目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗水平、血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与认知功能障碍的相关性。方法本研究选取健康人群和2型糖尿病患者共100名,分T2DM组(n=56)和对照组(n=44),同时检测血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胆固醇、甘油三酯、BDNF等指标,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数及进行认知功能评估。结果 T2DM组与对照组相比,体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白均升高(P<0.05);T2DM组的认知功能(视觉、注意力、视空间、语言和延时记忆)得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),T2DM组的血BDNF低于对照组(P<0.01),血BDNF下降与认识功能降低存在明显关联性;以T2DM组的BDNF、HOMA-IR与MoCA认知功能评分结果进行多元线性回归分析,结果提示三者存在明显统计相关性(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素抵抗、BDNF可能参与了2型糖尿病患者认知功能障碍的发病过程。  相似文献

目的观察电针治疗难治性抑郁症的效果及对血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)浓度的影响。方法将88例单用一种SSRI(选择性5-HT再摄取阻滞剂)类药物的难治性抑郁症患者,随机分成电针组和对照组:电针组在继续使用原SSRI类抗抑郁剂的基础上加用电针治疗,对照组继续使用原SSRI类抗抑郁剂至疗程结束;疗程8周。入组时及治疗后2、4、8周末进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、副反应量表(TESS)评定,治疗前后采用酶联夹心免疫吸附测定(ELISA)技术进行血清BDNF浓度的测定。结果①电针组显效率48.8%,显著高于对照组显效率24.4%;②电针组出现的不良反应较对照组少;③电针组治疗后血清BDNF水平明显高于治疗前水平(P〈0.01)。结论电针治疗难治性抑郁症安全、有效,明显提高血清BDNF水平。  相似文献

目的 探讨事故倾向性驾驶员发生事故的相关因素及其脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)水平与事故倾向性驾驶员是否存在关联。方法 采用病例对照的方法,各收集50例事故倾向性驾驶员和安全驾驶员的一般情况及生活习惯,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定所有研究对象的血清BDNF水平。结果 病例组血清BDNF水平(3.18±2.19)ng/ml高于对照组水平(2.23±1.43)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.564,P=0.012);病例组驾龄<10年的驾驶员血清BDNF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.141,P=0.038);病例组初中及以下的驾驶员血清BDNF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.562,P=0.018);病例组其他民族的驾驶员血清BDNF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.047,P=0.004);非条件Logistic回归结果显示出生地和锻炼频率为事故倾向性的相关因素(均有P<0.05)。结论 血清BDNF水平与事故倾向性驾驶员发生事故有关联,出生在乡镇、城市和高锻炼频率可能为事故倾向性保护因素。  相似文献

目的探讨精神分裂症认知损害特点及其与血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的关系。方法对34例首发未经治疗精神分裂症患者(患者组),33名健康者(对照组)采用数字符号编码及符号搜索测验、连线测验、色字词测验、韦氏记忆测验、威斯康辛卡片分类测验和酶联免疫吸附法进行认知功能评定和血清BDNF浓度的检测。结果(1)各项测验中,除连线A错误数[(O.58±1.15)VS(O.15土o.71),t=1.85,P=0.068]、符号搜索错误数[(2.41±3.61)gAS(1.48±1.95),t=1.31,P=0.19]指标之外,患者组的成绩均差于对照组。(2)患者组血清BDNF浓度低于对照组[(2.43±1.58)ug/L vs (3.96±2.28)ug/L,t=3.18,P=0.002]。(3)患者组认知缺陷与血清BDNF水平之间无相关性。结论精神分裂症患者存在广泛认知损害和BDNF降低;精神分裂症认知损害与血清BDNF关系不大。  相似文献

目的探讨脑源性神经营养因子基因多态性(BDNFG196A)与海洛因依赖患者之间的相关性。方法抽取120例海洛因依赖病人做研究,120例为健康体检者为对照。应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增技术对BDNF基因上的G196A基因多态性进行分型,运用SPAS10.0统计软件包进行数据分析。结果 120例海洛因依赖者BDNFG196A基因的基因型频率和等位基因频率与120例正常人群间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论本研究尚未发现BDNFG196A基因多态性与海洛因依赖患者相关联。  相似文献

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) are thought to be related to neuroprotection in cell culture and animal studies. Our aim was to verify the changes in human plasma BDNF and NGF concentrations induced by chronic alcohol use. Forty-one male patients with alcohol dependence were sampled the next morning of admission and compared with 41 healthy male subjects. Plasma BDNF and NGF were assayed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Mean plasma BDNF level was significantly higher in the patients with alcohol dependence (3502.21 ± 1726.9 pg/mL) compared with the healthy subjects (861.75 ± 478.9 pg/mL) (P = .000). Mean plasma NGF level was also significantly higher in patients with alcohol dependence (137.64 ± 32.7 pg/mL) than in healthy subjects (112.61 ± 90.2 pg/mL) (P = .012). Plasma BDNF and NGF levels showed significant negative correlation in alcohol dependence group (r = −0.388, P = .012). Increased plasma BDNF and NGF with negative correlation in alcohol-dependent patients may have some role in the regeneration of damage done by chronic alcohol use.  相似文献

目的:研究女性血清性激素、血脂水平与围绝经期症状的相关性。方法:对215例女性进行一般情况、绝经期生存质量量表、绝经指数(KMI)等调查。从中筛选研究对象共90例,分为:①育龄对照组(20例);②围绝经期组(17例);③绝经早期组(21例);④绝经晚期组(22例);⑤激素补充治疗(HRT)组(10例)。分别测定血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雄激素(T)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)的水平,比较各组E2、FSH、T、TC及TG测定值、围绝经期症状及KMI评分,并分析其相关性。结果:①与健康育龄组比较,围绝经期组、绝经早期组、绝经晚期组E2、T水平明显下降,FSH水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②围绝经期组、绝经早期组及绝经晚期组女性KMI逐渐增加,明显高于健康育龄女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E2水平与KMI负相关(r=-0.334,P=0.001),T水平与KMI负相关(r=-0.270,P=0.010),FSH水平与KMI正相关(r=0.504,P=0.000);③与健康育龄组比较,围绝经期组、绝经早期组及绝经晚期组血清TC、TG水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清TG水平与KMI正相关(r=0.294,P=0.005),TC水平与KMI正相关(r=0.244,P=0.021)。结论:①女性绝经后血清E2、T水平明显降低,FSH水平显著升高。KMI与血清E2水平负相关,与血清FSH水平正相关。②妇女绝经后血清TG、TC水平显著升高,TG、TC与KMI正相关。  相似文献

Objective: Loss of appetite and body mass are common in older adults and are associated with negative consequences. Research indicates that these processes likely involve increases in serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). Animal and human models demonstrate that BDNF may serve a regulatory function in food intake, but no study has addressed the possibility that BDNF may be involved in appetite reduction and loss of body mass in older adults.Design and Participants: 34 older adults without significant neurological or psychiatric history underwent fasting blood draw and measurement of body composition. Appetite and eating behavior were assessed by questionnaire and related to serum BDNF levels.Results: Partial correlations showed serum BDNF levels were inversely related to appetite (r = −.38, p = .02). No significant correlations emerged between serum BDNF and age, diet, or body composition.Conclusions: The current study extends past work and shows that BDNF is associated with appetite in healthy older adults. Further work is needed to clarify mechanisms for these findings, particularly prospective studies.  相似文献

目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在卵泡发育和卵母细胞成熟过程中的作用。方法:采用ELISA法检测PCOS卵泡液中BDNF含量。结果:所有61例标本均检测出BDNF。IVM-PCOS组BDNF最低205 pg/ml、最高804 pg/ml,平均512 pg/ml;IVF-PCOS组BDNF最低540 pg/ml、最高1 303 pg/ml,平均888 pg/ml;IVF-Normal组BDNF最低368 pg/ml、最高1 089 pg/ml,平均734 pg/ml。三组间比较或两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。BDNF水平以IVF-PCOS组最高、IVF-Normal组次之、IVM-PCOS组最低。结论:成熟卵泡颗粒细胞存在BDNF的表达,BDNF可能与卵泡成熟及PCOS的发生发展有关。  相似文献

Abstract

Objective

Previous studies have shown a positive effect of zinc as an adjunctive therapy on reducing depressive symptoms. However, to our knowledge, no study has examined the effect of zinc monotherapy on mood. The aim of the present study was to determine the effects of zinc monotherapy on depressive symptoms and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) levels in overweight or obese subjects.

Methods

Fifty overweight or obese subjects were randomly assigned into two groups and received either 30 mg zinc or placebo daily for 12 weeks. At baseline and post-intervention, depression severity was assessed using Beck depression inventory II (BDI II), and serum BDNF and zinc levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, respectively.

Results

The trial was completed with 46 subjects. After a 12-week supplementation, serum zinc and BDNF levels increased significantly in the zinc-supplemented group compared with the placebo group. BDI scores declined in both the groups at the end of the study, but reduction in the zinc-supplemented group was significantly higher than the placebo group. More analysis revealed that following supplementation, BDI scores decreased in subgroup of subjects with depressive symptoms (BDI ≥ 10) (n = 30), but did not change in the subgroup of non-depressed subjects (BDI < 10) (n = 16). Moreover, a significant inverse correlation was observed between serum BDNF levels and depression severity in all participants. Interestingly, a significant positive correlation was found between serum BDNF and zinc levels at baseline.

Conclusion

Zinc monotherapy improves mood in overweight or obese subjects most likely through increasing BDNF levels.  相似文献

Background: Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a neurotrophic factor implicated in the pathogenesis of depression, may be influenced by dietary quality. Both dietary quality and serum BDNF have been researched independently in regard to their effect on depression; however, there is limited research investigating the relationship between the two factors and how they interact in depression. Additionally, a single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) (Val66Met) in the BDNF gene, which has been implicated in BDNF levels and depression, may contribute to the complex relationship between depression, dietary quality, and BDNF level.

Methods: One hundred and eighty-seven participants with major depressive disorder and 55 non-depressed healthy controls were recruited for this case–control analysis. The relationship between dietary quality and depression was assessed via a novel dietary quality score (the Australian Dietary Quality Score). Serum BDNF levels were measured and the Val66Met SNP was genotyped.

Results: Healthy controls had a significantly higher diet quality than depressed participants (t?=?2.435, P?=?0.016). A logistic regression model investigating age, sex, serum BDNF levels, dietary quality and depression, as well as any interactions, found that lower dietary quality, and surprisingly, higher BDNF levels, were associated with increased depression risk, P?=?0.037 and P?<?0.001, respectively. Neither seasonality (at the time of recruitment) nor the Val66Met polymorphism was associated with BDNF levels in this sample. Furthermore, there was no evidence of interaction between the Val66Met polymorphism, BDNF levels, dietary quality, and depression.

Conclusion: Higher dietary quality was associated with both decreased depression incidence and severity in this cross-sectional analysis. The Val66Met polymorphism did not appear to predict BDNF levels, depression incidence, or modify the relationship between dietary quality and BDNF. Further studies utilizing a larger sample size are needed to confirm this finding.  相似文献

目的 观察酪氨酸激酶受体B(TrkB)及其配体脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在胃癌组织、癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达情况,探讨TrkB和BDNF与胃癌临床病理参数的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学sP法检测64例原发性胃癌组织、癌旁组织,34例有淋巴结转移患者中对应的阳性淋巴结和20例正常胃黏膜组织中TrkB和BDNF的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系.结果 胃癌组织中TrkB和BDNF阳性表达率分别为60.9%、59.4%,而癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜组织中无一例表达.TrkB和BDNF表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度等无关,而与浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关.浸润至胃壁全层、有淋巴结转移和TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的TrkB和BDNF阳性表达率明显高于未浸润至胃壁全层、无淋巴结转移和TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.01).胃癌转移患者TrkB和BDNF在淋巴结转移灶中的阳性表达率(76.5%,26/34;70.6%,24/34)较原发灶(85.3%,29/34;82.4%,28/34)低,但两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 TrkB和BDNF表达与胃癌发生、发展密切相关,二者的表达增强提示肿瘤可能已发生局部侵袭和远处转移.  相似文献

Abstract

Objectives

There are no human studies assessing the effect of nutritional interventions on plasma brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) concentrations. The aim of this study was to assess the role of a nutritional intervention based on a Mediterranean diet (MeDiet) on plasma BDNF levels.

Methods

PREvención con Dieta MEDiterránea (PREDIMED) is a randomized clinical trial designed to assess the effect of a Mediterranean diet (MeDiet) on the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease. For this analysis, 243 participants from the Navarra centre were randomly selected. Participants were assigned to one of three dietary interventions: control (low-fat) diet, MeDiet supplemented with virgin olive oil (MeDiet + VOO), or MeDiet supplemented with nuts (MeDiet + Nuts). Plasma BDNF levels were measured after 3 years of intervention. Multivariate-adjusted means of BDNF for each intervention were compared using generalized linear models. Logistic regression models were fit to assess the association between the dietary intervention and the likelihood to have low plasma BDNF values (<13 µg/ml, 10th percentile). Analyses were repeated after stratifying the sample according to baseline prevalence of different diseases.

Results

Higher but non-significant plasma BDNF levels were observed for participants assigned to both MeDiets. Participants assigned to MeDiet + Nuts showed a significant lower risk (odds ratios (OR) = 0.22; 95% confidence intervals (CI) = 0.05–0.90) of low plasma BDNF values (<13 µg/ml) as compared to the control group. Among participants with prevalent depression at baseline, significantly higher BDNF levels were found for those assigned to the MeDiet + Nuts.

Discussion

Adherence to a MeDiet was associated to an improvement in plasma BDNF concentrations in individuals with depression.  相似文献

目的 探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)在热性惊厥(febrile seizuresi,FS)患儿发生发展过程中的病理生理学作用,并分析其与发作后脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)和智能发育的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法测定FS患儿(n=73)、急性上呼吸道感染无FS患儿(n=51)、健康儿童(n=43)血清BDNF水平,EEG检测FS患儿脑电活动,发育量表评估患儿恢复后智能发育情况。结果 FS组血清BDNF浓度均显著高于上感组和正常组(P<0.01);EEG异常组血清BDNF浓度均高于EEG正常组(P<0.01或<0.05),且EEG发作性异常有高度统计学意义。小儿发育商与血清BDNF无明显相关(P=0.144)。 结论 FS患儿血清BDNF浓度明显增加,可能参与了FS的发生和发展过程;BDNF有望作为评估惊厥后脑损伤敏感指标;小儿智能发育指数与血清BDNF无明显相关性。  相似文献

目的:研究酪氨酸激酶受体B(TrkB)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在宫颈癌组织、癌旁组织和正常宫颈组织中的表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系,探讨癌周组织细胞凋亡信号通路的激活与肿瘤恶性程度的关系。方法选择宫颈浸润癌患者72例,以同期因良性病变行子宫切除的正常宫颈组织72例为对照。构建包括宫颈癌组织、癌旁组织、正常宫颈组织在内的组织芯片,采用免疫组化法检测TrkB、BDNF表达情况,比较上述指标在不同组织中的表达差异。结果共构建组织芯片6张。 TrkB和BDNF在宫颈癌原发灶中的表达率分别为70.80%和91.70%,明显高于癌旁组织的25.00%和48.60%,正常宫颈组织几乎不表达(阳性率分别为4.20%和1.40%)。 TrkB在宫颈癌组织中的阳性率与有无脉管侵犯及淋巴结转移有关(χ2=12.50和12.36,P<0.01),与临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤直径、浸润深度的关系不明显(P均>0.05),而BDNF总体阳性率高,其表达与上述所有因素的相关性均不明显(P均>0.05)。癌旁组织中TrkB、BDNF表达与肿瘤直径、是否存在脉管浸润及淋巴转移有关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论癌旁组织中存在一定量的TrkB、BDNF表达,其表达强度与肿瘤直径、有无脉管浸润及淋巴转移显著相关,且比肿瘤组织更能反映其恶性程度。癌周组织TrkB、BDNF表达也许可作为新的评价宫颈癌患者预后的生物学指标。  相似文献
