目的:探讨即时文字网络心理咨询中移情(正性移情、负性移情)与反移情的表现形式,帮助咨询师更好地理解和运用咨询中的移情与反移情.方法:选取5位心理咨询师所做的5例即时文字网络心理咨询个案记录,每个案例记录分别抽取第1次,中间1次和最后1次咨询,代表开始、中间、结束3个阶段,运用定性研究的文本内容分析方法,总结出网络心理咨询中移情和反移情的具体表现形式.结果:正性移情有3种表现形式:表达出对咨询的正向积极的情绪、对咨询师咨询能力的肯定、对咨询师提出超出专业关系的期望;负性移情有4种表现形式:对咨询师表达不满、对咨询表达不满、对自己在咨询中的表现不满、急切结束咨询;反移情有3种表现形式:正性移情引发的一致性反移情、负性移情引发的一致性反移情和扮演重要客体的互补性反移情.负性移情没有出现在开始阶段,在结束阶段出现频率高于中间阶段.结论:移情和反移情在即时文字网络心理咨询中有多种具体的表现形式,负性移情出现的阶段性较为显著.  相似文献

目的探讨高中生攻击行为状况、移情水平及二者之间的关系。方法采用攻击量表(AQ问卷)和移情量表,对深圳市某高级中学230名高中生攻击行为和移情能力进行调查,获得有效问卷215份。结果①高中生攻击行为和移情能力在性别上存在显著差异(t=-5.26,P=0.001;t=3.65,P=0.002);②移情能力在与父母关系上也存在显著差异(F=7.74,P=0.001);③高中生移情(除自我敏感)与攻击行为各维度呈普遍负相关(r=-0.02~-0.36,P0.05),移情的各因子中,自我敏感对攻击行为有预测作用。结论移情能力好的高中生攻击行为较少,移情训练有助于减少攻击行为。  相似文献

目的探讨大学生移情能力与考试作弊行为意向之间的关系。方法运用大学生考试作弊行为意向问卷和移情问卷,对464名大学生进行问卷调查。结果①大学生考试作弊行为意向在性别(t=-4.877,P<0.00)和家庭所在地(t=-3.092,P<0.01)两个变量上存在显著差异;②移情与大学生考试作弊行为意向呈显著正相关(r=0.206,P<0.001);③不同移情能力的大学生在考试作弊行为意向存在显著差异(F=9.357,P<0.001);④移情对大学生考试作弊行为意向具有显著的正向预测作用。结论大学生移情能力对考试作弊行为有预测的作用,高校可以从培养大学生的移情能力来减少考试作弊的现象。  相似文献

Schemas are one of the key concepts of modern psychotherapy. However, there remains much confusion regarding the nature of this concept. For example, it is sometimes confused with related concepts (e.g. core beliefs) and often used incorrectly to describe specific forms of cognition (e.g. self‐referent beliefs). The present paper suggests that core beliefs and self‐referent beliefs are sub‐components of schemas, and thus should not be used synonymously with the parent concept. For many clinicians, these distinctions may appear rather pedantic or academic, but we would argue that correct differentiation is essential if one intends to deliver good therapy. It is suggested that a more appropriate understanding of the concept of schemas would draw clinicians' attention to many of the information processing mechanisms and biases that both hinder and facilitate therapeutic change. This paper also makes suggestions about how one could clarify the nature of schemas in terms of specific dimensions, which may provide better precision with respect to their use and function within clinical settings. Issues in teaching and learning time-limited psychodynamic psychotherapy.   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Psychodynamic psychotherapy training is briefly reviewed, with particular attention to short-term forms of treatment and to empirical investigations of therapy training. There have been relatively few investigations of actual psychotherapy training, and the prospect is for even fewer in the future. The traditional pedagogic strategy for conceptualizing and developing psychodynamic training programs has been to adapt psychoanalytic clinical theory for instructional purposes. It is proposed that concepts, principles, and instructional strategies from the area of the cognitive sciences concerned with the development of generic expertise offers a potentially more fruitful theoretical/empirical framework for understanding therapeutic expertise and can be applied to developing improved psychotherapy teaching methods. The mental processes of therapists are discussed from this perspective. A teaching format based on multimedia computer technology and designed to fill a gap between didactic course work and actual therapy supervision is briefly described. In addition, recommendations are offered for improving psychotherapy training using existing methods.  相似文献

目的:了解大学生对心理咨询及治疗专业工作的认知状况。方法:采用自编《心理健康知识调查表》,从9个方面对北京市6所大学共440名大学生的心理健康及对心理咨询和治疗工作的认识状况进行了调查研究。结果:大学生对与心理咨询与治疗这一专业领域本身还是持肯定和重视态度的,但是对于该专业工作的许多具体方面还存在着误解,对于该专业领域的现状也并不满意,心理咨询与治疗专业还有待发展和完善。  相似文献

The practice of psychotherapy requires me to have several qualities: presence, perspective, and self‐knowledge. These demands of conducting psychotherapy are discussed from an experiential point of view as primarily beneficial. Practicing psychotherapy also frequently reminds me of important lessons that I need to remember. In this paper narcoleptic states refer to states of drowsiness or sleep that occur both within the patient and the psychotherapist during a psychoanalytic psychotherapy session. The meaning is explored of recurring narcolepsy in a female patient for a period of four and a half years during her psychotherapy. The concept of internal cohabitation, which is a development of Bion's concepts of psychotic and non-psychotic personalities, is used to understand the narcoleptic phenomena in both patient and therapist and to explain the changes that took place in the patient.  相似文献

A new approach to short-term psychotherapy, based on psychoanalytic theory is presented as 'Therapy of limited time and objectives'. Personal experience, psychoanalytic knowledge and flexibility for accepting technical modifications allows for familiarity with concepts such as 'available setting', 'operational time' and 'adequate therapeutic time', which together with supervision and deep psychoanalytic learning, emphasizing counter-transferential knowledge, shall help to achieve a true epistemophilic sentiment, essential for empathic observation and listening, basic for training in short-term psychotherapy.  相似文献

The Arab-Palestinian sector in Israel is undergoing significant transition in all social and cultural domains, including mental health. Throughout the past decade, mental health professionals have witnessed a substantial increase in the number of Arab individuals and families seeking psychotherapeutic treatment. The vast majority of the professional literature that deals with the use of Western psychotherapy with non-Western patients urges the therapist to accommodate the patient's cultural sensitivities, even to the point of modifying therapeutic theory and technique in order to meet the patient's needs. This article, supported by a decade of psychotherapeutic experience with Arab patients, argues against this approach. A case study illustrates the effective application of psychodynamic psychotherapy to an Arab-Palestinian patient, where the standard concepts and techniques of psychotherapy were retained.  相似文献

This paper discusses consensus between patient and therapist as a measure of the quality of the psychotherapeutic relationship. Consensus is defined by two interpersonal concepts, agreement and understanding, and two intrapersonal concepts, congruency and experienced consensus. 162 patients and their therapists in a Dutch Center for Comprehensive Mental Health Care were rated on the degree of consensus. Two patient self-report outcome measures and one reported by the therapist were related to consensus. The three consensus measures that predicted outcome after 6 months were understanding by the therapist as well as agreement and experienced consensus by the patient. This result suggests that a complementary patient-therapist relationship favors a good psychotherapy result. The instruments in this paper provide a means to measure consensus during the process of psychotherapy. This is a feasible way to both monitor progress and improve the chances of a successful outcome.  相似文献
