相似文献

目的:研究围术期足三里穴位电针疗法对阑尾切除术大鼠胃肠纵形肌肌条收缩功能的影响。方法30只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,每组6只,实验分组:正常对照组、电针组、造模组、造模+电针组、造模+假电针组。大鼠麻醉后,行阑尾切除术造模。正常对照组不做任何操作,造模组仅行阑尾切除术,电针组和造模+电针组行双侧足三里电针,造模+假电针组双侧足三里穴插上针灸针但不通电,电针治疗1次/d,连续7 d后取十二指肠、空肠、回肠、胃体和胃窦的纵形肌肌条。结果造模+电针组十二指肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显强于造模组(P<0.05),造模+假电针组十二指肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显弱于造模+电针组(P<0.05);造模组空肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显弱于正常对照组和电针组( P<0.05);电针组回肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显强于正常对照组(P<0.05),同时也强于造模组、造模+电针组(P<0.01);造模组胃体纵形肌肌条的振幅明显弱于电针组(P<0.05);造模+假电针组大鼠胃体纵形肌肌条收缩波频率高于造模组(P<0.05);各组大鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠、胃窦的胃肠纵形肌肌条收缩波频率组间比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论电针刺激可增强大鼠回肠和胃体纵形肌肌条收缩振幅,电针对大鼠十二指肠纵形肌收缩的作用比只针刺而不通电刺激要强;阑尾切除手术后大鼠空肠纵形肌收缩的振幅减弱,电针刺激对阑尾切除术大鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠、胃窦的纵形肌肌条收缩波频率变化并没有明显影响。  相似文献

目的探讨艾灸对类风湿性关节炎(RA)大鼠下丘脑室旁核神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响。方法选用健康SD大鼠15只,随机分为对照组、RA模型组、艾灸治疗组,每组5只。RA模型组,艾炙治疗组以福氏完全佐剂(FCA)造模。造模后第7天,对艾炙治疗组进行艾灸“肾俞”、“足三里”治疗,免疫组化法测定下丘脑室旁核nNOS的表达。结果与对照组比较,模型组RA大鼠下丘脑室旁核nNOS的含量显著升高,有显著差异(P〈0.01);与模型组比较,治疗组RA大鼠下丘脑室旁核nNOS的含量明显降低,有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论艾灸“肾俞”、“足三里”能降低RA大鼠下丘脑室旁核nNOS的含量,下丘脑室旁核在艾灸治疗实验性RA抗炎中具有重要作用。  相似文献

目的观察艾灸中脘、足三里穴对急性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠胃黏膜上皮HSP60、HSP70表达的影响。方法 32只SD大鼠完全随机分为空白组、模型组、艾灸穴位组和艾灸非穴位组。艾灸预处理大鼠8 d无水乙醇灌胃,造急性胃黏膜损伤模型。采用免疫组织化学法检测HSP60、HSP70的表达。结果与空白组比较,模型组中胃黏膜损伤指数、HSP60表达明显升高(P<0.01)。与模型组和艾灸非穴位组相比,艾灸穴位组胃黏膜损伤指数明显降低(P<0.01),HSP60、HSP70过度高表达(P<0.01)。结论艾灸中脘、足三里穴预处理能够降低无水乙醇对胃黏膜的损伤指数,诱导HSP60、HSP70的过度表达,减少伤害性刺激,从而起到保护胃黏膜的作用。艾灸穴位要比非穴位的作用更加明显,说明艾灸对胃黏膜保护作用具有一定的穴位特异性。  相似文献

Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) of different intensities on lactate dehydrogernase (LDH), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and ATPase in brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CI/R). Methods: Forty male SD rats were uniformly randomized into sham operation group (group A), CI/R group (group B), CI/R+5 mA EA (group C), CI/R+3 mA EA (group D) and CI/R+1 mA EA (group E) groups with eight rats in each group. Transient general brain ischemia was induced by four-vessel occlusion and reperfusion. The rats in group C, group D and group E were punctured and stimulated at Baihui (GV20), Mingmen (GV4) and Zusanli (ST36) with the same intermittent and rarefaction-dense wave (30 to 50 Hz) and different electric current intensities: 5 mA , 3 mA and 1 mA for 20 min after CI/R. Then the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase, SDH and LDH in mitochondria of brain tissue were measured by spectrophotometry. The ischemic cerebral cortex tissue was taken for observing the ultrastructure changes of impaired nerve cells. Results: Compared with group A, the activities of LDH, SDH and Na+-K+-ATPase were lowerer in the group B (P<0.05 or P<0.01). However, the activities of LDH, SDH and Na+-K+-ATPase were higher in the group D than those in the group B (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In group A, the anatomical structure of the cerebral cortex cells was basically normal; in group B, the neuronal cellular structures were severely damaged, the neuronal mitochondria got swelling, the mitochondrial cristae were broken, the medullated nerve fibers were not integrated. In group C, group D and group E, the ultrastructure of impaired neuron were improved. Group D was the best among three groups above. Conclusion: EA of 3 mA intensity could strengthen aerobic metabolism by elevating the activities of SDH and LDH, meanwhile maintaining the ionic equilibrium in the exterior and interior brain cell and relieving the cellular edema by reinforcing the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase.  相似文献

目的 研究针刺内关和足三里对心肌缺血再灌注损伤后的血管重塑作用。方法 将SPF级雄性SD大鼠分为空白组(10只)、MIRI组(10只)、内关组(10只)、足三里组(10只)以及内关+足三里组(10只)。对大鼠进行心肌缺血再灌注(MIRI)处理从而构建MIRI动物模型。穴取双侧内关、足三里以及内关+足三里,疏密波,频率2 Hz。关胸后第2天进行电针治疗,每日1次,共14 d。超声心动图(ECG)检查各组大鼠左心室射血分数(LVEF)及左心室内径缩短率(LVFS)。TTC染色检测各组大鼠心肌梗死面积。免疫荧光法(IF)检测各组大鼠心肌组织中α-SMA和CD31蛋白共表达情况。蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)分别检测各组大鼠心肌组织中VEGFA、α-SMA,CD31和p-eNOS蛋白表达水平变化。结果 与空白组比较,MIRI模型组大鼠LVEF和LVFS参数显著降低(P<0.000 1)。针刺内关或足三里穴位的大鼠LVEF和LVFS参数较未进行针刺的MIRI大鼠显著升高(P<0.000 1)。针刺内关和足三里双穴位的大鼠LVEF和LVFS参数相比MIRI模型组(P<...  相似文献

目的观察并比较电针"合谷""足三里"穴对肠易激综合征(IBS)模型大鼠结肠动力及结肠M_3受体免疫反应物阳性表达的影响,初步探讨电针不同穴性及不同神经节段支配的穴位对IBS的效应差异及结肠动力改变的相关机制。方法选取新生wistar大鼠40只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、合谷组和足三里组。除空白对照组外,均采用新生期母婴分离、醋酸灌肠及结直肠扩张刺激(CRD)的方法联合制备IBS大鼠模型。大鼠9周龄时,合谷组和足三里组分别给予电针(EA)干预,隔日1次,共5次。空白对照组及模型对照组不予干预。治疗结束后,按照Bristol大便分类法观察电针前后IBS大鼠的便型,采用腹部回撤反射(AWR)对大鼠进行肠道敏感性及平滑肌收缩强度评估,观察潜伏期、收缩波个数、起始波压力值;采用免疫组织化学法检测结肠M_3受体的表达。结果与针前相比,针后合谷组及足三里组大鼠的大便评分显著降低(P0.01)。与空白对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠的大便评分显著增高(P0.01),潜伏期明显缩短(P0.01),收缩波个数明显增多(P0.01),起始波压力值明显降低(P0.01),结肠内M_3受体免疫反应物阳性表达水平明显增强(P0.01);合谷组结肠内M_3受体免疫反应物阳性表达水平增强(P0.05)。与模型对照组相比,合谷组和足三里组大鼠针后的大便评分均显著降低(P0.01),潜伏期均明显延长(P0.01),合谷组和足三里组收缩波个数明显减少(P0.01,P0.05),起始波压力值均明显增高(P0.01),结肠内M_3受体免疫反应物阳性表达水平明显下降(P0.01)。与合谷组相比,足三里组大鼠的大便评分降低(P0.05),起始波压力值显著降低(P0.01),结肠内M_3受体免疫反应物阳性表达水平下降(P0.05)。结论电针"合谷""足三里"穴均可抑制IBS模型大鼠肠道收缩,改善肠道敏感性,缓解IBS症状。但"合谷"穴缓解腹痛效果更佳,而"足三里"穴减轻腹泻作用更强。说明电针不同穴性及不同神经节段支配的穴位对IBS疗效具有经穴效应特异性。  相似文献
